Dear Sir/Madam
With due respect to inform you that I have purchased one iball marvel 6 v laptop 2.0 14inch laptop from amazon online marketing jun 2019.But sir after 5/6 months later I have seen keyboard problem in the laptop.After that I have gone to our nearest i ball service centre in located at Silchar, Assam and service centre received my laptop and said to me that for min one month repairing time.After one month when I goes to service centre they reply me that aftre 10days, after 15 days after one month you get your laptop . But sir one year has gone but sir till today I have not got my laptop from service centre.
So Sir I request to you Sir kindly take the necessary steps regarding this matter and give my laptop as soon as possible.

      I given two tablet for service at vasanth nagar Banglore service centre . they told they cancelled service agreement and returned item. I given same to Indira nagar service centre, . They also intimated sparesa are not available and intimated closed service agreement with I ball and returned tab. I conatacted Shivajinagar, pune and they are not ready to accept tab for repair.

        Dear madm/sir,
        I had iball elan 4g2 tab and it's screen broken want to get it repaired on payment basis your service center in kanpur and customer care says they don't have parts to repair go to local market for it how company can handle product without spares with 3 years ago launched product without spare, pl do needful to get it repair on paid option. Even customer care is not responding on mail or call.

                I had bought Iball bluetooth musi-twins speaker from amazon, It was not working after sometime one side speaker broke. and I gave it to service center in 8 August 2020. Service center accepted to replace, but till now no response from Iball for my mails. Half of warranty period is over, but this behavior is not acceptable and injustice to consumer over warranty product. Please find attached acceptance from service center to replace product.

                  Dear Team,

                  Kindly look into the issue on top priority as this call is logged on 17th August 2020 but still it is not getting repaired even the service center - V Care is not providing proper update.

                  Its already 3 Months why such a delay? It a request to get my tablet repaired on topmost priority as it has been purchased for my sons studies.

                        Submitted device vide call code [protected]C001 . No replacement received till date neither any confirmation.customer care is abs pathetic they don't bother about customers . Don't buy any iball product if they are free as well. This is absolutely worst company and after sales services.you can tag on twitter fb email .but they don't bother.

                          My tab display problem was found. It is under warranty period. Changing the display they will be charged aprox 2500/- . No damage and not fell down anyone's hand automatically the display goes.

                                    I purchased new I ball router model iB-WVG300N and serial number[protected] on date 22 March 2019 but after some time it is dead and not working so I complaint on vinayak computer & mobile alwar on 19 Oct 2020 .they tell me that I got new replace router in 7 days but I can't get my new replace router yet on 28 Oct so I request you to send my new replace router because I have a library so many of students in my library are disturbed due to no wifi router in my library so please solve my problem as soon as possible .

                                      I have given my iball Bluetooth earphone for replacement in 6th January 2020 at Cellcare point Andheri. They have told me that it will take 10-15days for replacement.
                                      Now today is 23rd October 2020 almost 10 months going to complete. I haven't received my earphone. Cell care point staff stating that they haven't received the new earphone via courier.
                                      Since January I am listening this statement.
                                      I don't know from which courier company the earphone is coming which is taking 10 months for delivery.
                                      This is worse service I am facing from iball.

                                        I have purchase head set which is not working. Due to lock down i am not able to go to service center i have given Vashi office as on[protected] for repair purpose but they says that it was rejected by company. i have purchase in Aug-19 and its have one year warranty. But due to lock down i am not able to go to service center. Product was stop working from April-20 but due to Covide -19 not able to go and service center are also close. so i am requesting to either repair or replacement the product. Other wise i need to go the consumer court for this.
