I have ordered elite i20 asta from a dealer in trivandrum. The full payment was made in demand draft. They told us that the product will be delivered within 10 days. After getting the amount they are saying that the item is no more available. Contact no of mine-[protected]. They could have informed us before if the product was not available. But they cheated us by saying that the product will be made available if the full amount is paid.

    Dear Sir,
    I was Servicing my car on Date 19th October 2019 for Routing Service at your Hyudai Authorized Service Station Garve Motors Pvt. Ltd. Wakad, S.N. 136/1A, 6. Pune. After servicing my car was lay down on Date 24th October 2019. That time I was check coolant and oil level of my car. But I found that Coolant and Oil Level was very low leveling.
    Please emmigeatly reply my complain, my first complained was registered on 27 Nov.2019 but Hyundai company was no reply.
    Please take a necessary action on your Authorized Service Station. Otherwise I send legal notice to him through consumer court.

      Still issue not resolved already sending below mail

      Dear Sir,

      I have newly purchased XCENT and also it is under warranty, 1 month gone issues are coming day by day and service center giving me gives me mentally and physically harassment,
      Recently i deliver the vehicle to the service center(Aditya Hyundai Bhubaneswar) service center saying vehicle have Engine defect and need to replace it, same thing i agree
      and then customer executive saying its under warranty not possible work at our service center and you need to pay for service and also arguing/denied for service & same thing also telling to service center when my car was 1 month gone,
      Simply i want say if my vehicle is new and also in warranty and the time of purchase also saying every thing cover warranty so why now Aditya Hyundai
      denied for the same and arguing with me and gives me mentally and physically harassment. This very worst and poor experience with Hyundai

      So request u kindly too early work on my case, if not i am going to consumer case.waiting for your reply

      I bought a car before 15 days...my ac bolwer speed automatic up and down...not flow air at same constat at speed...this is manufacturer problem they told me not repeat again..but after 10 days same happen..i went showroom they take 3 day...but not solve my problem..what could i do ??

        Hi sir,

        Myself hiren taylor from vadodara. I bought my new i20 elite from rsa hyundai in may'2017 by the name of my wife which is saroj hiren taylor since that day i had timely given my car for services 4 times in rsa & 1 time in downtown. My house is near from rsa workshop so i usually go to rsa workshop kalali.

        Here, i would like to share my review if it will really make you concern & take it on a serious basis. Every time i gave my car for service @rsa. I complained about my reverse gear & car jerking at 2nd & 3rd gear which is not working properly since i bought new. I have always given a damn excuse that is done even after service i went back immediately it is not done. Also the parts which were not in a condition to change i was fooled and ask to change. My few things were charged in my bill which was really not even touched by the mechanic. You can check my previous bills amounts which were approx rs, 14000, 8000, 8000/- even after paying so much money my work is not done & got silly excuses. Staff @ rsa workshop have a big attitude. So much of lies everytime. No value for customers everytime. I will share my experience below:

        1. My car 3rd service was only washed & many things undone & given to me at my office. Upon checking & showing the same to hyundia guy. He replied me that tomorrow is festival so your work is incomplete. You can surely come after festival & your car will get the incomplete work done.

        2. My last service i repeatedly (More then 3time) told the rsa guy name chirag patel that this is my 5th service and my above issues aren't solved yet. He promised me but again this time my problems are not done yet!! Infact he asked me to change many parts of my car which were really not required including my car wipers/clutch plates etc.. Wipers which i changed a month ago. There i realise that rsa just loots customers by asking to change parts just to increase bill amt. Just after service i got my car checked. I came to know many work was charege & undone like greasing was not done. Injector work was charged but not done??? (Due to injector work charged & undone, my car had a jerking problem) firstly i was told that i will be charged for parts as my warranty is over. They never knew that i had an extended warranty. Immediately they took a round turn saying your parts are now ok & it is not require to change. My old complains for reverse gear & car jerking etc.. Was really not done. What is this?

          Our car i20 sportz was given for regular oil service and brake check up on 22.07.2019 and the vehicle was delivered stating all the works have been done and from last month onwards the engine oil light was blinking indicating low oil and when we checked with the hyundai company person, she said it should be the switch problem, yesterday when we checked there was no oil at all and since the vehicle is used regularly driven by a lady lot of risk would have been happened like engine seizing. Kindly look into this matter seriously and sort out this problem. We have uploaded the bill copies for your reference.

