I had jet airways flight on may 24th which has got cancelled.. I want to know how and when i can get my refund... Why can't u guys pick customer call.. Everything is auto generated... Seriously fed up trying to contact u.. I'm just feeling i should never book through goibibo.. Make my trip is so much better... They have good customer relations..

    Today i have received mail from jet airways that flight no -9w577 in which i had booked three tickets from dubai to mumbai on 25th may 2019 has been cancelled as per mail mentioning that if tickets booked thrgh third party. You should contact your travel agent for refunding... Since then i have been trying to contact go ibibo thrgh mob app and customer care no... But not getting satisfactory response and auto-generated or updated massage still showing flight on time.. Hence i would like to know your refunding policy in case of flight cancelled... I hope prompt action from go ibibo in this regard

    My complain on 19/04/2019 is showing resolved but actually it didn't resolve till date... Wrong input from Goibibo...
    To the author Mr. Manoj Kumar

    Nobody will examine such indeffinite public complaint, which does not show:-
    - each name of each passenger,
    - each eticket in full or,
    - each PNR along with invoicee / receipt in full
    - notice of the cancellation.
    minimum.

    The author has a duty to show all related documents prior to payment for the legal asistance, if he/she reasobaly expects the refund (payment of the debt for e-ticket) and, if any, additional costs.

    If the anonymous author wants his "money back", the author will not get them never,
    upon the effective assistance in the delivery of judgement,
    following the submission by the lawyer or by the legal professional, who is hired for the remuniration.

    It is not a joke.

      Dear go ibibo team,

      My first and worst experience with you.

      I heard about the customer satisfaction at go ibibo that is reason i choose to book through you for my special moment (My honeymoon) but i guess i did a big mistake.

      The room was not at hygienic as the bed sheet was all dirty plus mosquitoes was all over.

      There was no safety feeling at all as i have to change our hotel bcoz hotel staff was not cooperative.

      Looking for positive response plus amount to be refund as soon as possible

        Unable to contact or reach Goibibo either through call or mail or online support system.

        I am Shaarumathi, I have booked a round trip from London Heathrow to Chennai on May 22nd in Jet Airways airlines (PNR-CAIILN) (Booking Id: TUA1R7FJG) through Goibibo on March 24th. The airlines have cancelled all flights and I tried to contact Goibibo by calling their customer care number +91-[protected]. I have tried like 40 times and no-one had picked the call and it asked to me use the online support system.

        When I tried to cancel my booking according to your FAQs provided by goibibo support- solution page- The flight I booked was cancelled by the airline. How do I get my money back?. The page is re-directing to a sign in page or type the otp number. But I didn't receive any otp and so I tried sign-in but the page is loading and not directing to any page. So I am not able to cancel my booking also.
        Only after getting the refund I will be able to book my flight tickets again. I tried all methods and nothing is working in their website. When I tried to write to the management it again directing me to a log-in page, again when I gave my Goibibo account details it says incorrect username or password. But with the same details I signed in the goibibo account. I used the online Chat which is utter useless.

        I contacted Jet Airways and they asked to contact Goibibo regarding my refund.How do I get my refund? How to cancel it?

        Please look into the issue ASAP so that I’ll be able to arrange my travel accordingly.

            Tried contacting goibibo regarding my refund but no one is responding. We tried calling but there is no number we can get connected for our bus travel complaint. Also there is no response on 24/7 helpline or chat option. We are higly pissed off with pathetic services. Our money is still pending for refund. We payed 8000 for AC Volvo bus from Bangalore to Goa and bus provided for travel was not Volvo and got breakdown just after 4 of journey and we had to travel by our own means as we had hotel and other bookings. Kindly take this request on priority and initiate my refund as soon as possible. Travel operator which was involved was Shayamala Travels from Bangalore. Below are the booking details.

              My self satadal ballav my e-mail id - [protected]@rediffmail.com, booked hotel through goibibi on 5th april to 6th april at kota kanha palace and the bokking id is htl488myps and hotel bokking id is [protected] for an amount of 4550.0 rs for 03 rooms, but when i reached the t hotel. Hotel management denied room stating they have withdrawn the online booking with goibibo and we were denied room and have to book another room with much difficulty. But we are trying to contact goibibo for refund, we are unable to contact them. Untill today the taking booking for that hotel.

              Kindly help us to get the refund.

                Air astana will initiate the 100% refund thru goibibo only, as i booked the flights thru your website.

