I had purchased i ball booster 5.1 bth on 04.11.2018. I have some problem its item last two month. Then i registered a complaint regardig issues.

My complaint/ticket number is [protected] date 05.10.2019.

Even afte 45 days, there are not resolve my complaint.

I talked to lucknow service centre then informed us that it will take 10 more days for the goods/part to arrive.

I am very upset with this device. So i request you please provide me a new set (Replacement) or credit note/d. O.

    Hi. I had purchased iball bluetooth sporty earphone, in october 2019, and on 1st november 2019, it stopped working, so i submitted the product at mobile care service, borivali, mumbai on 2nd november 2019.

    Today its 18th november 2019, and after speaking to customer care seniors and dropping 3 to 4 emails, they have not yet provided me with replacement of product.

    Its useless service and pathetic customer care of iball
    No one claims the responsibility and no concrete solution is provided.

    Ultimately customer is the one, who suffers.

      I purchased a tab z pro on 5/10/2019 but it ge problem i had given it to serveice center jaipur but no answer.. They said that part id painding but no time period,, my work is getting hurdle but no answer..
      : jaipur service centre staff also said me that i can go to consumer court they dont bother.. They also said we dont bother cosumer rights and all these fundas

        My i ball m500 laptop is not working. Laptop is in warranty period. I need a help to solve my problem there is no service center near me. I need a help to send someone to repair my laptop or suggest some address of service center near me. I request you to take some strict action on my complaint. I search so many service centers near me but there is no response i get from them. The customer care service number is also not working i call so many times on it.

          With in 2 months one ear phone was damaged but you given that it has 1 year warranty then what should I do. It is wired earphones

            I have buy the i ball headset product 3 month before, it costs 800rs within 90 days it is not working... I having one year warranty period... After i giving in service center in coimbatore...30 days gone, till no response, they are rude behavior... Please consider my complaint and take severe action on iball company and corresponding service centre...

              I purchase I Ball Music Flow Head phone 4 January 2019. There is a problem with headphone. I have given to it IBall Service Center MP Nagar Bhopal. it has been 2 to 3 months past. But my Head is not repaired I went there so many times but they unable to return my head phone. I humbly request you to kindly get my headphone back or repair it.

                I have given my laptop compbook m500 with serial number[protected] to the kolkata chandi chawk service centre inspirisys solution limited nearly 2 months ago. Everytime i tried to check with them, the rare moment when the service centre actually pick up my call, they said they haven't received the part required for repairing. They asked me to contact the service centre. So did i, more than once. The customer suppprt executive being unable to give any resolution told me to email the customer support, so did i twice, none of the time i get any reply from them. Now what, what else could i now do?

                  The above mentioned item did not last for few days even and it died.
                  Case 1 : I BALL customer care numbers are not received
                  Case 2 : Quality product is vulnerable
                  Case 3 : Service centers are shut down
                  Case 4 : Customer satisfaction level 0
                  Case 5 : No assistance provided after sales

                  thereby, in this reference request you to kindly approach me via mail or contact me on [protected] . The product is lying dead at my place and need immediate repair. Kindly assist me in this regard.

                    I submitted my iball ZPS281 smps to Calicut service centre, They closed the centre without any notice and when i called they said they have given the product to cochin, then i called cochin, they said they shipped to mumbai, when i mailed the mumbai customer care they are saying after 3 months that the item was already picked up by me and they closed the complaint, the fact that the service centre in calicut is non existent and i even havent been contacted by them for delivery of my product reassures the fact that they have stolen it
                    Their customer care is a joke and always says busy, and also says number doesnt exist

                    I had bought an iBall Musi Tap V2.0 with Micro SD and FM. In under 2 months the left speaker of the headphones stopped working. Since the product was still under warranty we approached the nearby iBall service centre. There they agreed that the product was damaged and would be covered under warranty and that they will replace it. They told us to wait 3 days. We waited for 7. We called they but no answer. Further we visited them and they told us to wait 7 to 10 days more. We were patient. Its been over a month now yet they don't pick up calls and whenever they do they stall. They have not replaced or repaired it. iBall is such a ### company I wish it burns.

                      no service for compbook iball i360 fhd,

                      It's almost 2 months over since i gave my compbook laptop in service center in hyderabad. Service center person cannot create job code as the serial number[protected] not showing in the iball crm software. Informed through iball customer care email multiple times no solution, called customer care they don't give any valid answer or solution just simply tell they will call back never call back or keep on forwarding the call and put on hold...

