After using a paypal offer, i was offered an instant discount but did not receive the additional cash back as promised.

The customer service team assured of a call back on 3 occasions but failed to arrange a call back every single time.

The reason which the support team gives for not getting a cash back is arbitrary and vague.

All emails sent to the team were not responded to.

I wish to raise a complaint against goibibo in the consumer forum

    (Pnr - qhkq6b), due to airspace closure at delhi, your flight sg 8475 dated 24/01/2019 from delhi to gorakhpur has been cancelled.
    I had received this email on 14th jan regarding the cancellation of my flight.
    Just wanted to know the, when will i get my refund? Spice jet authority is saying, they have transferred the amount to go ibibo but still amount has not been credited in my account.
    So, just sort out this problem very soon.

      My booking id: tuat13qmg flight from port blair to chennai (17th feb-2019) which is cancel from last seven days but from airline or goibibo no one inform us about that and when i was at airport i know about cancel and not a single person is thr to help about this and i have connecting flight so when i talked with goibibo customer care, they told me to take any flight from your side ohter wise you'll miss you connecting flight and we are not given any refund amount. Last i take flight and i paid 19080 rs for port blair to chennai.

      After reach i talk with jet airways people and they told me agent didn't give us any pohne no or email to us of yours so only goibibo guys help you.

      From last 9 days i already more than 50 times called and more than 30 time mailed but not single person give us any solution when i called they only told wait for 24 or 48 hours after that same answer so i need my refund and bach money which i paid for port blair to chennai

      i don't know what kind of FALTU service give this kind of people. not a sigle call i already calls morethan 100 times and 75plus email but replay.

      ye hota jab kisisko money dena ho to. jab ham koi booking karte to oehle money or refund dena ho to almost 35 days ho gaye. this kind of FALTU nd don't want to use more bad words regrading services.
      i already email so many times but no ine replay me so finally i have to complain here so you have connect with me becz i already calls so many times
      As I already tell you to called to talk regrading this but no one called me
      I already call morethan 50 times and mail 70 times still not replaying. how this irresponsible management and irresponsible higher authority working on Goibibo. It's my biggest mistake to take ticket from this.
      Just give my refund so afterawhile I never use GoIbibo
      why no one revert us, when you you need money from any ticket then told us to give first then booked but when you have to give money back then no replay and no calls and almoat complete 1 month. what a FALTU process of yours.
      I already told him so many times to talk with me regrading this but they are not talk single time only just drop email and didn't here out concert what we have to say.

        Worst experience... I booked a car from goibibo to travel from pune to mumbai to board my train from ltt in the evening. Driver details were provided to me 2 hours before trip schedule start however upon calling the driver he refused to come and said there will be another car coming to pick me.. After this, there were multiple drivers arranged by the vendor and dinally no one turned up and vendor called and insisted to cancel the trip. The vendor was rude and there was no support provided by the goibibo customer care.
        Due to all this i missed my train.

        There is no refund provided yet.
        Worst customer care and service.. Never ever use goibibo...

          My goibibo wallet has been locked without any proper reason. I have gocash in my account which i cannot use now. My registered no is [protected].They have also not credited gocash which they promised for my bad stay.When i contacted support they are not giving exact reason for wallet locked. I put my effort to earn gocash so that i can go to next level but Goibibo is cheating their customer.Kindly take strict action.

            I recently booked an goibibo airport cab service booking id carpwf9lo0qfyuy. When i landed at delhi airport, i got the information of the cab driver that was supposed to pick me up i called him and he said this is wrong number and hung up, i tried calling him again he explaining how i got his number from goibibo and he was supposed to be my cab driver and he said he didn't even live in delhi. I tried to call customer service but it keep redirecting me to to this useless automated chatbot which was zero help. After that i got an email saying that i missed me cab booking and it's in there's policy that i won't get refunded, but i didn't know that it was also in there policy that there customer had to pay for the service that they didn't even got. I will never use this god awful app and i will advise anyone and everyone i know about what happened to me and never to use goibibo for making any kind of booking, there's far better alternative like makemytrip who has an excellent customer support no matter how many calls there are getting, they never redirect you to chat with there useless chatbot. At the end i just got scammed by goibibo.