            Myself Arpit owner of i20 active sx Vehicle no. UP15CS8496, India I have given my car to Hyundai service centre M/s Samundra Hyundai for an accidental repair. During the handing over of car to service centre I have checked my carefully for no loose personal belongings except car accessories like spare wheel, tool kit, etc.
            After the completion of repair works in my car the day when I went for receiving it from service centre I found that the (OEM) gps navigation system installed was not working which was properly working during handing over to service centre I pointed out the issue to the SC manager they checked the system and found that there was no gps SD card present in the system. On getting information of the same I told them that it was very well working before handing over to service centre they can very well check the defect in inventory list. GM services has promised me that the centre cctv photo will be checked and you may visit tommorrow morning for enquiry.
            Accordingly I manage to visit the service centre but from that day they are giving me excuses that the card is unique and cannot be stolen because it cannot be used in any other car except the same.
            I have raised the complaint to hyundai customer care but I didnt received any input in this regard.
            On 17th November, I had taken delivery of Venue vehicle. During delivery the dealer (Dream Hyundai) did not provided 5 l free diesel. They took 8 days to file for RC of my vehicle. An excess payment of Rs 4178 towards insurance and RC has been taken by Dream Hyundai, Sec 3, Noida

              I owned creta automatic since may 2016, for last 3-4months i had faced a lot of problem regarding my a/c. I contacted joshi hyundai mohali for that, in the month of july they told me about gas leakage, but after 15 days it again showing similar fault. I again contacted them and this time they told me about a/c coil and thereafter cooling was good.
              But for the last one month it stopped cooling, they told me this time about compressor failure. I was not able to understand why they took so many visits to detect a fault, after every visit they showed up with new excuses. It was very disgusting, so please go through it.

                I had purchased i20 from your showroom bhakra hyundai ropar (Punjkab), having regn no pb24c8190. Within 7-10 days of purchasing front left end tyre got some issues regarding air. Had contacted your office and i thought may be sort down in first service. But during my first service they simply refuse to check tyre and told to check it from outside vendor.
                Then i checked through a local tyre repair worker, he tries to fix it but after 2 days only same issue arosen. Then i contacted your goodwill office again and they assured me to sort it and asked me to visit at your showroom. As i belongs to near garhshankar - nangal place, i asked them if they can fix my problem from your nangal showroom as during sales they said to deal my query/service from there only. But they refused it and asked to visit at theirs only and assured me to fix my issue at the same day.
                Then i visited at your office and spent whole day there, but still got no proper response from your side. Till now i got no response. Also got some seat related issues which they sorted out during my visit.
                I am also a corporate client of yours, working in punjab national bank as a manager. Had sold many vehicles through your various branches as per tie up arrangement with our bank. This type of poor response and service is not appreciated.

                  Sir, i brought a new hyundai grand i10 car in the date of 30th october 2019 from the dealership of (Ss hyundai sales, kayamkulam opp. Elmecs multispeciality hospital, kareelakulangara, kayamkulam, alappuzha, kerala). They gave me a difficult car, while driving after 300 km i feel some noise into the gear box. I complained about in the service section when it was first service (1200km). But they returned it without checking. After that drove the car for 800plus km i still feel the same problem. It back to the showroom in the date of 28th november2019. They untied the car's gearbox fully. Yet they could not find the complaint.

                    I have informed the service center about the issue of the headlamps getting fogged up while the lights are turned on. They have performed all possible guidelines but still the issue is not resolved. I was informed by the service supervisor that its a manufacturing issue with the headlamps and the headlamps are supposed to be replaced under warranty. Its been over a month now the problem with my car is still the same and nobody at the dealership or service center is ready to take ownership for this. After a regular follow up with them i am continuously getting the repeated answer that we are working on it.

                      My vehicle is service by sandeep hyundai about 15 days earlier and thereafter vehicle is accidental on 11.9.19.
                      *as per oic mail muffler complete center is damaged after accident/when repairing which cost is rs 5253/- this is not reimbursed by oic.
                      *labour, body paint, removal/ refitment charges is charged rs 23000/- + taxes which is very high instead of market rates. So oic passed only rs 15155/-
                      *when i received vehicle after repairing vehicle inside air is very sad. For this reason i not sitting/use the vehicle for 4-5 days. Few days lateron i know about foambase cleaning and for this cleaning the company is charged rs 947/-+tax.
                      *the repair estimate is not made complete by sandeep hyundai so oic is not pass the claim of following parts:-
                      *bill amount is rs 105938/- but charged rs 105940/-

                        19000 was charged just for general service
                        Instead of service they created issues in car which was never there before service..
                        Igniton problem was aroused due to there lack of technical knowledge and wrong dignosis..
                        Inspite of our multiple calls for 1 month
                        No response was given.. And after 1 month. We were recharged with 8000 for the problem which was aroused by there technical team..

