We have booked jet airways ticket ref. Tua93dzwy to fly from mumbai to delhi on 13th april, 2019. However, we have received a message from jet airways that the flight has been cancelled. We would like to speak with support personally to know about refund as the flight has been cancelled by jet airways. Currently my friends who had booked tickets directly with jet airways got full refund.
However, gobibo support is not showing any refund details. And there is number on which we can directly connect to any person. Me and my husband are trying to find out numbers since last two hours however in vain.

The chatbot is a real stupid app which didn't help at all.. It keep on asking questions without answering anything. Other numbers are automated recordings and didn't help. There should be one option to directly speak with personnel. Please get back to us on mobile [protected]/[protected] if you really concern about your customers and would like get feedback from them.

There is no way we can talk with anyone in gobibo. If i didn't receive any feedback, will raise concern with the management.

    My refund for the booking id htl9fwxx7q is not yet credited to my account. It is now almost more than 15 days. My refund amount is rs 5586. I contacted bank also but payment was not yet received. I want to know the reason for your delay. I am one of the regular customer of goibibo. But now i am too much disappointed.
    Kindly process my refund soon.

      I have booked ticket through goibibo for jet airways pnr no. HRLSPQ and GFXTMT.
      from Mangalore to Delhi and return. Now that jet airways has cancelled the flight when I am trying to cancel it is showing cancellation with no refund. As per airlunes rules when a fpught is cancelled full refund should happen.

      Also when try to call goibibo customer care it is an ivr this never reaches to any executive. Also the chatbox is automoted which gives canned answers.

      I have now raised dispute with my credit card. Goibibo management dont fool your customers like this.

        My flight number 9w820 (Bangalore-new delhi) & 9w665 (New delhi-chandigarh) got cancelled by jet airways. I have talked to jet airways officials and they confirmed that they have added the note against my booking to refund full amount and asked me to contact the portal through which i booked the ticket, in my case it's goibibo.com.
        I trying to contact goibibo customer care support but to no avail. It always is routed to ivr which is of no use to resolve my issue.
        Amount to be refunded : rs 8050
        I would expect a quick resolution from your side.

        The flight is for tomorrow (24th March) and I am trying to contact goibibo for the same. The Jet Airways have updated the comment to return full fair as the flight is cancelled by Jet Airways.

          On 13/03/2019 I booked two rooms at Chandana Residency through goibibo and we occupied the room on 14th. I was accompanied by my wife, daughter, father and mother. I have a property near Marayur and some work was going on there which I was supposed to supervise.
          Morning 15th my father was not feeling well. He is 83 years old and have some health problems (angiogram done and suffered from stroke three years ago) and is taking medicines for the same. So we decided to stay at the hotel for one more day and i booked through goibibo (Goibibo booking id: HTLSZXRKB6 Hotel booking id: [protected]) and received the e-ticket as well. When I contacted Chandana reception they said they did not received any communication from both ibibo or Oyo rooms. Then we contacted Oyo customer care number [protected] twice (10:05 am – 00.06.17 hrs and 10:37 am – 00.02.45 hrs) and goibibo customer care number [protected] (10:44 am – 00.01.11 hrs) from my mobile number [protected] and goibibo live chat. All these efforts did not give any result and the hotel management told if they didn’t receive any confirmation from Oyo by 12:00 noon we will have to vacate the room. As no such confirmation received we vacated the room.
          As my father’s health condition was not good we took big risk and returned home which is 180 km away. As I was engaged in confirming the room booking I could not go to my property and supervise the work.
          Due to this situation we suffered financial loss, mental stress and risked my father’s health. So I want you to compensate my losses occurred due to this. I don’t want to spoil your company reputation. I still think we can have a good settlement. I expect a reply within 7 days.

            On 22 march i booked a cab from nizamuddin to dehradun i got cab assigned but the driver didnot came to pick us and he misbehaved with us on call
            The payment was also made while booking. I want my money to be refunded. The pnr of booking is carpafakst23rvf. I paid 613/- while booking the cab. Cab was assigned to me... But the driver details provided to me is not helpful for... The driver named sonu didnot came to pick us... And he wasted our precious time and money. Kindly refund my money back

              This is to inform you that i had booked my flights through go ibibo from goa to new delhi for 20.03.2019.

              This flight was delayed for 2 hours.
              When i called at customer care they said that i need to speak with spice jet but when i said i had booked my tickets through you so you should help me out in this. Executive said she will call me in few minutes. Till date i have not received any call from goibibo. I just wanted to know if there is no responsibility of goibibio in such case, if i have to talk by myself then i would have booked my tickets by myself & not from you. Also what was the benefit of taking insurance when there is no such benefit provided by the company??

