Booked a train with Goibibo and the amount got deducted from my account and it says booking cancelled. It also states that the refund has been initiated. But I did not receive my refund. This has been since 5 days. I am trying to contact their customer support. It is the worst customer service. I will put it online and make sure that nobody cares to book a ticket from Goibibo. Make sure that you pay me in the given time. You have to face the same on consumer forum.

following the receipt of the legal passenger complaint regarding the cancellation of the exact flight
by the issuing air carrier or by travel agent, which issued the e-ticket,
the passenger is entitled to demand the compensation via one of Indian authorities:-
1. Depatment General of Civil Aviation,
2. Customers court (forum) in Indian state, where the passenger is residing,
3. District court of India in the state, where the passenger is residing.
It is not mandatory, but it is in the interersts of the passenger,
to hire a lawyer or a legal professional in the civil aviation for the presentation of the case before the court (authoritiy).
The cost of the legal assistance starts from Rs 6000, plus government fees of Rs100 or Rs2000, depending upon a jurisdiction, for such type of cases in india.