                      It suddenly stopped working, went to vendor, vendor does not help gave serviece centre adress in secundrabad, planned a trip to secunderabad as it takes a whole day going and comming, , when reached their is no serviece centre, , got another serviece centre adress, , went their shocking no serviece centre, then tried on google their are many serviece centre but no one picks up call, , then called my office for help, they visited official website and confirmed the adress by help line number they again gave the same adress, , when told it is not working, , they gave another adress in hyderabad and guy says pls check if close inform him as he cannot call, , after finding that serviece centre in the evening by 6.3 pm ..the serviece guys tell this bill is not acceptable as this is a reciept and started misbehaving his name is mahesh from aircom enterprises
                      abids hyderabad, when asked is this the way you treet customers, , he says yes .we treet it like this, because the product is under warrenty, he started excuses, till the time it was for repair he was checking, as he knew it is under warrenty and customer need noy pay he started misbehaving

                        I ball led monitor crystal clear sparkle with s/no:[protected].6" led monitor - complaint was reported on 31/08/2019 to changanachery, kottayam, kerala service centre. It was a repalcement done on 30/8/2019. Next day the monitor not on. But upto now not attended the service or replaced.
                        Actually repacement done on 26/7/2019 with serial no:[protected]. It was again complaint and repalced on 30/8/2019. So please make urgent replacement.

                          Hi,
                          I (K. Madhan mohan) have visited your authenticated i ball crevice center (Inspirisys solutions limited) on 10-oct-2019.
                          There was a problem with charging pin (Tablet pc i ball brisk 4g2), i have mentioned same at desk, they have registered the details & provided me the customer receipt, after that they said that there are no technician’s available, the repairing cannot be done today & it takes 2 days.
                          Then i told them to return back my i ball tablet, they said it got registered for the repair. The tablet cannot be return back until repair is done.
                          As i need it urgently i wants them to cancel the registration, but they have not cancelled the registration & they charged 354 rs, without doing anything.
                          Apart in the bill they mentioned cgst :9% & sgst/ugst : 9%, but the company is not registered for gst no. (Refer the enclosed bill)
                          Previously i got repaired my i ball tablet in old center (Chandralok complex, 111,, sd road, secunderabad, 500003), they were on time & servicing also fast, i have not face any problem at that time.
                          Finally i got it repaired outside, they charged it 350 rs
                          My kind request to take action this activity & do the needful

                              Ihave purchase iBall tablet on 28 July 2019
                              And face problem just after one week.
                              And submit to iBall service centre located at sector 41 Chandigarh on 12 August 2019
                              and get back on 28 August 2019 but this time there is power as well sim (not work) problem faced just after 2days. They made it more faulty this time.
                              When I connect with their customer care they told me to submit again at their services centre
                              This time I submit that at their services centre located at sector 22 (Inspirisys solutions limited) Chandigarh on 6 September 2019 Till
                              Now they don't did anything with that
                              Whenever I called them to know status they told me that we don't know how many days it take . when company send the parts which needs to replace
                              I don't know how many days they require to resolve that
                              Please help me

                              मध्यप्रदेश के भोपाल सर्विस सेंटर में कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार ग्राहक फ्रेंडली नहीं है। वे ग्राहकों को बेकारण ही परेशान करते हैं। हर बात का ऐसा जवाब देते हैंं जिससे ग्राहक परेशान हो। ग्राहकों को बिना कारण घंटों बैठाए रखते हैं। और अपना निजी काम करते हैं।

                                Product -i ball compbook
                                Issue- part damaged
                                Serial number[protected]
                                Tentative duration -10-15 days
                                Due to hardware issue I have given my compbook at the service center to repair they told me that the part need to be replaced and it will take time around 10-15 days
                                Now it has been almost 20 days since I have given it to them . I have been following them on daily basis to get it back but they keep on delaying it.
                                I am requesting you to look on this issue and get it back fully repaired

                                  The speaker suddenly stopped working but i really don't know what happened. I was listening music in laptop using this speaker and suddenly it stopped working. After that, i tried using this speaker with my mobile but it was not working.
                                  The incident happened in the month of july. I can't exactly remember the exact date of the incident. I think it can be repaired. If it can't be repaired then return is more desirable.

                                    I bought a i ball biomate 8 inch tab for my kid from amzon. And its screen got smashed immediately in a first fall from my kid's hand.. Tablet was in warranty so i asked help from amazon and they gave me i ball customer care no. Who again gave me a janakpuri west branch service centre no.. Engineer said he will charge 3500 for the screen replacement which i know a screen comes for 650 rupees only from the market, i dint had optiob so i agreed. Then he dint gave me mobile on mentioned time. Though gave it in 2 months and a different tablet by giving excuse that screen wasnt replacable, so keep this.. This exchanged tablet was not working fine and use to charge slow.. Now its stopped charging.. I want my tablet money and service charge money both back for this fraud.
                                    I have got all the documents of my tablet and service centre slip

                                    * Yantra and icici were forced me to take a 75% total loss amount

                                    Why should I bear 25% loss

                                      I had given my iball slide co-mate tablet for repair on 6 june 2017 for changing the touch screen. The cost for changing the screen was 600 rupee. They said after 7 days i can collect it. Today 22 june they called me and says my tablet pcb is not working and asked me to pay 5000 rupee.
                                      When i started arguing that everything was fine when i gave they said to call me on monday. The location of the service center is sp road bangalore. Please find attached the invoice.
