Hi team, i booked car for airport drop my pnr
Is carpafa0afrsk7p. The driver did a fraud and charged saying 20 kms extra availed instead of 2 kms. Since we paid online 122rs. And to the driver in cash amount charged was 1050. Later once we checked the amount was 728rs. This is highly disgracefull. We have availed the same earlier and have never faced the issue.

    Dear oyo team.

    My name is ashish sharma and i recently booked a oyo property id 26606, mohali booking id ldsp9745. This is to inform you that i am not satsfied with the hotel services and the rooms offered are incompetitive as per oyo guarantee. Furthermore, the below points are the main reasons for which i request you to kindly immediately expediate a refund and a relocarion adjustment at the earliest.

    1. None of the charging points of the rooms are functioning & the rooms have an awful smell.
    2. The main door locks are not functioning.
    3. The bathroom doors are not operating properly due to which my co-occupant was locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes inside.

    I am really unhappy about the entire situation and would appreciate a immediate refund and location adjustment at the earliest.

        I have booked train tkt on march 02, 2019 for two persons from jammu to delhi in uhp dee ac sup in 1 ac. Pnr number [protected]. Amount deducted on transaction is rs. 4450/-. But neither ticket nor any message came to me on my given mail id & phone number. Now i want to cancel the ticket but in goibibo neither my train tkt is showing. Although when i chat with the goibibo person they are showing the train tkt.in irctc website also the tkt is showing but its not going to cancel because we have booked thru goibibo. I am really confused now to what to do. I want to cancel my tkt & want refund but not able to find any way for cancellation. Please help

          I have booked flight chandigarh to mumbai, in feburary. At that time the flights was cheap, now today afternoon i checked my flight was cancelled but goibibo website was still showing that your flight is still confirmed, now as the rates for the flight are higher and as a service fee paid to goibibo, they are not providing any assistance to sort this out. Only they are giving me full refund which i had paid for booking and that too in next 7 to 14 working days, now at the end i am inconviennce, now who is responsible for this situtation

            I am travelling from delhi to jammu (Booking id:gobusios0dd934c8ac). I booked a single sleeper of holiday appeal bus. Firstly, the bus was changed and i was allotted a double sleeper of a laxmi travels bus. However, as i booked a single sleeper, i was sitting alone in that sleeper. Secondly, the bus malfunctioned in between the journey and the conductor told me that i have to switch to another bus. The next bus’s (Raju travels) conductor talked to me inappropriately and verbally abused me because i was demanding a single sleeper for which i paid the money. I don’t have a small body and i cannot share the sleeper with someone. Now, i am sitting in a small space which is most probably the seat for the conductor of the bus. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable and i want full refund. It is not my fault that their bus malfunctioned. I paid for the single sleeper and now i’m going to jammu in this trash. This will be my last travel with goibibo and i would like you to take strict actions against the bus’s conductor who is totally mannerless.

              Good evening sir/madam,
              I am hariram p iyer. I had booked a hotel through goibibo (Htlhyxltqr) on 21/12/2018. The booking is done to stay at oyo 7665 home stay fable stay at ootty from 22/12/2018 to 25/12/2018 for rs 10485. The hotel booking i’d is [protected]. We were asked to give review of the hotel experience after our journey date. I am working as a banker in a nationalised bank and i was busy all these days. Here i am giving the review of the hotel experience.
              The review for the hotel is -1. (Pathetic and bad). Issues are mentioned below.
              1. A really small room with lot of suffocation. The room which is shown in goibibo website and actual reality is indifferent. The goibibo customer service team should randomly visit and experience the same. A really high price quoted room where the goibibo mentioned value for money rooms. Please visit that home stay and comment on your experience.
              2. The basic amenities like tooth paste and other toiletries were not made available and were produced after a lot of continuous calls to the owner mr. Thomas ([protected], [protected]). The shower facility was not working. The owner had only a casual approach to our issues.
              3. A really dirty smelly room and uncleaned bed cover (Blood spots) and sheets. They told us that this room is only available with them. Me and wife had planned already for 3 days of journey and sight seeing and we were not able to rethink of another hotel that time. The room was never cleaned during our stay.
              4. The rooms are unsafe as the locks of the room were partly working only. Every time the owner mr. Thomas or his assistant came to lock the room.
              5. While booking the hotel goibibo mentioned breakfast included. But we were denied the same and was made available only after 1 hour as they confirmed with someone. My wife is having diet issues and we always expect good foid intake on time. We were clearly denied the same and was provided later.
              6. We informed the hotel owner mr. Thomas that we had misplaced our 2 earphones and he agreed to courier the same. Till date we have not received it. We know that our things are on our risk. But if he confirms that the same is received and has not send to us is really an act of immaturity and shows how irresponsible the management of the home stay are.
              7. The television in the room never worked. When we informed the owner mr. Thomas he stated that it will not work. We booked the home stay seeing the inclusions and entertainments available. We were moved away negatively with wall these issues.
              8. The hot water for drinking was not provided and was provided after many calls to the owner. The hot water facility was not actually working and the rest room had bad lighting facilities. My wife suffered health issues after our journey.
              We booked through goibibo thinking that we will have a good travel experience. But what we experienced was really pathetic ie we had a worst experience. The advantage of digital marketing is that the quick selling is possible. But the old days word of mouth marketing is were the actual quality and experience is identified. I need a valid explanation and feedback in a positive way for my issues mentioned above and below. If i didnot receive a reply before 7 days of posting the complaint, i will be forced to convey my reviews to all service providers and will look for any legal proceedings and possibilities. Always being a frequent traveller and being a sociable person i will opt out of any future travel plans through goibibo. Please send your customer support executive to visit the home stay and confirm our issues and give explanations and feedback.
              1. We were re-routed showing hd quality images about a place of stay and what we saw their is the opposite of same. We expect a reply how goibibo posted or marketing these type of home stays without valid authentication.
              2. We need a financial refund or free booking for another place of stay were goibibo has verified the correctness of data posted in their website.
              3. The items misplaced in the home stay should be courier to us immediately.
              4. A decent clarification and feedback for giving us a bad staying experience.