                          I own a hyndai verna vt vt sx opt bought in2017.
                          The car got a minor damage and i sent to workshop of saini hyndai. There was also some sound in sterling. I can not explain technically. Side light was also broken in accident. First of all after handing over the car they serviced in 10/12 cdays and subsequently they state they do not have spare parts for steering and side light is also not available.
                          I am amazed that such small parts are not available with your dealers
                          And custpomer has to wait indefinitely
                          We lose our confidence for buying hyndai car in future

                            I have purshased i 10 on 06/08/2017 and vehicle has been runed 30000 kilometers. Only in 30000 kilometers the tyre has been damaged. Stop fooling customer by providing such a useless and un usefull company tyre. They must be provising you such low quality tyre for which you all must have getting in a low price. Such a worst company which cannot provide service on time. U all have fool me in such a low quality tyre. I m not able to ue my vehicle on my needed time because of the worst service provided by tyre company. I would go legal regarding this i will launch a legal complain to hyndai by fooling me in name of tyre.

                              I will provide my detailed experience which i had with lakshimi hyundai, miyapur and it is not good.
                              Pre-sales experience: i have booked grand i10 on 28th september and after requesting with sales executive, we got delivery on 4th october. He has also given good discounts as mentioned during booking. At the time of car delivery, he has not given us the accessories which he has promised and also did not provide complete documents like invoice, rto related documents, fastag and promised us again that we will get it within a week. So we didn't argue at that time and went home with car and insurance papers on 4th october.

                              Post-sales experience: after multiple follow-ups and continuos delay in providing complete documents/accessories, we went to showroom on 19th october (15 days from car delivery), they have provided invoice and rto related documents. When i asked about 4th year extended warranty, he totally refused that he cannot provide that which he has promised pre-sales. Also, they did not provide complete accessories again (Except seat covers) and told us that it is not in stock. When we went to showroom manager to complaint about this, he was also not supporting us and told us that we should have come to him during car delivery. Even his words are like "once we get the money, we cannot do anything". As per our conversation with showroom manager, we don't know how he is able to run hyundai showroom. We had worst experience in lakshmi hyundai, miyapur and definetely we are not going to reccommend it to anyone.

                              Below are the things which are still pending with them and i am waiting to get a call from them:
                              1. 4th yr. Extended warranty
                              2. Car cover
                              3. Mud flaps

I had permission for work, but before that they removed oil and coolant without showing to me. Already I told them when Car does not start; I check oil and coolant level. But I found that Coolant and Oil Level was very low leveling. But they cannot believe my statement.
                                They are working on my car without my permission. But till date car not ready. Every day ask about my car, but they not proper reply to me. After that they gave me quotation for the work. But any mistake was not from me. So I cannot pay price that there mistake.
                                I request them for give my car, because suffering me and lost in business. But they cannot proper reply. Also call Authorized person Mr. Junta Gunjite (Mobile [protected]), but he also cannot proper answer when I calling to him.
                                Sir, I serviced my car time to time as per service card. Also I recommended to my Friends and the purchased four car after my recommendation.
                                Please take a necessary action on your Authorized Service Station. Otherwise I send legal notice to him through consumer court.

After servicing my car was lay down on Date 24th October 2019. That time I was check coolant and oil level of my car. But I found that Coolant and Oil Level was very low leveling.
                                After that I was towing my car and showing at above service station. They said that your car has work on Engine. I had permission for work, but before that they removed oil and coolant without showing to me. Already I told them when Car does not start; I check oil and coolant level. But I found that Coolant and Oil Level was very low leveling. But they cannot believe my statement.
                                They are working on my car without my permission. But till date car not ready. Every day ask about my car, but they not proper reply to me. After that they gave me quotation for the work. But any mistake was not from me. So I cannot pay price that there mistake.
                                I request them for give my car, because suffering me and lost in business. But they cannot proper reply. Also call Authorized person Mr. Junta Gunjite (Mobile [protected]), but he also cannot proper answer when I calling to him.
                                Sir, I serviced my car time to time as per service card. Also I recommended to my Friends and the purchased four car after my recommendation.
                                Please take a necessary action on your Authorized Service Station. Otherwise I send legal notice to him through consumer court.

