3. No commercial channels are provided on tv in rooms of the hotel shilpa residency, mulund check naka, lbs marg, mulund (West), mumbai. Hotel is charging approximately rs.5, 000/- per night. This is too much.

I have not received any reply regarding my complaint that Hotel Shilpa Residency is not providing commercial TV channels like Sony, Zee, Colours etc., in their rooms. I want to know whether the Hotel provides the same. It is ridiculous that even after payment of approx. Rs.5, 000/-, customers are not provided these TV channels. Kindly reply.
My complaint dated 2.5.19 on non providing commercial TV channels in hotel rooms has not been replied till date. Kindly let me know your response.

    Yesterday i booked the ticket from portblair to trivandrum and return ticket also fron 25th may 2019 and return on 3rd may 2019, money was deducted and at the last moment the page showing appeared ticket it got technically error and showed the message multiple airline payment failed callback. And its also stated that call back will be done, by whom, when no idea.
    We are trying to reach goibibo customer call service but no proper channel to connect. Even there is no email id for customer connect and phone number

      Booking id: htl6hmy4mz. I contacted multiple times in email and social media but they only informed me our delightful agent working but now 2 month after and i also contacted management team but they management team? Because they don't responsibility and careless. Atlast multiple times contact goibibo social media informed me we can refund 2000 rs but still not refunded and now 1 months after. Totally worst customer service

          Hi... I’ve raised several request in GoIbibo app & to their call Center for a refund of an international flight which was cancelled, however GoIbibo didn’t inform us. Alitalia airlines showed us mails wherein they had intimated Goibibo 15 days prior to departure & it was the duty of Travel portal to pass on requisite information which GoIbibo failed, & instead misled us by stating the flight is on time till the last moment. We had to take a different flight to return & also cancel the connecting domestic flight in India. It was extreme harassment & finacial loss due to fault of GoIbibo for which we seek a refund. Pls help.

            Good day

            I booked tickets using goibibo on the 25th April 2019 (PNR-G72YJZ and PNR-E2KGRY) using GOAIR.

            The confirmations received reflected incorrect detail and both confirmations differed from each other.

            I was unable to get a hold of Goibibo as each step of contact requires a 10 digit mobile phone number and their system does not recognize my South African cell phone number.

            On the same day (25th April 2019) I contacted Goair directly and cancelled the flights with them for a full refund. Goair confirmed full refund and sent me e-mails confirming same.

            I contacted Goair today (30 April 2019) and they advised that the refund will go to Goibibo.

            Now again I am unable to access any form of contact with Goibibo as I am from South Africa.

            Please advise on the refund which was received from Goair.

              I booked a room in hotel oyo22449, rajouri garden, new delhi from 28Apr'19 to 4May'19 and paid 15443. one day i stayed there on 28th but my room was not good so i complaint on goibibo But my problem was not resolved even on next day 29th apr the hotel management refused to give room, they said they did not received any communication from both ibibo or Oyo rooms and told me that your booking is not showing please talk to goibibo customer care ...
              Since I have made lots of attempts to contact Goibibo for requesting for my check in but there is no positive response..goibibo customer care just keep your call on hold till 30minutes and then call disconnected automatically...if you call them again, they will transfer your call ...just to say that its not my department & the concern will not not be resolve.
              I have really had a bad experience with Goibibo.

              My Kind request is to refund the amount as soon as possible...I suffered a lot because of this as i was very tired of the journey..i called many times to customer care and afterwards, i have to arrange for my accommodation.

              All these efforts did not give any result, till now i didn't receive my refund. Please look after the matter and take action to get my full refund...

                Hotel booking reference no HTL8PVFE8A in Holiday inn Shanghai from 8th to 11April by paying Rs20689. When we reached there they refused this saying no payment from Goibibo has received. Contacted them vide ticket no’s 27416197., 27432926, 27432915, 27426034, 27416197 . They admitted a false booking agreed full refund with compensation, but in spite of repeated complaints no action from them . A registered letter to CEO returned with out accepting. I am attaching proof for company never paid Request immediate refund

                  I booked hotel Happy Home at Nainital from 27.04.2019 to 29.04.2019 via Goibibo App. During booking i give Information that we are 2 adults + 01 child of age upto 02 years. On the date of checkin, when i entered in my hotel room, the room size was so small, even bed was not comfortable for 02 adults, the sofa provided in the room was very dirty. When i made complaint to hotel they told me that they do not have any other room available.A part from this the view from the window was closed and there was Sutter outside the window, I made complaint to goibibo with complaint number 27669676, they also do not respond and not take any feedback of complaint they just ignored the complaint. The Goibibo just ruined my vacations.

                    booking failed but money deducted

                    On 21st April I was trying to book ticket of Mumbai Rajdhani from MMCT to Kota junction, completed all payment formalities and in the end 'payment failed' was written but the bank from which transaction was made sent me a message that an amount of 3940 were debited by GoIBIBO Gurgaon group. Since then it has been more than a week that I haven't received my deducted money back.

