I had booked a room in OYO 44071 Stay N Tour from 29-0--19 to 01-10-19 with GOIBIBO booking ID HTLMMYQDQQ. However, I was denied check in when I reached the hotel. I tried contacting OYO for help but I didn't receive any help, instead they connected me to GOIBIBO representative who asked me to lodge a complaint with customer service for refund and that if she receives any complaint she will consider it. However, when i tried speaking to GOIBIBO customer representative the system generated message kept saying that due to heavy volume we cannot connect to our representative. However, till now I have received no information about my refund status.

    I want to access my ibibo mail box for otp from fb. I can’t recover my fb account as i have provided my email address of ibibo mail. Fb is sending otp to my mail adress of [protected]@ibibo.com. And i can’t access it any more and can’t able to open my fb account. Even on google it shows on searching for ibibo mails it shows for goibibo only.

    I have opened mail account in ibibo.com ([protected]@ibibo.com) on 2011 to create facebook account.
    Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
    Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.
    It is 10 years old and i have all my colleague and relatives and friends in facebook.
    Please help me to login and reset my ibibo.com mail account so that i could recover my facebook password.
    I need to get it done on urgent basis.
    Please help me on priority basis.

      My booking at oyo 43529 hotel anant bliss in surat at 30 sep 2019 &my booking id is - htl2ql4assy. & cancel it. I pay 378 payment & wallet money 157. & refund amount show totally same but in my bank statement or wallet statement it will be a 347 & wallet amount is 78. So you can refund another amount.
      You can mention no charges can taken but my amount is not same through payment amount.

        I have log complain regarding refund of air ticket two time and also mail all detail but till date not received satisfactory reply.

        Every time i call regarding status i get commitment that your issue will resolve within 2 hrs

        This complain regarding refund amount that generated from cancel voucher & the amount said by goibibo is not matching

          I had made a hotel booking for a nights stay at kochi mermaid hotel. The booking was confirmed by goibibo via email and whatsapp mesaages. The payment mode confirmed was to pay at hotel and hence no advance payments were made. Upon reaching the destination, i was denied checkin with a reason that i did not make advance payment. I contacted the customer support of ho ibibo via chat and they made we wait like hlf hour and still there was no response. Adding to the woes my gocash points was also utilised by goibibo against this booking and it means i loss that also with no use. Its a financial loss as well as mental stress that i had to go through just because i booked through goibibo. I demand a proper response and return of my go cash as well.

            At 7:30 PM when I reached Hotel they denied my booking even after showing the online receipt.

            I have called Goibibo customer care - No reply received.

            I have messaged on their chat for half an hour still received no reply from them.

              This is regarding my bus booking from Surthakal to Bangalore in (Pragathi tourist) dated 10 august, 2019 this journey was cancelled by the operator itself (Pragathi Tourist) due to bad weather conditions, I received this information just 25 minutes prior to the journey, this was really unsatisfactory on top of that still i have not received the refund of the same and its more than one and half month passed. Really is this the way Goibibo works. Where is the customer satisfaction and that Gia, chatbot is rubbish. Being a such a moajor player in online booking this dose not suit goibibo.com, so will you kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I am attaching the bus ticket snapshot for more details.
              Why it is showing travelled have you not get any information from the operator or just assume by yourself?

                This is with reference to my recent car travel with booking id carpafdqnl8vant.

                Firstly, this wasn't the first time but third or fourth time i had opted for this ignoring the ordeal i had to go through my last travel from airport to my native place in kapurthala.
                Firstly, they, their travel partner, once again cancelled the trip. Then the goibibo team arranged some other goon, yes you read it right, goon.
                He had no idea about the booking, otp, travel fare etc and was dressed shoddly.
                Just 30 mins post the commencement of travel, some goons starting chasing us in their cars and it was a horrible feeling as i was with my wife. They driver said he had no idea who they were and i insisted that he should stop near a police person etc as it was a deserted area.
                Theen finally this man decides to stop as the goons were keen on creating and accident otherwise.
                Later he comes and asks us for money as his car owner etc own these people money. I told him that we weren't carrying any cash and i closed the doors etc from within and started dialing 100, only then somehow the other people were scared etc and this fellow told us that he paid them.
                Who is responsible for this? What kind of people does goibibo hire? There was no ola uber there or else i had taken them but then again what about the tall claims that goibibo and their brand ambassador deepika padukone make? Is this how serious they are about the security of travelers in general and female travelers in particular??
                The worst thing being that it's been over 2 months now and yet no one even sent an apology or anything even after my feedback and explaining it in detail???
                So my genuine suggestion will be to stay away from online car rental booking etc when traveling to small cities especially from someone as unprofessional as goibibo.

