Booked venue sx+ dct car in june at trident hyundai, kr puram, bangalore. Made requisite payment for dashara delivery, 8thoct and delear committed delivery on that date. When enquired about car 4 days before, i got to know that it got invoiced to someone else. They promised to get it on next shipment on 16th oct. That further delayed and car was put to transit around 20th from chennai to bangalore but it hasn't reached yet and they missed diwali day, 27th as well. Status is still same with nobody having any clue on their logistics issues and next delivery possibility. Fed up with their repeated failures. Missing festival season and messing up family plans.

    I booked the hyundai venue online in may 2019. Due to some reasons i cancelled the booking in june 2019 with dee hyundai, allahabad. However, the cancellation refund has not been initiated by dee hyundai. The in-charge persons dont repsond regarding this matter.

    Kindly suggest me related to this matter what can be done for further progress of this matter.

      Sir, i purchased verna sx (O) on 27th jun'19 from sawan hyundai panipat. Till today i have not received original car rc and i am also not able check the status. Whenever i call to dealer to know about rc they either did not pick the phone or after picking the phone call they say that they will call back after 2 minutes after getting information about my rc but they never call. The service is very pathetic and not customer friendly. Still i am worry about my rc when will i get it. Its almost 4 months. Please help and take necessary action if required.

        This is regarding one of my referral coupon which i am supposed to get 6 months back. I bought a car from lakshmi hyundai banglore in the month of jan'19 and after few days i referred one of my friend who purchased a car in the month of april. At the time of buying the sales guy promised me i will receive a coupon which i can use for my future service. After couple of days i went to check if the coupon has been generated and they confirmed the sales guy did not punch the coupon hence they will do it now (Pasha). I think pasha is the manager of that showroom. He promised me within a week i will receive the coupon. But till date i have not received anything. They do not pick my calls and even blocked my numbers. I have also raised couple of complaints through customer care but no help. My recent request id is 1-[protected]. This is really sad to see such behaviors towards your customers. I have also pinged in face book but as usual no response.
        Please advise asap.
        I refer a Hyundai customer offline. He buy a nios magna. But did not get refferel coupon...

          This notice is issued to you at the request of my client, mr. Sivagnanam k who is the owner of vehicle bearing reg no. Mh 12 ke 6607 (Black colour hyundai i20).
          It is seen that certain servicing and repair works for the said vehicle were carried out in your workshop between the dates 13/09/2019 and 18/09/2019. During this period your company had, inter alia, serviced the ‘car air-conditioning system’ and charged my client a sum of rs.2, 680/- for the same. Copy of the bill for the said works is enclosed as annexure a. However, within 2 days after the servicing was completed, my client started to notice that the ac was starting to function less effectively. Eventually, after 3 weeks of the servicing, the ac completely stopped functioning.
          Dismayed by the said events, my client returned to your workshop on 11/10/2019 seeking an explanation for such faulty servicing. After having waited in your workshop for a considerable amount of time, he was informed by your staff that the air-conditioning system had to be thoroughly checked to identify the problem. Consequently, my client – trusting that your company would rectify the problem in good faith and with the firm belief that the vehicle would be returned to him with a functioning ac – gave his vehicle to your workshop on 14/10/2019.
          On the same day, my client received a call from mr. Edgar (Who has been responsible for the works of the car since it was given for servicing on 13/09/2019) informing that there is some leakage in the ac system. To the utter shock and dismay of my client, he was informed that it would cost him approximately rs. 9000/- to have the ac repaired. Aggrieved and frustrated by the said events, my client immediately requested the vehicle to be returned with a written estimate of the cost and declined to pay for any of the works as these costs are sought to be imposed on him for no fault of his own but for the faulty and negligent work of your workshop. A copy of the estimate prepared by mr. Edgar along with copies of other documents provided by your workshop on this day are enclosed herewith as annexure b my client had completely lost faith in your company after these events.
          It is emphatically submitted that the only cause for the ac to stop function is faulty servicing at your workshop which has caused damaged to the air-conditioning system. It is stated that the ac was functioning perfectly fine before the vehicle was given for servicing on 13/09/2019. However, since my client, by way of abundant caution, had requested that the ac be checked at the time, he was informed by your staff (Mr. Edgar) that the ac had to be serviced in order to ensure effective functioning. Trusting the advice of mr. Edgar in good faith, my client agreed to the said servicing which costed him rs.2, 680/-. It must be noted that my client was initially hesitant for this work as certain disinfecting/cleaning work had recently been done for the ac in the month of february by your same workshop. However, at the instance of mr. Edgar, my client ultimately agreed trusting that his advice was in good faith.
          Now, based on the audacious attitude shown by your staff, my client is also of the apprehension that they may have deliberately and wilfully caused damaged to the ac system in order to extract a higher cost subsequently. The series of events also seem to suggest the same. However, since my client does not have access to the functioning of your workshop, he still hopes that this is not the case.
          Aggrieved and frustrated by these events, mr. Sivagnanam k has engaged my services to take necessary steps under the consumer protection act, 2019 for appropriate remedies.
          Therefore, by way of last opportunity, you are hereby requested to repair the abovementioned vehicle’s ac system to the full satisfaction of my client and compensate him appropriately for the hardship endured by him due to the abovementioned series of events. Such steps may be taken within a week from receipt of this notice, failing which, my client would be constrained to approach the district consumer disputes redressal commission for appropriate reliefs.

