I have booked two tickets from GOIBIBO.COM on dated 13/03/2019. 1st Chandigarh to Mumbai for dated 29/03/2019 (Booking ID: NG8J74J6J and PNR J74J6J Flight No.G8562 . for Six persons (Mr. Pankaj Garg and others). 2nd Mumbai to Chandigarh for dated 01/04/2019 (Booking ID: The Request class of service is sold out (Flight No. G8561) and no PNR is mentioned (yet it shows booking confirmed) is also for the same Six persons (Mr. Pankaj Garg and others). My id through which I have booked these tickets is my phone number [protected]. I have paid Rs. 62322/- for the both tickets. I tried many times to goibibo but they send me the ticket which shows details about chandigarh to mumbai flight, but even after many contacts they do not send me ticket for mumbai to chandigarh. their customer care number also does not reach to their customer care executive so that I could tell them my problem.

Dear Sir, I need your help in this regard. Please send me the details for the flight dated 01/04/2019 which is from mumbai to chandigarh. Because goibibo is not sending me the proper information. I request you to go through the matter and kindly reply me soon.

    I was booking the ticket using code gokotak by which my amount was coming to be around 5405, but at the time of deduction amount of 6515 was deducted from my account and even though i wished to stop that transaction it was completed as it had already pulled information from sms in 4 secs, i would like to have refund for the case.

      Mera naam amit kumar hai aur meine [protected] mobile number se goibibo mobile app me account banaya hai
      Mai 13th march 2019 ko train ticket rajpura junction se jammutawi ke liye tatkal kote me book kar raha tha. Meine 2 times seat book karne ke liye transaction kiya aur mere paise bank account me se 2 times 304.52rs cut gaye lekin reservation nahi hua.
      Meine go ibibo ke customer care number par 2 din se phone kar raha hu lekin usme bolta hai ki humari ivr menu change ho gaya hai aur number dial kare jo aapne booking ke time provide kiya tha. Jab koi booking ticket hi nahi generate hua to mai kha se number dial karu aur ish tarah baar baar call nahi lagta hai.
      Please mere amount jo do baar 304.52rs deduct hua hai mere account me se mujhe refund kijiye. Me flight ki 3 se 4 ticket book karna chata tha lekin jab mere saath aisa aap karenge to me kabhi bhi seat nahi book kar paunga aapki website se

      mera refund jaisa ki vo kah rahe hai ki 5 to 14 working days mei aa jayega to aa gaya hai. agar kisi ke paise cut ja rahe hai aur ticket nahi book ho rahi hai go ibibo se ticket book karte samay to me suggest karuga ki 5 to 14 days ka intezar kar lo refund aa jayega. aur ye bhi suggest karuga ki jaise mere upi se payment karte samay goibibo par paise kate thei to goibibo se jab seat book karni hai to upi se payment mat karo. koi aur mode of transaction use karlo. must perreafable to debit and credit card.

      irctc user id- amit261189 is used for booking .This irctc user id registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com and ye email id bhi meri hai. Email address used at the time of booking am.[protected]@gmail.com. Payment ki thi phonepe upi se aur upi id hai [protected]@ybl
      sir maine aur confirm ticket bhi book ki hai ish irctc user id se ibbibo ke through. lekin jo failed hue hai vo ye dono 304.52 rs do baar hue hai. sir me bank se jo paise 13th march ko kate hai usko niche image me attach kar raha hu.

      aap mujhe [protected] or [protected] par contact bhi kar sakte hai aur koi information ke liye jo chahiye.
      aur aap jo keh rahe hai ki customer care number par phone kare vo customer care ke number jo google par aate hai aapke uspar bolta hai ki hamare ivr menu change ho gaya hai aur aapna number dial kare jo booking ke same use kiya tha . jab number dial karo to kahta hai ki ye number found nahi ho raha hai. jab booking nahi hui toh kaise aap logo se baat hugi ye bataye aap. Aur me ye bhi kahna chaunga ki aap ke customer care par baat kar sake koi bhi aap apna ye system thoda change kijiye.

        Hi,

        My flight spicejet PNR N8LLUC was cancelled and as per discussion with Spice jet Customer care they informed that they have refunded the full amount to Goibibo. But while checking cancellation charges from Goibibo they are not displaying the the full amount for refund.

        Also I am not getting any contact no to talk directly to goibibo customer support.

        Please help me out

          I am staying at hotel shilpa residency since 25th feb till 16th march. This hotel is at mulund, mumbai.

          2. All commercial channels like sony, zee, colours, etc., were available. But since last 10 days, only free channels are provided.

          3. I have talked at the reception counter and given my views in writing also about 4 days back. I enquired today also. I have also requested them to arrange my meeting with the owner of the hotel, who daily visit hotel twice. But neither channels have been provided nor meeting has been arranged.

          4. If all these three channels, at least, are provided, expenses will not be more than rs.100/- per month per room. Roughly it is rs.3.5 per day per room. Hotel charges rs.5, 000/- or so daily. So why hotel is not able to bear this small amount for the entertainment of the customers?

          5. I think this is insult of the customers and high-handedness of the management.

          6. Further, all items are same always at the breakfast. There is no change at all. For customers like me who stay for 19 days, it is a torture. Do you agree. Two years back, i had stayed for 20 days.

              My indigo flight 6e354 from bangalore to coimbatore cancelled on 23rd january 2019. I have contacted the indigo airlines, they refunded the amount (Rs.1989) to goibibo account on 23rd january 2019. But still i didn't get the refund amount to my account. I have also mailed them and seeked for customer care many times, but they are very lethargic. Till now they haven't refunded my amount.

