I am very disappointed with your car service center & customer care. I was visited at your service center crossland jhotwara jaipur. I am not happy with your services. I have raised the complaint with your customer service number ([protected]) and also informed to your service adviser at jhotwara. Still you poeple didn't taken any action against service center.

After the service i faced many problems in the car. (Few example)
1. Car wipers do not work.
2. Loose battery wire
3. According to your service advisor all shockers have problems, but do not want to give in writing.
4. I paid the rs 1550 for maintenance from time to time, but the service adviser don't have a maintenance record of my car.

Please refund my amount.

Respected sir.When I was driving my i20 around normal speed of 90-100 in national highway. It got out of its stability in that track during rainy. I can't control it. It became a huge accident and this is my new birth.My vehicle was totally damaged.So please undertake my suggestion and give me a solution.

    Dear all,
    I am one of the customer/owner of creta automatic bearing registration number dl4cau-7745. I want to bring to your kind notice the feedback & inconvenience faced by me in one of the facility m/s deep hyundai, mangolpuri, new delhi, india, work shop.
    I purchased my car in june 2016 and in 2019, i. E within 3 years the original paint of my car started peeling off. I visited the showroom on thursday 5/12/19 regarding complaint of defective quality of paint on the dickey. The showroom people diverted me to the body shop for further assistance. I was very glad to know that the company is providing me cost free paint for the dickey. There was also a small dent on the dickey area, which i requested them to repair on my cost. My car was picked up on 6/12/19, 11 am for the service station and service manager informed me that it will be delivered the next day, i. E saturday 7/12/19 by 5 pm.
    Meanwhile a technical snag was detected in the automatic window switch, which is also asked to be look after. After thorough verification and consultation with the technical team, the manager informed me that there is a problem in the switch and it needs to be changed. I gave my approval to change the switch.
    As per the time given, i was expecting the delivery of my car on saturday 7/12/19, 5 pm, but i didn’t receive any kind of information from their side. I called the manager to know the status of my delivery, then i came to know that the car is not ready and it will be dropped at my address on sunday 11 am. I requested them to do the job as soon as possible as i will be going out of station on sunday morning. I changed my plan according to the delivery of the car. Again the car was not ready by 11 am. I informed the manager that i will be collecting my car myself from the work shop at 12 noon. The car was not ready there by 1 pm. I was asked to wait as the delivery could only be given after the lunch. After 2 pm the car was out of the washing area. One of a technician changed the switch of the automatic window in my presence, but the new switch was also not working. He declared that the switch is not defective but the motor is defective, which would cost me around 3300 rs. I agreed for that too… but meanwhile during the process of fitting and unfitting the switch, it is again found that the motor is also working fine. It was just a little bit of carbon collected on the tip of connecting wires, which was causing the main problem. All this was happening infront of my eyes, so there was no scope of cheating, but if i would have not been present there, they would have charged me with the cost of switch as well as motor or anything else. Whenever a service manager inform us about a defective part, we give our consent on phone and pay the bills generated. It gives them a scope of changing the correct parts declaring it as defective.
    While making the payment, i was just asked to sign customer satisfaction form. The customers are not supposed to give the ratings and feedback themself. The customers are asked to sign it only and they will fill the form themselves… they will give themselves good remarks as per their choice. I filled the customer satisfaction form myself and gave appropriate ratings, as per the quality of services i was given.
    Normally the car is supposed to be checked by a competent quality expert before the delivery, but it was not there. The cleaning is average. The paint quality is very poor in comparison to the local road side painters. Now when i raised the matter with the service manager, it is found that the rubbing of the part painted is still not done. The matter came into the knowledge of the service head & i was promised my rubbing due on the next visit. Finally the car was delivered by 3.30 pm.