            I have registered a booking for grand i10 nios(dual tone sportz) model on 2nd sept at CI Hyundai Jinsi Bhopal (m.p).

            Two days later the dealer informed me that they won't be able to provide me the vehicle due to some allocation issue at their end.

            I cancelled the booking on 5th sept and submitted a formal application to refund the booking amount i.e. rupees 5000 only.

            It's more than a month now and the dealer isn't refunding the booking charges.

            I have also submitted a ticket through Hyundai customer care number. The ticket number is 1-[protected].

            Please take an immediate action on this and help me to get this resolved as soon as possible.

            It was my first experience with Hyundai and it's getting worse than expected.

            I have waited so long to get the refunded amount but I am not getting any clear response from the dealer.

            The G.M or sales person aren't picking up my calls, if they did sometimes they are just making me fool that they are working on it and gave me illogical excuses.

            I want immediate resolution on this before taking any legal action against the dealer.

            Looking forward for your response.

              I am kalpesh patel from nadiad, dist : kheda, state : gujarat.

              I had given my sister's car at one of your authorized service station situated near dabhan chokkdi, nadiad, state: gujarat on 6th oct., 2019.

              At the time of discussion post submission of brake down vehicle, it was communicated that initial cost will be less than inr 40000/- and if required additional work in car engine then it may reach to additional maximum inr 50000/-. Before one week, i received call from same service station after 10 days stating that cost of other work may reach up to additional inr 174625/- which is surprising for me.

              At first time discussion i had given surety that i am ready to do expenses up to total inr 100000/-. Post completion of half work of approx. Inr 34630/- it is communicated to me that additional inr 174625/- cost will be there. It means proper/transparent dealing with customer is missing.

              Can you believe i will spend more than inr 2 lacks on model 2010 (I20-gj01kd0305)?

              Expecting customer orientation revert from your side. It is pure harassment with customer who is coming to authorized service station to ensure good quality service and response..

              Each organization has it's own values and it displays it's brand in market. If customer will loss faith in such organization, in future lots of degradation is expected.

              Note: i have attached documents of estimate given by your authorized service station.

                Hi sir/madam,
                I have bought hyundai xcent in 2018,

                On 27th, sep 2019, while i was going out of station from my home, suddenly there was engine problem and we attached my car with another vehicle and brought to near by hyundai service center in kota.

                I have given my car to "kamal hyundai service center kota rajasthan" for engine problem on 27 th sept, 2019.
                Now once car is repaired and i asked to deliver, kamal hyundai manager is asking for the 30% amount without any genuine reason, even car is in warranty period.

                Request you to assist asap, because it is diwali time and we have to go to our home town.

                  I have a i10 car reg. No up80eu0474.in last month 19 sep2019 i had purchased my car's insurance from arvind hyundai agra. Which is hyundai assurance insurance tpa kotak mahindra general insurance and effective from 23 se 2019, but still now parivahan says no insurance policy is active on my car. I talk to arvind hyundai insurance executive, manager and kotak care but no body solve my problem. I sent a mail to [protected]@hmil.net but no responce. Can anyone help me after spent rs 13161for my car insurance i have no policy for my car. I will go to consumer court for necessary action. After one month no policy link to my car.

