Don't simply mark case as resolved..
I have clearly mentioned name of passenger and PNR number.. query is already raised with ur team for more than 1.5 months. And is yet unresolved.
Team always commits for callback however there is not even a single ocassion where we have received call from Goibibo. Pulling up case detials with PNR is simple as ticket is booked by your portal by your team.
Understand your responsibility and resolve this matter asap. Don't force us to take action.
