I opened mail account [protected]@ibibo.com in ibibo and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail and also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

Sgn to bkk and bkk to bom), but yesterday have received mail from airline that they have cancelled flight from bkk to bom but still on goibibo app/site is showing status as confirmed, so can you please clarify on this and let us know the updated status.

        By last week i have travelled from chennai to delhi via indigo airlines, but i have attached extra baggage for 10kg by paying extra amount
        At the time of boarding i didn’t get my baggage allowance airlines said that they didn’t get any update of extra baggage from goibibo side.

        It is advisable for you to do as follows:-

        1. To collect and to keep all documents related to the 2 April 2019 Indigo 2704 flight, namely:-
        - e-ticket - it is attched document
        - boarding pass, if you own it,
        - bag tag(s) related to your baggage,
        - 2 APR 2019 receipt number 2055538

        2. To submit the complaint regarding
        SUBJECT : PNR number missing bag.

        The complaint shall to state the BAG TAG date, flight number, weight in kg,
        statement "the air carrier has not delivered the bag" following the flight
        and your request
        at the air carrier site immediately, not later than 19 April 2019.

        3. To keep your compliant and reply of the Indigo air carrier, if given within 21 days.

        4. To hire the layer or a legal professional for the agreed fees (from rupees 6000 + government fees from Rs100). Such professional must be able to explain, what the passenger is entitled to and the forthcomming procedure before DGCA and before the court.

        Usually the passenger, who decided to bring the action is of duty to:-

        - present each piece of the relevant document,

        - answer each question in written not later than in 14 days, in the manner as the questions are stated,

        - dispatch the document via post office / e-mail,

        - pay for the service and to pay the government fees.

          1. Nobody has a duty to provide free assistance, which you named "help" and to execute job without the fair remuneration.

          2. It is impossible to conclude regarding the validity and the outcome of the dispute completely,
          following such indefinite text of your public complaint as
          the payer has not attached the payment DOCUMENTS in full.

          3. The complaint stating exact request, all requisites shall be addressed to the issuer of payment document:-
          - the bank, or
          - the merchant, or
          - he operator of the site (agent).

          4. Further, if the claim is not satisfied in full in 15 days max, the passenger can claim the loss via the district or the customers court of the state, where he or she is residing.

          The expected expenses start from:-
          - 100 or 2000 rupees for the filing of the claim before the customers or before the district court ;
          - 4000 rupees for the assistance of the legal professional before the court,

          there is no booking id since booking was never confirmed. thanks to paypal for sharing the transaction details with me, , , that's all I am having with me.
          atleast you bothered to reply me here, I am continuously calling on your customer helpline numbers but they are facing huge volume pf calls since days. I am not able to register my complaint at HELP menu of mobile app because my booking was never confirmed so I am not having any booking id.
          Money was deducted from my debit card and successfully transferred to your account, please proceed the refund as soon as possible.

            I booked a Jet Airways flight 9W319 from Vadodara to Bangalore for 20th April 2019 (PNR - FDQBTN). The flight got cancelled and I received a message from Goibibo that I can get full refund and no link was provided.
            Then when I tried to cancel my ticket it showed 0 as refund amount. I have tried to contact Goibibo through chat, calls and mails numerous times but I haven't got any response which could handle this issue. IT has been 3 weeks I have been trying to contact them but they have stopped all sources and have only one AI chat which doesn't understand anything.

              I had booked an air ticket in british airways for chennai - toronto - chennai thru goibibo some time back. The booking id is amdpvhin2. I wanted to check the cancellation charges and asked for the same. When i wanted to review the cancellation charges the website took the cancellation and processed it.

              I have been trying to contact all toll free numbers of goibibo but nothing was able to connect to any human being. It was an ivr message again rerouting to website.

              I sent a mail to [protected]@goibibo.com and [protected]@goibibo.com but both again sent an automatic response rerouting to website.

              I'm not able to cancel the cancellation and i couldn't contact any of the numbers of goibibo for the past two and half hours. I chatted with gia, the automated machine again which cannot give any solution to this issue.

              I did not cancel the ticket and i only wanted to know the cancellation charges.

              Now i want to stop cancellation of booking id amdpvhin2 which was wrongly taken by goibibo website.

              1. Nobody has a duty to respond to an indefinite complaint,
              to the complaint, which has no evidences of the facts.

              2. Nobody, except the passenger can see the reservations amdpvhin2, which was cancelled and, thus, which does not present.

              3. So, in order to conclude, who is right and who is wrong, until the processing the case further,
              you are advised to kindly attach in visible form for the public:-

              3.1. Primary full reservation amdpvhin2 and relevant e-ticket, where the invoice is inserted,

              Such documents had to be owned by you in your records, following unidentified payment in unspecified date.

              3.2. Explanation with date regarding the result of your statement "the website took the cancellation and processed it. "

              3.3. Your very first complaint, in full, which you addressed to < [protected]@goibibo.com >

              - date (server or email program),

              - your name, address, email,

              - name, address (IDs) of the responder,

              - a reason of the refund,

              - your exact request,

              if you wanted to process with the claim at this site.

              4. The agent of the air carrier can
              - process the refund or the compensation within 7 or within 15 days,
              following the correct receipt of the complaint of the passenger (of the payer)
              or
              - to refuse to process the claim, depending on the quality of the primary complaint.

