My i10 of dec 2008 with 65 k running, suddenly last week, engine starts with missing firing & force is not there for car to move. Trident service center at bangalore after 3 days of drama, told ecu to be replaced as some electrical short happened. They have quoted 41000/- for item and another 20000 for other charges related to this. Is it advisable to get this repaired outside. Hyundai is worst in fixing problem and i10 is having serious design issues including plastic body of caruburator which cracks very frequently due to cantilever hanging design, even back wheel axle broke suddenly in low speed.
I have lost faith in hyundai design capabilities.
I[censored] can help me in fixing my car ecu problem, will be great help

Trident is very irresponsible in resolving issue and r not at all serious, they want me to buy new car and sell this one at throw away price, too much of commercial from Trident & looting customers

    I had very bad experience with this work shop. I had picked my car for three work
    1. Full body paint
    2. Engine heating
    3. Monthly service.

    Their supervisor named gaurav chauhan did inspection of my car and total time 12 days is told and charges for paint is told 30k + gst.

    Car is delivered to me after 20 days with no intemation of delay to customer and call is arranged with me. I daily called to supervisor and ask the status. No positive response i received from him expect all work has done and we will deliver your car by tomorrow.

    After 19 days final day has come to deliver my car when i received my car my remote has broken and wrapped with tape i asked who did this then replied we received broken remote from your side. I got mad.

    They charged 69k for my total work which was incomplete. They did rough paint on my car i checked on another center they were shocked that any hyundai center can do such worst quality paint..

    They again pick my car and hold for 10 days and again returned with common visible daints i didn't accept this. Again they pulled my car from my home and hold for 10 days i note down 10 points to driver but they did only 3 points. Now the saturation point has come of my patience and i wrote mail to high authority but they even took any serious action on my request.

    I would say guys mr. Sanjeev kumar (Manager) mr. Rajendra singh (Gm) and girish tripathi and tarun and gaurav chauhan (Supervisor) are worst persons i ever had met in my life.

    Please check your vichele status time to time otherwise they will misguided you.

      Hey,
      This is regarding highly dissatisfied customer service experience i have to go through with my recent service which i had availed at your domlur/kormangala branch, i hope someone is looking on this matter asap, as l am feeling completely cheated, before writing any further i would like forward to hearing back from you asap or i ensure you to take matter on diff social platform or even consumer forum.
      Now the brief of the issue: on 14th nov i had availed service at your service center for my 4-wheeler, which cost me approximately 14k, i availed this service just because i was planning a family trip to mysore, whereas before i can drive till 100 kms, my car broke down in very mysterious way. I was initially share shocked that how can that be possible as service took place yesterday. I would like to ask you to put your feet on my shoes, at midnight stuck with 8 months old son and 7 years old daughter along with helpless wife, for more detailed information about that night call me back i will try to explain you but l am sure might not related to the situation. I called back to the service advisor shankar (M [protected]) to get an immediate help but instead of helping me out with this situation, he did not attended the call. Later somehow i managed to get a private toying service which cost me 2k again on bangalore-mysore highway and manage to reach another hyundai service center in mysore named as star hyundai service center and i was in huge surprise to here that they are going to charge me another 15k for repairing of my car.
      I think hyundai stack holder should take a strict action against the service center and compensate me for mental and physical harassment which me and my family had to go through along with the additional expenses of toying and repairing the car. This is most disgusting service i have availed through out life. For any further information of query contact me over email or call.

        I have purchased tucson vehicle in 2017 from kamal hyundai kharghar navi mumbai. The car is in the name of jsw steel ltd dolvi works.in this two years i have encountered five breakdown which is not acceptable. I am using hyundai vehicle since 2006 till date. Recent breakdown was clutch failure and my experience is non availability of spare parts. Without vehicle i am stranded. My service provider kamal hyundai of taloja navi mumbai shows helpness in providing an alternate vehicle till the car is repaired. Please work on company image as tucson is premium car and i cannot afford to be stranded very often. Waiting for quick response.

          Dear lady / sir,
          I had read rave reviews about this vehicle from all quarters. I decided to add this to my collection of hyundai cars. I already have a hyundai i10, creata and just swapped my 13 year old verna with this fantastic vehicle from your stable.

