6th mar 2019 - i booked my tickets via goibibo app. My booking id's are: rbn44f4udy3 and rbn44smdxmh. Due to my plan change i did cancelled the tickets on the same day. But still (3rd april 2019) refund is not happened. And the mobile app simply shows refund is under process.

Its been around one month since i cancelled the ticket. But still refund is not happened. Kindly help me to get the refund amount. I am happy if the amount is refunded in gocash+ also.

Booked train ticket through IBIBO and need to cancel it. But through phone cannot reach any customer executive since it is auto IDR driven.
IRCTC not allowing me to cancel since they say booking was not directly done through IRCTC.CO.IN so I am stuck,
Need a quick cancellation and refund for the same.

    I was flying from new delhi to ahmedabad on 10th feb but there was wrong terminal mentioned in the ticket. When i reached terminal 1 (As mentioned in the app) then i got to know that go air operates from terminal 2. Somehow i managed to reach terminal 2 but the gates were closed. Please check the image attached where terminal 1 is mentioned in the app.
    One of the goibibo executive told me to have a new ticket and they will reimburse it. I just had to share the image of new ticket in the same mail we started communicating

    I took a new flight which was around 10 hours later and once i reached ahmedabad, i shared the screenshot with them on the same day (10th feb).

    Now i again checked the my booking some days ago in goibibo app and now it is showing terminal 2 (Which was previously showing terminal 1), it clearly states that there was something technical problem which leads me to wrong terminal and now how they corrected the that technical problem.

    After lots of fake commitment of call back arrangement, lots of lengthy & hectic discussion and illogical resolutions, now they are denying to reimburse of new ticket whereas it clearly states that it was a technical problem from their end.
    Please have a look at both the images where it is clearly visible that how they changed the terminal in the app

      My request number is #27113276

      I had booked cab from panipat to delhi airport for dated 12th march. I made the payment of rs. 2684/- through my citibank credit card and the transaction was successful. I did not received booking confirmation from goibibo. Immediately, i contacted customer care on the phone number, they asked me to raise the request for refund as booking was not confirmed. They also asked me to contact bank to check if the transaction was successful, for which i received the confirmation from bank that the transaction was successful and transferred to merchant account. After that on contacting goibibo support, i was informed to wait for few days as it normally takes some time to revert the funds back to card account for which trip was not confirmed.
      I waited for 3-4 days but nothing happened.
      Again contacted goibibo customer care, and they asked me to send the bank statement showing the transaction. I sent them the bank statement clearly indicating money transaction in the name of ibibo group private ltd gurgaon in. They reverted saying they will check and refund will be initiated within a weeks time. After that, i waited for another week, but nothing happened; nor did the customer care called/replied me. I continued writing to them but no reply. I tried calling them on customer care number, but it gives automated responses and nobody actually picks up to respond since then!! Such a pathetic customer care... I have never got any feedback despite my repeated reminders to them!!!

      Please look into this and initiate the refund at earliest!!!

        I am advocate bilal shaikh have booked a flight of spicejet for 4th of april from my go ibibo account with pnr no zef35n i was displayed an amount of rupees 2050 but my account got debited with rupees 2343 however i got an email of amount 2199 i dont know why i am over charged after this displayed amount.. Kindly look in the matter failing which i need to file a consumer case.

        To give the explanations regarding, allegedly, billing of the wrong amount (rupees 2343 only according to you) is a duty of the issuer of the invoice, which can be the (operator of) goibobo or their merchant.

        The extract is an indirect evidence of the possibility of invoice.
        You can claim invoice from goibobo.com and the correction of the invoice at their site.

        The duty of the travel agent is to issue the e-ticket and the correction of the invoice, accrding to the advertisement on the price, within 7 days.

        Alternatively, you can claim to consider the transactin of the whole debited amount (2343) invalid and to request refund in full from the bank, who had authorised transaction (2343) without the authirazation of the user.
        Failure to do so in 15 days is a reson of the commencemnt of the matter in the local police office (FIR).

          This is the second time that i have lost my cash when i was booking a hotel room with goibibo app.I was tried to book room with UPI payment but my a/c got debited and the booking were unsuccessfull.Once again i tried up with UPI and this time it shows transaction processing.So finally i booked by using my debit card.And till now the lost cash from my account has not been refunded.See the attachments for further evidence.Kindly take immediate action for the same goibibo team.

