/ htlaxy5kh8 on 12/09/2019 at 16:02:45, it is showing that payment collected and my money from bank is debited to [protected]@hdfcbank (Ibibo group private limited) so please book my hotel or refund my money.

Goibibo Please investigate payment gateway data as BHIM UPI approved your payment request raised from [protected]@hdfcbank (IBIBO Group Private Limited) of Rs. 5240/- for the purpose of hotel booking.
Now approved payment request is decline by HDFC PG which is your bank so you also Raise Dispute by lodge complaints and please give me a copy.
So help me to get back the refund from HDFC payment gateway which will be possible after your Raise Dispute by lodge complaints.
A merchant should contact the cardholder directly to verify the transaction.

    Hello consumer forum team,
    I have booked flight in month of april from banglore to pune for 11th may from goibibo through jet airways however jet airways shutted down but still goibibo is refunding my money Rs. 2600
    I have emailed goibibo several times however they don’t bother to refund my money.
    I am feeling helpless and cheated.
    I have attached booking details.
    I am repeatedly writing to consumer forum too however you guys are not solving my problem
    Request you to solve my problem or else I will be forced to take next step

      Dear sir/madam
      Myself narendra bhale. I have booked hotel sterling munnar through goibibo for 10th september 2019 i. E. Two double occupancy. When we reached to munnar at 8.45 p. M. I. E. City area and called representative of hotel sterling munnar about the location and how much time is required to reach the hotel, then the representative mentioned that, the road till our hotel got closed, if we want to reach the hotel then we need to opt another road having distance 60 km and for which again 3-4- hrs journey and that to with risk i. E. Travelling through mist (Fog), hence we have not stayed in said hotel as there was no advance intimation from hotel representative about the road closer.

      It was really worst experience for us, hence we have decided not recommend booking through goibibo as well as refund my entire money which i have paid in advance i. E. Rs.6295/- at the earliest.

      When we have not staid in said hotel it is your moral responsibility to refund said amount.

        I have two tickets from kathmandu to delhi on 22 nd april in jet airways. But jet airways cancel its flight and one mail comes to me for 100 % refund.
        Still now no any refund comes to me. Pnr-wmeutz.
        When i got my refund???
        Can anybody say, when the jet airways refund its air ticket amount? Any update regarding the refund?
        Goibibo not reply any mail.

          I have booked a train ticket thru goibibo id #trndffq03orxqq (Pnr [protected]) travelling on 11th seot 2019, but due to change in my travel plan i have to cancel this booking and need my refund... For the cancellation i am trying the "cancel booking" option sine today morning but the an error message appear in response... It is more than 8-10 hrs by now and same message is appearing even after dozens try, it is unacceptable to bear rs1k loss for a reason attributiable to goibibo... Pl do needful to cancel and refund my amount on urgent basis since ony few hrs are left before train departure.

          Badly disappointed by this kind of mischievous and in efficient service service..

            Booking id:htl83a8ejf booked on: 09/09/19oyo 2132 aditya residency (Classic (2x) with breakfast and dinner) the booking was done on 9th and on calling the receptionist named harish he told me that they do not accept online payments and hence they will not let me stay. The payment was for breakfast dinner and the night's stay, all of which i did not receive. I want a full refund. This is a huge inconvenience and from online review i have come to understand that this is a recurring problem. Get it resolved whenever you want but you have a lost a customer and i will not be recommending your service to anyone. I want my money back and i want action taken regarding this. Even after multiple attempts to contact your customer support as well as chat support as well as email support i found that it is nearly impossible to contact anyone from your side. This is probably because nobody from your fraudulent company wants to take any responsibility or be accountable for such kind o[censored]nacceptably bad services. My phone number is [protected].               This is to bring to your notice that I had done my booking for the 31st of August 2019, at New Rainbow Business Hotel (Bangalore) by making a payment of Rs 857 as a complete booking amount.
              However on the day of check in when we(Me and my wife) landed at the hotel, they denied the booking that we do not receive bookings from Goibibo, as Goibibo always falter in making payments.
              I was at the reception of the hotel for 1 and a half hours trying to reach out to the Goibibo call centre team. The first executive(Pema) I spoke to, he told me to wait and he will get a resolution maximum in the next 45 minutes. When I did not receive a call back for an hour I called back by 7 pm. Mr Pema who again answered my call kept my call on hold for another 30 mins. Post that i got agitated and disconnected the call. Mind you all this time till 7.30 pm, we were at the reception of the hotel. Post that the hotel guys gave me a discount on their tariff and gave me a room at Rs 1, 700. All that 1 and a half hours the hotel reception kept telling me, that I was wasting my time coordinating with the Goibibo team as they will never call back. All this happened after a long journey of 8 hours, from the time of staring from home in Mumbai at 10 am to reaching at the hotel at 6 pm. In the interim there was another Gentleman who arrived at the hotel facing the same concern, of booking through Goibibo and having his booking rejected.
              Next day Mr Sonu called me at 16.42 pm, where by he offered me a refund of Rs 857, and a non promotional goibibo voucher of Rs 500, which was not acceptable to me.
              Today again Sonu called me and offered me the same offer which was not acceptable by me, however he has gone ahead and processed the request. I mentioned that I do not accept his refund offer of Rs 500 goibibo voucher, and I would want a complete refund of my entire amount of Rs 857 and Rs 1700, to which he out rightly rejected that he wont do that.
              Now I need to understand that what is the goibibo management willing to do for
              1. The mental harassment of making me wait for a period of 1 and a half hour at the reception of the hotel.
              2. Making me repeatedly follow up.
              3. Giving a resolution call after 22 hours of my making the first call.
              4. Not having a senior resource reach out to me who can provide a resolution, in spite of having me stranded at the reception of a hotel, and not understanding the sensitivity of the concern.