                  I got an email from Air Astana saying our May 24th flight has been cancelled.
                  Goibibo still hasn't informed about the same. I have been incessantly trying their toll free numbers but the ivr has no option to speak to a human. It self disconnects the call after saying they will send a link and you may handle it online.
                  Their app has an assistant Gia but it's a robot and no pre written questions match my question.
                  Basically I have no way of contacting Goibibo and ask them to arrange a refund

                    With reference to current news of jet airways shutting down their operations, i have received an email today morning from jet airways that my flight as per the details below is cancelled and that i should contact the agent for refund. I have been constantly messaging ibibo through mobile app but not getting sufficient response to my queries as it is auto generated. We expect go ibibo to contact us just like jet did and inform us about the cancelled tickets.
                    They are still shwoing me status as flight on time which is wrong. So i request them to send me updated flight details and procedure for claiming refund.

                          I have made payment for intl flight from beijing to coimbatore for 28 may 19 on 17 apr 19 at 1526 hrs. But booking confirmation has not been received till now. There is no contact number existing to speak to customer care, only automated ivrs is available. Tickets fares have increased now if i want to book again for same flight. There is no option shown in the site to camcel the booking. I'm really stressed about this carelessness attitude of company. I confirmed from bank that amount has been debited from my account. Rs 58, 767.14/-. Bank is telling me to contact merchant for refund. Please help me to retreive my amount.

                          Such complaint will be examined fairly by no one and the author will receive the refund never as

                          - the author is anonynoys ;

                          - the author has not provided his address and contact information ;

                          - the author has not showed his payment with full particulars,

                          - the anonymous request towards the unknown bank is sent already and the anonymous fraudlent reply is received .

                          So, the author must hire the professional for fee (starting from Rs6000 for "fresh debt" till 3 months) for the legal assistance or
                          the author will get zero amount from such his/her efforts related to fraud.

                            All the jet airways flight have been cancelled, and it does not show it in my goibibo account that the flight is cancelled. I have a booking with Korean air and it includes a jet airways flight as a code share flight. I need new alternatives and no one from ibibo is ready to help. No one picks the calls as it always say to people calling right now.

                            Based on your text, you are advised to introduce with the basics and to hire the legal professional for fee, if you want to get money :-

                              My husband made a flight booking from your app and now he wants to reschedule his flight. Customer care number is just useless it says v r hvnd lots of call so visit app or website. When v try to connect through app response comes after 15 20 mins.                                 Hi,

                                I had booked a return travel ticket from amsterdam to kolkata via goibibo. Jet was the primary flight operator (Mumbai to amsterdam) of the international part. No issue was there while coming to kolkata but now jet has stopped their operations formally and even they put a public notice on their website today 17 apr 2019 that today was their lasy flight and they are suspending all other domestic and international flights. My return ticket is scheduled on 23 apr 2019, so when i asked goibibo to check with a jet to start processing the cancellation and refund, the executive said they dont have any confirmation on jet flight cancellation and i should wait till last moment.
                                I asked them its already a public notice, why cant you raise a refund request on behalf of passenger?

                                They dont have any answers neither they agree to take care of the fare difference.

                                Why should i suffer till last moment and why cant goibibo raise a refund even after jet put a formal notice of flight suspension?

                                Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymious or indeffinite complaint.

                                The service provider shall not answer the question similar to
                                "who will pay the unknown difference to anonymous?"

                                If the passenger does not know his rights (amout he is entitled to, the term) in a particular sutuation,
                                such passenger has a duty to present documents and, if the necessary for him,

                                    We were booking the flight ticket from Delhi to Brussels through goibibo website and the date for booking was 21 April. After the payment the booking date is changed to 28 April. I wanted to change the booking for 21 April, tried calling the number provided but due to some high volume I am not able to reach the customer care (emails, phones, chats). Please help us resolve it asap. Its an urgent case.

                                    Even when we chatting with the support they are showing wrong bookings (details attached).

                                    This is very bad for the company to do something like this. We expected more response from company with such a reputation.

                                      1.[protected] we have booked OYO hotel booking in Kolkata through goibibo website.
                                      2.[protected]@ 12:30 am around my flight was delay around 5 hours . I was reached Kolkata 12:30 am & go to hotel, I was called to hotel care taker but hotel care taker was denied to check in due to non electric facility on that time, just I was called to OYO & explain to this matter but no body help.& whole night I was stay on road.

                                      3. Then I was cancelled to hotel booking.
                                      4. I was called goibibo customer care toll free number but number is not valid.

                                        We have booked 8 rooms in travel inn, dharwad (Oyo - 22528) for the apr 21st under the customer name "sneha kulkarni". Go ibibo booking id - htlddecwxq, hotel booking id - [protected]

                                        The hotel guys had called up today and cancelling the booking, reason given was for maintenance.
                                        How can you cancel at last moment when the purpose of booking a room was for the marriage events. I am not sure are these rooms has been assigned to some other customer for more money.
                                        Is this how you treat your customers? I am raising a complaint with department of consumer affairs and district consumer dispute redressal forum against you guys.
                                        Oyo, travel inn, go ibibo, whomsoever responsible will be escalated.
                                        Will be taking legal procedures if not satisfactory.
