Hotel booking id - [protected]

We booked hotel for 31st august to 01st september, however on 31st orning while trying to connect to hotel fo inform about late check in, hotel receptionist told that hotel is sold out. I am reaching guruvayur at 12:30 midnight and left helpless with family 08 people.

Travel agent didn't informed us about the hotel sold out and goibibo is not able to provide us the alternative arrangement now.

    Booked a highly rated hotel on the app. Check in 30th august - 7th september. I arrived at the hotel 10:50, mosquitoes swarming the place, so i decided to check the room out 1st. Oh my god literally the storm must have hit the place 8- 12 months ago and no one cleaned it. Mildew on the walls and bathroom, you know like pee stains. Broken mirror that had been taped up. Dirty sheets and bedding. I immediately walked back to the lobby and called goibibo explained to them the state of chaos. Goibibo sounded least bit concerned 1st they told me it would take 45 minutes, and it had taken 3 calls to get to that point, they'd tell me 5-10 minutes each time and would never call me back. I call again and again must have called 28 times by 6:42 am. No room, resolution, refund, this is a total scam. Isn't it illegal in india to charge for something that doesn't exist like the room they showed in the pictures. Almost 8 hrs completely wasted tired, with no place to go. Is this what is expected of india. That companies like this completely rob foreigners. They still kept telling me the concerned department will call me back in 10 minutes. Its like they can't be bothered, they know their untouchable. India should be ashamed to let this stand and also do you not have a health department? Or thats worst then this shrade. Company stole money, and now dodging my calls.

      This issue started on 15th august after one of the goibibo executive cancelled my ticket without my confirmation.
      I had put up a request of "know your cancellation charges" on 14th aug 2019 evening.
      I wanted to know my refund if i cancel.
      On 14th aug i generated the request and on 15th morning i got a call from their executive.
      I was explaining my concern on the call and i said "i want to cancel but i want to know my refund" and while saying this the call got disconnected.in a matter of 5-10 seconds i got a message that my ticket from chennai to ahmedabad on 31st aug 2019 has been cancelled & meanwhile i was trying to call goibibo which became impossible as we only reach a bot and i had to put up messages on their fb profile. How can the so called customer care say that i had put up a request for cancellation when i know i have chosen the mentioned option above. Who gave them the right to cancel the ticket without confirming with me. This is a case o[censored]tter negligence by their executive and i feel harassed to talk to the people of goibibo as they lie, mis-quote me and give stupid suggestions. One person offered me a 300 goibibo cash that is totally useless, in the name of my hard cash they are offering me a virtual amount which is really absurd. Instead of accepting the mistake and sufficing my loss am getting stupid suggestions. I am totally disappointed as we earn money with hard work and these people are ready to eat it. I thought of rescheduling my tickets if the refund would have been too less, i had to rethink about the travel due to some family emergency. I got rs. 236/- as a refund. Pnr r1ytyr
      My return ticket is still there which is obviously useless.
      I need a refund for the ticket they cancelled.

        I tried booking a flight ticket from jaipur to mumbai on the 28th of august, 2019 using goibibo application. The transaction was done through the gateway of paypal to avail a discount offer. I used my sbi debit card linked to paypal for the transaction. So, the money got deducted but the ticket did not get booked. But i had to book the ticket, so i did it again (The booking). I received a receipt of the transaction of the failed booking from paypal mentioning the transaction to done to goibibo. So, i chatted with goibibo customer service, which asked me to contact the bank directly since the amount wasn't received on its end. But on contacting sbi, it was told to me that bank cannot help since the transaction was done via the third party. So, i wrote to both paypal and goibibo and tried to speak to the customer care executive of both. Paypal replied to the mail, but the call couldn't connect since it was saying busy for the whole day. Goibibo did not respond to my mail and the customer care service is the worst since there was not any option to get to talk the customer care executive. Paypal mail said the issue was raised to goibibo, but i did not receive any mail from goibibo. I am feeling really helpless. Kindly do the needful.

          On 28.8.19 I booked one hotel room at oyo 316 Hotel brigade Royal bangalore and I already made payment also. But the hotel managent didn't provide room and they said the reason Ibibo don't pay them for any booking so they will not allot the room. My money also deducted. When I'm chat with your customer its really irritating service telling u sincerely. If IBIBO didn't sort out this issue I never use this app in future and also I file a case against my money deduction

            I have booked a flight ticket through goibibo.com to travel from kannur to hyderabad (Goair pnr s4ul8s & goibibo ref ng8s4ul8s) on 6th aug 2019 under the cancellation protection scheme. As per the cancellation protection the ticket needs to be cancelled 25 hrs prior to the departure of the flight. On 5th aug 2019 at 12.30 am onward i tried to cancel the ticket, however, the website was not allowing me to login using my email and password due to some technical problem from goibibo side, which was later confirmed by them. After number of attempts, it suggested to login using mobile number and otp. I have logged in using this method and tried to cancel the ticket. Again, the otp was sent for cancellation but no option was available on the webpage to enter the otp. After number of attempts i tried to reset the password. But still i could not login. After number of failed attempts, i stopped. Next again i started attempting the cancellation, i made number of phone calls to goibibo and goair but only ivr was connecting. After number of attempts, i received a link which forced me to install the goibibo app and forced to cancel through the app.
            Efforts were made to cancel the ticket, but some technical issue in goibibo website prevented my login into the account and subsequent cancellation.