                                We purchased Hyundai i20 2016 model in tirichirapalli.but on and off the ac problem persists.each time we go to workshop and spend few thousands its rectified and again back to whose in couple of months.please help us in sorting it out

                                  Rusting of my EON car in 3.5 years

                                  Now i am a great fan of hyundai cars because it have an emotional value in my life as because the first car i bought was hyundai santro, then there are many cars which i have bought of hyundai, but this time this car is just 3.5 years old and the whole car is damaged by rusting in the chassis and everywhere. Infact the cross of the car in which the engine is fixed is also fully damaged by rusting. i have sent to a garage from where i have seen the photographs which i m attaching in this mail, i was surprised that in such a short spam of time the car is rusted from everywhere. Infact it could have a breakdown with engine on the road as the whole chassis is damaged by rust.
                                  I dont know that how can a reputed car company car can get rusting in such a short span of time.
                                  Previously also i was using hyundai but these problems never persist.
                                  Please look into the matter carefully and do the needful at the earliest.
                                  As because i am a truly hyundai car fan i dont want to buy any other car apart from hyundai.
                                  I have another three cars of hyundai but these problems are not there.

                                    I sent my car hyundai xcent to workshop at 4th oct for three work

                                    1. Full body daint/paint except roof
                                    2. Engine heating work
                                    3. Regular service

                                    They give me estimate of 10 days for whole work but they hold my car and get released by 19th oct and with worst quality paint bubbles were showing over paint and side mirrors were not painted. And on backgate paint was missing from corner i showed to driver and back light were coming out and daints were easily showing on body gate rubber were coming out. Brackes were high. Dikky were not locked properly. Paint was roughed and they broke my car' remote and told me i sent broken remote to company.

                                    Yesterday i got my car back on 24th november in between i suffered a lot and started to mail down to company from 15th november but they didn't take action and i am not satisfied by company services. Their gm rajendra singh are not replying point to point. I asked for my money back from my first initiated mail but no reply on that and i asked him about company norms and guideline you followed and what you did with me then he replied i will deliver your car by tomorrow evening.

                                    I added company high authority and demanded to back my money 20k and i paid to company 70k for whole work they didn't intimate me for rough estimation and i got message of only 35k.

                                    Please help me out.

                                      My i10 of dec 2008 with 65 k running, suddenly last week, engine starts with missing firing & force is not there for car to move. Trident service center at bangalore after 3 days of drama, told ecu to be replaced as some electrical short happened. They have quoted 41000/- for item and another 20000 for other charges related to this. Is it advisable to get this repaired outside. Hyundai is worst in fixing problem and i10 is having serious design issues including plastic body of caruburator which cracks very frequently due to cantilever hanging design, even back wheel axle broke suddenly in low speed.
                                      I have lost faith in hyundai design capabilities.
                                      I[censored] can help me in fixing my car ecu problem, will be great help

                                      Trident is very irresponsible in resolving issue and r not at all serious, they want me to buy new car and sell this one at throw away price, too much of commercial from Trident & looting customers

                                        I had very bad experience with this work shop. I had picked my car for three work
                                        1. Full body paint
                                        2. Engine heating
                                        3. Monthly service.

                                        Their supervisor named gaurav chauhan did inspection of my car and total time 12 days is told and charges for paint is told 30k + gst.

                                        Car is delivered to me after 20 days with no intemation of delay to customer and call is arranged with me. I daily called to supervisor and ask the status. No positive response i received from him expect all work has done and we will deliver your car by tomorrow.

                                        After 19 days final day has come to deliver my car when i received my car my remote has broken and wrapped with tape i asked who did this then replied we received broken remote from your side. I got mad.

                                        They charged 69k for my total work which was incomplete. They did rough paint on my car i checked on another center they were shocked that any hyundai center can do such worst quality paint..

                                        They again pick my car and hold for 10 days and again returned with common visible daints i didn't accept this. Again they pulled my car from my home and hold for 10 days i note down 10 points to driver but they did only 3 points. Now the saturation point has come of my patience and i wrote mail to high authority but they even took any serious action on my request.

                                        I would say guys mr. Sanjeev kumar (Manager) mr. Rajendra singh (Gm) and girish tripathi and tarun and gaurav chauhan (Supervisor) are worst persons i ever had met in my life.

                                        Please check your vichele status time to time otherwise they will misguided you.