                  I booked hotel at oyo 42034 temple elite on 29-09-19 saturday. I paid booking amount at goibibo. When i reached hotel the manager told me he was not allowing online bookings. He told pay now and stay otherwise you are allowed to checkin. Further he was not in a position to explain why he was not allowing online booking but in all websites online booking option is allowed for this hotel. He asked me to pay rs1000 extra for checkin. I denied to pay and returned to another hotel. I expected goibibo will refund amount because i was not stayed. But i got invoice from goibibo for booking id htlsth33un invoice no: hdti[protected].

                  I have mailed them all my documents regarding the deduction of amounts and the money was deducted twice from my account but transaction was successful only once. I contacted goibibo for this and they are stating that it is not happened

There are some serious private and personal issues regarding the hotel review i had submitted. Therefore, i want to edit/delete the review. Its very personal and urgent. Please help.                     Deducted money from my bank account, also didn't give tickets for deduction. After queries they denied to received money where money was already received by them. I are helpless with patients and elderly people. They blocked my money for 3-4 days so that we can't book the tickets again before increasing the tickets price. Need help from you.

When i logged in today to my account an other email id was there and that email is [protected]@dummymobemail.com and it's not my email. Goibibo is not helping me to update my own email id. Its a fraud i am getting worried of my account. Please help me to update my account.

                        Hello team,

                        1st issues-booking id - rbna4qc7za6 - booking done for mumbai to surat @ 16:00 hrs i got the call from gujrat travels and asking me to cancelled the booking then i had cancelled the booking and refund still not receive in go cash-

                        2 issues-booking id: rbna4fnpv4v i had book the bus and as per the given time i reach the pickup location @ 2:00 am and bus reported at 4:30 am i have not got prior confirmation of bus delay from gujarat travels and then i have trying to cancelled the booking but app is not allowing to me.
                        I have called in cx care also but call automatically disconnecting in night and operator denying to give refund

                          I had booked an indigo airlines flight via the go ibibo app. I cancelled the flight within 24 hours directly from the airlines.
                          As per airline policy, i am subjected to recieve the full amount of refund. But goibibo are not returning my amount saying that i have to cancel via their application only. They are charging me 6000rs for no reason.

                            Driver was drunk he was arrested by police bus was seized by police. We were asked to deboard bus at mandi (H. P.) at 1:00 am. Since services was delivered to us then please help me in getting full refund of my fare of 8 personal.

                            Goibibo closed the case and refused refund.

                              Inspite of paying hotel booking amount money in advance a month before stay i find on the day of booking that hotel has broke its ties with goibibo and then after hours of waiting i was given a alternative stay whice had the most pathetic service quality.. Basic things like drainage was not there in hotel and both hotel and goibibo for not care difficulties faced by me... And wen i asked for refund they denied..

                                On the 21st july 2019 booked through goibibo below air tickets.

                                1. Pnr iyi5vb - indigo - bangalore to srinagar flight 30th aug

                                2. Pnr oylbjz - spice jet - srinagar to bangalore flight 7th sept.

                                An amount of rs 25, 031 wa paid by me to goibibo on the 21st jyly 2019.

                                Due to prevailing circumstances and the security issues the travel had to be cancelled. Airlines have confirmed payment would be done through the booking agaency, that is to goibibo.

                                It is impossible to any customer to talk to goibibo or to send a mail. All the telephone numbers given have answers like -
                                Number does not exist
                                Or ivr changed
                                Or no booking exist
                                Or the mails sent to given mail id bounces.

                                This is nothing but cheating the cunsumers,

                                I seek immediate action and settllement.

