I am prashant lohani. I booked a room in the hotel ocean blue roorkee, uttarakhand for 26-27 july via goibibo. On 26 i. E. Today, i was today by some goibibo consultant that my booking is not confirmed (Although payment was made in advance through online mode) and then he told me they are shifting the booking to a new hotel i. E. Hotel city residency, roorkee with same booking. On reaching the new hotel, the receptionist asked me rs123 because goibibo asked them to do so. I called the customer care they told me not to pay and i checked in. Then suddenly the hotel authority told me to leave the room or pay rs123 because goibibo are not paying us the correct amount. I was thrown in and out of room continously then at last i paid rs123.
This is corruption, this is so wrong. I am feeling being cheated.
Please i request you to help me on this.

    Regarding my booking pnr numbered rkyf5a, it was showing rs 14757 but when i used my credit card 15070 was deducted.

    I tried to reach via gia (Customer care of goibibo), no help. Also please ensure customer care executive number as the ivrs system is pathetic as i cant raise querry.

    As a silver customer i used goibibo for 24 trips and never faced such issue.

    Please help. Refer attached and help at the earliest.

      This is regarding my goibibo booking reference number htljw8bu99 and hotel booking id: [protected]. The hotel name is oyo 2703 apartments, salt lake, sector 3, kolkata.
      I made this prepaid - non refundable booking on 24 june (A month before my check in date) and i have mentioned the check in time as 9.30pm from 23 july-26 july, however due to some turbulence my flight from delhi to kolkata got delayed and i reached kolkata at 10.30pm. We arrived the hotel location at 11.15, since 11.15 to 11.45, we were banging doors of hotel but no body opened.
      I called oyo customer care multiple time to tell them that my check in would be delayed because of delayed flight but nobody connected me to hotel authority.
      Somehow by calling oyo customer care i got the contact details of hotel guy & when i called him and said that i have been waiting since half an hour outside his hotel. He refused us to enter in the hotel saying that he has already sent a notification email to oyo that this booking has to changed as he can not offer his rooms at this cost. So on the final day he decided this that the amount at which booking was done wasnt enough for him. But i haven't received any email neither from oyo nor goibibo. Infact at 6.30pm on 23rd july i got a notification from goibibo saying "hope you are enjoying your stay at oyo 2703 apartments". So does this mean any notification of cancellation or what.
      Now after pleading him for 10 mins that the guests have been travelling since morning, he said he has another property nearby and he can offer us that only after we cancel the previous booking with another amount of 1500 rs per day.
      However my previous booking was pre paid for 3 days. The amount deducted from me was 3559 and it is non refundable.
      I had to shift to another hotel and pay 1700 rs to the hotel guy while checking in.
      Now i want my refund of 3559 rs because it is not my fault that i am forced to cancel it now.
      Though i have not done the cancellation yet.
      I would request the authorities to look into this matter and take necessary actions.

          I am your regular customer and my husband (Mr. Manik pandhi) too is your regular client. We get all our tickets booked from this app. All our hotel bookings etc. Are also done from this app only.
          Last week we got some issue regarding the hotel booking in raipur which was under the name of mr. Vishal nayyar, it got resolved by your team eventually but we had faced a lot of problem.

          Today my wife got a hotel booking done in seawood juhu hotel, she got it done single occupancy by mistake.
          The hotel staff didn’t allow us both to check in as the booking was done for single person, they were asking 1000 more for the other person which was totally unfair because online in booking the rate was exactly same for single and double occupancy.
          On this matter when we had complaint your concerned person, he talked in a very rude manner and didn’t help us in resolving anything.

          When there was issue because of go ibibo team in our raipur bookings we had adjusted with you but when we got a mistake done in our booking there was no help from your side.
          As your regular customers as we are giving you so much business this behaviour was too rude and unsatisfied.
          We will never get any bookings from your now.

            Dear sir/madam
            Booking pnr no. A8r1w booked by u but flight cancelled 10 days before which u not informed me. At boarding viman bangladesh staffs told me to contact your agency for cancellations ñd they have no any other flights today.
            Now i left flight n taken indigo flight from bangkok to varanasi..
            Plz cancel ur flight ticket n refund my full amount.

                  I paid an amount of rs.5500 for my admission to hyderabad central university. But when i paid the first time i didn't get any acknowledgement and the said amount got debited. So i paid again thinking the transaction must have been incomplete and the amount will be refunded. And i paid again and this time i got an acknowledgement in the form of sms to my phone. Please address my problem and refund the amount which was supposed to be refunded.

                    I have booked a hotel room in dev villa kasauli booking id [protected] on 20 july 2019. But the owner did not let us in as he was saying my hotel donot take bookings of goibibo and oyo. So i want goibibo to refund my charges for hotel booking. Contacted customer care several times but did not get any suitable reply from them. Goibibo has pathetic customer care service.

