Yesterday we are traveling full day to get rest we booked a hotel at chandigarh hotel anmol. Later night near 1.30 am we reached hotel and hotel denied to give the room which is booked on goibibo
They ssid we are not registered with goibibo and we faced lot of trouble at midnight, its really a harassment. Now neither goibibo refund our payment nor they picking my phones or query. Please help kn this

    I booked the hotel via goibibo, due to some medical emergencies, i asked for the postpone or cancel. I called the customercare first neha picked the call, asked to submit the bill and promised me to call back in 10 min, but did not receive any call. Again i called the cc rohit picked the call, after asking me to hold said we did not receive any bill from your end, but i receive the mail from go ibibo saying that

      I booked a hotel name mint ebony in banjara hills, hyderabad for 2 nights. There were lots of bedbugs in my room as well as rooms are not maintained properly. They charge[protected]/- per night. After complaining to goibibo, they changed this hotel to hotel tanisha, jubilee hills, hyderabad. But again, same bedbugs problem, lots of cockroaches were there in our room in tanisha hotel. So again we complained to goibibo about same problems. Goibibo assured me that they will provide me new hotel or will refund. But even after so much complaining and all those requests, goibibo didn’t called back and didn’t even bothered to change our room. Very bad service from goibibo.

        I have booked hotel online via goibibo. Booking id was htl54fubu4. I have got confirmed booking upon reaching hotel, they denied to provide an room to us and said we don't accept online booking. If they don't accept online booking, then why it is listed on goibibo site and why goibibo taking money from customers did they accept online payment and generate confirmation voucher. Then after i cancel my booking on 7th morg around 7am and i got all confirmation mail and 1 phone call that we have generate refund for you they have sent just an confirmation code of refund[protected] but i have not received any refund of my amount and that was 1670rs. There customer care also not responding properly u can not make direct call to customer care when u call ‭[protected]‬ and ‭[protected]‬ only computer picup call and not direct connect to customer care it’s very difficult to send message to customer care only computer reply on goibio application its very very ridiculous and nonsense i am very much disappointed with the service of goibibo. My first experience was very good they refund my amount with in 5 to 10 min i think that was trick to attract new people that they are giving very good and fast service... Plz i want my refund immediately... Do me an favour thx

          Sir my train ticket was canceled last month 18th june and refund amount of rs1370 issue.             I booked hotel orbit 34a sector of chandigarh on 9 the august. As i was traveling alone with my 5 years old kid. From hamirpur to chandigarh it's around 200 km. After i booked on go ibibo money was deducted from my account too but no confirmation msg was sent. They simply sent msg that they are holding my booking. I tried to call customer support no. Provided by them but was on hold for around half an hour with no reply nd call bk.. I was on the road with my kid alone till to 9:30 in d night as i was not getting any confirmation and support from goibibo. When i reached the booked hotel they said there is no hotel booked on my name. I was literally in tearsras i was driving from last 6 hours wid. My kid.. Nd at 10 at night we are cheated by these people. The mental trauma i underwent can not understand.in d hand i booked another room wid much higher price on the spot and got room. Till to now my money is not refunded nd i am still not able to talk to dese ppl s customer support. Helo

              I booked a cab from modeltown, delhi to zirakpur, punjab on 9/08/2019, paid advance of rs255 nd the total amount was 1696rs. Trip was suppose to start by 4:30pm. From the time of confirmed booking till the start time of trip i hv been continuously informed that your cab is on the way dont worry your trip will start on time. And at 5pm already after delay of half n hour i m getting call from goibibo people that unfortunately they cant find any cab for me. Why the hell you guys didnt informed me before hand that you are not able to track any cab so that i can book frm somewhere else nd reach zirakpur for my important meeting. Its very very dis-heartening on your part. Bloody hell is this the way to satisfy a customer so unprofessional it is. M going to file a legal complaint again you guys though i have all the details of booking nd after booking confirmation messages nd even the call recordings too.