            I had booked a cab from pangot, uttrakhand to delhi on 23rd of march 7 pm for my travel next day, that is 24th march 2019 at 12.20 pm. It was shown that my booking is confirmed and i will be assigned a driver and cab at 10.20. Upon calling customer care at 10.45 pm they said they will share the details in a while however failed to do so. We waited from 10 am till 1 am, as the network was low we stood near the hill away from the guest house to ensure the network, we were available through wi-fi but they didn't care to whatsapp or update their app that they wont be able to provide the cab. Their customer care number came busy for 3 hours, we got a online complaint lodge and we got a message that we will get a call within 15 minutes but no body called. At 1.30 pm we got a call saying that goibibo won't be able to provide the cab as they don't have any. We requested them to provide from nanital but they said no for that too. Ultimately i had to spend around 10000 to reach delhi as i booked the cab at last minute and it was sunday. After coming back from 25th till today 2nd april, i am calling goibibio everyday but they are asking for 24-48 hours every time i am calling them. There is no connection and communication between different team working in their customer care support.in my app it still shows trip taken and complete while i have called them and told them in all my 6 calls that i haven't taken and asked to update the same. They haven't even refunded the booking amount nor are resolving my query of this big blunder which gobibio has done. Written them mails, spoken to atleast 8 different people now, and worst of all they aren't calling back even after saying they will get back.
            Didn't expect this from goibibo. Need someone to call me or mail me or i will have to take some legal action for this unending followup and loss of money and mood that i faced during my family trip.

                I am a 80 yrs old senior lady requested goibibo management several time to delist my property from website but they are totally indifferent.
                Due to this i am suffering from serious mental tension and agony which is not at all tolerable for me at this old age.

                My property "mohini tower, flat no-305" is still appearing goibibo portal as "mohini service apartment"
                The issue not yet resolved by goibibo executive.
                They made several phone call to me and given comitment the issue will be resolved immediately..
                But
                The listing is still appearing in both the web site but it is blocked.
                It is well known to goibibo management that there is no service apartment in mohini tower and i requested several time for delisting my property portal but the matter is not yet resolved.
                I am facing lot of problem from the local society and local administration and feeling very much upset.
                Kindly take initiative to de-list the property. There is no service apartment in "mohini tower" i repeat.

                Please take your action immediately
                And save me from my mental agony and tension.

                Remember, my age is 80 yrs running and anything can happen due to this unwanted issue.

                So, this is my humble request to you please take special initiative to help me and resolve the matter immediately.

                I just want to see my property delisted from the website.

                  I was supposed to receive Rs. 8329 for flight cancellation done on 9th Feb 2018. After chasing them for 30 days, they refunded Rs. 6917 instead of Rs. 8329.
                  It's been 50+ days now and they haven't refund the remaining amount of Rs. 1412. They keep mailing that GoIbibo delight team is looking into this. Not sure why they take so many days to refund the complete amount.
                  Attaching the mail received by Sushma Kumari who agreed that the refund of Rs. 1412 was due and would be processed, but it's been 20 days since the last mail and I haven't received the refund yet.
                  I have tried every avenue to reach out to them, via twitter, via chat, via call, via email, but they have someone named Mohammad Naqvi who keeps sending automated emails saying we're looking into this.

                  I received mail from Jitendra Sharma from GoIbibo Delight team. He sent me txn details for another customer from Nov 2018, while my flight was on[protected].
                  I assume it's a great security lapse and blunder caused on GoIbibo part.
                  Attaching the mail received from Jitendra Sharma, check the dates of the txn.
                  Please escalate this issue and issue me my refund of Rs. 1412.
                  I've been waiting for 50+ days now, please, kindly, resolve this issue without further delay.

                    When I was trying to book the flight for 5th May from Mumbai to Trivandrum, in the website it shows an offer to book via Paypal where there is a 800Rs off. So i did that but still the deductions were not applied. Plesee check and credit back the amount with promotions applied. Its for the first i am having this issue with Gobibo. These type of issues will really bring down the customer reviews.

                      I missed my flight due to no information received from goibibo for rescheduled flight time.15000 my flight costing is waste due to irresponsible behaviour .now for rescheduled flight customer support told me to pay18000 for rescheduled charges.
                      I reached at 2:30pm on airport but, due to flight rescheduled airport authority not allowing me, they deny . Or from 2:50 pm continouse I call to customer support, they never support on 3:27 I discussed with Priyanka cce she said passenger don't have ok to board due to that airport authority deny. She confirmed me on 3:27 pm .
                      I request to cce please reschedule for next flight it urgent for me to reached Dubai but no one help me .
                      Now why I pay for such service of goibibo they not give any information not even a single msg or mail for rescheduled flight timing.
                      I received many of offer sms from goibibo but for reschedule I didn't get single one
                      I want total refund back for this flight and for my return ticket from Dubai .
                      This is bad experience with goibibo, first and last experience.