          I was delivered this beauty by eros hyundai, nagpur. To my disappointment, all they were interested was in sales and not the pre-sales or post sales services like explaining features, facilities and functioning of vehicle. They made me wait for invoicing for close to two hours but made no effort to explain the exhaustive features, blue link and infotainment system.

          After i got my registration number, i visited them twice. Each time they had an excuse ready, mr, roshan, the sales executive promised to visit me a my residence and explain things, but never turned up. This too happened twice.

          Today, 21 november 2019, i received a call from an executive from head office hyundai nagpur. He too promised to visit me in thirty minutes time to do the needful. I waited for more than an hour, the gentleman never showed up or called. On my calling him, he too had an excuse ready.

          Lady / sir, what have i done to deserve such treatment?
          Now, one thing is clear to me that scout for other options before going for hyundai vehicle. Now i feel sorry that i bought this vehicle. You people have caused me a lot of heartburn.

            I have a creta car in that manufacturing defect of paint is there but in my city dealer balaji hyundai motor bahraich they are saying we will not do because i haven't purchase a car from that dealer. They have first promised me after that they have denied. They are saying we will do in next service, then again in next service they waste my 1 yrs for this.

              Once am give my hyundai car in ss hyundai for an accidental work they billed huge amount from me and they do some other illegal activities in my hyundai car for gain more money from insurance company i heard from some customers and from workers about this activities of ss hyundai i think this z not a fair thing i think there is an vital roles in surveyor and they have tie up with ss hyundai now am afraid 2 do both service and any accidental work in ss hyundai so plz check and clear this type of illegal activities in this ss hyundai all workshop they are cheating insurance company for there profit

                We have already given for service in mgf hyundai padivattam for engine missing case and they took arround 3 weeks to return after charging a huge amount for service. They asked to change many things and we did it. But the complaint still stays. Then why the hell they took this much time and money from me. Are they bafoons to say they are mechanics. I want the complaint to be serviced and i wont give a single penni again or else i will go to social medias and news and screw you. Now me and my family is bloody scared of driving your fraude companies vehicles.
                I need to get my vehicle ready by next week or else return my bill amount. Rest i will take care. I am 64 year old senior citizen and i will give case against you for fraudlent.

                  I have decided to purchase a new santo sportz car from mukesh hundai, baguiati. It was told by the concern seles executive namely sounak pandit that i could purchase the car at a discounted rate rs 525000.00/- but after payment of booking amount of rs 3000.00/-he issued a an invoice showing that the price of the car is of 538000.00/-, when i told him about this discrepancy he arrogantly and rudely replied that i am bound to purchase the said car at a consideration amount of rs 538000.00/- when i realized that it was a conspiracy hatched by the said sales executive and i requested him to refund the said booking money of rs 3000.00/-but unfortunately he told me that if i would dare to cancelled this booking the money already paid by me would be forfeited, i realized that it was a devil choice and due to unfair trade practice of the mukesh hundai, i had to suffer a lot, so kindly consider my grivence in a unprecedented way and fake appropriate step to help me to get rid off this situation by refunding my money without any condition at the earliest.                     This is noted that your service center is not given service. But they are doing cheating with customers. Initially sales team will chasing for purchased car and further forget the customers. Then service team will come on picture and cheating with customers. Unnecessary charges are taken from customers. I am victim for service in punjab hyundai. They are asking money in warranty period.

                    The hyundai image is very popular and good in motor car industry. But you are only focused on sale. But hyundai senior management is not taken seriously service.

                      E had requested for cancellation of one of the car booking within 2 weeks of booking. Hyundai dealers did not process the same for almost a month and now bank charges of 40000 is put on us. Bank is not ready to close the loan account without this being paid.
                      The first emi for the car that i have not purchased in been deducted from my account because of the negligence of hyundai.

                      No one from hyundai are responding to my queries. Have tried reaching out in multiple forums customer service email, phone and even dealers dont lift the calls or respond to emails or messages.
                      This amount should completely be hyundai's responsibility because they were irresponsible and did not process the cancellation on time as soon as it was requested.

