Mai 13th march 2019 ko train ticket rajpura junction se jammutawi ke liye tatkal kote me book kar raha tha. Meine 2 times seat book karne ke liye transaction kiya aur mere paise bank account me se 2 times 304.52rs cut gaye lekin reservation nahi hua.
Meine go ibibo ke customer care number par 2 din se phone kar raha hu lekin usme bolta hai ki humari ivr menu change ho gaya hai aur number dial kare jo aapne booking ke time provide kiya tha. Jab koi booking ticket hi nahi generate hua to mai kha se number dial karu aur ish tarah baar baar call nahi lagta hai.
Please mere amount jo do baar 304.52rs deduct hua hai mere account me se mujhe refund kijiye. Me flight ki 3 se 4 ticket book karna chata tha lekin jab mere saath aisa aap karenge to me kabhi bhi seat nahi book kar paunga aapki website se

Complaint marked as Resolved mera refund jaisa ki vo kah rahe hai ki 5 to 14 working days mei aa jayega to aa gaya hai.
agar kisi ke paise cut ja rahe hai aur ticket nahi book ho rahi hai go ibibo se ticket book karte samay to me suggest karuga ki 5 to 14 days ka intezar kar lo refund aa jayega.
aur ye bhi suggest karuga ki jaise mere upi se payment karte samay goibibo par paise kate thei to goibibo se jab seat book karni hai to upi se payment mat karo. koi aur mode of transaction use karlo. must perreafable to debit and credit card.

Updated by am.ec2689 irctc user id- amit261189 is used for booking .This irctc user id registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com and ye email id bhi meri hai. Email address used at the time of booking am.[protected]@gmail.com. Payment ki thi phonepe upi se aur upi id hai [protected]@ybl
sir maine aur confirm ticket bhi book ki hai ish irctc user id se ibbibo ke through. lekin jo failed hue hai vo ye dono 304.52 rs do baar hue hai. sir me bank se jo paise 13th march ko kate hai usko niche image me attach kar raha hu.
aap mujhe [protected] or [protected] par contact bhi kar sakte hai aur koi information ke liye jo chahiye.
aur aap jo keh rahe hai ki customer care number par phone kare vo customer care ke number jo google par aate hai aapke uspar bolta hai ki hamare ivr menu change ho gaya hai aur aapna number dial kare jo booking ke same use kiya tha . jab number dial karo to kahta hai ki ye number found nahi ho raha hai. jab booking nahi hui toh kaise aap logo se baat hugi ye bataye aap. Aur me ye bhi kahna chaunga ki aap ke customer care par baat kar sake koi bhi aap apna ye system thoda change kijiye.
