Booked a train with Goibibo and the amount got deducted from my account and it says booking cancelled. It also states that the refund has been initiated. But I did not receive my refund. This has been since 5 days. I am trying to contact their customer support. It is the worst customer service. I will put it online and make sure that nobody cares to book a ticket from Goibibo. Make sure that you pay me in the given time. You have to face the same on consumer forum.

        I have purchased a air ticket of go air through goibibo for travelling from delhi to ranchi. The ticket was of 4th of february 2019. But the flight is cancelled by go air. As contacted go air then they confirmed that refund of ticket is refunded to goibibo. But till date after several reminders they are not refunding the amount. Kindly help us in getting out of it.

        If the refund or the compensation is not issued in 7 days,
        following the receipt of the legal passenger complaint regarding the cancellation of the exact flight
        by the issuing air carrier or by travel agent, which issued the e-ticket,
        the passenger is entitled to demand the compensation via one of Indian authorities:-

        1. Depatment General of Civil Aviation,
        2. Customers court (forum) in Indian state, where the passenger is residing,
        3. District court of India in the state, where the passenger is residing.

        It is not mandatory, but it is in the interersts of the passenger,
        to hire a lawyer or a legal professional in the civil aviation for the presentation of the case before the court (authoritiy).

        The cost of the legal assistance starts from Rs 6000, plus government fees of Rs100 or Rs2000, depending upon a jurisdiction, for such type of cases in india.

          Hii today i booked 3 train tickets from goibibo but after deduction of money from my bank they shows that ticket has been cancelled they refund the go cash but not my money which deducted from my bank what should i do now... No valid customer care number are provided by them some nonsense machinery chat bot is placed on there app which is disgusting what should i do now

            when reached at delhi airport and im visit ticket counter of KLM airlines. he check out my document said we are not given you fly bord pass. then my boarding denied by airport staff and said talk with vendor for full refund.
            go ibibo such big big fraud company.today they call me Saugata Barman said to me that our vendor make a request to klm for full refund but klm denied request for full refund said not eligible for refund ...

            i am taking action on your company. we meet in court ...this is final

              Hello,
              i have booked ticket from ahmadabad to detroit on 10th of april with delta airlines, my pnr no. Is jkxkur, in which ahmadabad to delhi flight got nonoperational. They told they will provide alternate flight but its been 12 days no alternate ticket has been provided.

              So, its high time as our journey is very near and i want to solve this issue and help of reissuing a new ticket from delhi to detroit, as ahmedabad to delhi they said they do not have alternate option with them.

              My service number is 27229797 for rescheduling. I have also talked with delta airlines regarding the reissue and send remarks but no remarks from any side is visible.

              Also i have requested 1 ticket cancellation on 22nd march 2019, named shruti patel out of 3 passengers to cancel one but that is also not happening, it is very bad experience. I need refund of 1 ticket of both side onwards and return as i have purchased a refundable ticket and still my ticket is not been cancelled by goibibo people.

              Please solve the issue urgently as we have very less time left for journey.

                    I had cancelled flight tickets for bhubaneswar to udaipur via hyderabad. I had cancelled the flight ticket directly with the airline before 1 hour of booking on date 30-march-2019 for the traveller ronak sukhadiya with pnr number ontwqr.                       Hi, i have booked tickets for my mother and brother from trivandrum to sydney for the 23rd of april. For my mom, as per her passport, there is no last name. The goibibo website was not allowing me to proceed without entering a last name and there was no information on how to proceed. So, i had to split the first name and put them in first name and last name columns, thinking that i can get it updated afterwards. When i contacted the airline, they said that the name can be corrected, but the request has to come from goibibo. I have been contacting the goibibo team ever since. It has been more than 2 weeks and my issue is still not resolved. Every time i call, i end up explaining the issue to a new customer care executive, who at the end will say that i have to arrange for a callback to give you more information. And to this date, no call back was made form their end. If this issue is not resolved, i will lose the ticket price and have to book new tickets for double the amount, which will cost me lakhs. They do not even respond to emails. I requested to talk to the same person who sent me an update or their supervisor, which also could not be arranged by them. It is so frustrating. I request the authorities to resolve my issue at the earliest as the travel date is approaching.

                      As I have mentioned to your staff multiple times, I have contacted the airlines even before contacting Goibibo. The answer I received is, since the ticket is booked through the travel agent (Goibibo), the request has to come from them, and the airline is not authorised to do any amendments to the booking. And trust me, if I could do anything at all from my side to get this issue sorted, I would have done it, instead of going through the pain of talking to your most incompetent staff and spending at least 2 hours daily on the call, explaining the issue to a new staff everyday and being on hold for 30 minutes minimum. Even a day before I called the airlines again and I received the same response. They also told me that they have advised the person who called from Goibibo about what needs to be done. I explained the same thing to Vinod, your senior customer care executive, who promised me a callback on the same issue 2 days ago, which I am still waiting for. No reply to any of my emails either.
                      If you still insist that I should contact the airlines, please send the same to my email id in writing, so that I can forward the same to the airline.
                      I am begging you to resolve this at the earliest, since the travel dates are approaching and the seats may get full.