Mai rasta se ja raha tha hajipur ramashies chowk pe vantage hyundai ke ownar Mr Ram or uska 5 ya 6 staff tha sam mil kar jabardasti mujhe se gari ko chin liya jisme mera ake phone ₹18500 ka tha ₹37000 cash tha. Mai apne family ke sath Auto se ghar aiya. Jab mai car deler ke pass gay to bola gay ki aap ka lone nahi huaa hai to mai ne pucha without lone ka aap gari q chore. Fir mai aapni paisa refund manga to usne paisa ₹180000 dene ki baat ki1 month ke bad . Car deler ne mere sath 420 ki hai.

                              Hi i have hyundai i20, i have been using last 5 years, last time there was a clutch issue, i have taken to blue hyundai an authorized dealer of hyundai.
                              They are suppose to change the clutch master cylinder & sleev cylinder, but they have changed clutch kit, which cost me 15k, extra.

                              Now without my mistake i have paid the extra amount.. I suggest no one should go the work shop, they are sitting to cheat the customer.

                                I have hyundai i20 2019 model (Magna+). I have purchased the car 15 days back. I am unable to brake the car at slow speed. The brakes become hard and i am not able to stop the vehicle. It happens 3-4 times. The car may stuck to any object. Is there any issue regarding the brakes in new models of i20? Please help me to solve out this issue as i afraid after this.

                                  I am rajesh chigurupati. On 31st oct 2019, i bought the i20 sports model car (Tn 14 u 9302) from kun hyundai shollinganallur, chennai branch.

                                  Today while i was driving, suddenly i got a big a sound and smoke came from the engine, immediately i stopped the car and i suspect something was blasted and all the engine oil was leaked. I given the vehicle in the rk hyundai tirupathi showroom.

                                  I was travelling with my family, all of a sudden every one got panic due to the incident and i didn't expect this from a 10 days old vehicle, its very fortunate that road is empty and i can able to safely stop the car, if anything happened to anybody who will take the responsibility, being a big brand, we believe the car was properly tested in all aspects, before selling the car, now i am getting a doubt that you have sold the defective car.

                                  Going forward i cant drive the car with full of doubts. Please take you car and refund the entire amount which i have paid.

                                  I bought the car with lot of hopes, but finally ended with the worst experience. My entire family was disappointed.

                                    I got my car delivered on the 8th of november (Elite i20 sportz+). The first thing i did was fill fuel for 1000 rupees and drove from lakshmi hyundai in kalyan nagar to jalahalli cross which is about 14 kms, the moment i stopped at my location i felt smell petrol, i ignored for a while assuming its a brand new car and looked at the fuel indicator which was completely nill,. After a couple of minutes my brother opened the bonnet (Attached video) the petrol has been leaking all the way from the showroom to my brother's place. Before taking delivery the car was parked outside the showroom on service road beside to park.

                                    I was with my wife and my 9 month old daughter. We're thankfully safe. I would appreciate if you please replace my car as i think there is fault in this vehicle.

                                    I booked my top model Sx opt Venue Car on 5th Aug 2019 and till today i.e 1st Nov 2019 I am still awaiting my car delivery. The car was booked online by paying 21000/- from Yashodha Hyundai Patiala. Yasodha Hyundai patiala dealer is highly non responsive and I need justice for this delay.

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i had taken my car no. Wb02ac 2313 to bengal hyundai workshop on 22nd october 2019 for a complaint of hard steering. The workshop identified that the problem was due to some fault in the steering column and it needs to be replaced. After taking my approval they issued me a service challan with a promised date of delivery on 23rd october 2019. On enquiry after a couple of days i came to know that the said parts is not available in the local workshops and hence has to be fetched from ouside kolkata. Since then more than 3 weeks have passed and everyday, after several calls made to the service station, i get to know that the order for the above item is still pending, sometimes they say it is with chennai, sometimes lucknow and so on. Under the circumstances i don't know what to do and how to resolve the issue. The car being a vital necessity of my daily activities, i am facing a huge crisis and can't find any definite solution for the same. The workshop is extremely ineffective and hence i am having to suffer for the same. Kinly look into the matter asap so that i can get back my car at the earliest.

                                        mileage is very low as compared to what the company has offered

                                        Im a user of hyundai i20 petrol, the mileage promised was 18 but as we know it usually get lowered in city driving conditions, but other users usually get around 12kmpl, and what i am getting is around 9kmpl which is very low when you consider the mileage of a hatchback.
                                        I have taken my vehicle to service center near my house, but they could not provide any solution for it.

                                        Hope hyundai india will solve my problem...
