As given the required docs to SK communication for refund initiation on my product as told by the iball customer care.

Now after so many days they are not telling anything . Whenever i drop them mail, they ask me to wait . It has been more than a month .

Now when i call there customer care, they check my status and then either cut the call or else they will put me on mute .

Seriously I am tired and don't know what to do ... Please help me out here

    I bought the Iball slide elan 3*32 from Amazon on 17th August, 2019.

    I have not used not even 2months and got this issue, not able to switching on.

    I handed over it in one of the iball service centers on 10/10/2019. As of today iball is saying that still searching for parts.

    If the product is not in production why Iball is selling online and Amazon is allowing to sell such false products to customers.
    This is misleading customers with false products.

    And the Iball customer care[[protected]] is worst which I saw in my lifetime and no one give proper response.

    after looking all this hectic experience with Iball from past three months I don't want any such products from Iball and I am expecting refund from Iball.

      My compbook is in warranty period and after purchased in some time the display has been stop working i send my compbook to ur ujjain service center now it is approx 2 months. But their is no response has given to me from ur service center and from iball company. Service center person told me that part is not came from the company. Ur services are very bad. If you do not take any action on my complain then i have to go to upbhokta forum or in cm helpline. So i request you to take strict action on my complain.

        I had brought an I ball tablet model 4gmoviez on 20th october through flipkart. The tablet stopped working within 2 months o[censored]sage. I submitted the product to the service centre in ahmedabad on December 14 it had call code: [protected]c008. I have never received any update for the product from the service centre.i have been following up with them since last 5-7 days and I am getting a standard answer that they are waiting for a part. Also I received very vague answers from your customer care execuitve Rubina that we can not do anything in this regard and you have to wait. And no timeline of waiting period is given to me.

        This is just a very bad experience for me as I had brought the product front this company for the first time. If the purpose of my purchase is not getting full filled and I have to bloody wait for 1 month just for a part replacement, this thing is unjustifiable. Also there is policy from your end to revert back in 14 days.

        I have purchased many products from other companies and they do provide a quick turn around. But talking to your service centre and customer care executive I don't see any timeline for my product.

        I want a replacement for this product if you can not fix it in next 2-3 days and looking for a reply on this ASAP.

          Unfortunately the product does not function anymore.

          I would like to take replacement for same as i have 1 year warranty.

          This is the first time something like this has happened with one of your products.

          I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where i may return the faulty item for a new replacement within the next 2 days.

            I have given my router to the service center on 17/12/2019 at cell care ponit, andheri (West). They said it will be replace in 7 to 10 days. Im calling them so they are telling me the product has not been delivered to them for the replacement. As well as the customer support is always busy you cannot talk to the customer service executive. Im waiting for 15 mins everyday to talk to the customer support but every time no answer

            It has been bizzare that iBall musi twin speaker purchased through Amazon found defective after paying RS 4000 and in turn went to one of the iBall service center in DVG Road Basvanagudi Bangalore..to get it rectified, it was handed over on 12th October 2019, till date there has been no response from them...
            Really frustrating..

              This is regards with iball tablet which i had purchased it on 28th november. Right after 3 days i was facing display issues at the bottom of the tab. So i dropped my itab in one of your service centre on 6th nov 2019. Its very sad that i got to use the tab for 2 days and now i have been waiting for almost 20days for the replacement. Kindly find the attached receipt and also have mentioned the details below. Awaiting your response at the earliest

                Respected sir,
                We purchased the iball product (Listzomania 5) headset 5 months before sir, after 3 months that headset is not working properly... So i visited nearest authorised service center and requested them to service that headset which is under warranty... That service center makes 3 months to product replacement... Finally i got that product there and checked there itself, unfortunately again that headset is not working on oneside. Suddenly i returned to that service center and asked them to refund my money. They told me to email your respective email i. D... Now i returned that headset in that service center... Almost 4 months gone sir... Please give me a refund amount... And i need a fast and severe action in this issue...