                        Hi. I am a new user on goibibo. I earned rs 1989 travel cash from ipl fest but when trying to use those travel cash to book domestic flight only rs1500 travel cash is used. But according to the rule i could use all my rs 1989 travel cash at once for booking flight costs more than rs 3500. But i could not...
                        My travel cash will expire today and i need to book a ticket asap.

                          While i was booking for a flight ticket using your app, after payment i got redirected to a blank page rather than going to the confirmation page.

                          Also received the sms saying cash is debited from my sbi account.

                          "thx for inb txn of rs.27508.0 frm a/c xxxx to ibibo web... Ref#igagaiwnj5 on 29apr19. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected]"

                          Your chat bot said your team haven't received the cash. Then where did the debited cash that i used to book flight tickets using your app go???
                          My internet connection wasn't slow and don't know why i didn't get redirected to a blank page where i waited for about 10 mins for update.

                          I went through the site also to figure out the problem.

                          Attaching the screenshot of the same.

                          Please go through the these, cross check the things and get my cash credited back to the account asap if the transaction is failed.

                          Raised a ticket in SBI CMS with reference number of transaction.Took 4 days to credit the money back. I was not able to figure out where it went wrong at first as the app didn't notify anything regarding the booking.

                            I would like to complain about the incompetence of the goibobo flight booking site and its customer care.
                            I booked a returned flight from seoul to delhi on 22nd april 2019
                            Booking id - mysmf[protected]

                            Then on 26th april 2019 i requested to reschedule the dates. I called the customer care and submit my request. The agent asked to wait for 2 hours. We waited but no call so we called again on 27th and asked for reschedule. Meanwhile i also requested for reschedule online. The agent told me that the first agent did not take any action so he has to apply for reschedule again.. And again asked to wait for 2 hours.
                            Then no call back
                            I called on 28th.. And by this time i feared to not able to reschedule and also loss my money because there is no response about ticket reshedule charges and asked for cancellation. No respone for that day as well.
                            The no 29th from monring to evening i keep calling to reschedule multiple times but no agent able to get me the price quote and everytime asked me to wait for 2 hours..
                            I have been waiting since 26.. And its 29 april now.
                            I had no option but to ask them to cancel it. My onward journey was on 1st may 2019.
                            I paid more than 35000 inr and finally the moment came when i could not trust goibobo agent to be able to get do resheduling i aksed them cancel...
                            For cancel as well they asked me to wait for 2 hour and again the process of recalling begins..
                            At the end my cancel fees was more than 26000..
                            I still do not know i will receive the remainng money in my account.

                            But cost i bear for cancellation is completely on goibobo customer care.
                            I only cancel because they were not able to reschedule my ticket and every time asked me to wait for 2 hours. It was very freustating.

                            I lost too much money.

                            We are concerned to note your reported incident and request you to view this incident as circumstantial and unintentional.

                            In reference to your concern, we checked the booking details and observed that on April 26th- our team initially took your date change request for 02nd May onward travel and 10th May return travel.
                            For the same, the request was raised to the airlines.

                            However, on April 27th around 09 p.m., the new dates were shared for rescheduling as 03rd May onward travel and 12th May return travel. Again, the request was raised to the airlines.

                            Team requested you to wait till Monday 29th April, being weekend there was a delay in response from airline's end on the details requested (fewer airlines don't work).

                            The third time, the new dates were shared for rescheduling as 02nd May onward travel and 12th May return travel. Again, request was raised to the airlines. Applicable charges shared on April 29th.

                            Further, we received a request for cancellation details on April 29, 2019, 10:11 a.m., to which the agent advised to wait, as we need to get the same from airlines.

                            Hope this clarifies our stand.

And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail.                                 I have earned 1200 travel cash in last match. According to you we can use 100% travel cash on hotel booking.
                                But right now i can use only 50% of my travel cash for booking hotel.
                                This is very ridiculous. I want to book a hotel but now i will book from make my trip. I don't have trust on goibibo. Please resolve my query as soon as possible. I want to book my hotel today it self.

                                  I booked a room on 27th april, 2019 on the app. The booking was accepted under non refundable terms. But when we arrived at the hotel, the hotelier said the room is sold out. I tried chatting online and but hotelier *forced me to cancel the booking*
                                  I haven’t got any response to my complaint when i conplained before cancelling.
                                  I am willing to logde a complaint as i have the proof if not taken any action.

                                    I had try to book 5 air tickets as i really had some domestic problem at srinagar but from your end booking is not confirmed and the amount they ask in mail that they had refund the amount but ll reflect in next 07-14 days.

                                    Now i don't had the said amount for another booking kindly suggest what to do further.

                                    Or i go for some other way to get solution for this harassment.

                                      I had booked flight to london for 27 april 06:30 and as usual we have to be there three hours before departure, check in counter didn't start, after repeatedly asking about came to know it was global server shutdown for airindia, i lost my room and booking amount for which had to spend a night at friends place.
                                      You need to compansate for the loss i had as there was no communication from from your side.
                                      Don't consider this as normal complain you to should realise the importance of my time and money.
