    I had purchased a laptop bag from Staples store in Vashi. It was a belkins bag costing 1700. After two days o[censored]sage the zip started having problems. I went back to the store and asked for a replacement. Ganesh, the manager was reluctant but asked me to take any other product. I then chose an I Ball Executive laptop bag for Rs. 1699. Now after 15 days o[censored]sage of the bag, the buckle for one of the straps has broken. I use the bag for carrying a 10" laptop. I went back to the store to get the same exchanged or repaired. I was flatly told that the same is not possible.

    I do not understand how a buckle of a bag made to carry a 15.4" laptop break in 15 days and that too when used to carry a 10" mini laptop.

    The manager Ganesh was very rude and did not offer any help or assistance.

    I want to get my bag replaced or my money refunded.

    Ask owner if money needed, i will say him one way by which he need not to do any thing but will earn so much money to enjoy their life by just using family members outside. Too many rich people want them to use and pay good cost.

      I am using iball devices like iball smps, iball ups, iball maouse&keyboard.But while using it i get certain problems like my iball mouse is not fuctioning, smps got brust and damaged, ups is also damged.But when i go to service center in sahidnagar, bbsr, firstly i am satisfied that mine mouse was repaired but next time when i went for my smps & ups they run me for more than3-5 times on a regular basis .in case of my ups which was under service warrenty, when i go for repair they told me they don't ve parts but after somedays when my warrenty validity end they charged me 350 rupees for repairing, damage happens only 2-4days before my warenty lapse.They repair it but again not properly one again i run for it 2-3times .Also incase of smps a rude&bad behaviour by the mechanic & for smps i run around 4-5 times.giving a replacement one which is not well repaired .agin suffering from damage i felt very harshed now i decided that again if i got such a problem i surely registered a complain in consumer forum of india against iball service center at sahidnagar.so, i sugest u to take necessry actin against that service center otherwise we the customer do any hamper which will fall bulk on iball.

        My name is Kawaljit Singh, I bought a UPS and a computer set from A-Tec computer center, Hardochannian Road, Distt: Gurdaspur-143521, Punjab. There was a problem in UPS and I returned it to replace from the company around 6 months ago, but still I have not received my UPS, They have given me an old UPS which is not mine. Now A-Tech computer center is not providing with our original UPS which we bought from them! Please help us.

          i purchase a iball deskset (keyboard+ mouse) on 13.08.2009.the mouse was bad from the date of purchasing . i cant use it atall. my address is too far from the purchesing shop (chadnichok,kolkata,wb) and from from the iball service centre (chadnichok, kolkata,wb) also. after 6 month the keyboard was damaged. (some keys stick with the board by pressing ) then i go to iball service centre with the keyboard and mouse. they changed those on 03.06.2010 .after exchanging, mouse running well ,keyboard is too bad from that day ..in new keyboard most of key does dual function simultaneously.i installed the keyboard driver of previous keyboard (since they did not give me the installation CD of new one). i did not did not find any driver for this keyboard on iball.com also.

          the first product was 'opti elite' model ,second is 'sparkle mm deskset' which i did not found on their web though there is a option for opti elite model on web..

          the deskset price is 650/- and my up and down travel fair for one time is
          48/-

          now what can i do? they did not give home service .email. --

            It all starts with a purchase o[censored]PS iBall Nirantar 621. When I brought the Newly Purchased UPS to home and opened it to found that it doesn't contain any manual or warranty paper. I ringed the dealer, he said in case of any problem evaluation is done by the bill. I became suspicious and called iBall's HO (mumbai). To my surprise, they said they don't provide warranty papers but they do give manual in the box. They gave me their Patna official Mr. Nilesh Mishra contact number to further enquire. I called him to only listen " You have just purchased a UPS not the whole world, so don't exaggerate this matter".

            Now my question is, Does this behavior of iBall representatives justify that they don't provide any warranty details in their product? How will they evaluate a product if anyone produces a fake bill for an out of warranty product?

            i have purchased one i boll pen drive worth Rs.400/ on 18 feb 08 with bill and one year warrainty frn ali computer lalta chwok raipur c.g without cheking it i take it ok when i reached home and attach with my p.c than its not woking i went to ali com he told i sent it to its company and then till now he has always exuse .and his attention is not to give me pendrive i politely reqested him but he had always means baahana that company did replace it