              We understood your concern of flight delayed by the airlines, however, this seems to be an uncontrollable situation wherein Goibibo cannot be held responsible as we do not receive any last minute flight delay schedule from the airlines end. Mostly, PNR gets released from our end for the airline check-in counter couple of hours prior to the departure time.

              Further, for any flight delay occur while the passenger is at the airport, they can directly get in touch with the airline airport staff for other alternatives (if available).

                I have booked jet airways tickets from dubai to delhi but same is cancelled by jet however no alternative is given by them as well as goibibo team. Such rude agents are sitting in customer service team that all gave wrong information which ended up spending another 55000/- to fly back home.                   On 17th i tried booking for hotel room in mandarmani (Bombay beach resort) through upi. The transaction was successful and i got the upi reference number but no confirmation from goibibo. On calling their customer service i was informed that the booking was unsuccessful and the money will be credited within 48 working hours. The service request id shared by them was 27172617. But no money is credited to my account and also i cannot reach the customer service executives as on calling the ivr just sends a link to follow the self help option. I do not have any booking id so that does not work, the amount deducted was 5201. The upi id is[protected]

                    Respected sir/madam,

                    I mitali bhatia, made my bookings through goibibo. I have received an email on 19th march 2019 stating that my flight 9w487 flying on 31.03.2019 for mumbai to chennai is cancelled. I have a connecting flight to paris from chennai on the same day. Kindly inform me how will i catch the connecting flight. Also kindly make an alternate arrangement for me to reach to chennai to board my connecting flight to paris. I am travelling with in laws who are senior citizens, and we do not expect this type of harrasment. Either make an alternate arrangement for us to reach chennai on time, orelse refund me the whole the amount for the bookings i do of the other airlines. Also process my request as early as possible because i have hardly time left with me.

                          Hi sir,
                          I booked flight ticket on 14th march 2019 under the name mr. A v shinde on goibibo and my booking id is tuab5t29e. On 18th march i received a msg saying my flight ticket got cancelled from jet airways. So i requested for my refund but jet airways told that since i booked my ticket using goibibo, i can receive refund only through them. Since my flight ticket got automatically cancelled by them i must receive full amount as refund but goibibo is not responding properly and asking me to make cancellation of my ticket and saying that only partial amount is refundable. Kindly note that i have never cancelled my booking so they are not willing to take any intiative for my refund.. Kindly help me to resolve this issue and claim my refund amount

                            I tried to book pune to bangalore flight using goibibo app.. When tried to make payment using google tez upi i mistakenly went to icici mobile app and made the payment but no booking done.. I m unable contact goibibo using phone number provided.. I want my money refunded back to bank account.. There is no way to contact ibibo about this issue.

                              I had recently booked a flight from bangalore to mumbai on jet airways 9w412 travel date 14th april 2019.
                              With few hours after booking the flight i received an email from the airlines that the flight has been cancelled still the amount for the booking is not been refunded.
                              You guys have also changed you ivr toll free menu so no calls gets connected to your customer care.
                              This is very unprofessional service, i have been using gibibo over the past few years, but now need to give a second thought.

                                    I have booked two tickets for my boss travelling from hyd to mumbai and mumbai to hyd. But cancelled them with in an hour due to some internal issues. It was on 22 nd january, i have not received any refund till date. Please escalate this matter to higher authorities. Pnr numbers are pj9vma and ucjhkv. The airlines have initiated the refund but goibibo has no response from their side. I need to answer my management too on this issue. I request you to kindly consider.

                                      I booked my flight with wrong dates so i checked with the flight company and got another flight booked of the right dates and they promised that they will return the full amount to the company within 24-48 hrs. The refund has been given by the flight company but goibio is not showing any kind of refund my amount is ₹8700 and its been 4 days now would be really thankful is someone could help me get my refund back

                                        Today is 19th march. I have a booking with goibibo for 20th march from lpi to cstm with mobile number - [protected] and i am unable to cancel ticket using mobile app and there website is not showing me my bookings for train.

                                        I am getting error on app - transaction id doesn't exist already.

                                        I have called customer care executive as well but they were only supporting me for booking related to flights not for trains.

                                        They have automated mobile chat support also but there also i am not getting any help.

                                        Desirable resolution - they should deduct 60 rs as the ticket status is in rac right now and refund all amount and the humiliation i am facing from past 3 hours cannot be expressed in words
