Last night i booked a hotel through your site in bangalore named “umerkot residency” and made the payment through online. I went there at the residence and to my surprise the hotel is closed. If the hotel is closed it shouldn’t even be listed and my payment of rs 1064 was cut. I want my money back and the hotel’s list out of the option so that people won’t get fooled later on. I need this done right now.

    I booked a ticket from mumabi to kulal lumper on round trip 15 days ago but after booking i got a mail that your tickets has been cancelled by goibibo and i booked another ticket now i am telling them to refund my amount from last 15 days and calling them every time they have one answer "we are working on it and there customer is very worst they are not reslonsive"

      I had already complained goibibo but 6 day's passed they have only provide me only tracking id for [ goibibo[protected] ] but haven not taken any action for which i am facing problem,
      23:04:2019 i checked my up coming travel's detail but i found out that my return ticket hasn't been booked, i am totally disappointed with your service, i had booked flight tickets via goibibo on 27th feb 2019 maa to ixb for the date of may i st for which rs 16063 was debited from my rbl credit card and the tickets were confirmed at the same time i booked my return tickets also for the date of 24th may month for which the amount of rs 16401 was debited from my rbl credit card but the tickets not confirmed. I have already started paying emi for those tickets with rate of interest. Today i had a chat with your executive he called me afterwards and he said we will refund your money within five working days but already two months have passed so it's meaningless if you refund the money, my request is that i want my return tickets for may 24th. Kindly book our tickets for three people according to the above mentioned date. For your reference i attached my credit card statement and the screenshot of the payment to your company, and my credit card pdf password muni230886.

        I the goibibo aap the flight status of the temporarily down non operating jet airways flight as confirm this is very pathetic pn there side to not cancel the flight and refund me the total booking amount.
        Nevar expected such a service from highly reputed company like goibibo.

              The presented attachments do not show the entity, which issued the replies.
              The anonimous reply shows that unknwn person refunded unknwn amout to unknown account.
              The phone request is not a written complaint.

              Such dispute, lacking the above evidences, can not be resolved in favour of the author Mr Jit Choudhary .

                I had booked a bus ticket for my mother from varanasi to allahabad for 27 apr 19 at 0600 hrs. My ticket was booked in ordinary class vide seat number 6 when i reached at bus depot, i came to know that my booking was invalid. Then i contacted with your customercare executive, he checked and he oppolised that mistake has been done by your organisation, then i told him to refund my full amount. He has forwarded my request.                       On 17april i have booked an bus ticket from bangalore to madurai due to some issue i cancelled the ticket. I got the mail from goibibo that you will get full refund amount within 7 days. I call to the customer care to ask the refund status they didn't make response to me.                         I have book the internation flight from goibibo with pnr number "ldoaxl".
                        I get the message from airline (Jet airways) that, my connecting flight from kolkata (Ccu) to mumbai of 08-jun 2019 has been canceled.

                        ". Dear guest, we regret to inform that your flight 9w610 08jun19 from ccu to bom is cancelled due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience. For tickets booked on our website, mobile app or via our contact centre, please click bit. Ly/9wsupport to request for a refund. For tickets booked through travel agents, kindly connect with your travel agent for refunds."

                        I try to raise a complaint from website, mobile apps and through customer care number given on website. It’s not working. Now i don't know how to contact them, for my refund status.
                        Since i am out of country, i also ask my wife to contact them from indian number. Customer care did not give proper response, and ask to lunch complain online, which is not working.
                        I really get frustrated and need your urgent assistance.

                          I had booked oyo room hotel white mountain gangtok booking id - htl4kmtb2z. When reached there hotel said they don't have tie-up with goibibo. On which goibibo gave me alternative accommodation in hotel norbu ghang gangtok (Oyo room) as a replacement. I had made full payment while intial booking. While checking out from hotel the bill had outstanding amount rs 4522.
                          I followed up with goibibo on this side 7pm 24th april still i never got any callback from the team and again in next morning i called up goibibo support still the same issue persisted. Finally i had to check out paying rs. 4522 cash extra as i had leave to catch my bus.

                                    I booked a hotel through goibibo vide id: HTLNCD7P9T..however i am highly disappointed with goibibo since qrong info was provided by the site like availability of swimming pool, staem, sauna, net connectivity, however nothing of thia sort qas available at the hotel