But no response or any call for my request through patna branch manager(mr. dipesh mishra) and national manager (mr. Nilesh Mishra) from last one month. always avoid my request and call and said that i am not intrested to given distributor ship of magadh area rather than no any dealer and distributor of magadh area last 8-9 months.can i know to you what is reason? to wrong behavior with a customer i know very well in past i am employee of BEST IT WORLD INDIA PVT LTD. and Mr. Nilesh Mishra and Dipesh Mishra had pressurised to me for giving resignation why? no any body can say? company expense to build employee and they do pressurerise to employee for giving resignation. Do you want to know what is reason?... but respected sir in present i am the propriter of prakash enterprises and want to dealing with your presious company. so kindly request and reply me what is reason to giving me distributor ship or any personal issue from my side.i want to ask what is reason to wrong behavior by branded company employee's with a customer?

            i have purchase i ball earphone from safezone g'nagar sec 11 before 8 months ago . before 15 from now approx i have given my earphone for replacement because it was not functioning properly so they took me iball service station g'nagar which is alsp there in g'nagar now the service center guy asked 25 days to replace the product or to be repaired.after few day i went then he had given me used & damage Peace i again given back the earphone than after some days i again went service station & he had give me working peace but right hand side earphone is to working properly, so this kind of problem shouldn't happen with i ball . please take some necessary step against those guys . or give satisfactory service .

            iBall Service Center Sahidnagar — not repairing properly

            i am using iball smps ups mouse & keyboard.but when i got damage in smps & ups i ve to run a lot for it because they are not repairing it properly .firstly i run for my smps &ups for 3-5 times & next is that within warrenty period i went for my ups repairment but they delayed me by saying they don't ve parts. but when a huge damage happens to smps i went there ;while they charged me RS350 due to lapse of my warrenty for 2-3days before damage hapen.similarly,incase of smps they ve repaired it once but not properly as it shows shock & defect,again replaced it which is not a well repaired one and i again face similar trouble for which i run there.it is a wastage of time ,patients,and money.

            I am professional in a MNC company, Buy I ball vibe wifi in Sep-12, But I faced many problem in this mobile, And now from last 2 months I am facing problem is, if mobile gets switch off either by low battery or manual switch off, it is not switch on after many trial in 24 Hrs. So please suggest what I have to do. Because it is not easy for me to come at Service center.

            I purchased Iball Slide 6318i through an online dealer and it got delivered to me on 20/07/2013. On the very third day of its operation ie 23/07/2013, Bluetooth and Wifi stopped working. On 25/07/2013 I went to Laxmi Nagar's (Delhi) Iball service center and submitted the tablet. My Serial No. for the submitted tablet is A[protected] and Document No. is[protected], Its been 35 days and no matter the how many no. of times i call your service center all they say is to confirm again after 2 or 3 days. Laxmi Nagar's service center working staff mentioned me that they have sent my tablet to Okhla branch. So i contacted the Okhla branch and all i got in response were fake promises.
            I would highly appreciate it if you could look in to the matter.
            I purchased Iball tablet 3G slide 7271 from Vijay Sales, Pimple Saudagar on 13/07/2013. After couple of days, tablet shown the restart and hanging problem. alos screen is not showing.
            Then i went to Pimpri Iball service center(Best IT World private limited, Pimpri) and submitted the tablet. My Serial No. for the submitted tablet is [protected] and Document No. is[protected], Its been 60 days and no matter the how many no. of times i call your service center all they say is to confirm again after 2 or 3 days.
            service center working staff mentioned me that they have sent my tablet to pune branch and sometimes says came back to service center. I have already 3-4 time visited the service cenre and even they didn't give me rersponse. same thing is happening with multiple customer at the same service center.So taht maean all i got in response were fake promises.
            Please take the corrective and strict action otherwise i will put the complaint againt IBall and pimpri service center and their staff for this.

            iBall — delivery not on time and damaged

            i gave my phone iball andi 4.3j+ on 24 sep in kota service center but till i have no phone coz they said to me that battery which given by you was not yet replaced or i saw my phone in very bad condition due to which i havnt accept it was highly scrached nobody says that my phone is just 5 months old

            they are asking me to accept that much damaged phone. how can i? I gave them a phone in best condition.

            I bought a i ball mobile for rs 3500. 3 weeks before, the mobile has touch screen problem. when i asked for replacement to shop person. he said, he will not replace. this is a bad experience from i ball product, i would request the i ball company to replace me new one.