              Failure to do so in time by the responder is a reason to initiate a case before the department general of civil aviation (DGCA) of ministry of civil aviation in the state of residence of India or
              to fill the civil suit before the customers / district court in your state.

              The legal assistance can cost from ~6000 rupees, plus government fees of 100 or 2000 rupees,
              before the customers court or before the district court in the state of the residence of the passenger.

              In certain cases, if the air carrier IATA identifications present in the e-ticket, the passenger can claim the compemsation from the air carrier in the UK.

              The procedure before DGCA is free, upon you chose the legal professional for presentation.

                I booked a cab along with my flight using goibibo - cab from kial to my home in bangalore however i'm unable to see confirmation for same in the receipt that i received.

                Although flight booking is confirmed, i'm not sure whether the cab booking was confirmed, nor do i know whether i was charged for it as i cant see a breakup of the overall paid amount, nor do i know what i need to do to engage my cab after i reach kial.

                Please assist asap as my flight is on 29th april 2019.

                1. The chat feature on Goibibo website doesn't work, it simply doesn't launch itself, tried it over several days, same result.
                2. There is no customer service email provided either.
                3. There is no provision to raise a Service Request number. The "Write to Management" feature needs a SR # to proceed. This is like a catch 22 situation.
                4. The toll free numbers help you connect but you are told by IVR that the Cab department is busy with too many calls.

                How is the Customer expected to reach Goibibo directly to resolve their issue. No wonder customer satisfaction score is so low.

                When I used toll free last week, I was told by the Rep, that I shall receive a call back. One Mr Sukesh heard me out completely and promised he shall investigate the matter and would get back in a few hours, latest by 04/08/19. I have not received any update from him ever since.

                I dialed toll free again today. I've been told that I'll be getting a call back in 30 mins from the Manager in Cabs dept as they are all busy at the moment. I was also told that since the call was being recorded, the promise was genuine :) Eagerly awaiting to hear from the Cab dept.

                I was promised a call back within 30 mins on 10th Apr. No one called the entire day and until today, I've not received a call back from the Cab dept. So much for Goibibo's 24*7 customer support phone line which promised a call back however didn't follow up to ensure I received one.

                Reference Number for the transaction 75503729087028165139069 of rs18042 has not received yet. Today I got email that ibibo is not paying me fully I have got all the previous emails which show my full refund and if didn't get my full refund I will file a case in consumer court.
                On 23.03.20018 I Booked ticket from redbus web to kalaad travel bangalore to trivendrum for RS.1597.50/- amount deducted from my SB account corporation bank but I didnot get bus ticket I called kaald travels they said waiting for payment. so when you will refund the amount. pleaase do at the earliest. thanking you

                    my mobile no. which all are in complaint are blocked for gocash plus use i want to unlock my account. company gives around 200 gocash+ after a hotel review by me that can be use in next booking . by this i have earned some 800 rupee n now my gaocash is locked it is a fraud by company to get the customers in thier trap after customer get some. gocash they locks their account. so i request to unlock my all gocash+ account for givrn mobile no. in complaint.

                            My name is T S Padmanabhan. I have traveled by KPN on Sunday 7th of this month. I boarded from Thrissur as per schedule. I was supposed to be dropped at Pondicherry by 4.45 AM on 8, th. But they dropped me in the outskirts around 25 KM's away and shifted to Pondicherry in a van. I reached Pondicherry by 7 AM a delay of 2 hour's. I cannot accept this and my whole schedule was disturbed. I think go ibibo doesn't know bus shifting. As per your records it shows shifting will happen for two KM's. Hence it is your mistake and I request a refund of my tickets. We were two persons who travelled.                                     It is an extract from the bank or from merachnt.
                                    Such situation, as described, names itself "unauthorized transaction".
                                    You can submit the claim both to the bank and the operator of the site (service provider), where you attempted to pay for the PNR / e-ticket.

                                    The rules allow
                                    - 7 days for refund following the receipt of the complaint of customer by the travel agent,
                                    - 10 day for refund following the receipt of the complaint of customer by the bank,
                                    if the customer notified regarding unauthorized transaction the bank within 3 days,
                                    but not later than in 7 days in all circumsatnces.
                                    Such notification can be submitted based on the agreement, signed between bank and customer,
                                    by the electronic agrred mean only.

                                    Following 10 days, all disputes are to be resolved either at
                                    - the Reserve bank of India or
                                    - Department general of civil aviation or
                                    - the dictrict court or customers court.

                                        I had done online booking of a flight for 2 person through a goibibo app on 31st march 2019. My booking id is tuagcg90w.
                                        Flight details are as follows
                                        Flight name - jet airways 9w-2339
                                        Destination - from mumbai to delhi
                                        Date and timing of flight - 10th april 2019 at 3.00am.

                                        Total amount came to rs.11264. But, while making a payment there was an option to convert the cost in emi. So, i have chosen an option to convert this amount in 3 emi with icici bank credit card with 0% interest.

                                        But, i have received a credit card statement and i have been charge interest amounting to rs. 115.43 per emi. So, the interest for 3 emi will be 115.43*3 = 346.29.

                                        I want clarification regarding the same that why interest has been charged to me when i have selected an option of 0% interest.