                I have made a complaint vide complaint no 29088047, the complaint was regarding cancellation done through goibibo app accidentally, due to wrong app options, i want to know the cancellation charges, hence i visited goibibo app under head cancellation charges and selected the traveller, further when i clicked on review my cancellation charges, the ticket got cancelled, which i was not intending to do, just because the app had glitch i had to suffer.

                Problem in app - if you go to app there are two options, one is for cancellation and another is cancellation charges, i went to cancellation charges and got my ticket cancelled.

                How is it possible to get your ticket cancelled even when i didn't go to cancel option.

                I have this company 5 days, i was told that it will be resolved on 72 hrs max, still nothing has been done

                I request you to please refund my charges, or i will have to escalate it further.

                  I have booked hotel online via goibibo. Booking id is [protected]. I have got confirmed booking voucher. Upon reaching hotel, they denied to allot room to us and said we don't accept online booking.                   I have booked a room on 1st August . Selected erroneously a wrong room. immediately I have cancelled it.
                  I got a mail that your refund will be credited within 4 to 5 days.

                        The allotted seat was small in length, legs to be folded to sleep (Photos attached) informed goibibo and bus opr... No action. Further the bus met with accident before 40 kms to destination, had mock injury on left side of head, checked with driver for alternate transport to destination, he confirmed that company will provide refund and to take own transport.

                        Initiated action with goibibo but in vain as they confirmed to refund only 5% that is merely rs 50/-.

                        The mental agony and physical torture happened during the journey and accident was terrible, the whole day was tensed bcoz of impact.

                          Issue 1: unauthorized credit charges
                          The amount show while payment is different than the amount deducted from bank. I have requested goibibo team to refund the extra deducted amount, but there is no response from their teams even after multiple times reaching out.

                          Issue 2: different flight booked than selected
                          I have actually made a multi city booking. Instead of booking the flight which i have selected spicejet (Morning 5.40 am), they have booked with air asia (Night 8.30pm). I have called customer care about this, i was told that the spicejet flight that shown to me was not in their system. It is quite embarrassing to hear that. However i have requested them to change to any other flight which is available in the morning time. But there is no reply.

                          Its been 5 days since the issue is reported and i have to board flight in next two days but there is no resolution yet.

                          Im right next to my phone when Customer service have called me twice but both times, it is just 2-3 rings and before i pickup, the call has dropped.. Immediately in next few mins, they dropped me an email saying that my phone is not reachable and marked the issue as resolved as customer didnt respond. This is the how customer firendlly GoIbibo is.

                          1. Regarding the extra amount deducted : I have paid the money
                          through their android mobile application. In the credit card section of
                          the page, after i have entered credit card details, I have been shown
                          a green button with text 'Pay 38400 Rs'. After i clicked on the
                          button, it redirected to bank page and requested to enter OTP (No
                          Amount shown here). I have realized that 40400 was deducted only after
                          the successful payment.

                          Ibibo Team has agreed in the morning, that this is their system issue to show
                          Incorrect amount in the credit card section when such offer is not
                          applicable to Credit Card payment. If the system would have shown the
                          40400 Rs in credit card payment section, i would have chosen alternate
                          payment methods which would give me more benefits.

                          This could be considered as a fraud & phishing case where the customer
                          is shown one amount on the payment page and deducted unauthorized
                          amount from his/her credit card . GoIbibo have collected my credit card
                          details including CVV on their website and used it for unauthorized and
                          illegal transaction without my consent. As per the Law, any hidden
                          charges after the final consent of the customer is considered as Illegal. I hope you they are aware of this.

                          2. Regarding the wrong flight : After the booking, I have called
                          GoIbibo Customer service team to highlight that AirAsia flight is booked instead of
                          SpiceJet, Their team member has confirmed that there is no spicejet
                          flight in their's system. He almost searched for 30 mins keeping me on
                          hold to find the spice jet flight but he couldn't. (Call is recorded for the same). This clearly
                          shows that their system was at fault when i made a booking. I Strongly
                          believe that because of that faulty system at that moment, the airasia
                          flight is booked instead of Spicejet because system is unable to find
                          spicejet.