            I purchased Iball tablet Slide 3G 7271 from Flipkart, Still didnt cross the worrenty prioeds.Still my tablet cross the warranty periods, in this gap I face the display pblm in nov month -13 that time I can’t able to reach any service center, finally 2 months gap after relished the complaint in online M/S Big fix and contact me and correct the issue on 7th Feb-14 (they took 3weeks time to solve the issue with 3700Rs bill no-22263). Then again I faced the same issue while working in hand (if you have doubt pls check my tab, you found any marking or you proofed I can ready to pay for that) regarding that again I met BIG FIX and hand over my tab for work, now again they quoted 2800Rs for correct the issue (job order no-140207/13).
            Regarding that I asked to correct this without chargeable, but for that they answered From Iball don’t expect any warranty claim for spares,
            I understand one thing strongly from your side (Iball communication) If we trust about your service center you make us a fool.
            So how can I purchase and recommend to others
            My only request is pls solve my pblm with warranty claim, or collect my tab and refund the amount

            This is a feedback which I hope you will consider seriously. I have
            submitted my i-ball 9702 slide tablet for repairing on 24/03/2014 at
            Pune service center and received the receipt also. They told me that
            they will me on 25/03/14 and tell the estimate. I waited for 3 days, but
            no call. Then I called them. First thing is that they don't receive
            phone calls. After receiving my call on 27/03/14, they told me that they
            will call me by evening. I again waited for two days. Again when I
            called on 29/03/2014, the same answer from them. Till today I even
            haven't received any call from them, then forget about repairing and
            servicing. If this is the treatment a customer receives, why will he
            again purchase any i-ball item and will not suggest the same to his
            friends and relatives. On 23/3/2014, two other people were telling me
            that they are continuously coming to that service center for 5th or 6th
            time and getting no response. It means that it is not happening with me
            alone but with others also. I thought I should report this to you.
            Please help me in getting back my tablet. I hope positive treatment
            from your side.

            As per I purchased iball Lappie 4 port hub USD 2.0 Model number Piano 423 on[protected]. According to seller I got 1 year warranty. Today I went Nagpur situated iBall service centre for to show this piece. According iBall Service certre I already opened this port that's why they are unable to replace or repair this port and they are telling there is mark in screw. But Truth is that I did not open this port and there is no any visible mark on port screws but they are arguing with me.

            Please solve my query as soon as possible.
            i purchased phone i-ball model no. Andi 5h Quadro mobile white, I face Network problem, and your service center had poor performance and they are very careless .i gave my phone 1 month before and there is no reaction from service center . i am face many problem .my all connection are blocked please take some action toward this, other wise i will take some strict action and i will go consumer court .
            From the last 1year I am asking for the new 1single Iball Andi 3n batter, but yet they have no battery from 1year. Such a begger company it is.

            Now if I won't get the battery then I will lodge a complaint to Mumbai High Court.

            I have purchased iball VIBRO BT 02 wireless headset but didn't work well because I have some issue to connecting headset. I have fully charge my iball wireless headphone but when I connect to my lapy, it's automatically disconnected after 3 or 4 minutes. I have contact to east delhi service center but response is nill. It's very shame full because product brochure instructions not to be match manual instruction..

            Dear sir actually Before 3 months ago my cell phone iball andi 5li camera was damaged.

            then i went your iball service center and told them a fault and then they replied ok sir we will repair it within one week i said ok

            Then after one week they told me we have no new camera yet when we receive a camera therough courier next week then y wil come on next week...and Now this time

            After a 3 months, Yesterday i went their again they told me your camera was damaged, mother board damaged, led damaged and battery damaged and ringer was damaged. they told me we will repair it as soon as possible...what the hell is wrong with my cell phone ...

            would like bring this case of my iBall Tabler 6318i, which was given for
            repairs on 29-Jul-14 at your Authorized Service provided in Faridabad
            (Comsoft) and since then there is no clue of the device where it has
            gone.I have called several time to your office and had a
            word with Prajual and Sonica but no help was provided in this matter.
            They always promise that they will look into this and would give a call
            back to me, but it never happened.I was following up with
            your authorized service provider in Faridabad but he always told me that
            it has gone for repairs in company. After following up for a month,
            this Faridabad Service provider people gave a number of Piyush Vajpayee
            (Gurgaon), to whom do they send their iBall devices for repairs. But his
            person was also not helpful and he provided me the number of Abhishek
            Bhargav and asked me to follow up with Abhishek.I have
            been following up with Abhishek now from last 3 weeks and he gave me
            assurance that my device has been repaired and sent back to the
            Faridabad Service center and told me to call there to get my device.I
            tried several time the phone numbers of Comsoft but all their phone
            numbers are switched off. I called back Abhishek and explained him the
            situation and he told me that, your company has revoked the contract
            from this Compsoft and they are no more authorized service providers.
            Abhishek gave me assurance again that he will track my device and get
            this shipped to my home address and for this he appointed his colleague
            Arun.I am following up with Arun since 3-4 days and he has
            failed to trace this device and he assured me that he will visit
            Faridabad service center and personally collect my device and deliver at
            my home. I am trying to get in touch with Arum, but now he has also
            switched off his phone. I am trying to touch base with Abhishek but he
            is also not responding.I would like to know from you, what
            are the option left for me get my device back. If it is not traceable
            then provide me a equivalent replacement. Else I have to put his case
            forward to consumer court and file a case against your company for all

