After i complained in consumer complaints then only my wallet get unlocked. It was locked earlier & I have rs 659 travel cash also Which got expire as my account locked & i cannot use it in making new booking .I earned travel cash which got expire. Kindly credit my travel cash or compensate .It is second time my wallet locked . First it happened i raised my concern & same has been resolved by support.I have urgency that day to make booking but cant do .

Updated by Shubham Kumar pandey1 I see that once again locked my wallet registered mobile no :[protected].its my dad new account they locked it again without information . its cheating by goibibo .I have travel cash & gocash in my wallet .I see that after i earn travel cash & gocash they locked my wallet.Kindly unlock my wallet & take strict action against ibibo group.