                  As we have approached exclusive cellular services service center, it was said that some card has to be replaced & same has to received from i ball company & it is pending from company end.
                  It is now 04 months already since we have given laptop for repair on 27th aug 2019 & received on 14th november nothing has been done.
                  Again the laptop lap given to service centre on 30th nov 2019 & now it is one month no clarity
                  When we will get repaired laptop?
                  Why it is taking almost a month time to receive spares for the laptop?
                  I spoke to customer care executive they informed if it is not fixed within 10 days we will provide new one, now it is already 10 days when we will receive it?

                    I bought the headphone through amazon on 7th october. Suddenly after 30days of purchase product stopped working. Hence i have spoke to a amazon executive regarding to my earwear issue & he guided me to get in touch with iball cust service center. He did provided me with the number & address for the service center in vasai. Post that i have visited the service center personally and submitted the product on 11/11/19. The executive at the service center asked me to visit them after 1week. However i have visited them after 10days, inorder to know the status of earwear. They checked and told me that the company have sent a replacement but however that is not the same product it's a completely different product.
                    They have given the reason why company have sent a different product because they don't have the same product in stock. Since then i am trying to get in touch with the customer care executive, however that is another big pain in #. Because there lines are always busy for hours and hours. Now don't know how to get the same product and to whom to discuss it with. Hope this complaint will help me to get a resolution for my issue. Now i don't have any earphone to use. I have attached the receipt copy of the service center which i got it as a acknowledgement copy from the device center. Also attaching the screenshot of the earwear from amazon.

                      Sir, i visited swap enterprise kalyan rated 25/11/19, and my wireless-n router 300m which was not working and in warranty period
                      Abv office promised me to repair or replace withinin 15dys but still no information frm office abt same.
                      In last 10dys i visited 3times in abv office, two attandnt lady always speak all customer come aftr 3/4 dy or call on phone before come. But ph no of given receipt i. E.[protected], it's nobody picking up.. And its switch off frm yestday

                        Today it is 17/12/2019. Till date my problem is not solved. Even job sheet is not provided.

                                I have bought iball tw101 from amazon it is in warranty period but now one speaker is working both the earbuds connect to phone but the sound comes from only one i need it solve because i bought it in the montb of october 2019 and now it is december 2019 it has 1 year warranty i need my issue resolved by you it is buyed from amazon.in please i expect my issue resolved from the iball

                                  I have bought headset of iball company but they didn't even work for 2months and no physical damage has been done. On 21.11.2019 i have given them for replacement from that day i was trying to contact the customer support no one responded they kept in hold once for 18mins and call used disconnect and i have emailed them twice no reply from them i have tweeted them no one responded except retweets it's been 2 weeks no response from the company they sell low quality products which is a big hectic thing for customers for replacements

                                    Hello,

                                    I went to service center in ambernath east, they checked the router and handed over a receipt said call after 10days and max time is 20days.

                                    My concern is if you have center get the stock available, customer don't have to wait for longer period.

                                    I called they are saying strike is going on with in iball employee hence it will be delay.

                                      I have bought i ball laptop (Serial number :[protected] from amazon before 6mths ago...

                                      First i used for some days it got keyboard issue i give it to service centre they took 2mths for repair and give back. Again 15days used again got problem now already submitted for repair before 2mths ago still they are telling we are waiting for parts they are very fraud guys everybody giving another number..

                                      Till today not get my laptop they are telling waiting for parts...

                                        I had gone to the service centre in jalahalli cross - r d communication authorised karbonn service centre for a charger for my laptop. They after a delay of 15 days gave me a charger but when i connected it the laptop started heating up and did not switch on, later i realise they gave me wrong voltage charger. So i went to them with my laptop, as i study in maharashtra and i had my flight that day i had called them in the morning and told i will come but no one opened the shop till 12 pm. The person who works there told me to give laptop to nearby shop and they will examine it. Later they examine and realized it short circuited. Last month when i returned to bangalore i called them to ask but the lady there whom i corresponded with does not work there anymore and the main guy always tells he will call back and then he does not pick or call back.

                                        Basically i paid 1500 for charger, got my laptop spoilt and now have nothing. No one seems to respond. My house in bangalore is 35 km from the service centre and i have gone there 3 times, until they tell me what is with my laptop i cant invest my time and mmy money into getting the laptop. I hope some solution can be offered because this is customer harassment.