            I purchased I ball andi 5T cobalt 2 mobile with specification 12P CAMERA but company has made clearly fool that the result of picture is even not comparable with 2MP CAMERA...kindly take care of the customer who trust to the company and value the money of customer...
            i have submitted my phone in the okhla service center and they are so irresponsible that they never give proper answer.they always say to call back and nit giving the status of my phone.i bought andi 5L last year and there were lots of problems from the beginning and now it will cost me 5300 to get it repaired.it sucks...pls the stakeholders of iball should take care of this.this is really making a bad impact of youmy sr brand.and the service cntres are only for show.they dont work at all.

            I have iball slide tab 3g still in warranty but I got some problem in my tab it was completely off no indication from tab. I have visited to the service centre at andheri east . But the manager Mr Vilas is refuse to check out my tab when I protest he said do what u want I will not check your tab n he gives some bad word to my small brother . He take my mobile & he said please gave to another I Ball service centre from Akkayyapalem, again I carry to Akkayyapalem. There not found I Ball Service The Address is "PADMAJA SMARTCARE CELKON Authorised Service Centre", I know it is World the most Worrest Mobile of "CELKON Mobile Service Centre" I seen & shocked. I is very sad. anyway does not issue.

            Sadly I submit their My mobile, he said Rs. 4200/- total bill. I agree and pay advance Rs. 1000/-, he said one week only I rectified you mobile problem. But I don't believe that World Worrest Mobile Celkon Service fellow. After 3 days I attained their.             Hi I am Ranjit from Pune. I had a real bad experience after I bought my iBall Tab HD-7271. The power adaptor went bad within 6 months and as I was entitled for a replacement, I was denied the same by the service centers in Pune on the pretext that they do not deal with slide series.


            The company was Trunal Enterprises located in Hadapsar.


            Even iBall service and support pushed the ownership of the issue to Amazon.in from where I bought this product. At the end Amazon came to my rescue and refunded the amount of the power adaptor and the data cable.


            Please don't buy any iBall products because both the product and the services is baaaad.

            I have purchased iball cell phone model is Cobalt 3 in 2/09/2014 from Ahmedabad.
            But since February phone have the problem of Battery over heating as attached pic, hence we have approached at your service center iBall care service center, Driving road, Ahmedabad.I had submitted the Phone for Five times, Since six month of problem still I didn’t get the Solution for the same.
            Every time your service center give different explanation, I have already booked complaint for Three times but there was no reply or solution for this problem.

            i bought i ball 2.0 multimediea speaker in aadinath computers in chennai on oct 8th-2015.But now a days it has some problem for stereo cable issues.so i went to gave that speaker into service center on December 15th-2015. That service people would not responce to customer peoples, and they ask one week time for changing that stereo cable. i think it would be a silly reason from your guys.i am totaly upset from your service engineers.here after i wont buy your company products. with in two months it has issues. what a brand, chanceless.

            Hi,

            I bought Iball x Bracelet Slide tab in 28th September 2015, then to now there is no battery back up i just bought this model since it was mentioned that battery is 7800 MAH but till now it will take to charge battery 2 continuous day and get low battery with in 2-3 hours.
            Also, experienced worst service in the service center road service centers are more than better than the engineers who are servicing in the service center. Twice given for servicing about battery backup issue when i had given for the first time they said if battery is not working again they will replace the same in a day or two after holding the tab with them almost a month period and the battery was not working again given for repair the service center retained my tab for again for 3 weeks period and collected the tab they informed us that the battery is replaced by new one, but it is not at all charging. The entire warranty period this service center only retains the product and also they are not servicing properly. I lost money and my energy and time for calling them, even i[censored] call to their telephone number mot of the time no one will answer for that again we need to visit their place. Hence, I am thinking to lodge complaint against the iBall company in Consumer forum. i don't want to use this product now i want my money back.
            I had purchased I ball Univo Auric B9 black colour model earphone, Sr. No.[protected], on 2nd Feb2016 from Paragon Telelinks pvt. Ltd. Thane with commitment of best in class service in future even I am using other manufacturer of mobile handset. I also believe on your brand and purchased above specification of model.

