I haven't received my payment that is made to goibibo for an international flight and it's already more than 5 business day. I have contact with the bank but they said that goibibo didn't transfer money into the bank account as promised within 48 hours. Please see the attached as a proof of payment and customer support email about refund into a nominated account.

3. Statements of the account

The presented attachments do not show the entity, which issued the replies.
The anonimous reply shows that unknwn person refunded unknwn amout to unknown account.
The phone request is not a written complaint.

Such dispute, lacking the above evidences, can not be resolved in favour of the author Mr Jit Choudhary .

    I had booked a bus ticket for my mother from varanasi to allahabad for 27 apr 19 at 0600 hrs. My ticket was booked in ordinary class vide seat number 6 when i reached at bus depot, i came to know that my booking was invalid. Then i contacted with your customercare executive, he checked and he oppolised that mistake has been done by your organisation, then i told him to refund my full amount. He has forwarded my request.       I have booked the air ticket 0n 19th april 2019 from chennai to bhubaneshwar for rs 5610. After completion of payment it showed transaction failure. So i waited for 6 days for the refund amount. But till now its not yet refunded. I have send the complaint in customer service forum but no response from the company. So im writing here. Do the needful

          On 17april i have booked an bus ticket from bangalore to madurai due to some issue i cancelled the ticket. I got the mail from goibibo that you will get full refund amount within 7 days. I call to the customer care to ask the refund status they didn't make response to me. I have attached the screen shot of mail copy. Don't book the ticket on goibibo it's a fraud application

            I have book the internation flight from goibibo with pnr number "ldoaxl".
            I get the message from airline (Jet airways) that, my connecting flight from kolkata (Ccu) to mumbai of 08-jun 2019 has been canceled.

            ". Dear guest, we regret to inform that your flight 9w610 08jun19 from ccu to bom is cancelled due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience. For tickets booked on our website, mobile app or via our contact centre, please click bit. Ly/9wsupport to request for a refund. For tickets booked through travel agents, kindly connect with your travel agent for refunds."

            I try to raise a complaint from website, mobile apps and through customer care number given on website. It’s not working. Now i don't know how to contact them, for my refund status.
            Since i am out of country, i also ask my wife to contact them from indian number. Customer care did not give proper response, and ask to lunch complain online, which is not working.
            I really get frustrated and need your urgent assistance.

            No evidence of the passenger and of the paying service is provided

            - NO name

            - No PNR

            - NO receipt

            - NO copy of the air carrier

            for the time beeing.

            Such public complaint can not be and must NOT be handlled effectively by any one.

            The last effective date for complaining against the act of the Jet Airways carrier is 27 April 2019.
            The legal service before the court can cost from Rs8000 total forthe process.

              I had booked oyo room hotel white mountain gangtok booking id - htl4kmtb2z. When reached there hotel said they don't have tie-up with goibibo. On which goibibo gave me alternative accommodation in hotel norbu ghang gangtok (Oyo room) as a replacement. I had made full payment while intial booking. While checking out from hotel the bill had outstanding amount rs 4522.
              I followed up with goibibo on this side 7pm 24th april still i never got any callback from the team and again in next morning i called up goibibo support still the same issue persisted. Finally i had to check out paying rs. 4522 cash extra as i had leave to catch my bus.

                Reference to booking no htl8pvfe8a for hotel by full payment. Hotel people refused check in as goibibo has not paid them. This was brought to notice goibibo vide their tickets no 27432926, 27432915, 27426034, 27416197 but they reverted. Finally they agreed full refund and compensation but even no refund has come. I had to pay from my pocket after obtaining a letter from hotel that was fake booking. Booking was for holiday inn shangai from 8 th to 11 this month. Booking in the name of beena cherian

                  Booked a hotel for 4 nights, due to emergence i have to left the room. I want to request a refund process but in the goibibo app there was no refund request. Also marked mail and on the tweeter highlighted the issue, till time there was no response from goibibo side. After 24 hrs they will answer, we can't even help you. Please request you to look in to the matter and help in the refund case.