              Dear sir,
              We had a very short time table for our journey. We didn't had a second thought to complain and to proceed for another hotel. You can have a surprise visit to the room number 301 first floor and experience the same.

              This is not what we expected from GOIBIBO?. The Goibibo will loose the Trust and credibility. What we expect is a same 3 day package in a tourist place in South India or Goa. We are frequent travellers and we have a social network of travellers all over India connected. We expect a positive feedback to our request.

                We booked a room in the taj mahal hotel in hyderabad. The 1st room we were shown was not clean, it was in the new part of the hotel, the second room was entered via an unfinshed pathway and dirty walls in the passage. The room was little better. The third room we were shown was much bigger though it smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and the shower leaked and could not be stopped, there were cracked tiles on the wall, the inside of the door was mouldy, as was the area round the ventilator, a hole in the wall was filled with cement not smoothed or painted, the silver of the mirror was destroyed, the surround of the mirror is dirty the light tube was resting on the mirror frame and suspended by the cables.
                We had to ask for toilet paper, there was 1 coat hanger, when asked 4 more were provided. The cupboard could not hold a shirt without the arms hitting the shelf, the safe did not work and when we asked for this to be opened nothing happened. We had to ask for the wifi code. There was no sign of the iron or ironing board that should have been in the room. I do not believe that this hotel can have been inspected from the inside. The entrance was grand but on close inspection even that was dirty.

                  Dear ibibo team,

                  I have made a booking for a fligjt ticket which has a wrong spelling. Booking id mysmf[protected].
                  Instead of correct name prerana, it is wrongly booked as prerena.

                  I have spoken to the airline and they say name change is possible with the travel agent only. When i call goibibo they say it cant be changed where as the airline says it can completely be changed as this is a minor spelling error. Passport number was also given during ticket booking. There is no error in that.

                    I have booked bus ticket through ibibo bus service website from delhi to varanasi. Bus boarding time was 10:30 pm and bus reached to boarding point at 12:05 am. They have not responded phone call and even swiched off their phone during boarding. Bus driver stopped bus in midway near allahabad (Prayagraj) and tell that bus will not go further to varanasi. Vacant the bus and take another bus from there. Very frustrating and disappointing journey. I have shared the journey details in attachments.

                    I booked a train ticket with GoIbibo transaction id TRNMF9VV2HMXJZ on 27 Feb 2019. Somehow it got failed and amount got deducted from my account. Now when I am checking my bookings then it is not showing the failed booking so I need to ask them for my refund.

                      I tried to book train ticket through goibibo and i paid the amount through google pay at that time payment was deducted from my account but booking was not confirmed from their end. I got the confirmation sms also regarding the payment but still no confirmation from app. So may i know what about my refund, there is no proper way to raise a complaint through app portal. Kindly go through the issue and do refund asap.

                        I tried to book a flight ticket. The ticket didn't get booked but my money got deducted and I have been calling them since 2 days but no response. There is no email address where I can mail. The chatbot doesn't understand even after uploading the proof of money deduction. I never knew there customer care is so so bad. I am clueless what to do next to get my money back.