    By narrating the entire story step by step, i want to highlight the following points.
    1. How can the paint of such a big brand car started peeling off within 3 years of purchase?
    2. Why the time taken for the job is not properly analysed before giving delivery commitment?
    3. How can an authorised technician of such a big company declare the working switch/motor of the window, as defective? (I consider it as a scope of cheating with the customers on mass level)
    4. Why rubbing was not done after the paint, as it is considered mandatory by all the standard car companies?
    5. If rubbing not done, why didn’t they informed me in advance?
    6. Why the cost of repairing such a small dent is too high in comparison with the other vendors.
    7. Why nobody was bothered to check the quality of work done?
    8. The service managers are overburdened and they have no time to speak to you properly. They are always in a hurry as they are handling so many customers at a time.

    Is this the standard operating procedure of hyundai world wide???
    Or
    Hyundai, train/authorise their channel partners to do business by doing this kind of malpractices???

      Yesterday, i got my creta car serviced from berkleys chandigarh. The car was not serviced properly when i opened the bonnet to my surprise it was in very dirty condition. I had clearly told the supervisor to give me car in day light as it is not possible to review properly in the late evening, when i saw my car in the morning it was not polished properly and also dirty from inside.

      This is the third time happening with me. Last time they did not even give me the feedback form.

      This needs to be reviewed seriously. It can happen once but not three times in a row. First time i rated them with rating 3 and they did not even ask me to bring my car again for washing and polishing.
      This time am yet to get call from berkleys as yesterday only i submitted my feedback from. I have taken photographs also.

I have already once repainted my bonnet but after that the same problem has occurred i have also talked with your service manager mr. Prakesh. This proble is been discussed with from last two months i have also sent my car thrice but no reply or solution from your side i am attaching the car details and the pictures of bonnet i request you to give me permanent solution for this.

          Dear concern

          My new hyundai xcent petrol+ cng comercial 1.2 vin/chassis no.:mala741cljm319507 engine no.: galajm884442 registration no.: pb 01c 0746 date of purchase : 20 june 2018. The above mentioned car engine failed at 50000 km on 10 dec. This is the quality of engines given by hyundai... My car is standing in workshop in mohali from last 4 days but not even the snag analysis has been done properly. They are just saying that there is problem with engine head/ block and they will send report to hyundai and will take action once the reply comes. Totally frustrated... Pathetic service.. Bad product.

            I was charged for rsa while i was buying the insurance, but after the insurance was done rsa was missing, when i asked about it executive told me that it is doesn't get printed on policy but it is there.
            When i called on icici lombards customer care they told me it is not there. Same case happened for nominee name also.
            When i told this to executive she told me"i don't prepare policy, it is prepared by back-office how would i know if it is not applied". This is the response that was given to me. From the day one executive and her manager's behavior was as if i have done a mistake because i have purchased a hyundai car and policy.
            I wrote to you guys on twitter as well, i was asked by icici lombard that they will look into this and let me know but i haven't heard anything from those guys as well. I have call recordings i am not able to attach here if i you want i can attach it on twitter

                I had raised the complaint against the sales team.

                Your sales representatives had promised a few accessories while booking the car and they took almost one and half a month to provide few accessories.

                But the major problem is they are creating issue by saying that they dont have the approval to provide full mat (One of the accesories) which was promised by them while booking the vehicle.

                The trust, service and fulfuillment of the offers made while booking the car gives an customer a satisfactory response but in kushalnagar branch they are not responding properly.

                If they had taken approval and assured us while booking the car, then same things to be provided even after a month. Now suddenly they are stepping back and saying approval is not been provided means what will be the impact of customer on hyundai.

                We have purchased around two cars from mysore advaitha showroom and the response till today is very good and very much satisfactory.

                But here am not at all happy, once payment was done, they didnt even turned up for any follow ups nor they provided the car intime neither the accessories.

                Please address this issue and the problems i faced is by sales team and not the service team.

                Service is good since we are going there for car servicing since from past one year.
                I had purchased a car, Hyundai Creta however I have been told there is no service plan for the vehicle and I had to pay. See attached receipt.

