My booking id: tuat13qmg flight from port blair to chennai (17th feb-2019) which is cancel from last seven days but from airline or goibibo no one inform us about that and when i was at airport i know about cancel and not a single person is thr to help about this and i have connecting flight so when i talked with goibibo customer care, they told me to take any flight from your side ohter wise you'll miss you connecting flight and we are not given any refund amount. Last i take flight and i paid 19080 rs for port blair to chennai.

After reach i talk with jet airways people and they told me agent didn't give us any pohne no or email to us of yours so only goibibo guys help you.

From last 9 days i already more than 50 times called and more than 30 time mailed but not single person give us any solution when i called they only told wait for 24 or 48 hours after that same answer so i need my refund and bach money which i paid for port blair to chennai

I alredy complain but with any resolve you guys close the issue.

I have already mailed you morethan 70 time but no one called me regrading this.
My Railway tickets transaction date was 15 March, my amount was cut to my account but not refund
why still not getting any response from your side.
what kind if ### setting thei to resolve issue

it's 45 days still not resolve any query
what kind of FALTU management are setting their to resolve issue.

need to change all management becz this is so pathatic services.

    Hi team,
    I want to say it was my blunder to book my ticket from this site, my flight cancelled by jet airways and i tried to contact customer care which is good for nothing, 2nd gia support -5 request still open in app no reply.3rd customer care number no option to talk to your representative. 4th app support email only given automated reply n given ticket number despite stating all the issues im facing not get and resolution.

    My concern i fwd all the emails received by jet air ways regarding flight cancellation and my refund innitated process so why your team is not initating my refund process, despite dropoing me email my flight rescheduled, its hight of carelesness im asking for refund and u guys without my concern rescheduling the flight. What kind of service ur providing.

    Kindly look into my matter n initate my refund process asap. Please find all the screen shot of all the subject emails.

      My flight 9w403 jet airways with pnr rzswnu from mumbai to kochi was cancelled and go ibibo has not provided us with any notification or prior intimation regarding the same. I've filed a complaint against jet airways where they informed us that the flight cancelling message was passed on to the agent (Go ibibo). This irresponsible/inappropriate service from your side caused us huge discomforts and extra costs. I would like to raise this issue seriously to the go ibibo management and seek proper solution for the same.

        Goibibo team is offering a discount of Rs 500, if you use PayPal as the payment method. I tried to use this offer but id being charged the full amount including the 500 discount that is being offered on their website.
        I spoke to their customer support team who suggested me that this offer is incorrect and the PayPal discounts are not working.

        I would like GoIbibo to not cheat their customers are either provide a 500 discount code since they promised this on their website or remove this completely!!

          I have booked a train ticket in goibibo on march 1st. Payment is done by me
          But the ticket not confirmed. And till now either ticket is not confirmed or my payment is not refunded to my account. The train i have booked is godavari exp and its number is 12728. Even the customer care is not proper to complaint this issue and so i approch you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            1. On 8th i had booked ticket from bangalore to gulbarga, amount got deducted but seat was not confirmed. Hence i did not travelled on particular day (8th march 2019). Therefore i am expecting the amount to be refunded.

            2. Today (26th 03 2019) i had booked ticket from bidar to yashavanthpur, amount got debited but seat was not confirmed. Therefore i am expecting the amount to be refunded.

            I tried reach there help line there in valid or not responded.

              Upset with the way go ibibo is handling customer. Had booked two tickets for patna dated 05.04.2019 and three days before we are getting mail saying "dear guest, your jet wirways flight mentioned below has been cancelled. We regret the inconvenience caused to you and apologies for the same. Itinerary 9w0179 bom pat 05 apr 2019 06.58.25"confirmation code : nyytev.

              Pathetic service if you'll knew there is problem with jet wirways why the flight details were mentioned on your site. First time a person is visiting by flight and this is the service he is getting poor fellow.

              Kindly refund the money with immediate effect or else we will have to move to consumer forum and will have to display in all the social networking site that this is how goibibo is serving indian people by holding their money for months and with no good service.

              There is no email id to proceed and complain about the poor service when calling at the toll free number (Within india:[protected] /[protected]. For the last two days only one message is replayed again and again for the useless services provided from your end.

              Please let me know when i am going to get my refund and that too with interest for the pnr no. Nyytev.

                My account was debited twice but transaction was successful once. I tried to contact goibibo but there was no response. On the site as well it does not show future bookings but i have recieved email that my ticket was confirmed. Then i recieved a message from bank that money was dedufted twice. I dont know how to look into this. I want my refund as soon as possible. Kindly look into this.

                  I want to do the change of date for the hotel booking done by me for north sikkim in Lachung and Lacheng respectively on 17.5.19 & 18.5.19.
                  Then I made a call in help line no of [protected] and he told me that he can not cancell the booking but he can arrange to refund the money and i can do the further booking.
                  To do the process he took lots of time and my account also got debitted four time by 7999, 14927, 5000 & 3000 and I lost my balance of 31k in process. I did the queri from ICICI bank but they are only showing the balance and i am unable to talk with the customer executive directly.

                  Now I am trying to contact with [protected] and it is coming not reachable. It is not understood by me that how it can be possible for GOIBIBO to do such thing with me and I am not really getting any clarity on the subject.

                      I was trying to book a train ticket and got to the point where i paid the ticket fee on goibibo. But it didn't take me to the irctc page, and there is no history of this in the bookings section. 390 rupees was debited from my account with upi transaction id[protected]. I've made my trip booking from the irctc app, but goibibo still shows my booking status as pending and yes there are still no details of this available in the bookings section.