                    1. I was traveling to kuala lumpur from pune via chennai and trichy on 20 april 2019.
                    2. My first flight pune to chennai spicejet sg929, pnr:m5uf5v, which was delayed by 1hr and 50min
                    3. Then from chennai to trichy airindia ai9557, pnr : yympt which was delayed by almost 8hrs due to which my next flight from trichy to kuala lumpur was missed, which was scheduled on 9:25am flight no: ak24, pnr: f2iy5r.
                    4. I tried customer care but nobody was helping me and they were saying we cant help you.
                    5. I am expecting urgent reply from you and want full refund of the flight as i had was stuck at chennai. Otherwise i am filing a legal complain against you in consumer forum.

                        I had booked a cab for airport transfer on 17/04/19 late night. I had to schedule my travel on 16/04/2019 for which i paid an advance of rs.269 through online transaction.
                        But, since then i didnt receive any information about the cab whether its about to come or anything else nor i got the refund for advance amount paid. Now i want the refund back though the medium which was used to pay advance.

                        I booked a hotel through goibibo vide id: HTLNCD7P9T..however i am highly disappointed with goibibo since qrong info was provided by the site like availability of swimming pool, staem, sauna, net connectivity, however nothing of thia sort qas available at the hotel
                        I paid for my hotel booking but there was no booking at all in the hotel and when we tried to check in the hotel denied .tried to call the customer service but they did not help, instead they disconnected the call .
                        I booked a ticket to London from Bengaluru on 9th and return on 13th yesterday and was charged 70K while I see the price is 55 K now.

                          The ibibo.com site produces : no transaction was in progress in unspecified time and date according to the extract (poor qality image).
                          The anonymous author states "the money was deducted from my bank account" .

                          Questions:

                          1. Where is an evidence "the money was deducted from my (anonymous )bank account" ?

                          2. Does the author fairly believes, that the money can be transfered to the anonymous account of the unidentified comercial bank, supervised by the Reserve bank of India?

                              Dear Team,

                              It's been a month and this case is yet unresolved.

                              Goibibo has turned a real mental torcher and harassment to our life. With you guys, customer can never have safe or hassle free journey..

                              We are not being paid for following up for our own money / losses due to Goibibo.

                              Resolve this issue or be ready to pay compensation for extra cost we incurred to book another flight at high cost last minute, cost for this harassment along with refund of airfare from Bangkok-Sydney-Auckland.

                              Don't force us to tweet, post, visit consumer forum, go legal way, etc.

                              We keep calling always and just get one update - "Our team is working on same.." Do not take customers for granted.

                              Remember - "It takes years to build good reputation, but one incident is enough to ruin organisation's name."

                              I have clearly mentioned name of passenger and PNR number.. query is already raised with ur team for more than 1.5 months. And is yet unresolved.
                              Team always commits for callback however there is not even a single ocassion where we have received call from Goibibo. Pulling up case detials with PNR is simple as ticket is booked by your portal by your team.
                              Understand your responsibility and resolve this matter asap. Don't force us to take action.

                                      Refund is under process saying that they are contacting the airline for the refund.. But the airline has already emailed us to claim the full refund from the agency from were we have booked ticket.. But goibibo customer care isnt responding for that... Its not our fault that the flight has been cancelled its your lookout.. The consumer should get the refund as soon as possible../so that other ticket can be booked..19000 rs is nt a matter of joke for a normal middle class family...

                                        My name is Venkatramana S Bhat. I have booked 2 seats in an AC bus from Udupi to Bangalore on 19.03.2019, ticket no.RBN34ED9DA4. On 19.03.2019, the bus operator informed me about cancellation of AC bus and have asked me to go by ordinary bus. I refused and cancelled my tickets. The Bus operator cancelled the tickets and informed me to get the refund from Goibibo as the tickets were booked through Goibibo.

                                        Since then (19.03.2019), I am calling goibibo customer care (more than 15 times) and asked for refund of my booking amount Rs.1496/-. But goibibo is silent about this issue and whenever I call they say ~`our team is working on it` and no specific time period is committed by them.

                                        I request you to take up with the Goibibo and help me in getting my refund amount.

                                        It has been a more than 2-3 months I am chasing from Go Ibibo to refund my amount i my bank account but till now it has not been resolved yet.
