Dear Team,

Subject : Damage of engine under term of repairing by authorised service center.

This is to bring to your notice that my car Hyundai xcent diesel S model
Registration number-MH46AD4964
vehicle chassis number-GM218808
engine number-GM193060 was given for mechanical work during which my engine was damaged by service center and after which service center is not agreeing to the damage made by them and therefore blaming us for the damage. As when our car was given for mechanical work our car engine was working in proper manner and later all of sudden we were informed about the engine damage which is not acceptable and we want full work to be done in proper manner.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and solve this issue as early as possible.

In this year may month I bought grand i10 dual tone the told me that if I booked advanced with rs5000 they will gave me seat covers and accessories but didn't gave and they took me onroad price 721000 at that time gave me discount only 50000 also I'm exchanged my old car I did not comfortable and very bad behavior with customers

    I own a creta sx plus petrol of 2016. Recently it stopped cooling. I asked the service centre and they said that the compressor is gone. How can one ac compressor go haywire in just 3 years. What is the quality of spare parts that hyundai is using? I have other cars from other brands that needed no maintenance in the past 10 years. But this is my first hyundai car and i am very disappointed. I asked them to replace the compressor and they say it's out of warranty. I mean is this how hyundai is extracting money from customers. Kindly help me fix my car.

      I would like to tell you that i have purchased a hyundai i10 grand from dee emm hyundai showroom gurgoan sec 49 on 16 oct 2019 and have contacted so many times to the dealer for the car registration but till now it has not been registered from the dealer. Every time when i try to contact them via calls or visit they will not give any proper response and will make excuse everytime. I'm fade up of this type of service from hyundai and i'm not able to take my car outside also as it has not been registered from (Dee emm hyundai showroom) side.

        I have purchased hyundai i20 elite in january 2015. Within 25000km in rough roads sounds are comming. I told to service advisor they are saying your steering rack and column want to replace for that cost is too expensive. I can tell you onething hyundai service guys and the hyundai india official guys dont know to solve the problem which comes in hyundai i20. Very bad experience with hyundai.
        I wouldnot recommend any body to go for hyundai vehicles.

          I booked hyndai elite i20, era, polar white colour, petrol edition from pothens hyundai, sales & service, kurishumukk, near anchal by-pass, anchal, anchal, kollam - 691306on 04/12/2019 by giving booking amount of 3000 inr.
          They told me to deliver the car around 24/12/2019 but on delivery date they told me that they could not deliver the car till 02/01/2020.
          Even today i. E. 29/12/2019 they are not in a situation to confirm the delivery of car.
          I am very much upset and regret that i booked a hyundai car as it is very disappointing experience for me.

          i booked venue SX (O) IMT Sport DT on 24 September 2020 at Jaya Hyundai Nanded Maharashtra. they promised to deliver in November 2020 but till today on 1 May 2021 not deliver car.

            My sibling booked Hyundai Santro 1.1MT Sportz SE from Chandra Automobile India Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore on 9/12/19(Booking Amount Rs-100XX) and 18/12/19(Downpayment Amount Rs-180XXX.

            At the Booking Time, they guaranteed us that they will convey vehicle following 15 Days. Presently, dealer side, they sold that vehicle to another person.

            How Hyundai Dealers can drop my booking without my insight and saying that they will refund my sum after I squared down payment for that vehicle.

            We raised this issue with GM of Chandra Hyundai, he stated, He will refund to us. However, shouldn't something be said about the nobility of Hyundai, We felt exact moment rate about that Hyundai Cars and hyundai vendor.

            We are going to document against that seller that we didnt got our booked vehicle(santro 1.1MT Sportz SE).

              Sir/madam,

              I sandeep kumar, owner of i20, hr 12 ak 4198, went for my first free service at srishti hyundai, jind bypass road, rohtak, haryana, 124001 on 25 dec 2019.

              After service when i returned back with my car i was shocked and surprised that all new floor mats of my car were replaced by some old and small sized mats. Due to spreading of brown paper sheets on replaced old mats i was unable to notice the issue at service station. On contacting said service station they told me that there is nothing in our cctv footage and we can't help.

              I bought new i20 on 18th oct 2019 and was very happy to be associated with reputed company like hyundai. Trust of hyundai brand was main reason for buying hyundai car. But this incident yesterday shook my trust.

              I request you to kindly take notice of my complaint and make sure that person responsible for this incident is punished and my new mats be found out and returned to me.

              Being a proud owner of hyundai car i am very hopeful that my trust in your company will be reinstated and incident will be treated as "trust theft" from your esteemed customer.