                      I have booked my via flights from Jaipur to Goa, first flight from Jaipur to Mumbai by Indigo and the connecting flight I received is Vistara from Mumbai to Goa. The booking made from Go Ibibo in single stretch as appearing over site.
                      The layover time between both the flights are very short which may result to miss my next flight from Mumbai to Goa. When I asked Indigo to arrange something for my Layover as the another flight is from Terminal 2 International airport and I cant reach their in such a short layover time by collecting my luggage from belt to the another airport, they clearly denied and told to me that they do not have such policy, same reply was given by Vistara. Vistara also declined the request by telling that as you have a first flight with indigo so they has to manage your transport And ask me to arrange the same by my own. As I'm travelling solo, how can they even think that I may be able to manage this in such a short layover time.
                      Requested to please let me know is there a way can some one come to the Terminal 1 Mumbai from Indigo or vistara and collect my baggage to transfer terminal 2 international airport with facility to arrange my intra transfer between both terminals as layover time is not sufficient and my flight might be missed due to this. It is neither mentioned anywhere at the time of making booking that customer has to manage their own transfer from both the locations. As domestic terminal 1 is far away from international terminal 2 and by collecting luggage from belt and taking a cab to international airport might raise the chances of my flight miss.
                      Also please let me know in case by any mean I miss my flight from mumbai to goa who will arrange alternative mode. I'm running on too much stress from last 2 days as no body is assisting my request. It is a ridiculous process. It is the duty of service provider and airlines that all the information has clearly marked over site. Why it has not been updated clearly. If I must be aware with the fact I may not take the connecting flight from another airport.
                      I request to you please help me out if there is any way Indigo, Vistara or Go ibibo may assist me.Or if possible please assist me with change in my flight from Mumbai to Goa. Please mark my bookings from same terminal or airport so that I can easily manage the travelling.

                        We has booked a hotel from june 21st to 23rd through goibibo. However, when we reached the hotel (It is in the forest area) we were told that the hotel had cancelled due to heavy rain and the same has been informed to goibibo. We were not informed by goibibo that the booking has been cancelled, we were in the middle of a forest without knowing were to stay.

                        We called the goibibo customer care and explained the lack of communication by goibibo and they promised us to book another hotel near by in 60 min which they failed to do. They gave us an option that we can walk in check-in to any hotel and the difference of price will be reimbursed by providing the accommodation invoice and sent us an email regarding the same. On june 24th we submitted the invoice and since then no action has been taken by the goibibo customer care in spite o[censored]s continuously following up with them. We called the customer care a lot many time and the one thing they do is make us wait or transfer the call to some other person. They tell us that the concerned team will call you in 24 hours but no one calls us back or a resolution is provided.

                        We has raised a customer grievance complaint also but goibibo closed within 3 hours saying that the issue will be resolved, but nothing has been done since then.

                        It has been highly disappointing that goibibo is making false promised and not responding to our queries and concerns.

                        I have done a booking from Berhampur to vishakapatnam amount has deducted from my account but ticket has not been done. I got a mail fro Goibibo that your amount has been credited within 3- 4 days but till now I didn’t recived any amount to my account.and customer support number is not available .
                        My account shows deduction of Rs 1786 from Ibibo web Private Limited but I have not done any transaction from it
                        I have done complaints previously also but there is no solution given
                        I had enquire to bank also but not get solution of my problem so so I request you to please pay attention to my complain and get good news to me

                          I had booked hotel on ibibo website for the date of 23/7/2019 to 24/7/2019, after booking when i made payment online i got confirmation message that hotel was booked for 22/7/2019 to 23/7/2019. This was the non -refundable cancellation booking as per their term. I made complain to customer care twice and requested to modify my date, but all were just playing game with me .They told that they will talk with hotel manager and call within 15 minute.But they were not responding.Simply cheated and ate my money.

                          We have cancelled the ticket and raised complaint on goibibo on June 26th on refund for the cancelled ticket. No response or proper answer from goibibo since June 26th. It's been 20 days now. They are not responding properly and they are not arranging any call back with the concerned team also.

                            2 room was booked from 21st July 2019 to 24th July 2019 at New victory hotel Ajmer and Rupees 6107 was deducted by goibibo . On reaching the same hotel check-in was denied because they had not received any booking by Goibibo for us.
                            When we tried to check with Goibibo customer care over call, they kept us waiting . Since yesterday late afternoon till today evening we tried to get a solution from them via call and chat option provided in the goibibo app, but they are not responding to us properly and just keeping us in waiting. I am afraid they are just ignoring our requests instead of resolving, we are at great stress because we received no room and have no clue if they are returning our money .

                            The day I wrote my complaint here, within 2 days we got a call from Goibibo and they informed that they are refunding the amount they had deducted, and it might take 7 to 14 days for the bank to credit the amount in my account. By the 14th day evening, we received the refund.

                              Greetings...

                              Would like to apprise you that i had booked a flight on 20th sept 2018
                              From toronto via shanghai to delhi

                              The booking reference number was p6ru3k

                              Due to sudden illness and subsequent operational procedures. We could never go ahead with the plan and the recovery time was not normal and mentally it was tough for us to be out of the trauma.

                              With an infant daughter things were difficult.

                              Can share all the medical certificates, if requested.

                              And to add i would state that we got no cooperation from the ibibo group and china eastern airlines.

