1. On 8th i had booked ticket from bangalore to gulbarga, amount got deducted but seat was not confirmed. Hence i did not travelled on particular day (8th march 2019). Therefore i am expecting the amount to be refunded.

2. Today (26th 03 2019) i had booked ticket from bidar to yashavanthpur, amount got debited but seat was not confirmed. Therefore i am expecting the amount to be refunded.

Upset with the way go ibibo is handling customer. Had booked two tickets for patna dated 05.04.2019 and three days before we are getting mail saying "dear guest, your jet wirways flight mentioned below has been cancelled. We regret the inconvenience caused to you and apologies for the same. Itinerary 9w0179 bom pat 05 apr 2019 06.58.25"confirmation code : nyytev.

Pathetic service if you'll knew there is problem with jet wirways...

money deducted twice from my account

My account was debited twice but transaction was successful once. I tried to contact goibibo but there was no response. On the site as well it does not show future bookings but i have recieved email that my ticket was confirmed. Then i recieved a message from bank that money was dedufted twice. I dont know how to look into this. I want my refund as soon as possible. Kindly look into this....

mishandling the account

I want to do the change of date for the hotel booking done by me for north sikkim in Lachung and Lacheng respectively on 17.5.19 & 18.5.19.
Then I made a call in help line no of [protected] and he told me that he can not cancell the booking but he can arrange to refund the money and i can do the further booking.

no refund

I was trying to book a train ticket and got to the point where i paid the ticket fee on goibibo. But it didn't take me to the irctc page, and there is no history of this in the bookings section. 390 rupees was debited from my account with upi transaction id[protected]. I've made my trip booking from the irctc app, but goibibo still shows my booking status as pending and yes there are still no details of this available in the bookings section....

complain regarding my hotel refund

My refund for the booking id htl9fwxx7q is not yet credited to my account. It is now almost more than 15 days. My refund amount is rs 5586. I contacted bank also but payment was not yet received. I want to know the reason for your delay. I am one of the regular customer of goibibo. But now i am too much disappointed.

from Mangalore to Delhi and return. Now that jet airways has cancelled the flight when I am trying to cancel it is showing cancellation with no refund. As per airlunes rules when a fpught is cancelled full refund should happen.

hotel room booking

On 13/03/2019 I booked two rooms at Chandana Residency through goibibo and we occupied the room on 14th. I was accompanied by my wife, daughter, father and mother. I have a property near Marayur and some work was going on there which I was supposed to supervise.
Morning 15th my father was not feeling well. He is 83 years old and have some health problems (angiogram done and suffered from stroke three years ago) and is taking medicines...

regarding cancellation of jet airways flight

I have booked jet airways tickets from dubai to delhi but same is cancelled by jet however no alternative is given by them as well as goibibo team. Such rude agents are sitting in customer service team that all gave wrong information which ended up spending another 55000/- to fly back home. On 17th i tried booking for hotel room in mandarmani (Bombay beach resort) through upi. The transaction was successful and i got the upi reference number but no confirmation from goibibo. On calling their customer service i was informed that the booking was unsuccessful and the money will be credited within 48 working hours. The service request id shared by them was 27172617. But no money is credited to my account and also i cannot reach...
