refund for flight cancelled directly from airline due to flight cancellation owing to operational reasons

Hi Team,

I m writing to you regarding the Indigo flight booking made under PNR GKMWVN. The booking was made for IXE to TIR on 21st Sept and also return journey of TIR to IXE on 23rd Sept.
Due to some reasons, Indigo rescheduled my onward journey (IXE - TIR) on 21st Sept to another timeline not suitable for me. Hence they provided a free cancellation option for the same.

hotel booking for 21st august 2019

I have booked hotel (Id: htl3cw6gff) for my son on august 5th 2019 to stay in maplewood guest house deluxe in new delhi. When he reached the hotel on the date of stay (21st august), they say they will not entertain bookings made through goibibo. When we tried to reach goibibo customer care, there was no response.

Since then we called several times to the support and we are not getting any positive response. We need to get the...

flight booking - amount deducted but didn't get the booking

Hi,
I tried to book a flight from Hyderabad to Pune and chose net banking to make the payment. The payment was done but found some error On Goibibo page and the booking couldn’t be completed. The IVR has options related only to bookings and there’s no email id on the app whereas the chat service is useless.

My booking id is htl46yx58h. The holiday inn express jakarta hotel say that they have not received the payment/ booking amount till now by goibibo. I have already paid the amount online through goibibo app on 14th of august. This is really disappointing. I have given my card on security basis. This is completely unprofessional. Flight was booked from new delhi to halifax. The goibibo app showed 2 check in baggages while booking and on the ticket it shows only one.
Customer has been trapped and cheated by showing false information before booking and changing details after booking. The ticket costed around 1 lakh indian rupees and now they area asking me to pay extra amount for the 2nd bag.

Even their customer care executive confirmed on chat...

booked hotel with advance payment but check in denied by hotelier

Dear all,

Worst experience of my life with go ibibo,

We were group of 13 person was travelling to udaipur and booked 5 rooms for 13 peoples with advance payments as well early check in confirmations at hotel yois udaipur,
When we reach at hotel, hotelier denied to give check in to all as they were not having single rooms to give us, and they have told us that this was the system error and taken booking...

oyo hotel fraudulent

We booked oyo hotel, but after searching for the hotel for one hour came to know that hotel had been sold out and no more exist now. We were with kids and women at the midnight. We had to book new rooms at that time with cash payments.
Even after talking to area manager oyo, haridwar, no refund done till now. We suffered too much mental harassment and financial loss. I would suggest all to never go for oyo rooms/hotels....