              I got a seat book by goibibo on a volvo bus from chandigarh to kullu, on date -19 / sept / 2019, in which i transferred the money which i had transferred from my account to 842 rupees, and the invoices received by goibibo. That is 801 rupees, what is the rest of the said? And why did he not share his details on time, when i shared a request from him, then he gave me 1 month later, because of this problem my job went away, by calling me a fraud,

                  I have booked a hotel on goibibo online (Goibibo booking id 'htlyz8hdn4'. After reaching the hotel, the receptionist told us that they have not recieved any payment from goibibo. So they cannot provide a stay there in the hotel. I called goibibo helpline they told me they will call me back in 20 mins. Even after 30 mins i didnt receive any call from them. Which made me call them back again. I told them hotel is ready to give accommodation if i pay directly at hotel and i asked goibibo for refund. Goibibo agreed it and they told me they will refund my money. Till now i have not recieved any message regarding cancellation and refund.

                    Warm greetings

                    I had booked by air ticket for europe on dt 21 feb & after 4 hours i recv email of ticket, where i checked that my company's gst details are not mentioned. I called in customer care & told them to update my gst details in invoice. According to indian gst rules, every company have to submit gst return after completing the calendar month. I told to customer care officer mr naushad, that ticket was booked on 21 feb at 11.57 am & i am calling just after 4 hours on the same day, then what's the reason for non adding of my gst details in my invoice. But vigilant officer is not trying to understand my point & he is telling the single sentence that its against company policy.
                    I request to voxya team to understand my problem & check with the goibibo department, reason for not issuing the gst invoice to the customer. Otherwise i have to file a complaint in the gst department for the same, as i had emailed to goibibo on 21 feb & recv a reply that they will contact me or reply back to me, but till today dt 23 feb, neither i had recv any call nor i had recv any email from the goibibo comapny. My compalint no 26905727 for dt 21 feb 2019.
                    It is very nuances issue for issuing the inv along with all gst details. Its a small chaos with me, but i can understand that daily how many customers had been faced this type of problem with this company. Very regret to write the complaint & asking for a gst invoice, where my indian govt is always doing awareness camp for taking a gst invoice for each & every purchase from any shop & here a big company like goibibo is not giving the bill, even after calling in customer care & writing emails as well.
                    I am very optimist that you will enlighten this chaos & without having any combat you will support a indian customer to get the gst invoice against the purchase of international air ticket.

                      wrong terminal mentioned in the app so missed the flight and now denying refund of new ticket after commitment

                      I was flying from new delhi to ahmedabad on 10th feb but there was wrong terminal mentioned in the ticket. When i reached terminal 1 (As mentioned in the app) then i got to know that go air operates from terminal 2. Somehow i managed to reach terminal 2 but the gates were closed. Please check the image attached where terminal 1 is mentioned in the app.
                      One of the goibibo executive told me to have a new ticket and they will reimburse...

                      I have booked flight round trip from tirupati to hyderabad 22 to24 feb in trujet and paid money. To my surprise i got ticket in air india and entire money is adjusted to onward journey only and my return ticket is pending for want of money. Who gave authorisation to do like this. I do not have such an urgent work to pay rs.10000 and go to hyderabad on one way only. Please let me know why this is done without my permission and who will compensate me for this.

                        I have booked a room in hotel taj villa in hyderabad but on my arrival i was denied to get the room. So i contacted goibibo customer support to resolve my issue they helped me in getting the room in other place which was 10 km's away from that location. Customer support officer assured me to get the reimbursement of my cab fare to go to that place. So i request you to reimburse the same.

                          I had booked classic - 3 rooms (8 guest) th. Goibibo. At oyo3651 the president hotel, rania, kanpur on dt. 31.01.2019 for check in 14.02.2019 check out 15.02.2019. I had done the pre-payment immediate from credit card for rs. 5699.00
                          Booking id - htl9h4xpsk advance receipt no. Hdar[protected]
                          But your hotel properties are not given us room after that oyo area manager shift the hotel but where i had not received proper services. They denied for given us extra bed so where i have booked one room extra and pay 1600.00.
                          Kindly reqeusted to you pls sort out this matter and refund my total payment amount along with compensation. Other wise i will laudge complaint into consumer court.

                            I booked a train ticket on 14/2/2019 and the payment was successful and deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed and amount dedcted. When i asked goibibo support they said it will be credited to my account in 5 days. On 17/2/2019. They refunded the amount as gocash. Why should i take the refund as gocash where i will be bound to use it for tickets and hotels only. It is my money and i want it in my bank account not anywhere else.

                                I booked teo tickets through redbus app on jan18th 2019. The first transaction was unsuccessful. So i booked the tickets again. But i didn't get the amount reversed. When i spoke to redbus & hdfc customer care service they said they amount isn't reversed from the merchant side.

                                      I'm writing to enquire about a product (Ebook) which i have just payed for using federal bank net-banking from ssbcrack shop online (Payubiz). But i didn't get the product till now. An amount of rs 65 was deducted from my federal bank account. And the site shows that the "the payment is not successful".
