We are concerned to note your reported incident and request you to view this incident as circumstantial and unintentional.
In reference to your concern, we checked the booking details and observed that on April 26th- our team initially took your date change request for 02nd May onward travel and 10th May return travel.
For the same, the request was raised to the airlines.
However, on April 27th around 09 p.m., the new dates were shared for rescheduling as 03rd May onward travel and 12th May return travel. Again, the request was raised to the airlines.
Team requested you to wait till Monday 29th April, being weekend there was a delay in response from airline's end on the details requested (fewer airlines don't work).
The third time, the new dates were shared for rescheduling as 02nd May onward travel and 12th May return travel. Again, request was raised to the airlines. Applicable charges shared on April 29th.
Further, we received a request for cancellation details on April 29, 2019, 10:11 a.m., to which the agent advised to wait, as we need to get the same from airlines.