                          refund on a ticket due flight getting grounded

                          Hi,

                          I have booked a ticket for april 12th on behalf of my friend. Yesterday the she received a message from airlines stating the flight had been grounded (737 boeing security issues). Please find attached the screenshot of the ticket and message from airline.

                          I checked the site given in the message, unfortunately there weren't any alternate flights available and i opted for full refund, the ticket from ahmedabad...

                              पर मुझे तो नही मिल रही, मैंने 12 मार्च2019 को goibibo की ऐप्प से कोलकत्ता से अमृतसर के टिकट बुक कर रहा था रात के करीब 9, 10 बजे के करीब, मेरा वॉलेट पे पैसे कम होने के कारण मैंने ऐप्प पर ही बैंक से 645/- रुपये की रकम ऐड करी जो की टिकट बुकिंग में कम पड़ रही थी, ये 645 रूपये मेरी अकॉउंट से 2 बार काट लिए जाते है, और मेरी ऐप्प पर 2 बुकिंग इन प्रोग्रेस पर वीव दीखता है, उसपे नीचे लिखा आता है कि आपके पैसे 5 से 14 दिन में आपके अकाउंट में आ जायेंगे, और नही आये तो आप अपने बैंक पर बात करे, पर आज 14 दिन से ऊपर हो गया है, मुझे मेरे 2 बार कटे645+645 की रकम आज तक नही मिली। फिर मैं तीसरी बार मैं किसी और बैंक से पे करता हु और वो टिकट कन्फर्म हो जाती है।
                              मेरा बैंक कहता है जिस ऐप्प को अपने यूज किया पेमंट के दौरान वही पैसे रिफंड करेगी, कृपया मेरी इस मुश्किल का समाधान निकले, क्योंकि goibibo के कस्टमर केयर पर कोई एक्सक्यूटिव भी नही है जिसको मैं अपनी बात समझा सकु। और ऐप्प पर gia चैट सबसे बेकार जिसपे मेरी ये 2 प्रॉब्लम का हल ही नही है।हो सके तो मुझे संपर्क करे इस नम्बर पर।

It was locked earlier & I have rs 659 travel cash also Which got expire as my account locked & i cannot use it in making new booking .I earned travel cash which got expire. Kindly credit my travel cash or compensate .It is second time my wallet locked .                                 I see that once again locked my wallet registered mobile no :[protected].its my dad new account they locked it again without information . its cheating by goibibo .I have travel cash & gocash in my wallet .I see that after i earn travel cash & gocash they locked my wallet.Kindly unlock my wallet & take strict action against ibibo group.
                                Same they did with me.
                                I earned 1335/- travel cash and then they locked my Wallet. I kept requesting but they refused to unlock my wallet. My travel cash expired.
                                Goibibo is doing a scam in the name of travel cash and blocking even old customer wallets who have enough gocash+ amount in their wallet.
                                They don't even give prior intimation or warning before locking the wallet. Total frauds.
                                Hi, i have gocash amount of Rs.6071 as part of refund on my hotel booking. Iam unable to the cash for next hotel booking as its not showing any options. Also, its not allowing me to transfer to the original bamk account. My registered no - [protected]. I m have no options on how to use my money lying in the goibibo gocash wallet.                                   flight ticket booked on wrong date

                                  I had booked a flight from bangalore to bhubaneswar on 6th april 2019.
                                  But once payment was done i got a ticket of 7th april 2019.

                                  When i called and informed customer care, he told me that rescheduled will cost another 2500/- (+ charges).

                                  Further when asked about cancelation of ticket, charges were nearly 3400/-

                                  So if i cancel my ticket i lose 3400/-, and if i reschedule i have to pay 4000/-...

                                    i have booked this tickets on goibibo app & amount of rs 3823 has been debited
                                    from my account but i do not receive any tickets or even pnr no of tickets
                                    i have talk to indigo airline helpline no also they have confirm that no pnr no has
                                    been generated for this tickets detail given above

                                    1. When and where the events happened,

                                    2. What happened,

                                    3. Who was envolved (physiscal person or the company),

                                    4. What was the result - disstaisfaction of exact action

                                    5. To experss the claim in fugures to the correct responder (the company), this is what do you demand fro the reponder.

                                    If the author do not know the basic elements of the complaining,
                                    he or she can hire a lawyer or legal profesiinal in the demanded field for the agreed monetary remuniration.