                              Now i would be waiting for a positive response from you regarding the refund status of the tickets.

                              Only phone calls were made to us for reassurance but nothing positive came out

                              As i am contemplating to seek legal advice, if my issue is not addressed asap.

                                I have bought an international flight ticket from goibibo on 3rd of july, 2019. It is for 2 adults and 2 kids travelling from visakhapatnam to wellington with three flights (Flight#1 vtz - sin flight#2 sin-akl, flight#3 akl-wlg)

                                After couple of days, i have tried to login airlines website to check the ticket, surprisingly i could see only one flight (#1) got confirmed. I could not see remaining two flights confirmation. Then i called goibibo customer care center to escalate this issue. I never had any clue about the pathetic # team i am going to deal.

                                After couple of discussions, they agreed that there is a issue with the booking and confirmed that they are going to resolve in couple of days. I waited for two days and called them again. Now i have to explain all details again to the new representative and they promised again that they are going to resolve the issue in a day.

                                The same story repeated for more than eight days, i have been calling them everyday and i landed with talking to a new representative to whom i am explaining the issue. I don't know why i have to explain the issue again and again to different people, are they doesn't have any ownership of resolving this issue.

                                Another waste of time thingy exists in their system.

                                After struggling for 10 days, now i decided to quit fighting with them. So that i can save bucks on my medication (You heard i am on medication for stress relief now).

                                Anybody could you please help me in filing a case on them with the following reasons.
                                - i have spent more than 20 hours on international calling which costed me around nzd 200 (Approx inr 9500)
                                - i am going to loose hotel booking i have made which costs nzd 190 (Approx inr 9000)
                                - i had lot of mental tensions and sleepless nights which degraded my performance in office, suffered 2 days time sheet loss (Approx nzd 1600 = inr 70000)

                                I book one ticket on redbus on 18-07-2019 for apsrtc from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam.So I pay for that ticket is 500/- but the ibibo was debited this amount two times.So please check it and refund my amount as early as possible.Thank you.

                                  I had booked a bus ticket from hyderabad to belgaum for travel on 17th july 2019 by kaleshwari travels on goibibo. However there was a last moment cancellation of the trip leaving me stranded at hyderabad. I was forced to take up overnight stay and take a flight the next day. I have not only incurred a heavy financial burden but also suffered one working day loss.

                                  Goibibo did not help in anyway, further even for refund of the bus ticket i had to pursue with thier executive who processed the refund with a deduction of ₹. 48/-. The same is yet to be credited to my account.

                                  I was offered a compensation of ₹.500 against my total loss of approx 10, 000/- which i declined.

                                  As a responsible online travel portal what should i expect from goibibo n such circumstances. Only just apologies and assurances?

                                    Oyo 29856 hotel om palace is denying checkin on 21/7/2019 for less tariff and for last 62 hours i am in contact with your customer care deptt. Through many many phone calls and many many emails and every time they say to give more time and till today ie 19/7/2019 8pm matter is still pending causing me anxiety as only one day left in between for my checkin. I had requested them every time to cancel my booking and refund my money in my gocash wallet so that i may book another hotel but i fail to understand that what is stopping them to take appropriate action/ decisions. Please hurry up to solve it as early as possible. Thanks

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My pnr no: z056g. Ticket booked thru go. Ibibo in air india. I am an aged, medically challenged female passenger. I started my journey alone at washington iad on 14th july, 2019 (Local date & time) for mumbai via delhi by ai-104. Since i have medical problem, i had requested to go. Ibibo for wheel chair assistance at every location consisting of washington iad, delhi and mumbai. I was assured from go. Ibibo that wheel chair has been added and there is a confirmation from air india that it will be provided.in washington iad, wheel chair was provided. But, when i landed at delhi on 15th july, 2019, i was denied wheel chair assistance by the air india staff despite my repeated request. It was shocking for me since i had medical problem and was not able to move long distance at delhi airport. With great difficulty and begging help from the fellow passengers i somehow managed my movement at delhi airport. This denial of wheel chair at delhi airport was not only highly objectionable but was also a dangerous act on the part of air india to my health. I could have fainted at the airport had the fellow passengers not supported me. Now, my simple question to go. Ibibo or air india is that if you had no planning to provide me wheel chair at delhi airport then why you provided me at washington iad airport. Had i known that i will not get the assistance of wheel chair at delhi airport then i would have rescheduled or cancelled my travel program since i know that without wheel chair assistance i alone can’t complete this journey?
                                      Go. Ibibo can safely say that providing wheel chair is solely at the discretion of airindia thus, they are not answerable. But, i booked both ticket and wheel chair with go. Ibibo only. Go. Ibibo several time confirmed me that assistance of wheel has been added and there is confirmation from airindia for the same. Therefore, go. Ibibo should ask arindia as to why they have played this dangerous game with the medically helpless passenger by providing wheel chair at the starting airport and not providing at en-route airport (Delhi).

                                      I hope, m/s go. Ibobo will not only suitably reply me but provide genuine compensation for the hardship that i faced otherwise complaint shall be raised in legal forum.