                Domestic hotel booking booking id - htlbbbhvza, service request id[protected]

                For booking date[protected]-2019 and booking amount paid for same, i have raised complain at[protected]:30 am first time via call to customer care and she said "you will receive a call within 45 min for complain as"booking not found at hotel" but when i was called after 50 min - second time in customer care (Care person name - amrit) behaves very badly and he was denied to solve my problem.
                After 2 h 30 min, i have called again and this time harsh mishra care person said wait next 45 min.

                60 min over still waiting response

                    Sir,

                    I had booked a booking in oyo 44535 mona regency hotel, delhi regarding which my check in was denied as the reason was mentioned that hotel is not accepting online payments and goibibo does not paid hotel for its previous dues.

                    In night to a unknown city where we have not travelled before we had tried to contact your customer service providers and ask them to solve the issue however we had sit on the road from 8.00 p. M. To 11.30 p. M. But our query has not been resolved.
                    I had called your customer service centres but they were keep transferring my calls and put my call on hold and no reply was given to me.
                    We had already booked my train tickets for delhi to jaipur for 7th september but due to non availability of hotel room and no response was received by your company's customer care centre i had to book my bus tickets immediately for back to jaipur. And due to your company's fault i had to incurr the unnecessary expenses.

                    I had a call with vijendra of your team and he has initiated now my hotel refund but no action were taken regarding the losses beared by me due to your company's fault.

                    The total calls made by me to take hotel booking amount refund was around 20 - 25 calls and been there with a conversation time in totalling of 4 - 5 hours.

                    I was treated in a very bad manner and i had to bear huge losses due to your company's fault. I had decided if no proper action is taken within 24 hours i will file an fir against the company and sue a case and will be dealing with the company in court.
                    Also i am gonna take the help of national consumer helpline and take the issue to the court.
                    I will also take the help of social networking sites if i will not get any results.

                    These are the actions which i have decided to take if in case no satisfactory action were taken by your company.

                    I had all the recorded calls with your company and will be using them as the evidence if my query has not been resolved.
                    Also your company had closed my complaint and no permission has been taken from me before closing the complaint.

                    The expenses borne by me are:

                    Auto to nirman vihar metro - rs 20
                    Metro to rajiv chowk gurgaon - rs 140 (2 person)
                    Bus fare from rajiv chowk to jaipur - rs 1300 (2 person)

                    I was asked for wait 2 hours at 10.00 p. M. For solving the query i had wait till 11.30 p. M. On 6th september but no response or reply was given to me.
                    Also no reply was given to me after that and i had called again in your company on 7th september for the dues.
                    This is huge neglegience and considered as that your company deals with its cutomers in a very bad manner i was deep heartly affected after this and got very disturbed.
                    Your company is trying to adjust my dues by giving go cash amt rs 500 which cant be considered as compensation as now that amount is of no benefit for me.
                    I am attaching the screenshot of these expense bills and screenshot of the reply given by your company.