            Since this happened because of technical failure of goibibo, i want goibibo to refund the fare under the cancellation protection scheme.

            Kindly be apprised that we have gone through entire case history and as we have checked the concern is for the refund for the cancellation of the booking.

            We would like to inform that as the booking was been cancelled and the user have taken the cancellation protection however it was been cancelled within the 25 hours of the departure time so the normal cancellation charges are been applied and the cancellation protection policy was not been applied as cancelled within 25 hours.

            We regret for the inconvenience caused.

            As per the technical team we are not at fault and the refund will not be possible.

            No further exception can be approved.

            We are closing the case and that will be final closure from our end.

            I had to send the same email 18 times from three different email addresses to be able to be received by goibibo. I use a gmail account and this must be problem with google, not with goibibo. Though I was regularly using the mail ids to send and receive mails. So accept that you have a technical problem instead of sending wrong mails/messages/posts.

                  Booked flight ticket from chennai to guwahati (Stop over at kolkata) through goibibo. The first leg of the flight from chennai to kolkata was booked on vistara airlines on 11/mar/2019 for travel date 17th aug 2019. The vistara flight no: uk733 with pnr: kmvsva for four passengers. Received confirmation of flight booking from goibibo and subsequent reminder closer to the travel date. On 17th aug 2019 we reported at the vistara check-in counter 2 hours (5:00 am) prior to the scheduled departure. We were shocked when the personnel at the counter informed that the flight uk733 does not fly any more. The flight operations stopped long time back in dec'2018. The vistara officce did not provide any assistance and asked us to contact goibibo, since the tickets were booked through them. I immediately called up goibibo helpdesk and informed them the status of the flight and inquired why they had booked tickets on a cancelled flight. The most shocking part was that they were unaware of this cancellation and had sent me reminder mail and sms on 15-aug-2019 confirming our flight. Since there was no other flight option in the morning, we were forced to cancel the tickets for the second leg of our flight from kolkata to guwahati. Incurring further loss (20, 000) and hardship. I then had to shell out extra rs.46000 to book fresh tickets from chennai to kolkata & kolkata to guwahati. I contacted both vistara and goibibo and have registered a complaint. Both vistara and goibibo are unwilling to accept failure and responsibility on their part to provide the services.
                  I there fore would like to seek your assistance to claim refund and penalty from them for not providing for the paid services and hardship caused to us. I was travelling with my wife, child and father (77yrs old). Our new flight was at 11:30am and had to suffer immense mental agony for 6.5 hrs in the airport.

                  As we have validated details with the airline that VISTARA flight UK733 from Chennai to Kolkata on 17 Aug, 2019 | 07:05 AM was canceled from airline side, and as per airline policy if flight is cancelled its compulsory to provide an alternate to guest to complete his/her travel if airline is not available than guest is eligible for full refund.however guest denied for same on[protected]:29:18. we gave it our best to resolve your query.
                  As compensation of INR 5000/- and full refund of connecting flight as well from Kolkata to Guwahati on 17 Aug, 2019 | 11:50 AM is not possible.

                    I triesd to book a flight ticket from mumbai to trivandrum. The amount get deducted from my account but booking not done. I have contacted my bank and they are saying that the amount deducted. But i am unable to contact any human in goibibo and can only use the chat option which is giving only automated reply asking me to contact my bank. There is no one to listen to my complaint and i am having a worse experience with goibibo's poor service. The mobile number linked to my goibibo account is [protected]. Kindly check this.

                    Dear sir, This is sandeep mahadik, i have booked OYO 9061 savera retreat via ibibo with booking id-HTLK6QQSW8 with advance payment But when i go at the hotel, i got shock as my booking is already given to some one else and when i complain about this to OYO person he said we have over booking we can not do anything and they refuse to give accomodation, then i told them to cancel my booking but they denied it and said to call ibibo as they said we didnt get payment in OYO then i number of times i tried to ibibo but no phone was working and no one was picking phone same situation was with OYO .so i had to booked another hotel on my own. Now i want my money refund of 1398rs which i paid to you. Give me your mail id also

                        account fraud - misuse of mobile number

                        Hi, today 27/8/2019 i have noticed that using my mobile number ([protected]) and a fake email id [protected]@dummymobemail.com an account has been created with goibibo.
                        And a booking has been made and cancelled.
                        Goibibo customer service could not be contacted, and i fear that by opening the account i'm now in risk of losing my confidential by the user of that fraudulent email account holder and i need goibibo to take immediate action...