                    I have purchase car from bhuvan wheels pvt ltd, aurngabad, maharashtra, india dealer invoice number 1108 on date 26.12.2018 with price rs 13, 65, 990+ rto charges 1, 96, 000 total rs.15.61 lakh. Vehicle details as above hyundai verna 1.6 crdi auto sx (O) chasis no :malc841dmjm112838 engine no :d4fbjm704748 key no :h1780, hsn no :8370.22.91.
                    This vehicle start fuel injection problem on km mileage 1508/4.01.2019, 3046/25.01.2019, 4231/23.02.2019, 17967/06.09.2019 repair. So i show to bhuvan wheels pvt ltd. Aurngabad for this problem. They admit problem and keep vehicle for 1 day to showroom. They do something and says ok. After this again this problem comes on km and vehicle drop to showroom on date. They called special engg from kolhapur to check fuel injection problem. They also admit problem but cannot resolve this problem. Many times we convey to concern dealer in regards but they neither resolve the problem nor attending vehicle. So i feel that it is my guilty to purchase this reputed company car and now getting unnecessary harassment from bhuvan wheels private limited, aurngabad.in concern to this problem vehicle vibration is more than normal, it affects mileage and when i drive the car i get afraid due to vibration and noise in vehicle. So due to this problem i request to concern dealer to resolve my problem otherwise replace the car immediately to me. But concern dealer neither solving the problem nor making replacement of car. So i left the car bhuvan wheels pvt ltd, aurnagabad, maharashtra from date 4.10.2019. Now this car is in bhuvan wheels pvt ltd showroom. They do not make any decision in regards to that vehicle.
                    So i decide to make complaint to hyundai company, govt. Of india and consumer forum of india.
                    We request to hyundai pvt ltd to look the matter and replace the car immediately or make refund of payment without fail.

                      I book my car on 6-8-2019 and i payed full payment on[protected] but still i doesn't received my car. if car doesn't received in 3 days i need my payment back with interest. i complained at the New Delhi coustomer care service but they doesn't report in time they take time 48 hours but now its been above 128 hours. dealer is not answering my call and even the coustomer care doesn't answering to my call to satisfaction. west regional manager doesn't recive my call i called him many times. i think your company is trying to fraud with me.
                      They have not covered the parts which needed to be replaced in insuarance. No one properly response now. I talked to insurance company and they told that its workshop's mistake. They havent claimed as well as parts have been damaged from wtheir sides. Claim no is CM052231.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        In reference to complaint subject matter, i received several calls from delight motors plaza regarding car servicing on dated:13.09.2019, 18.09.2019, 21.09.2019, 28.09.2019, 07.10.2019. Finally, i sent my car to delight motors plaza, sahibabad, ghaziabad for car service on dated 07.10.2019 (Ref. Job card attached).

                        After servicing, they handed over the car and the service charge amount (Ref. Bill attached) already paid on 12.10.2019. When we received the car and drive it towards our resident, it was stopped after 10-15 kms driving and not start yet due to over heating of engine, how is it possible after servicing the car situation with such type of engine problem, however the car was running perfectly before servicing and never happened such type of incident in past running/driving.

                        Finally, we called to delight motors plaza and handed over the same car them. Now i am trying to call them, but they are not replying as well as responding satisfactorily. I called them on dated:14.10.2019 (2 times), 17.10.2019, 18.10.2019 (2 times), 19.10.2019 and also today i. E. 21.10.2019.

                        In view of above, i want my car in previous condition at earliest after checking the hyundai technical engineer certification with all checklist.

                        It is kindly requested, to take further necessary action at your end please and inform the same.

                        I have creata car i give to Sharma hyndai for frount glass borken in 2 nd sevice say your car reparing after 1 month we have 100 of car so u claim after 1 or 2 month i puurches my car dt29-10-18 not before 1 years its very poor service i cant refer to any to purches hyndia car..
                        Paint peel off, repaint is denied due citing the above work is not covered under warranty.