                Resolution: I in desperate need of the service plan 5 years
                Re-reimbursed for the service

                  I have bought a new hyundai santro car at susee hyundai, kappaloor on 24 november 2019. Within 5 days from the delivery, my car haven't started. Then i have arranged a electrician in the local and jump started the battery and started the car. Then after that in the next two days, i have faces tge same problem and by pushing the car i have started the vehicle. Then again today (14/12/19), i'm facing the same problem. My car was not starting while i'm getting ready to go to temple. The salesperson in the showroom have just charged the battery and not replacing the battery. I just don't want this car. Please retake this car and refund my money. I hate these kind of problems faced in this new car. Please retake the vehicle.

                    I got elite i 20 last year in feb from punj hyundai hamirpur hp, and i have observed a tickling and cracking noise from front side of my brand new car which i have been struggling since 1 year to get it solved, but all efforts in vain, joshi hyundai mohali did some temp work to fix it bt still gtng another noise frm dashboard, poor exp with 1st car

                    Visited mohali joshi Hyundai today again and they helped with the issue which i was facing related to sounds from dashboard, it was a plastic sound due to hardening in winters which goes away after car heats up in sunny day or after turning car heater on, so all good now, and way their manager explained me is satisfactory. Joshi hyundai mohali is best

                      I purchased a vehicle via government subsidy. the financing co, bidvest bank. When i resigned from my work i paid the vehicle in full, 18 nov 2019 the service plan however has not been handed over, the bank only responded over series of quires raised with them. they even had failed to acknowledge the payment until the 11th dec 2019.

                      All i need is a service plan for the vehicle and obviously my log book.

                        Dear sir,
                        I had purchased a new tuscon crdi auto gls by the name of sarojani builders pvt ltd with the registration date 12.4.17. Colour black, engine no.-d4hagu512706. Registration no. Jh-01cj2591.

                        However the car has a lot of manufacturing defects. Within the 1st six months of buying the car started troubling me. To start with, the car had a dicky shocker problem, faced it twice and had to take the car to the service center where the shocker has been changed, but then again within 3-4months it stopped working and again had to get it changed.in-between the two shocker problem, the battery of the car went dead, and then the battery was changed. Secondly the electric junction box was also not working and had to get it changed by your service center fairdeal hundai, bariyatu road ranchi.
                        Then after sometime, again got issue as my vehicle started toeing left side, your service center told me that the tyre is bent and to get it changed, my car had covered 31000km by then and no warranty in the tyre was given. The type used belongs to nexun brand and i got it changed on my own expense even though i was told that there was some manufacturing defect in the type.
                        This week again, when i started my vehicle it sounded like tractor and there was a lot of white fuem coming out of the exhaust, so i reached out to your service center, they asked me to send my vehicle to the service center, they checked it and told that the injector has problem, they said, the injector will be sent to to lucknow for repair and it take around 5-6 days, hence i had to leave my vehicle at the service center.

                        Sir, i have been a loyal customer of hundai for more than a decade now with total of 6cars from hundai till date. None of such issues have ever come up with any of the cars. However tuscon has been miserable. As i know, this is the flagship vechile of your company and this was my reason for buying it but the experience has been very exhausting. The car had way too many defects since the start, kindly look into it. Money is definitely an issue but farther more the trouble it has been giving me is even worse specially after being the flagship suv which is expensive as well.

                        This is not my 1st email to you. I have already sent a few earlier to which no reply has been given yet.

                        Kindly reply and look into the matter and help.

                          I gave my 2019 hyundai creta 1.4 eplus for my second service. I just heard some noise in tyres like a sqeaking sound. I asked techinician to just test drive it once. He took the car he test drove it and said he will solve that problem.. After 10 mins i got a message from traffic police that i had two challans for overspeeding 1035+1035. I asked the manager over there and he responded me very badly. And i went to asst general manager and he did the same. This happened in sansai hyundai nalgonda town. Please make sure i get the justice

                            Hi,

                            I have brought hyundai tuscon gls 2019 model just 15 days back and the car is not starting.
                            Couple of days back since no one from hyundai kothari (Kharadi) came, i got it jump started with rsa team. Again yesterday i had to visit airport to pick my family and car didn't start. This is 9thdec 7pm, since service centre is closed till now no resolution.
                            How come hyundai india is manufacturing car which is started having these problem in just 15 days.??