                        I wished to book flight tickets from jabalpur to surat on 04 september 2019, which not by my mistake got confirmed on 09 sept 2019. Within a few seconds, i contacted the customer service executive to inform them of the error. The customer service executive instructed me to book the tickets again. I did it and the refund amount due to cancellation which goibibo said, i was eligible for, was just rs. 84/- i lost more than rs.6000/- within two-three minutes. The aforesaid transaction id is gofldbc[protected]. The booking id for the cancelled booking is tuafk728w. This is the worst service i have experienced. Since i have made a rebooking with the same company and that too within seconds, i would like to request you to refund my amount in full. Kindly do the needed help.

                          I had booked flight ticket through GOIBIBO ; 13th Aug HYD-CCU Flight Ticket booking PNR - Z646QSN ; When enquiring in site on refund it is showing INR 3300 but gave only INR 1810 as refund.It is a case of pure cheating by hiding actual facts and fooling customers

                            We booked a room at hotel solitair nagpur (Maha.) from 22 aug. To 24 aug with terrif rs.2186/-. Goibibo booking id - htll7sb9sg. Hotel booking id -[protected]. Hotel refuge to give me room on this terrif and demanded rs.3000/-for 2 night stay. For avoiding inconvenience to my family i paid rs.3000/-for room. This is clear cut case of cheating with customer by hotel and oyo. Please look into the matter immediately and short out such problems. Please provide refund to me additional money taken by me.                               This is in reference to goibibo booking id htlu4m8fcl. Hotel booking id [protected], advance receipt no hdar[protected]. Which was booked on 6th july 2019 time 10:56pm. Deducted inr rs 668.00 for hotel room at oyo 19934 hotel golden arch vijayanagar, bangalore. I was reached hotel to check in at 11:30pm at that time i came to know fake booking. Hotel staff told us that there is no such booking here and all rooms are sold out. I have movie shoot in the morning so i need to sleep properly to face camera. Around 11:40pm i gave call to customer care they told they will resolve in 10min and wil call back. But no response after that. I was repeted 6 times. It was a like mental torcher to me.
                              I was on street till 3:00pm. I didnt find any solution and my health also got upset. Suffering from cold, headace and also feverish. I was with laggage on road with no security. Even i felt tourcher with dranken people on road. Please give me justice and punish the concern company and team. Now i cant attend my shooting in the morning due to misguide and false promise ans statement from goibibo team finally they arranged another property to stay in the morning at 6am. And told to me the stay is for 24 hrs and they will make repayment of rs 1336.00 for the issue. But i got only 4hrs stay and hotel management told at 12pm ur stay is closed and goibio team made auto checkout. Again i faced the problem and also my repayment also not done. And i lost my earning nearly inr rs 100000 for my movie project. Kindly revert back with justice.

                              Still am not got any updates from goibibo..

                              As discussed with you, hotelier offered to guest and told him that alternate is far if he can go there and stay but guest said he cannot go so told him to take walk in check in, but guest refused and so called oyo sutendra(GEM) he shifted the booking to capitol o 28398 maysoor gate guest was agreed but he said he is in loss so told guest if you are not comfortable we can refund your full amount but guest denied for same also and stayed to alternate property.

                              Shared resolution with guest alternate property provided to guest on same day which was accepted by guest.any other compensation denied from our side.

                                During the official trip i was supposed to stay in suite at hotel lrc zirakpur banur highway.

                                Reached hotel at around 4pm and was denied check-in by hotel authorities. I called goibibo standing at reception however, executive from goibibo "sunny" said that he has to follow process and can't switch me over to another hotel. He said process would take 35 minutes to resolve however, till date those 35 minutes are not over. On top of it ibibo sends me invoice for this stay, asks me for review. I mean this website is literally crazy and full o[censored]ntrained staff.

                                Today sakshi from support team calls me and apologizes for situation. I ask her to provide email address so that i can write a complaint but she refuses to provide email address saying that "upar se order hai nai dene ka email address"

                                All these calls have been recorded and i have posted reviews as well.

                                Sensible people: don't ever dare to use this pathetic website goibibo because i[censored] face issue there won't be anyone to resolve this matter. Would suggest specifically to frequent travellers, family, couples and corporates. These guys won't come to help u out.

                                Their customer service is pathetic, poor and more of all not customer friendly.

                                  Sir i am regular customer of goibibo i am nagpur i saw goibibo office shop no 50 opposite nagpur railway station the person who is on desk chatting to his gf i distured him because wanted some quiry regarding the bus as i new in nagpur he talk harshly instead of helping me he talk me rudely and had abused me sir is this the way to sort out the quiries of customers i reslly dont like i am very old customers of you please see to it

                                    I paid ₹481 online before reaching. I called the hotel owner to confirm booking according to message i got from goibibo. But he said he'll give the room at min ₹1000 cash and not on goibibo booking. And i was stuck with no place to live in hisar. I want compensation of my prepaid booking and the mental and physical torture i had to bear because of goibibo.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have booked for international flight ticket and received hotel voucher code..

                                      Issues
                                      1. There was procedural lapse in booking..
                                      2. I could not use hotel voucher since the code was not working
                                      3. Slow or even worst response.. Hotel coupon voucher clarity is not received even till date..

                                      I am really irritated with goibibo response..