                    Kindly consider the mail and reply for it as soon as possible otherwise i had to take other measures tk get cleared my losses.
                    I want the amount of expenses incurred by me in my bank account or the details of best alternative which your company can offer.

                      I have been a user of goibibo from the past 3 years and have never faced any problem in booking hotels but on 7th sept i booked a hotel for 1 night with the hotel id htlfdhefjg. I paid the amount through my debit card but as soon as i arrived at the hotel they denied the booking citing the reasons to such as closed for maintainence. I immediately called goibibo help desk but they put my call on hold and then said that they will arrange for a solution within half n hour. Till now i haven't got any update on my booking. Kindly refund my money as this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour wasn't expected from such a big brand. It's a shame.

                        I have opened mail account in ibibo.com ([protected]@ibibo.com) on 2011 to create facebook account.
                        Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
                        Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose...

                        Dear concern,

                        By mistake i have done wrong booking and wish to compensate the wrong flight booking fare with the rescheduled flight.

                        Eventfully, the company not accepting the reschedule and also deducting whole amount of wrong flight fare. I tried ample of time to the their customer care but no response found. Even tried to chat with their online service provider, which also could meet my issues.

                        Hence, need your interference.

I have booked hotel in lucknow on 6 september 2019 i have make online payment when i reached hotel they refused to checin because of online payment they say they are not accepting online payment when i am call in goibibo they say that they will resolve my problem with in 45 min and and call me back and provide me arrangements in another hotel but they did not call me back and not providing any accomodation in another hotel and i have suffred lot because of this i have called many times in customer care but they did not solve my problem. They always saying our concern team work on it but they did not call me back and not provinding any refund and any accomodation. I want compensation against this beacuse i am surrfered in night from 8:30pm to 12 am kindly help me out. My booking id is - htl226uhjg. My phone no - [protected]

                            I was trying to online net banking through naukri premium service using ibibo web pvt ltd and total deducted 4980 rs.

                            I didn't get any sms or email but money was deducted from my account.

                              I am dr. Vatsul sharma from chandigarh. I booked two rooms for 10th and 11th of august at oyo 10253 hotel winter line inn with booking id htld8wvq4e. When i reached the hotel in the evening, i looked at the hotel rooms. The condition of the rooms was pathetic, stinking rooms, broken furniture, washrooms used previously and not cleaned, bed linen with fresh food stains. I told the reception guy to upgrade rooms. He was polite and told me to contact goibibo to upgrade the rooms. I called up goibibo and spoke to their representative. She said i will be moved to other hotel as i was ready to pay the extra cost. She told me that a call would be arranged for me. I waited for an hour but dint get any call. I called up customer centre twice. The representatives were nice to me but i dint get a single call that was arranged for me. After waiting for two hours i moved to a nearby hotel. After checking in other hotel, i called up goibibo again. This time i was again told that a call has been arranged for me and my issue was not resolved. It has been almost a month, i have mailed goibibo countless times and called them. All their calls are recorded. I am asking for refund as the representative told me i would be shifted to other hotel. Goibibo people dont call back. They just close the ticket raised without asking you. I want my refund back.

                                Dear sir,
                                I had booked a hotel (Hotel bali resorts) through goibibo from 4th sep 2019 to 6th sep 2019. Goibibo booking id - htl3ej4k26, hotel booking id - [protected].
                                When i reached the hotel, they tild us there was no booking and that they have no association with goibibo.
                                I have already paid rs 3399 through goibibo towards this booking. Please request you to refund this amount to my account.
                                Also, it has caused me extreme hassle as i had to rebook another hotel for rs 6000 with all the luggage with me.
                                I request you to please address my concern and refund the above said amount

                                  I made a booking in artus inn, marol, mumbai. The hotel denied me the entry saying the price i paid to goibibo is too less. The discount i received is too much. The customer care did not help. They were rude and i was made to wait outside for a very long time. I paid around 1170 rs online. The hotel says they accept a minimum price of 2000 rs. I travelled all night to reach the place and was extremely tired. Thanks goibibo for giving me the worst travel experience.

                                      My booking is not confirmed and goibibo just deducted huge amount of money from my account. Such a bloody nonsense!!! I should have opted to book directly in irctc rather than in goibibo. You frauds refund my money asap. Not expected this from goibibo earlier i had booked flights but never experienced such thing. You have just lost one customer and going forward i will make sure none of my closed ones book ticket s from your site.