                          I requested them for a call back, waiting to see if they would care about long term customers..

                            Cab booked online on the Goibibo app. The booking says cancellation fees of 10% until 6 hour prior to travel. I am attempting on cancelling the booking many days in advance and it is showing refund Rs 0. Cancellation policy emailed to us is not being followed by the company

                            As per cab policy :- Modification to booking is not allowed. For minor amendments in location/ time of pickup or drop, you’re advised to coordinate directly with your driver once driver details have been shared with you. However booking was non refundable.

                              I booked a flight on 3/8/19 from delhi to guwahati at goibibo al-889 on 17/8/19 of rs.5096 and was making the payment using bhim app. I cancelled the transaction while it was processing and the flight booking was cancelled but my account got debited.. Transaction id[protected]. I checked with the bank and it's comfirmed that the money was sent to goibibo account. I have also provided a mini statement in the previous complaint. I still did not receive any update till now. I need my cash refund.

                                I booked the oyo 350 swarg guest house for 5th august (For one day) thru goibibo (Booking id - htlqxk5mft), when i called the hotel i was told that since i paid the online payment you will not be allowed to checkin.. I called the goibibo customer support and they told that a ticket has been raised and someon will call me.. I tried calling them (After being in call lines for 30 mins) and after getting connected every time i was told that someone would call me with resolution.. I kept waiting for 10pm then booked another hotel myself but no one responded i sent email as well but no responded as i am writing this at 8:43 am on 6th aug 2019

                                  I booked my ticket through goibibo. There was an offer that if i pay through paypal, i would get rs 800 in paypal account if it is my first paypal transaction on goibibo.
                                  Clearly, i have never made any transaction through goibibo let alone first ever paypal transaction through goibibo.
                                  But i didn't receive any cashback, and it is horrible. The customer support isn't responding, and live chat support is horrible. Kindly help with this.

                                  It is disappointing as i didn't get the aforementioned cashback.

                                    We have booked Oyo 3892 Hotel Divya Palace, Indore on 4th of August at 3:00am via Goibibo website.
                                    Before making an online booking we have asked the hotel person to take our booking directly but he is charging Rs 1500 to us so we have decided to book it online since through goibibo we are getting the room at 1285 for three person.
                                    Also we have asked to that to hotel person to give us booking at Rs. 1285 only but he refused, then we have told them we are making an online booking then so he agreed on that and we have made the booking and also made the online payment.
                                    As we have made the payment and the hotel person also confirmed our booking on his tab after that also he refused to give us the room because may be he have received a lesser amount.
                                    Then we had a lot of discussion with him but he didn't agreed on that.

                                    After that we called to Goibibo Customer care (+91-[protected]) at night around 3:30 am. We have explained whole thing to Goibibo Customer care representative then they forwarded our call to there senior so again we have explained them the whole thing after that they have told us to wait for 15 minutes and they were going to call us back.
                                    Again after 20 minutes we called at goibibo since we have not received any call from them. Aging we have explained the whole thing to them and again they told us to wait.
                                    Again after 20 minutes we have called them and whole same thing is repeated almost for 5 times.
                                    We have made 5 calls to Goibibo, but didn't receive a single call from them.
                                    Almost till 5:30 we have waited.

                                    I was with my family at that time and had to suffer a lot due to Hotel and Goibibo. our whole night got wasted and next day I have an important doctor's appointment which was also got suffered due to that.

                                    Later on we left from that hotel and went to another hotel and booked it directly at 2625 Rs.

                                    I am very upset from this incident and now I want justice for this.

                                        I booked a train ticket on 6 april 2019 and goibibo send a msg -
                                        (Hi, your payment for the booking id: trnifb1owvd3ge has started. Don't worry your payment would be safe with us and in case of an issues, we would update you on your payment status within next 10 mins) but till today neither ticket is booked (The journey date was 7 april 2019) nor refund is received
