Updated by Resg I booked my flight tickets chennai to mangalore two way for rs21, 000 and i cancelled my booking through indigo .they said they have refunded the money to goibibo of around rs 2700 . But i dint recieve yet i cancelled during march 24th . Now its april 15th and no response . Since every customer care support from goibibo is automated my queries are not answered i would like to get my refund as soon as possible . I have done all my travel bookings through goibibo but im really upset with response and delay . Hope my request is fulfilled