                              I have sent the car to hyundai workshop a one week ago for repairing under insurance but the issue is not resolve yet, they are just processing the paper work since.

                              New car is in workshop since a week but no action is taken from company.
                              All the necessary documents were already provided to them still is is more than a usual time taken

                              Please file a complaint and make it faster and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                I am a proud owner of hyundai i20 elite car no - wb06m2638.
                                My car is a used car which i purchased 10 months back.
                                I choose to get my car servicing done for bengal hyundai service center at kolkata, 2/2b, tiljala rd, park circus, gobra, kolkata, west bengal 700046 because its close to my office
                                During the first serving, i faced no problem from pick to delivery and the i was quite satisfied with the quality of servicing.
                                But i all started from when second time i sent my car to the same service center. This time the quality of servicing was worst.
                                My car was not washed not cleaned properly, i found my ac is creating a problem, though i was charged for ac maintenance and all other servicing cost, i also stated experiencing noise at front and rear doors and also in the shock observers.
                                I call service center and shared my feedback. I was assured that my car will be get free washing and all noise and ac related issue will be resolved. The executive name sampa even told me that she is send a mail related to this matter and my car will be picked up shortly
                                But to my disappointment, neither i received any call or mail.
                                Since i travel a lot and don't have time to go to the workstation personally, i had to wait for getting myself free then send the vehicle to service center.
                                2 months back, i called and booked an appointment for another service as my noise was loud and problem in my ac not solved last time.
                                My car was supposed to be picked up at 11 am, but it was picked up at 2 pm.
                                Then i got a call from mr samit majhi who was in charge of servicing that it was too late, so proper servicing cant be done, only washing is possible and charged rs - 500
                                I lost my entire day but my car did not got any service.
                                I got a call a from the service center where i was told that next time no mistake will happen and my car will get proper servicing
                                Again i booked an appointment yesterday (8th dec 2019) and asked pick up my car from my office at 11 am. I got a call at 12 pm that someone will come and pickup which will take another 45 mints.
                                This time i simple denied to hand over my car as i can clearly anticipate that with such short time again my car will not get any proper service and i will be charged unnecessarily.
                                I am too disappointed with such pathetic service.
                                Whats the point selling costly car to customer when you cant provide proper service..
                                Better i get my car serviced from local mechanic

                                Hi,
                                I booked a Hyundai santro anniversary edition on Oct 27th, 2019 and still no status update except not available.
                                I raised complaint with Hyundai customer care as well and no response.

                                I paid 5.2 Lakhs so far and they collected customer money and delaying the vehicle delivery.

                                Not sure how to fightback.

                                    I inderpreet car owner of grand i10 dl8cat8439 i purchased in april 2018 from that time i am not happy with service my car is no giving average 5 times i request to hyundai service center that is pahwa hyundai my vehicle on highway giving 16 average the problem was coming while installing the back gear. And the showroom has not solved this problem. Not satisfied because this problem is not resolved this is bad feedback i will never purchase hyundai vehicle in future.

                                      I bought elantra vtvt 1.8 sx at car in may 2013.
                                      This vehicle is being used single handed and for personal/family use. It has done only 16800 km till date.
                                      The vehicle has a developed a steering problem. On rotating left or right it makes a clucking sound.
                                      Vehicle has not done enough mileage to develop such steering problems. It must be a defect in manufacturing /design problem associated with the any of the components in the steering system and eps system.
                                      I am thoroughly disappointed and feel that i made a mistake choosing hyundai car.
                                      I would request hyundai to examine my car and remove the defect and display the attitude of high quality hyundai customer care.

                                        Hyundai i20 asta manual has been ordered. The entire amount said by the sales team has been sent by demand draft. Later the sales team informed us that the product is not available. We availed loan for buying the product. They could have informed us before. We have suffered huge loss because of them.