                        booked train but debited money two times

                        Hello sir, i tried to book train today evening on goibibo, on 4:50 it showed that train wasn't booked try again, amount was paid by my card, but it still shown that ticket isn't booked yet. So i closed app tried again, asked money again i paid it using google pay, but the failed transaction went invisible.                         I have booked flight through goibibo on 8th april 2019 from delhi to ahmedabad but spice jet flight (Flight no sg8913) was cancelled its flight on that time. And i have demanded full refund inr 8120.00 for that flight and cancelled my flight on 21st march 2019. My pnr no is lbw4mg and contact no +91 [protected]. I have inquired airline for same and they replied that we have already paid refund to goibibio compny. But still no reply or mail from goibibo. So i want to know the status for any process.                           I cancelled 2 flight tickets with goibibo for coimbatore to hyderabad and return. I cancelled the flight ticket directly with the airline before 1 hour of booking for the traveller ragina salim with pnr number sh4r5g and lmn1me. These were the pnr given from the goindigo to track the cancelled tickets hgcsfw and em4p6r. I received the refund only for ticket from coimbatore to hyderabad, a sum of rs 2269. For the return ticket i have to receive a refund of rs 3128. When i contacted the airline they informed that they have provided the full refund to goibibo on feb 26th and mar 3rd. Now it is from goibibo i have to receive the refund. It is more than 3 week that i have cancelled the ticket.

                          Sir... I booked indigo ticket Rs. 4695/- of my brother namely Amit on 9 February 2019 from Delhi to vishakhapattanam (PNR- ECWTMS) for journey on 01 March 2019 through goibibo.

                          But due to some domestic reason... I cancelled the ticket within 1 hour same day and booked another indigo ticket same day (PNR- RFRH3J) through goibibi.

                          As per telephonically conversation with customer service of indigo, full amount of cancelled ticket refunded to goibibo. But i have received Rs. 1167/- only the refunded amount in my account till date. Contact [protected]

                            We have booked jet airways ticket ref. Tua93dzwy to fly from mumbai to delhi on 13th april, 2019. However, we have received a message from jet airways that the flight has been cancelled. We would like to speak with support personally to know about refund as the flight has been cancelled by jet airways. Currently my friends who had booked tickets directly with jet airways got full refund.
                            However, gobibo support is not showing any refund details. And there is number on which we can directly connect to any person. Me and my husband are trying to find out numbers since last two hours however in vain.

                            The chatbot is a real stupid app which didn't help at all.. It keep on asking questions without answering anything. Other numbers are automated recordings and didn't help. There should be one option to directly speak with personnel. Please get back to us on mobile [protected]/[protected] if you really concern about your customers and would like get feedback from them.

                            There is no way we can talk with anyone in gobibo. If i didn't receive any feedback, will raise concern with the management.

                                I have booked ticket through goibibo for jet airways pnr no. HRLSPQ and GFXTMT.
                                from Mangalore to Delhi and return. Now that jet airways has cancelled the flight when I am trying to cancel it is showing cancellation with no refund. As per airlunes rules when a fpught is cancelled full refund should happen.

                                Also when try to call goibibo customer care it is an ivr this never reaches to any executive. Also the chatbox is automoted which gives canned answers.

                                I have now raised dispute with my credit card. Goibibo management dont fool your customers like this.

                                  My flight number 9w820 (Bangalore-new delhi) & 9w665 (New delhi-chandigarh) got cancelled by jet airways. I have talked to jet airways officials and they confirmed that they have added the note against my booking to refund full amount and asked me to contact the portal through which i booked the ticket, in my case it's goibibo.com.
                                  I trying to contact goibibo customer care support but to no avail. It always is routed to ivr which is of no use to resolve my issue.

                                    On 13/03/2019 I booked two rooms at Chandana Residency through goibibo and we occupied the room on 14th. I was accompanied by my wife, daughter, father and mother. I have a property near Marayur and some work was going on there which I was supposed to supervise.
                                    Morning 15th my father was not feeling well. He is 83 years old and have some health problems (angiogram done and suffered from stroke three years ago) and is taking medicines for the same. So we decided to stay at the hotel for one more day and i booked through goibibo (Goibibo booking id: HTLSZXRKB6 Hotel booking id: [protected]) and received the e-ticket as well. When I contacted Chandana reception they said they did not received any communication from both ibibo or Oyo rooms. Then we contacted Oyo customer care number [protected] twice (10:05 am – 00.06.17 hrs and 10:37 am – 00.02.45 hrs) and goibibo customer care number [protected] (10:44 am – 00.01.11 hrs) from my mobile number [protected] and goibibo live chat. All these efforts did not give any result and the hotel management told if they didn’t receive any confirmation from Oyo by 12:00 noon we will have to vacate the room. As no such confirmation received we vacated the room.
                                    As my father’s health condition was not good we took big risk and returned home which is 180 km away. As I was engaged in confirming the room booking I could not go to my property and supervise the work.
                                    Due to this situation we suffered financial loss, mental stress and risked my father’s health. So I want you to compensate my losses occurred due to this. I don’t want to spoil your company reputation. I still think we can have a good settlement. I expect a reply within 7 days.

                                      On 22 march i booked a cab from nizamuddin to dehradun i got cab assigned but the driver didnot came to pick us and he misbehaved with us on call
                                      The payment was also made while booking. I want my money to be refunded. The pnr of booking is carpafakst23rvf. I paid 613/- while booking the cab. Cab was assigned to me... But the driver details provided to me is not helpful for... The driver named sonu didnot came to pick us... And he wasted our precious time and money.
