Updated by shubhra19nov Hi, got a call asking for my account details regarding my card number, expiry date, cvv etc. Is it a genuine call and why cant the refund be done in the same account from where it was debited.?

Nobody is able to observe the evidences and, accordingly, nobody has a duty to pay compensation to the anonymous author .
the author can introduce with basic requirements for general complaing, if in need,

In addition, the claimant has to to pay for the legal assistance of the lawyer / the legal profesional in the civil aviation and be responsible for the collection of the documents in time.
The cost of the legal assistance start from Rs 6000 for such types of cases in India or
from USD 350 for such types of cases, if the author wants hearing in the US district court.
Last day of lodging the complaint is 27 April 2019 for the cases related to the Jet air carrier.
