Yesterday i have done one international fligh booking from ahmedabad to amman for my family. You deduct 126765 inr that is ok.
My bank name is indian overseas bank.
Rightnow i am in jordan.

Goibibo booked a flight which was confirmed from their end but not with the airline. After almost more than 10 interactions with their chat support someone from their voice support helped me out and promised an escalation call from a manager. I did get a call however due to unsatisfactory resolution i was promised a call back in 72 hours... Its been over a week and no one has called me back. I am so stressed in deaing with goibibo.. Horrible...

I had booked a hotel in Prayagraj (Allahabad) for 3rd Sept, booking id : HTLUPKJYZL. Already paid the amount mentioned in goibibo. When we reached hotel they told that goibibo is showing wrong price and asked us to pay Rs. 250 more. We tried contacting goibibo customer care but there was no way to contact any personal. Tried may times. Ultimately had to give extra money and then stay.

I need the extra paid amount back into...

I cancelled one ticket in my previous flight and no refund yet. Then very poor customer care support....

I have cancelled my fight booking directly with the airlines. They have processed the full refund in goibibo account. However i have not received the refund from goibibo.
I have tried to reach out to goibibo multiple times but could not reach to their customer care executive. We have filed complaint with goibibo email support as well but did not receive any response even after 72 hrs.

I booked 1 hotel ambar (Oyo 29169) in mumbai today as an emergency as my parents had to be there for someone' s cremation. While bookin through the app i applied airport area as search filter on goibibo mobile app but after booking i found that location is 56 kms away in reality.
The booking amount of rs 599/- is non refundable and now my money is stuck.
I want refund of this amount....

A confirmed booking was denied at hotel booked through go ibibo. Voucher attached
On complaining goibibo about this they assured to resolve the issue in 1 hour
We were assured of a call back in an hour and an alternate arrangement if required.

We were stranded for 5 hours. From 8pm 13/9/2019 to 1am 14/9/2019. No solution was provided throughout the nght of 13/9/2019

/ htlaxy5kh8 on 12/09/2019 at 16:02:45, it is showing that payment collected and my money from bank is debited to [protected]@hdfcbank (Ibibo group private limited) so please book my hotel or refund my money.

By mistake i have done wrong booking and wish to compensate the wrong flight booking fare with the rescheduled flight.

Eventfully, the company not accepting the reschedule and also deducting whole amount of wrong flight fare. I tried ample of time to the their customer care but no response found. Even tried to chat with their online service provider, which also could meet my issues.