                          I booked a flight ticket for bangalore to paris through goibibo website, the airlines was jet airways. I received a message from jet airways that the flight from bangalore to chennai (As chennai was the interchange) got cancelled due to operational issue. I called jet airways customer support and got alternative flight details and passed on to goibibo. I have passed the details on 22nd feb 2019 to goibibo customer support, from that day onwards they have been keep on saying the service request has been raised (Service request id[protected] and schedule change team will call me within 1 hour sometimes they say 5 minutes. I never received a call till now from any one of them. Goibibo is dragging me into a mental trauma and they are least bothered in such cases. Despite of me calling back again and again i haven’t received any response from the schedule change team.
                          I really need help on this as i very much helpless at this point. I hope i chose the right medium to address the issue.

                          I called again to the customer care and got the tickets done. Have to wait for around 2 hours as I was not disconnecting my phone until the problem is resolved. Finally the schedule change team called back and mailed the modified ticket.

                            I booked the following two tickets from GOIBIBO- PNR NO-XMKPFH- TRAVEL FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI ON 16 MARCH AND PNR-UM3SF4, DELHI TO MUMBAI ON 10 MARCH.
                            I entered the GST Numbers of my organisation while booking and i even saved the screen-shot for one of the booking forGST details. The same may be found in the attachment.
                            I raised a formal complaint with GOIBIBO reference no- [#26948988] regarding this but they have staight forward refuted the complaint.

                            One of the tickets is for a day after tomorrow. It has been a week since I booked the ticket and raised the complaint immediately and till today your technical/management team is only looking into the issue and not doing anything. Its high time you do something!

                              I booked a refundable flight ticket from guwahati to bangalore for 19th february 2019. Due to some unavoidable reasons, i cancelled by flight booking and requested for refund. I paid more than rs 11000 for this ticket but getting refund amount of rs. 1200. Is it called refundable ticket? I am sorry to say but this travel agency are looting money from passengers. It seems that they are earning huge amount from cancellation and it becomes their main business. Why should i pay so much when i haven't taken traveled? When someone unable to travel due to some emergency, why he or she is being charged huge amount (About 90%) cancellation charges? Govt should look into it.. It is a serious problem for all o[censored]s.
                              Moreover, i have not yet received the refund amount after more than 16 days of cancellation of my ticket.

                                Hi i made this booking yesterday however due to some other commitment i wanna to cancel this booking and they are not giving me any money back, i need complete refund.

                                As per the rules any booking cancelled before 24-48 hrs before check in time is 100% refundable.

                                Goibibo doesn’t let the costumers speak with human voice so that no resulution can be provided - stricked action should be taken on this

                                  The flight got cancelled from the air line indigo and the ticket was taken through goibibo. When refund came goibibo deducted half of the money. When we called them they were telling that we cancelled the ticket. We told them we click the option 'flight got cancelled'. Then they told that they will call back immediately. But dint happen.                                     Booking from delhi to cairo and return was done in feb 2018 last year, but due to accident and broken hip, ticket for 2 passengers had to be cancelled which was informed to goibibo customer care on dec 3rd 2018. Request to waive off penalty was made as cancellation was due to accident. Was told ticket will be cancelled but refund will be processed after airlines approval. Airlines denial was received on jan 31st 2019, so on feb 1st 2019 goibibo customer care was told to process refund without waiver. Was told it will take 5 to 14 days for refund, ticket no. 24484090 was given for reference. Later on after persistent follow ups was told ticket got cancelled on feb 17th 2019 and refund will be done.
                                    Now am being told ticket expired on feb 2nd so goibibo is awaiting airline confirmation before refund.
                                    Why does the customer have to suffer because of goibibo customer care personnel fault? Customer care is not aware of any info with each new person asking same info and whole case hs to be explained from scratch to them. Their supervisors or managers do not have the courtesy to call back and resolve the issue. The customer care keep saying we will check call records and get back to you whereas noone reverts... This is mental harassment.

                                      I've received a mail from the flight carrier directly that my flight has been rescheduled and i could change the date with no penalty but nothing from goibibo. Even now, 24 hours later, there has been no information or redressal whatsoever. I have written them seven mails with no response.

                                      If i reschedule now, it will cost me a lot more than it did yesterday and that is only because of goibibo.in addition, they've sent me an uncalled for abort reschedule mail with absolutely no conversation with me.

                                      However, seeing as how this response has come in 8 days later and I still haven't received adequate affirmation to eight tickets or my current open request, I don't really expect much to come out of your "verification" of my complaint.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        We booked flights tickets from jodhpur to mumbai for 3 people on 28th january 2019 respectively and the amount got deducted as well (Rs. 6166) at ibibo group private li.
                                        After which we did not receive any mail for its confirmation or the cancellation.
                                        We also had a word mr. Abhishek sharma by your customer care helpline number and he confirms that there was no such amount credited to them or bookings made.

                                        I don't know how do we take this further. I am really stuck and not sure what to do in this case scenario.
                                        After repeated calls and mails we are helpless.
                                        We need the refund at the earliest possible.

                                        Also attached are the pictures of the proofs.