                      Today, the customer support people marked my ticket as resolved, when the issue is still not resolved. I have contacted the airline regarding this issue again and I forwarded the reply I received from them to Goibibo team. As mentioned, they have clearly stated that, as per the agreement between the travel agent and the airlines, the airlines are not supposed to make any changes to the booking made through a travel agent. They have also mentioned that, if the name is not corrected as per passport, the passenger will not be allowed to travel with the ticket.
                      I request you again to address the issue at the earliest as the travel date is so near. I cannot cancel the tickets as they are not refundable and I will be at a huge loss. If I have to book the tickets again, I will lose more than double of my previous ticket prices. I will be at a loss of lakhs of rupees. Please understand the seriousness of the issue and resolve it at the earliest with priority.

                      The passenger name, which is produced in the e-tiket, shall match the transcription od the name in the passport in English or in Latin alphabet.

                      All other extra conditions, for example placement of 1st name, placement of last name in the fileds of the ticket,
                      are null and void.

                      As the e-ticket and extract of passport are not presented, it is imposible to process further at this site.

                      The passenger is entitled to add attachment of passpoert and to request the correction either from the air carrier and / or from the travel agent without payment of fee.

                      Based on you explanations,

                      1. you have not shown any document
                      2. your name of PNR (both carrier and travel agent) matchs the transcriptipn the passport.

                      Explain, what else do you want and from whom? In 1 sentance only.

                      3. If passenger is unable to answer the simple question,
                      the passenger can go to the airport for checking according to rules of the udisclosed ticket, without hysteria.

                      4. If passenger expects denided boarding due to her own hysteria, without the producing the evidnce,
                      she will lose the trip and will pay for legal help in more than duplicate.

                        6th mar 2019 - i booked my tickets via goibibo app. My booking id's are: rbn44f4udy3 and rbn44smdxmh. Due to my plan change i did cancelled the tickets on the same day. But still (3rd april 2019) refund is not happened. And the mobile app simply shows refund is under process.

                        Its been around one month since i cancelled the ticket. But still refund is not happened. Kindly help me to get the refund amount. I am happy if the amount is refunded in gocash+ also.

                        Booked train ticket through IBIBO and need to cancel it. But through phone cannot reach any customer executive since it is auto IDR driven.

                          I was flying from new delhi to ahmedabad on 10th feb but there was wrong terminal mentioned in the ticket. When i reached terminal 1 (As mentioned in the app) then i got to know that go air operates from terminal 2. Somehow i managed to reach terminal 2 but the gates were closed. Please check the image attached where terminal 1 is mentioned in the app.
                          One of the goibibo executive told me to have a new ticket and they will reimburse it. I just had to share the image of new ticket in the same mail we started communicating

                          I took a new flight which was around 10 hours later and once i reached ahmedabad, i shared the screenshot with them on the same day (10th feb).

                          Now i again checked the my booking some days ago in goibibo app and now it is showing terminal 2 (Which was previously showing terminal 1), it clearly states that there was something technical problem which leads me to wrong terminal and now how they corrected the that technical problem.

                          After lots of fake commitment of call back arrangement, lots of lengthy & hectic discussion and illogical resolutions, now they are denying to reimburse of new ticket whereas it clearly states that it was a technical problem from their end.

                            I had booked cab from panipat to delhi airport for dated 12th march. I made the payment of rs. 2684/- through my citibank credit card and the transaction was successful. I did not received booking confirmation from goibibo. Immediately, i contacted customer care on the phone number, they asked me to raise the request for refund as booking was not confirmed. They also asked me to contact bank to check if the transaction was successful, for which i received the confirmation from bank that the transaction was successful and transferred to merchant account. After that on contacting goibibo support, i was informed to wait for few days as it normally takes some time to revert the funds back to card account for which trip was not confirmed.
                            I waited for 3-4 days but nothing happened.
                            Again contacted goibibo customer care, and they asked me to send the bank statement showing the transaction. I sent them the bank statement clearly indicating money transaction in the name of ibibo group private ltd gurgaon in. They reverted saying they will check and refund will be initiated within a weeks time. After that, i waited for another week, but nothing happened; nor did the customer care called/replied me. I continued writing to them but no reply. I tried calling them on customer care number, but it gives automated responses and nobody actually picks up to respond since then!! Such a pathetic customer care... I have never got any feedback despite my repeated reminders to them!!!

                            Please look into this and initiate the refund at earliest!!!

                              To give the explanations regarding, allegedly, billing of the wrong amount (rupees 2343 only according to you) is a duty of the issuer of the invoice, which can be the (operator of) goibobo or their merchant.