                I have logged a complain regarding road side assistance of my hyundai creata car on dated 26.12.2019 at 9.30am which was not picked up from last 4 hours i. E 1.30pm. It was the worst experience for towing car service and my complain was not at all listened by hyundai service.
                My complain no is x[protected]ind and from last 4 hours they have not at all worried about to take the car from the location.
                My Creta 1.6 Petrol which I bought in 2016 started developing bubbles below rear glass and above bonut. After some time bubbles started peeling off. I lodged the complaint to Hyundai Motors Show room almost a month back and again highlighted the issue.

                Hyundai needs to raise the volunteer recall and must fix the problem.

                  I purchased hyundai i10 grand magna from modi hyundai, goregaon, mumbai in november 2018. The car was delivered with tyres of a brand named "hankook". The quality of tyres is so bad that one of the tyre got punctured within 9-10 months and the car was hardly used for around 8000 kms. On national highways and citi roads. I submitted compliant through sanjay hyundai service station in pune and they told me that i need to pay half of the tyre cost and half will be borne by company and took inr 2100 from me however not provided invoice thereo[censored]ntil now. An another tyre got a cut in next 2-3 months. I need replacement of all tyres of some good brand.

                    I have i20 asta. The running is low.in jul the clutch assembly went bad and i replaced it at garve hyundai (S. No - 136/ 1, a/ 6, old mumbai - pune hwy, wakad, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411057). Within a month i was having problems with the clutch again.in slow moving traffic and on slopes the clutch goes down and doesn't engage. I called up the service center but they gave lame excuse that only clutch assembly was chnaged this is prob with cylinder. This is truly disappointing. I spend 14000 rs and changed it in showroom so i have piece of mind. But this looks like simple loot. Can you take action and help resolve my issue.

                        My car hyundai elite i20 (2019 april model) was having an issue of clutch tightedness. Reported this issue to the service centre on 2nd december. They told, need to change the clutch cylinders and doesnt have stock.

                        Till 22nd they have delayed it and finally caused the car to break down in middle of the road.
                        If the car is not fit to drive, they should have advised not to drive and should have definitely repaired it right away. Just thinking of a situation if the car was climbing a hill, it would have caused a life or an accident.

                        The road side assistance was utter nuisance and they kept on giving phone numbers to call and nobody came until we went ourselves to a nearby hyundai service centre and hired a person.

                        One day has passed, till now there is no progress or they have not touched the car. The home service centre is in a stand that they cant take it to their service centre unless we pay the towing charges. And the service centre where the car is now has told that there is no information being passed from us or the home service centre to start a work. Is this the treatment a customer should get.

                        We would definitely want to get proper response for this
                        (I) delay caused for repair
                        (Ii) proper justification on the advice they gave to drive the car on this pathetic condition
                        (Iii) deadline to finish the work (Need it back asap).

                          I am very disappointed with your car service center & customer care. I was visited at your service center crossland jhotwara jaipur. I am not happy with your services. I have raised the complaint with your customer service number ([protected]) and also informed to your service adviser at jhotwara. Still you poeple didn't taken any action against service center.

                          After the service i faced many problems in the car. (Few example)
                          1. Car wipers do not work.
                          2. Loose battery wire
                          3. According to your service advisor all shockers have problems, but do not want to give in writing.
                          4. I paid the rs 1550 for maintenance from time to time, but the service adviser don't have a maintenance record of my car.

