As i booked round trip from delhi to mumbai recently.
The steps was to book a flight was as follows :-
1 search flights
2 selection of flights
3 add travellers page
So, on this page we need to put travellers details
They provide flight details with fare and discount offering, break up of the charges with discount promo applied
But they never show the convience fee here.
4 payment portal
On this page, they asked my card number to pay the fare
🙄 shocking to see very carefully, they were asked to pay convenience fee of rs. 1840/- for 4 travellers.
I did the payments, of rs. 31540/- was the amount they asked.
After that so many sms, whatsapp message came
They wanted me to download their app to get notifications, so i downloaded.
In that conversation, i asked for the 2 window seats for my daughters, then they sent me a message of paid seat details.
It was a shocking and heartbreaking very much at that time.
Anyway, i chose the seats
I ask to pay the amount of rs 824 then, but the payment link they sent wasn't not working at that time
I called at customer care service of goibibo, mr abhinav attended my call, after briefing the issue, he was very rude and frustrated at that time, he put me on hold, and after 5 minutes of holding the call, he disconnected it without resolution and never tried to call me back.
Again as i called some other gentlemen attended this time, but after having a 45 minutes of conversation, he was not admitting any mistake. I tod him "you are not doing the fair trade practice" he was not convinced, and kept telling me that it's the same practice as other booking agents are doing.
I tried to convince him that no seat selection charges were mentioned at the time of booking, but got failed
I gave him the example of book my show, that they ask for the seat selection before accepting the booking, then why you are not.
But nothing fruitful was coming.
He insisted me to talk to airline executive, then the airlines executive was asking more money i. E. 1200 for the same seat, which goibibo was giving at 824/-
Another shock, i am getting more shocks after booking with goibibo.
Today the airlines proposed the flight time by 1 hour..
Oh, m stuck in this trap.

Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have opened mail account in ibibo.com ([protected]@ibibo.com) on 2011 to create facebook account.
Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.
It is 10 years old and i have all my colleague and relatives and friends in facebook.
Please help me to login and reset my ibibo.com mail account so that i could recover my facebook password.
I need to get it done on urgent basis.
Please help me on priority basis.