            But I am facing some diff noise in earphone speaker while walking or running from last 15 days. When I heard noise very carefully then found that something loose in the speaker.

            When i contacted to customer care on 1st Feb, they given me address with phone no. of Kandivali Mumbai address with phone no. provided by customer care.

            I have tried 6 to 7 times phone [protected] from last two days but nobody received a call. Today just half an hour before tried and received a call.

            When I contacted to Kandivali service centre, receptionist Madam replied we have available earphone and if manuf. defect is there we will replace it but later on she transfered the call to technician. Technician replied, sir where do you stay, I said in Mira Road, he said why you are coming here, go to Vasai service centre. But I said I want to do here only because I need to take leave and not hectic during travelling. Then technician replied, we don't have earphone in stock and when it available with us we will contact you. I said can you tell me on phone call only. He said very rudely, sir you have to come here only and handover earphone to us then we will order and will come after a week. Otherwise go to Vasai service centre.

            He kept the phone.

            Please my request to I ball service division head, look into the matter.
            This is very ridiculous things happen only in first communication. Pls replace my earphone as early as possible.

            Contacts Not Getting Ready

            I have purchased iball mobile model Andi5Kinfinito2 from Bhubaneshwar Odisha .After purchasing i found whenever i am trying to call a person my contacts are not getting ready for almost 2 to 3 minutes .And i have to wait for such time till contacts get ready .In emergency also i am not able to call any body due to this problem.
            I have tried to rectify this problem at your Service center for more than 3 times.But problem is still persisting.

This is irresposible way to deal with your customer.It is not expected from the reputed company like yours. Your service centres are not responding to customers' querries.             The reason I am issuing this notice is because of the fact that I am actually fed-up of your product purchased from your vendor as stated in Bill and manufactured by you and your vendor has stated that since my product seems to have a manufacturing defect, notice be issued to you directly though at same time I am issuing to vendor as I am facing a nonsense problem due to your product and has already caused a lot of damage out of it to me.

            I had taken this product of yours on basis of advertisement you made of your product and also as advised by your vendor that this is the best product in the small size with features suited to be used while travelling also and accordingly purchased the same for amount stated in the Bill enclosed to this notice. However, since the day I have purchased, I repeat, the day I purchased till date this product of yours never came to any use for me and till date have never been able to take this product outside my home for use as for reasons stated below:

            • Charging to 100% takes more than 7 hours and then if try to start, it never use to get start at once but only after trying many times and then it used to get start and then I used to fear of shutting down.
            • Thereafter it was shown to Vendor and on seeing this, product was given to your service centre at Vashi and he said that some connection were loose and now will not happen and then for a day it worked and then again, once you charge for 7 hours and then use for some-time and then if you shut down, all battery will drain and then again charge and then drain, I mean this is what I have done since purchasing the product and have not been able to use even for my use for a second and hence due fear of product being useless, have not even tried copying any data or using the same
            • Then again your product was given to service centre with same issue and then this time, your service centre again repaired and when bought back, it worked for half a day and then since then, I did two things, charge for 7 hours and then product was not starting so waited and then when started battery was drain and now since then it did not started and again the product was given to your service centre on 21.09.2017. The reason I have given to them (service centre) so that I am not blamed for not taking help of your service centre and I am sure that again when product will come back, will do same thing as since purchase in Month of April 2017, till date your product has become a liability and a showcase material in my home and not even seen a light of day using and carrying in bag which should have been and should be the main usage of your product. At the time of issuing this letter, as per we spoke to your service centre they stated that since the defect is in motherboard, your product will be given to you after 10 days, this only shall raise the eyebrows about the quality of the products. Taking the products is not even more than 6 months and there have been all sorts of issues and it deserves to be replace with new model and petty pack or refund our money in time limit and if not then interest. Please note that till date the product is with your service centre and they have also not bothered to update us, well its all dark side of your services as of your product

            It is for sure now that your product is useless and I am sure that this product either is manufacturing defect per se or your all products are bad in general and if so, I must admit that your goodwill for me now is zero and being in profession of Law (Practicing Lawyer before Bar of Maharashtra having my presence in Chandigarh, Delhi, Nasik, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai), this product of yours is bad which I can realize. It is fruitless for me to use this product again until a new replacement is being given to analyses if your esteem organization does produce good product and this is the main reason, I am issuing this notice to express my displeasure on your product. Please note that whenever I tried to speak to your vendor or else on this issues, they said it is not our fault but manufacturing defect so contact directly, in short, running from responsibilities and no idea how this creates your brand value in market.