                            Dear all,
                            I am one of the customer/owner of creta automatic bearing registration number dl4cau-7745. I want to bring to your kind notice the feedback & inconvenience faced by me in one of the facility m/s deep hyundai, mangolpuri, new delhi, india, work shop.
                            I purchased my car in june 2016 and in 2019, i. E within 3 years the original paint of my car started peeling off. I visited the showroom on thursday 5/12/19 regarding complaint of defective quality of paint on the dickey. The showroom people diverted me to the body shop for further assistance. I was very glad to know that the company is providing me cost free paint for the dickey. There was also a small dent on the dickey area, which i requested them to repair on my cost. My car was picked up on 6/12/19, 11 am for the service station and service manager informed me that it will be delivered the next day, i. E saturday 7/12/19 by 5 pm.
                            Meanwhile a technical snag was detected in the automatic window switch, which is also asked to be look after. After thorough verification and consultation with the technical team, the manager informed me that there is a problem in the switch and it needs to be changed. I gave my approval to change the switch.
                            As per the time given, i was expecting the delivery of my car on saturday 7/12/19, 5 pm, but i didn’t receive any kind of information from their side. I called the manager to know the status of my delivery, then i came to know that the car is not ready and it will be dropped at my address on sunday 11 am. I requested them to do the job as soon as possible as i will be going out of station on sunday morning. I changed my plan according to the delivery of the car. Again the car was not ready by 11 am. I informed the manager that i will be collecting my car myself from the work shop at 12 noon. The car was not ready there by 1 pm. I was asked to wait as the delivery could only be given after the lunch. After 2 pm the car was out of the washing area. One of a technician changed the switch of the automatic window in my presence, but the new switch was also not working. He declared that the switch is not defective but the motor is defective, which would cost me around 3300 rs. I agreed for that too… but meanwhile during the process of fitting and unfitting the switch, it is again found that the motor is also working fine. It was just a little bit of carbon collected on the tip of connecting wires, which was causing the main problem. All this was happening infront of my eyes, so there was no scope of cheating, but if i would have not been present there, they would have charged me with the cost of switch as well as motor or anything else. Whenever a service manager inform us about a defective part, we give our consent on phone and pay the bills generated. It gives them a scope of changing the correct parts declaring it as defective.
                            While making the payment, i was just asked to sign customer satisfaction form. The customers are not supposed to give the ratings and feedback themself. The customers are asked to sign it only and they will fill the form themselves… they will give themselves good remarks as per their choice. I filled the customer satisfaction form myself and gave appropriate ratings, as per the quality of services i was given.
                            Normally the car is supposed to be checked by a competent quality expert before the delivery, but it was not there. The cleaning is average. The paint quality is very poor in comparison to the local road side painters. Now when i raised the matter with the service manager, it is found that the rubbing of the part painted is still not done. The matter came into the knowledge of the service head & i was promised my rubbing due on the next visit. Finally the car was delivered by 3.30 pm.

                            By narrating the entire story step by step, i want to highlight the following points.
                            1. How can the paint of such a big brand car started peeling off within 3 years of purchase?
                            2. Why the time taken for the job is not properly analysed before giving delivery commitment?
                            3. How can an authorised technician of such a big company declare the working switch/motor of the window, as defective? (I consider it as a scope of cheating with the customers on mass level)
                            4. Why rubbing was not done after the paint, as it is considered mandatory by all the standard car companies?
                            5. If rubbing not done, why didn’t they informed me in advance?
                            6. Why the cost of repairing such a small dent is too high in comparison with the other vendors.
                            7. Why nobody was bothered to check the quality of work done?
                            8. The service managers are overburdened and they have no time to speak to you properly. They are always in a hurry as they are handling so many customers at a time.

                            Is this the standard operating procedure of hyundai world wide???
                            Or
                            Hyundai, train/authorise their channel partners to do business by doing this kind of malpractices???

                              Yesterday, i got my creta car serviced from berkleys chandigarh. The car was not serviced properly when i opened the bonnet to my surprise it was in very dirty condition. I had clearly told the supervisor to give me car in day light as it is not possible to review properly in the late evening, when i saw my car in the morning it was not polished properly and also dirty from inside.

                              This is the third time happening with me. Last time they did not even give me the feedback form.

                              This needs to be reviewed seriously. It can happen once but not three times in a row. First time i rated them with rating 3 and they did not even ask me to bring my car again for washing and polishing.
                              This time am yet to get call from berkleys as yesterday only i submitted my feedback from. I have taken photographs also.

                                  My new hyundai xcent petrol+ cng comercial 1.2 vin/chassis no.:mala741cljm319507 engine no.: galajm884442 registration no.: pb 01c 0746 date of purchase : 20 june 2018. The above mentioned car engine failed at 50000 km on 10 dec. This is the quality of engines given by hyundai... My car is standing in workshop in mohali from last 4 days but not even the snag analysis has been done properly. They are just saying that there is problem with engine head/ block and they will send report to hyundai and will take action once the reply comes. Totally frustrated... Pathetic service.. Bad product.

                                    I was charged for rsa while i was buying the insurance, but after the insurance was done rsa was missing, when i asked about it executive told me that it is doesn't get printed on policy but it is there.
                                    When i called on icici lombards customer care they told me it is not there. Same case happened for nominee name also.
                                    When i told this to executive she told me"i don't prepare policy, it is prepared by back-office how would i know if it is not applied". This is the response that was given to me. From the day one executive and her manager's behavior was as if i have done a mistake because i have purchased a hyundai car and policy.
                                    I wrote to you guys on twitter as well, i was asked by icici lombard that they will look into this and let me know but i haven't heard anything from those guys as well. I have call recordings i am not able to attach here if i you want i can attach it on twitter