                              The extract is an indirect evidence of the possibility of invoice.
                              You can claim invoice from goibobo.com and the correction of the invoice at their site.

                              The duty of the travel agent is to issue the e-ticket and the correction of the invoice, accrding to the advertisement on the price, within 7 days.

                              Alternatively, you can claim to consider the transactin of the whole debited amount (2343) invalid and to request refund in full from the bank, who had authorised transaction (2343) without the authirazation of the user.
                              Failure to do so in 15 days is a reson of the commencemnt of the matter in the local police office (FIR).

                                  I had booked a cab from pangot, uttrakhand to delhi on 23rd of march 7 pm for my travel next day, that is 24th march 2019 at 12.20 pm. It was shown that my booking is confirmed and i will be assigned a driver and cab at 10.20. Upon calling customer care at 10.45 pm they said they will share the details in a while however failed to do so. We waited from 10 am till 1 am, as the network was low we stood near the hill away from the guest house to ensure the network, we were available through wi-fi but they didn't care to whatsapp or update their app that they wont be able to provide the cab. Their customer care number came busy for 3 hours, we got a online complaint lodge and we got a message that we will get a call within 15 minutes but no body called. At 1.30 pm we got a call saying that goibibo won't be able to provide the cab as they don't have any. We requested them to provide from nanital but they said no for that too. Ultimately i had to spend around 10000 to reach delhi as i booked the cab at last minute and it was sunday. After coming back from 25th till today 2nd april, i am calling goibibio everyday but they are asking for 24-48 hours every time i am calling them. There is no connection and communication between different team working in their customer care support.in my app it still shows trip taken and complete while i have called them and told them in all my 6 calls that i haven't taken and asked to update the same. They haven't even refunded the booking amount nor are resolving my query of this big blunder which gobibio has done. Written them mails, spoken to atleast 8 different people now, and worst of all they aren't calling back even after saying they will get back.
                                  Didn't expect this from goibibo. Need someone to call me or mail me or i will have to take some legal action for this unending followup and loss of money and mood that i faced during my family trip.

                                      Dear sir/ madam

                                      I am a 80 yrs old senior lady requested goibibo management several time to delist my property from website but they are totally indifferent.
                                      Due to this i am suffering from serious mental tension and agony which is not at all tolerable for me at this old age.

                                      My property "mohini tower, flat no-305" is still appearing goibibo portal as "mohini service apartment"
                                      The issue not yet resolved by goibibo executive.
                                      They made several phone call to me and given comitment the issue will be resolved immediately..
                                      But
                                      The listing is still appearing in both the web site but it is blocked.
                                      It is well known to goibibo management that there is no service apartment in mohini tower and i requested several time for delisting my property portal but the matter is not yet resolved.
                                      I am facing lot of problem from the local society and local administration and feeling very much upset.
                                      Kindly take initiative to de-list the property. There is no service apartment in "mohini tower" i repeat.

                                      Please take your action immediately
                                      And save me from my mental agony and tension.

                                      Remember, my age is 80 yrs running and anything can happen due to this unwanted issue.

                                      So, this is my humble request to you please take special initiative to help me and resolve the matter immediately.

                                      I just want to see my property delisted from the website.

                                      I'm travelling in indo Canadian bus from Delhi 6pm to Chandigarh ..they did not mentioned stop in Chandigarh .and I asked they said Mohali but it's is difficult for me to reach Chandigarh..kindly take action against them.

                                        I was supposed to receive Rs. 8329 for flight cancellation done on 9th Feb 2018. After chasing them for 30 days, they refunded Rs. 6917 instead of Rs. 8329.
                                        It's been 50+ days now and they haven't refund the remaining amount of Rs. 1412. They keep mailing that GoIbibo delight team is looking into this. Not sure why they take so many days to refund the complete amount.
                                        Attaching the mail received by Sushma Kumari who agreed that the refund of Rs. 1412 was due and would be processed, but it's been 20 days since the last mail and I haven't received the refund yet.
                                        I have tried every avenue to reach out to them, via twitter, via chat, via call, via email, but they have someone named Mohammad Naqvi who keeps sending automated emails saying we're looking into this.

                                        I received mail from Jitendra Sharma from GoIbibo Delight team. He sent me txn details for another customer from Nov 2018, while my flight was on[protected].
                                        I assume it's a great security lapse and blunder caused on GoIbibo part.
                                        Attaching the mail received from Jitendra Sharma, check the dates of the txn.
                                        Please escalate this issue and issue me my refund of Rs. 1412.
                                        I've been waiting for 50+ days now, please, kindly, resolve this issue without further delay.

                                        here's the mail snapshot from Satyam Singh, you assured me that I'll get the refund credited within 3-5 days.
                                        It's been 6 days now since his mail but I havent received the refund. it's been 60 days since 9th of Feb that I have been chasing GoIbibio. Please help resolve this issue asap.