                                  As i booked round trip from delhi to mumbai recently.
                                  The steps was to book a flight was as follows :-
                                  1 search flights
                                  2 selection of flights
                                  3 add travellers page

                                  So, on this page we need to put travellers details
                                  They provide flight details with fare and discount offering, break up of the charges with discount promo applied

                                  But they never show the convience fee here.

                                  4 payment portal

                                  On this page, they asked my card number to pay the fare
                                  🙄 shocking to see very carefully, they were asked to pay convenience fee of rs. 1840/- for 4 travellers.

                                  I did the payments, of rs. 31540/- was the amount they asked.

                                  After that so many sms, whatsapp message came

                                  They wanted me to download their app to get notifications, so i downloaded.

                                  In that conversation, i asked for the 2 window seats for my daughters, then they sent me a message of paid seat details.
                                  It was a shocking and heartbreaking very much at that time.
                                  Anyway, i chose the seats
                                  I ask to pay the amount of rs 824 then, but the payment link they sent wasn't not working at that time

                                  I called at customer care service of goibibo, mr abhinav attended my call, after briefing the issue, he was very rude and frustrated at that time, he put me on hold, and after 5 minutes of holding the call, he disconnected it without resolution and never tried to call me back.
                                  Again as i called some other gentlemen attended this time, but after having a 45 minutes of conversation, he was not admitting any mistake. I tod him "you are not doing the fair trade practice" he was not convinced, and kept telling me that it's the same practice as other booking agents are doing.
                                  I tried to convince him that no seat selection charges were mentioned at the time of booking, but got failed

                                  I gave him the example of book my show, that they ask for the seat selection before accepting the booking, then why you are not.
                                  But nothing fruitful was coming.
                                  He insisted me to talk to airline executive, then the airlines executive was asking more money i. E. 1200 for the same seat, which goibibo was giving at 824/-
                                  Another shock, i am getting more shocks after booking with goibibo.
                                  Today the airlines proposed the flight time by 1 hour..

                                  Oh, m stuck in this trap.

                                      Sir i have booked a train ticket through goibibo pnr no is [protected]. But ticket got cancelled because ticket didn't get confirmed. I have talked to irctc they told me that refund is completed through their side. But goibibo didn't refunded my amount of rs 1195. I have got massage through irctc that your ticket got cancelled and your money will credited in 3-4 month. But after 3 month i didn't get my money

                                        This is regarding a rescheduling and later cancellation request (For international flight from mumbai to tampa on 10th august) i had raised on 3rd august 2019 on goibibo. My request is yet not resolved and the customer support did not provide any help for the same regardless of calling them multiple times. We paid the amount of rs. 95449/- for the ticket.

                                        The reason for rescheduling / cancellation is:
                                        • the return ticket had a layover at canada and a transit visa is required for the same.in such a short span of time, it was difficult to get a transit visa. (Also, there was no alert on goibibo while booking this flight that a transit visa is required.) i have also attached a ticket screenshot of refund if the ticket is cancelled.
                                        We contacted the customer care several times and were misguided for this issue. We raised a request for cancellation because on the ticket it is mentioned "refundable" and the customer care executive also ensured on call that cancellation charges of 22k-25k will be applicable. However, after some time we are got an email that the ticket is non-refundable if you travel one side. There are two contradictory statements on the ticket. (Please check the snapshot).

                                        Since, cancellation was non-refundable (Though the ticket mentioned it as refundable), we raised another request for rescheduling. But later we were informed there are no available slots. Hence, we again wrote a request (Plus spoke on call) that any slot between 9th aug - 20th aug is fine. Now, according to goibibo for this whole slot of 11 days, only business class tickets were available. Is it possible that to fly from mumbai to us, there are only business class tickets available for a slot of 11 days.

                                        For every call made to the customer care, we were ensured that we will get the response within 1 hour however, there is no response. We also have the list of all the agents spoken to.
                                        Many agents ensured that they will give written confirmation in mail of whatever they are claiming however, no written confirmation from their side.
                                        What is the need of customer care, if they cannot resolve the simple issue of rescheduling a flight? Kindly look into this matter.

                                        Please understand that this issue has caused a lot of inconvenience to us as it was urgent to reach us at that point. We feel cheated because we did not get any refund from their side or assistance. I would appreciate your help in this matter.