              Can you check, whather you had stated the account number, bank full ID
              on 23 Jan, 19 from the the governing body, which disclose employees and statutory rules never
              Goibibo, as far as my oppinion concern, had not employed pilots
              for the Indigo flight 6E354 from Bangalore to Coimbatore.
              My last 2 cooments contain jokes. Do take 2 last comments seriously and with smile.
              I was booking my flight from Delhi to Nalchik.But due to technical issues the booking was failed but money got deducted by my bank account.So now please refund it to my bank account.

                    I was tried to booked a train ticket from jabalpur to indore (Doj 24/03/2019) on dated 01.03.2019 time 02:10 pm, payment had deducted thorough phon pay upi but booking was not confirmed.

                    First of all, they have made the approach so difficult that the consumer frustrates to reach out to them.

                    While booking tickets, it was shown as refundable, but while cancelling, more than 60% of the ticket price is taken away.

                    This is purely cheating. If not given a solution, I will escalate.

                      Hello there,
                      This is mukesh dusane. I have booked a flight ticket for frankfurt to mumbai journey (Journey date: 26/04/2019). I booked this ticket at around 09:00 pm (German standard time). Now it is more than 12 hours, but it is still showing status as "booking in progress". The payment was already deducted from bank account, but i still have no updates regarding my booking.

                        I have booked flight from delhi to dublin through goibibo.
                        My flight 12 mar 2019 from delhi to london heathrow. Flight no vs301
                        And same day london heathrow to dublin flight no ei177

                        But flight no vs301 was delay from delhi and virgin atlantic staff say to me that your dublin flight will 13 mar 2019 of 6.25am then i ask question from virgin atlantic that where will i stay then virgin staff member say to me that we will provide accommodation to you for night stay but in london, virgin staff member provide only accommodation letter of outside terminal3 and after provide letter they said to me that you have not british password hence we will not suggested to you for virgin accommodation as if you will cross airport boundary then you will face immigrant issue.

                        My question from airline and goibibo, why you committed for accommodation or why not provide.

                        Due to this issue i pass whole night on airport terminal.

                        I need compancation for this inconvenience as i pay to money of airline for my comfort.

                        Please pay my compensation otherwise i will take legal action against airline or goibibo.

                            I have booked a car pickup on 9th march 18 morning at 4am and the car not turned up, i started calling and later called the car owner, as per car owner car was standing at the pickup point, we took the luggage and went down after waiting n calling for half an hour car arrived.
                            Once we reached the drop location we paid the said amount and the driver asked for extra 250 saying it's a night driver allowance. Which we paid by cash.
                            Later i started getting call and abusive messages from the car owner, i have the message backup.
                            I have blocked the owner. But have raised the complaint in goibibo review, but no response.
                            The car start kilometer was sent at the arrival time and the end time msg was never shown.
                            I was in a spiritual place for silence, and have metally faced issues. This type of approach is not acceptable from a brand.

                              I had a booking of hotel sun park resort of manali from 11th march to 14 march'19 with the booking id: htl3sdyfbv. I have to cancel the same due to medical emergency at home and i have informed to the goibibo team about it and they told me they will check with delight team and get back to me. This query is pending more then 15days and every day i talk with customer care and sending email as well. I am using the goibibo since long time and never faced issue like this before. We have paid of rs. 7878 for this booking and not refunding this amount is trouble for the middle class family. Kindly do the needful to refund the amount, or let me know any other option if i can use this amount in future booking from goibibo.

We have paid for the service which we never used, so as a gesture its responsibility of Goibibo to how they can serve it to customer.                               We are receiving this type of response from big company like goibibo, where they are not able to negotiate with the hotel management for the refund. They took the money for the unused trip and keep that in their pocket. We also give an option to adjust the same in any future trip, but still they are not able to do that. We dont beleive that this is correct step for any customer satisfaction. Kindly do the needful to resolve the same asap.

                                I had booked a flight tickets from mumbai to colombo and back for 2 ppl. The actual sum total on invoice is 19.9k inr and i was charged 29k inr. I had also opted in for travel insurance but although i was charged, they are saying i didn't pay. Called them 10 times since feb, spoke to different person each time and no one has offered an explanation for overcharge. Very poor customer service, no one willing to take ownership. I'm traveling on 15 mar, hence there isn't much time left now.

                                  So, i cancelled the booking, but, even though the day wrongly booked had passed before i had booked out of the total amount of 924 i just got a refund of 18/- even though the cancellation was done in 5 min.
                                  This is blatant disregard to professionalism. Even the airlines don't exibit such dictatorship.
                                  I demand atleast 50% refund.

                                    Also, I have already shared a bank statement with you guys. But no reply since last few days.

                                      This is regards to an cancelled trips against pnr mjt7nn
                                      The trips been cancelled via indigo airlines directly, and have been notified that the refundable amount is proceeded to goibibo team. After contacting to goibibo team, i have been confirmed that the refundable amount is initiated and will be credited to my account within 5-14 working days. Which i have not yet received. I called several time to goibibo customers, and they said no need to worry, you will get the amount refunded. After having conversation with ms. Roopa she had asked me to submit the statement to available the details. Which will take up yo 24-48 hours. She supposed to send me a sms link that i can submit the statement throughout. Which is also not sent to me. I need my money refunded whether its small amount or big. This can raised me in higher legality. Please look into this issue and get it done asap.

                                        go cash expired at 3am on the expiry date.

                                        Address: 122017

                                        Please be informed that my go-cash (Cashback/incentive) amount got expired at 3am of expiry date. It means it is expired before the sunrise of expiry date so how can goibibo give such false closing date to customers.

                                        It is an act of cheating that go cash gets expired before the morning of expiry date.

                                        Their customer care guys said on a recorded call that it was expired at 3am apprx of 28th feb.