            In brief, coming to the my final view, at time of writing this letter, your product is with service centre hopefully, but I am sure this product is genuinely bad and is of no use and the whole purpose of me purchasing and using for personal use as well as for my profession, has gone for a toss and hence due to this had to purchase new product in the form of Mobile Samsung C9Pro (for Rs. 29, 000/-) so that my personal work as well as professional is not hampered and this means additional costs borne by me for no fault of mine.

            It is very much surprising that when you believe your product is good then why you need service centre for your products to reach there in less than 2 years from purchase. I say and repeat that the day your product was bought, three times it has landed in your service centre which only means that there is no QUALITY in your product but only Copy and Paste of other products in your product as small scale traders do and if so, then it’s bad to call your product a quality product.

            Accordingly, I under this letter call you to do as under:

            • Replace your product completely so that I am made to believe that you believe in taking care of your customer and its needs and at same for me to understand your brand value within 15 days from receipt of this letter; OR
            • If not, then refund our money paid towards purchase of your product in 15 days from receipt of this letter along with the costs of me purchasing the Samsung C9Pro for Rs. 29, 000/- from Vashi Navi Mumbai and Rs. 5, 000/- towards harassment in taking your product three times to service centre for same problem and Rs. 10, 000/- towards cheating me by providing bad product

            Please note that I am not interested in taking this matter into legal as myself being in legal profession always believe to close the matter in good terms and I am sure you will to understand the same but this extreme step has to be taken if it feels cheated and in this case, I am being felt cheated of you selling bad quality product and I am determine to take this appropriate consumer forum or else.

            Your attention is invited to the fact that your this act does fall under deficiency of service and product and your case does fall under Consumer Protection Act (as amended)

            Please do note that if you fail to comply with as stated in above paras regarding refund or replacement in 15 days, I shall be eligible to claim Rs. 5, 00, 000/- towards loss I made for not able to use your product and Rs. 10, 000/- towards legal costs and I am not looking for legal option but closure in good terms

              I bought i ball 5.1 channel booster speaker on 7 th January 2010 but there was some problem with its remote which buttons were not working properly after that i had gone to yout authorised service centre i.e BEST IT WORLD (I) PVT LTD having office at B - 3, Ashok Bhawan, 93 Nehru Place New Delhi - 19 for replacement. They told me that the remote is out of stock we will provide the same after four days and issued a replacemnt challan no. 10654 dtd 18.01.2010.

              i called up on 22 jan they told me that they have not received their stuff please call after two days after that its their daily routine, after 10 days i am getting the same message from them.

                  i have purchased 9 computers last 2 months ago and within two months this 2 iball mouse and 2 keypad stops work.when i complents to shop they told me to send in service center and still from last 1 month is over and i did'nt get that back.

                  iBall is a bad mouse maker. I have purchased their laser retractable mouse worth INR 500/- and both were failed due to bad cable quality. In each case, cable will crack near the USB plug. I am now using logitech mouse without any problem. iBall really sucks and I'll never purchase their any product in the future.

                  It's better to stay away from such a bad brand. Good Luck.

                  iBall Cabinet with SMPS — SMPS is not working properly

                  I had buy a Cabinet with SMPS of iBall from Direct Advantage on 14th January 2010, but it is not working at home thats why I replaced it on 15th January 2010, and than it works but on 18th of January 2010 it was not again being shorted.
                  i have purchased i ball computer cabinet by the company dealer Rs/ 2000. and the computer cabinet was not working properly . it is a very bad quality

                  MOBILE DID NOT DETECTING SIM CARDS

                  Mobile does not detect sim cards. Network problem from last two months.i submit it to service center but it was not repaired by them properly.same problem is coming again and again.

                    Dear sir,

                    most humbel & respectfully,sir i am suraj kumar B.Tech(2nd year M.E) student of JEC,kukas,jaipur(raj.).sir i beg to state that i bought a laptop with some assoceries through bank loan from suntronic computer ,jaipur last year,during warrenty period,pen drive& speaker was wrost,untill i went to suntronic computer for change my devices,but they didnot changed.
                    so,i requested to sir please submit my complain