                          Have replaced the clutch assembly 4 times in 36, 000 km... I am driving cars for the past 15 years. My earlier two cars were maruthi… bought hyundai creta with lots of expectation... But totally disappointed..
                          The first failure of the clutch happen in 10000 km followed by problems every 10000 km..
                          Had requested for a meeting with hyundai thru the service dealer to explain my problem.. But not happening..
                          Have complained on the problem on the hyundai portal also.. But no response

                            Even after spending about ₹40k the problem for which we had given the car has not been solved. We got call everytime about the parts to be changed and all those parts even after changing them the problem still persist. We are been asked to spend more money to fix the same problem. We feel very unhappy. Not at all satisfied, infact we feel sorry about hyundai having such bad employees.
                            Pls read attached snap for.your all reference regarding my Car issue .

                              Bought hyundai elite i20 asta in april 2015. The car has done only 44k and suddenly the ac stops working. On visiting hyundai service centre i come to know that there has been carbon issue with the ac and the whole ac mechnism needs to be changed and will cost approx 30k+gst. Before this i was never told that ac service is required as well although i got filters etc cleaned from time to time. I suppose hyundai is only selling car and least concerned about the quàlity of the product...

                                I am an existing customer of hyundai. I baught new hyndai creta car from one of your dealer ss hyundai mavelickra, kerala in the year 2016. One month back i have visited the same hyundai showroom for copy of my first bill which is required for my claim and record purpose. They have given the bill at the time of delivery but it's is mis spaced at my end. I have given written request for getting the same. I feel very bad with the behaviour and treatment of finance manager about the same query. It is completed one and half months from the date of my request and i have enquired with office several times for the latest update. It is very badly say that, till now no update regarding the same and will escalate the issue further against the showroom ss hyndai mavelickra, kerala if it is not resolved with in one week.

                                  I am kalpesh patel from nadiad, dist : kheda, state : gujarat.

                                  I had given my sister's car at one of your authorized service station situated near dabhan chokkdi, nadiad, state: gujarat.

                                  At the time of discussion post submission of brake down vehicle, it was communicated that initial cost will be less than inr 40000/- and if required additional work in car engine then it may reach to additional maximum inr 50000/-. Today, i received call from same service station after 15 days stating that cost of other work may reach up to additional inr 174625/- which is surprising for me.

                                  At first time discussion i had given surety that i am ready to do expenses up to inr 100000/-. Post completion of half work of approx. Inr 34630/- it is communicated to me that additional inr 174625/- cost will be there. It means proper/transparent dealing with customer is missing.

                                  Can you believe i will spend more than inr 2 lacks on model 2010 (I20-gj01kd0305)?

                                  Expecting customer orientation revert from your side. It is pure harassment with customer who is coming to authorized service station to ensure good quality service and response..

                                  Each organization has it's own values and it displays it's brand in market. If customer will loss faith in such organization, in future lots of degradation is expected.

                                  Note: i have attached documents of estimate given by your authorized service station.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    1. I am a serving army personnel, purchased a xcent vtvt sx (O) from mgf motors ltd, cochin on 17 may 2017. Presently the vehicle ran more than 18000 kms as on date. From the day of delivery, i notice break failure while applying on slow running, during road block jam or signal stoppage (Only during slow running). The first service was conducted at chandra hyundai coimbatore in tamil nadu and explained the problems with the service team but they could not find out the exact problem and they marked ok. The same repeat in second service and third payment and periodical services conducted at pothens hyundai puthiyakavu (Karunagappally) in kerala. The same was the result and they could not rectify the problems. Due to this problems, i escaped narrowly in several times without hurt and hit and run to other vehicles. Also within 15000 kms i replaced clutch plate and its accessories due to defect. After replacing the clutch and its accessories still the same problem is there which is not satisfactorily cleared. The vehicle was run only 15000 km and changing of clutch and other accessories as to my knowledge is not acceptable being a customer with hyundai from last 10 years. Initially i bought santro xing lmg and i did not meet any such problems and still running with no issues.in view of the above, i request you that you may personally look into the matter and give necessary advice and also appropriate service centre may please be directed to look forward the facts as explained above with an emergency and get to fit the vehicle for further run to avoid the defame of the reputed company. Due to some service exigencies i cannot approach you earlier as the problems was not a normal nature. Thus i noticed during service time to the centre. Let me give a line of confirmation in this regard.

                                      I had submitted verna car [gj38b 2049] on 10/10/19 for accidental claim in your branch at sindhu bhavan branch. I had collected vehicle on 17/10/19. During collection, map card was missing. For that i have taken follow ups, but due to worst service, no body is responding / no body is caring about customer issue. So please look into this matter and resolve the problem asap.
