I was booking a ticket for ypr to hwh for train no.12246 for 30th may, 2019 against ref. I'd. Trnafb8zqrep9j for rs.4300/- paid and debited my sb account but ticket not issued reasons issue failed. And i was informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 5 to 14 days. Since 12 days already passed but no refund effected. Request to take immediate step

goibibo fake hotel booking

We booked hotel at ooty for 19thapril19 to 20thapril19.
Upon arriving at hotel at around 9pm, found that it was locked from outside. Called the hotel reception. They told they don't accept through goibibo and used foul languages. We had to suffer a lot as it was night time, too late to get another hotel and money was deducted by goibibo also.
Goibibo does not have a customer care no to report to also. Again their support link...

Hi,

I have booked a ticket for april 11th. I received a message from airlines on 4th stating the flight had been grounded (737 boeing security issues). Please find attached the screenshot of the ticket and message from airline.

I checked the site given in the message, unfortunately there weren't any alternate flights available and i opted for full refund, the ticket from bangalore to bagdogra got cancelled.br...

I had booked ticket from toronto to bangalore on 7th may and return on 21st august 2019. Pnr no. Pkv65b. I wanted to reschedule the flight date and tried for three days but it did not happen. Then i requested for cancellation. Now it is more than 3 days still i have not got any message regarding the cancellation and refund of the booking. I have called goibibo in all the numbers displayed on the website. And gia was also not helpful at all....

I was booking a flight yesterday bombay to varanasi for 20th may, however the transaction failed due to slow internet. They had debited an amount of nearly 8000 and instantly refunded it. no way to contact them for resolution of grievances

Goibibo however doesn’t inform me that the flight was cancelled.
The company doesn’t have a customer care number where u can discuss the issue being faced, the ones available don’t address issue.
They r not helping us enough to book another ticket or get refund either.
Need your intervention to stop the malpractices done...

hotel is too bad refund my money back

Dear go ibibo team,

My first and worst experience with you.

I heard about the customer satisfaction at go ibibo that is reason i choose to book through you for my special moment (My honeymoon) but i guess i did a big mistake.

The room was not at hygienic as the bed sheet was all dirty plus mosquitoes was all over.

There was no safety feeling at all as i have to change our hotel...
