Respected sir/madam,

I mitali bhatia, made my bookings through goibibo. I have received an email on 19th march 2019 stating that my flight 9w487 flying on 31.03.2019 for mumbai to chennai is cancelled. I have a connecting flight to paris from chennai on the same day. Kindly inform me how will i catch the connecting flight. Also kindly make an alternate arrangement for me to reach to chennai to board my connecting flight to paris. I am travelling with in laws who are senior citizens, and we do not expect this type of harrasment. Either make an alternate arrangement for us to reach chennai on time, orelse refund me the whole the amount for the bookings i do of the other airlines. Also process my request as early as possible because i have hardly time left with me.

    Hi,
    My flight number 9w-406 got cancelled by jet airways and when i contacted them for full refund, they are asking to contact the portal through which i booked the ticket, in my case it's goibibo.com.
    I trying to contact goibibo customer care support but to no avail. It always is routed to ivr which is of no use to resolve my issue.

        Hi sir,
        I booked flight ticket on 14th march 2019 under the name mr. A v shinde on goibibo and my booking id is tuab5t29e. On 18th march i received a msg saying my flight ticket got cancelled from jet airways. So i requested for my refund but jet airways told that since i booked my ticket using goibibo, i can receive refund only through them. Since my flight ticket got automatically cancelled by them i must receive full amount as refund but goibibo is not responding properly and asking me to make cancellation of my ticket and saying that only partial amount is refundable. Kindly note that i have never cancelled my booking so they are not willing to take any intiative for my refund.. Kindly help me to resolve this issue and claim my refund amount

          I tried to book pune to bangalore flight using goibibo app.. When tried to make payment using google tez upi i mistakenly went to icici mobile app and made the payment but no booking done.. I m unable contact goibibo using phone number provided.. I want my money refunded back to bank account.. There is no way to contact ibibo about this issue.

            I had recently booked a flight from bangalore to mumbai on jet airways 9w412 travel date 14th april 2019.
            With few hours after booking the flight i received an email from the airlines that the flight has been cancelled still the amount for the booking is not been refunded.
            You guys have also changed you ivr toll free menu so no calls gets connected to your customer care.
            This is very unprofessional service, i have been using gibibo over the past few years, but now need to give a second thought.

                  I have booked two tickets for my boss travelling from hyd to mumbai and mumbai to hyd. But cancelled them with in an hour due to some internal issues. It was on 22 nd january, i have not received any refund till date. Please escalate this matter to higher authorities. Pnr numbers are pj9vma and ucjhkv.                     I booked my flight with wrong dates so i checked with the flight company and got another flight booked of the right dates and they promised that they will return the full amount to the company within 24-48 hrs.                       Today is 19th march. I have a booking with goibibo for 20th march from lpi to cstm with mobile number - [protected] and i am unable to cancel ticket using mobile app and there website is not showing me my bookings for train.

                      Pnr - [protected]

                      I am getting error on app - transaction id doesn't exist already.

                      I have called customer care executive as well but they were only supporting me for booking related to flights not for trains.

                      They have automated mobile chat support also but there also i am not getting any help.

                      Desirable resolution - they should deduct 60 rs as the ticket status is in rac right now and refund all amount and the humiliation i am facing from past 3 hours cannot be expressed in words

                        I have booked the flight ticket and i have included even the gst details however the same is not showing in the gst invoice.

                        I have been trying to reach but i am not seeing any option to reach the customer care to speak. Toll free no says to refer app but still the problem exists. This is making difficult in invoice submission to finance department.

                          Dear sir/ma'm,

                          From your app i booked a flight on 16th jan 2019, it was a round trip from del to lko on 18th jan 2019 (Pnr lftikj) and back to del from lko on 19th jan 2019 (Pnr d9p4nl). Due to issue flight got cancelled and there was no other flight to lko on same day thats why i had to cancel my ticket. I had words with indigo team as these tickets were cancelled from their end so they refunded the whole amount, but today while checking my e-statement i got to know that i am paying a emi of rs.1302.25 to goibibo and the refund has not been initiated from their end as they marked journey as travelled. Please find the attached document as per your reference and also look into the matter. Also revert me as soon as possible.

                            I have registered for cult 10k run - hyderabad - 24th march.

                            Payment made through net banking option - bank of india. Transaction i'd - [protected]. Amount 629.10. Registration i'd - 1583-5c9064149c277.
                            But it said transaction failed.

                            And asked to make payment again. So, i paid again with credit card and was successful. Transaction i'd - [protected].

                            But when i checked my bank account, it was also debited. So, i have been debited twice for the same transaction. I request refund of bank payment as it said transaction failed.

                            Please credit the bank account of bank of india.

                              I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Kannur-kerala, for 3rd April 2019.
                              But they given Bangalore to Chulman (somewhere in Russia) for 14th March with a flying time of 1hr and also for the cheapest rate(which is 1700/- per head, my booking date was 13th March).

                              I called up the customer care suddenly and they are simply denying their mistake happened in their website.

                              Still calling and emailing them for a resolution for my concern.

                              This is a fraudulent website as per my experience.

                              I need my money back.

                                  I booked a ticket though goibibo from mumbai to ranchi. The best options in terms of time and money was one with layover at raipur. The difference in time between my flight landing at raipur and next one taking off from raipur was mkre than a hour but the airlines preponed it an hour making it's departure time around 5. It is now impossible for me to catch the 2nd flight and the goibibo isn't doing anything about it. They are asking for extra chargea.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I booked ticket from mangalore to patna for travel date 24 mar. However when i got my ticket in mail it was for travel date 25 mar.
                                    I thought it was my mistake and got it changed through the airlines later i formed goibibo. Cancellation money was deducted from my account.
                                    Again i booked ticket from patna to mangalore for two person for travel date 26 mar. This time again, i receive a ticket for travel date 27 mar. I had checked the details of my journey again and again prior submitting it. However i have received ticket for a day later than what i asked for.
                                    I do not understand how is it poaaible.
                                    Pls loom i to the matter as i am not here to keep paying you for nothing.
                                    Pls resolve this issue at the earliest and reissue me a ticket for correct date.

My layover is in usa boston airport and for that i need to have a transit visa which is not mention on goibibo website anywhere, rest every website tell customers about the transit visa is required before booking but in my case on the website of goibibo nothing is mention regarding transit visa. Now my have call customer care of goibibo for helping me regarding this issue they are again again saying we didnot deal in visa process but whos duty is this to tell the customer that transit visa is requrired for usa. I am asking them to change my route instead o[censored]sa give anyother layover but they are not listing. What os the use of contacting the customer care when they just say we cant do anything about it when it is there website who doesnot tell that transit visa is required where else every other booking website tell the customer regarding the transit visa.
