    I have purchased an iball ear ware bluetooth headset on november 2019 and one of my earpiece (Right) is not working right now. Kindly resove the issue as i have a year of warranty on this product. Kindly guide forward.

        I submitted my headphones because it automatically stops charging itself so it won't charge.
        So i submitted it on 3/7/2020 on iball service center near me.
        They just say it will take more time everytime i call them, and things get worse when their contact number given on replacement receipt won't work.
        I can't go there everyday because of situation just to come back home by hearing it will take more time.
        I hope they have at least sent it for replacement. And also it won't take 40 or more days as i read another complain just like me.

            Iball earwear base pro wireless product.. It's buttons not working at all.. Sounds quality is low. And main thing when I'm connected this earphones to phone while attending online lectures i can not search any other sites, Without earphones it's work perfectly

              On 29th June i texted him at Twitter, after that they replied (As On Attachment), But When again i Mailed him They didn't respond When I texted him at Twitter they told me that " team will soon share an update with you on mail".
              But I am still Waiting For Reply and My Product

              Its almost 40 days, But I have not received My Headphone till date .

                My headphone wasn't working properly so i went to custom care center and they submitted the headphone and now 6+ month is going when i submitted the headphone and haven't received any notification and when i went to customer care center they said that it is in mumbai (A month ago). I wanted to know when will i get my headphone.

                  I bought the iball slide elan 3*32 from amazon on 17th august, 2019. I have not used not even 2months and got this issue, not able to switching on. I handed over it in one of the iball service centers on 10/10/2019. As of today iball is saying that still searching for parts. Call order number: [protected] serial/imei no: [protected] if the product is not in production why iball is selling online and amazon is allowing to sell such false products to customers. This is misleading customers with false products. And the iball customer care[protected] is worst which i saw in my lifetime and no one give proper response. After looking all this hectic experience with iball from past two months i don't want any such products from iball and i am expecting refund my from iball. Now iball is ready to provide replacement but the replacement product is lower version of the tablet which i bought. I bought for rs.9990/- but iball is providing the tablet which costs rs.7900/- and also the hardware configuration is very less. Iball is fooling the customers selling the failure products through e-commerce sights and same time service is not providing correctly. This issue is going on from more than 4 months and warrnty had given for one year. What is the use of such service from iball. I am requesting please help me to refund my money from iball. I am mentally disturbed by this iball company.

                    I had a laptop named iball m500 compbook which i had provided to service centre for repair. Since 8 months iam not getting my things repaired or replaced and denying everytime. Everytime the company executives give me a time period and denys on that date. I am paying monthly installments for it and not using the product. Thus please provide me for the same.

                        I have been purchased i-ball music sporty on 18-feb-2020, all of sudden head set were not working on[protected],
                        Reach to secunderabad service center and given for replacement on[protected], whether it is a brand or not i don’t know,
                        This is my 3rd set of head set with same brand, each and every time i am facing lot a problem with service center, even service center people are taking rude, and they are not giving proper response (Specially branch manager),
                        Every time they are taking at least one month to replace the head set, customers why they preferred to take brand things with highest premium,
                        Because of service, one small head set you people are taking one month to replace the set, whether your company belongs to brand or local i am not understanding,
                        If you any doubts about my mail, kindly check with my registered mobile number with your past experience, either your company people or working or not that i don’t no,
                        I think you are blaming to the customers, even i am also working as service executive, how we will give a service to the customers we know that, if you are not able to provide a service to customer,
                        Kindly stop selling products, i am expecting a call from your end today with positive words, waiting for your reply.
                        Till know i have raised 5 complaints to customer care only one time i have received reply from, and went to service center more than 6 times, they are not responding anything

                          I've bought keyboard and mouse set about 11 months ago now they both are using too much cell power. I've to replace battery after 12 days on average. I've submitted complaint many times but no response is there. Kindly response otherwise i've to go consumer court for this.

                            My tablet iball slide avid imei no - [protected] again became unserviciable in the first week of april this year. But due to nationwide lock down, no service center was opened. The warranty period expired in the lock down.

                            As a genuine customer i request you (Iball company) to extend the warranty period of the tablet so that when service center will be opened then the tablet can be rectified under warranty.

                            This is third time the tablet became unserviceable in 11 months. Most time it remainend at service center. So i advise iball company to look after the matter very seriously and investigate the whole lot of the tablet. Due to frequent failure of iball products causing bad name of the company.

                            Due to frequent failure of tablets i am unsatisfied with the product and demand for the refund of my money.

                                      I have purchased an iball laptop compbook aer3. Unfortunately the product was having technical problems and start to show few glitches. As the product was under warranty i gave the laptop to iball authorized service center in vadodara and it has been more than 6 months my laptop is not received. Whenever i tried to reach them through mail and by call they were not answering. They are not giving any kind of customer services at all. They are ignoring all the calls. So if any one is planning to buy any of the iball product please stay away they are all cheaters and you will regret so badly if don't.

                                      I am attaching my invoice, customer receipt from the service center as well.

                                      As my warranty period is going out of date i want them to return a brand new laptop or full cash refund.

                                      I have the same problem, I purchased iBall AER3, which was submitted to service center on 18/02/2020. Since then they are not returning it and not issuing refund. It has been 5 months.
                                      It is evident that I am not alone and this unethical treatment is ingrained in the system of IBALL.
