refund on a ticket due flight getting grounded

Hi,

I have booked a ticket for april 12th on behalf of my friend. Yesterday the she received a message from airlines stating the flight had been grounded (737 boeing security issues). Please find attached the screenshot of the ticket and message from airline.

I checked the site given in the message, unfortunately there weren't any alternate flights available and i opted for full refund, the ticket from ahmedabad...

flight ticket booked on wrong date

I had booked a flight from bangalore to bhubaneswar on 6th april 2019.
But once payment was done i got a ticket of 7th april 2019.

When i called and informed customer care, he told me that rescheduled will cost another 2500/- (+ charges).

Further when asked about cancelation of ticket, charges were nearly 3400/-

So if i cancel my ticket i lose 3400/-, and if i reschedule i have to pay 4000/-...

refunds and customer service

After too much of hassle goibibo finally agrees (On 7 feb) to do a refund (Of my hard earned money) for my booking, mysmf[protected] and states it would take 30-45 days for refund. Its been been more than 2 months now and still haven’t received the refund. The customer care number always disconnects before reaching the agent, chat support is handled by bots and limited to specific protocols and there is no customer care complaint/grievances...

Hi, on 27 march 2019, i booked a online hotel from goibibo app "oyo 2629 hotel royal odyssey" and the owner of the hotel didn't allow me to enter the room by the saying that we don't give the room to the localietes and he misbehaved with me by saying wrong things. I am very disappointed. That was the worst experience i ever had. Neither they gave me the room nor i got my refund. I spent rs1700 for the room but the money was all wasted...

I done my booking on 19 march for hotel book. Hotel was jai palace in jaipur. My payment deducted. I done booking by net banking. But booking did not complete.
