Dear Sir,
I am a regular customer of Goibibo dated 5/3/19 I book a hotel for Guwahati for 5/03/19 to 8/03/19 & I wanted to change the hotel for next two days and I connect to Goibibo no [protected] this no. saved and it was showing in truecaller .

Booking details :
1) 5/03/19 to 06/03/19 - booking id - HTL7XDUUJJ
2) 06/03/19 to 07/03/19 -booking id - HTLGBLFE37
3) 07/03/19 to 08/03/19-booking id- HTL4V7A62J

I phone him at 10.30PM to cancel my next two days booking and wanted to book another hotel in Guwahati, he ensures me for 02 days refund and asked me to return the amount after 12.00pm same day and also asked me transaction bank details, I share with him bank details and again he confidently ensure me that we will transfer your cancellation amount .
I booked another hotel in Guwahti details are given below.

1) 06/03/19 to 09/03/19-booking id-HTLFV56A2M

Dated 06/03/19 again he contacted me by mobile no.[protected] from Goibibo and I asked his name he told that Rakesh Gupta, and again he ensures me that I will immediately transfer your cancellation amount and you can book another hotel.

Unfortunately, I believe that Goibibo will transfer my 02 days hotel cancellation amount and he again asked me please share your bank card no if you share then we will transfer your amount and asked me to load app - ANYdesk and he transfer 53000/- from my bank account.

All fraud was done with me informed to the bank, I would like you to please check this no [protected].

    With great pain and displeasure, I would like to highlight the recent FRAUD / CHEATING by GOIBIBO group during my recent visit to India to see my old aged mother in Hyderabad and seriously ill bed ridden Father in law
    in Kerala Dist . Alleppy. My tour was planned almost 1 month plus earlier to avoid any last minute hiccups or inconvenience and was done by booking
    tickets paying full amount in cash to Goibibo. I am usually a regular customer of CLEAR TRIP, but looking at the ads in media I thought of giving
    goibibo a chance which turned out to be a horrible nightmare for me, financially and emotionally.
    Being Finance Head of a leading FMCG group in Bahrain, I was not allowed much leave and was asked to plan it very systematically so that work is not
    effected. I therefore choose to fly on Thursday i.e 14th evening and was supposed to return back on coming Thursday morning i.e.21st of 2019
    so that I can attend my office as I was originally planned to reach Bahrain by 8.30 on 21st morning. Also just for information, it was my wedding anniversary too. Before I pen down anything further I am furnishing my
    Schedule Original Itinerary herewith for your ready reference and checking at your end, attached for reference also.

    On my Return Date which was originally planned on 21st Feb 2019 for a 4 am flight, I started from my place, 6 kms further away from Hari pad, Alleppy Dist at 6pm in the evening of 20th Feb 2019 as I did not want to miss the precheck in period of 3 hours for the flight, to mention, the distance from my place to the airport is around 3.5 hours in normal traffic by cab. I had availed a private taxi for the same just to ensure that even if I get delayed I would definitely reach much before the checkin time of 1 am.

    I reached airport at around 11 pm, Two Hours before schedule gate opening for the flight G9-420 Flying from Kochi to Sharjah. Anyway I waited
    patiently for 2 hours and was first person in line when the counters were opened by Air Arabia. On my presentation of Ticket and Passport to the
    Counter staff, I was informed that I don’t have a booking which was completely shocking for me. i showed them the ticket and told them that it was done almost 1 month before there is no question of any such thing
    to happen. I asked for Air Arabia manager immediately, on his arrival I was
    informed that what I had was not a confirmed ticket and they don’t have any idea about the same and advised me to check with the agency from where I booked. I felt very humiliated in front of other passengers who were
    getting their boarding passes with much ease. Like a culprit I was asked to stand aside. This was a total shock to me as I have been residing in GCC from the past 10 years and frequently travelling on international. But until date always an airline ticket once generated as a confirmed ticket and
    there was never ever a issue raise like this. On my request Air Arabia manager called GOIBIBO group representative and gave his mobile to me to speak to him . I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR FROM GOIBIBO CUSTOMER REPRESENTIVE ON LINE THAT MY TICKET WAS NOT CONFIRMED AS
    SOME OF YOUR BACK OFFICE STAFF FORGOT TO DO SO and he generated a PNR Number 97421606 which was for AirArabia flight on 21st Evening around 7 pm to Sharjah and From Sharjah to Manama Next Day morning at
    8 am. Practically speaking goibibo was asking me to wait at Kochi Airport from 1 am to Evening 7 pm ie 18 hrs and then from Night 8 pm in Sharjah to Next Morning 8 pm Schedule departure from Sharjah to Manama ie another 12hrs Approx. This came as a real shock to me since I have paid the entire amount of the tour 1 month prior to my travel and goibibo team was sleeping on it also there was no intimation on the subject from any member of your team . I was made to run pillar to post requesting Airline
    staff for providing me with solutions they said you have been cheated by agency, we cannot do anything in this regards

    Above all the idiotic part was that representative was calling and asking me to take a ticket at 3.15 pm when the doors were already closed for the
    proposed 4 am flight and also I informed him that the flight is full, there is no chance of getting any ticket in this flight for which he has only one
    answer SORRY SIR.
    Anyway I have suffered severe humiliation on account of Goibibo intentional mishap and would like to further brief that Goibibo team doesn’t have the basic courtesy to arrange a hotel for me at cochin airport to stay
    as I cannot sit 18 long hours in airport. I am taking this as a very serious
    issue and would like to highlight it to the general public via newspaper and media, also once I am in india will think of a legal case against Goibibo group for making me suffer physically, emotionally and financially. I have failed on my commitment to my Employer due to your mistake as I couldn’t reach office on Thursday (Originally schedule) and instead joined on Saturday and on personal front missed opportunity to spend time with my family on my wedding anniversary.
    Anyway as a gentleman, I am presently not considering the above options and resting the case if my financial loss is immediately met by GOibibo group which is as under :
    SL.NO PARTICULARS OF FINANCIAL LOSS AMOUNT IN INR.
    1. Taxi Fare – From Haripad to Kochi Airport 3500.00
    2. Hotel Charges – Kochi ( Bill Attached) 2500.00
    3. Taxi Fare – Due to Cancellation of Scheduled Ticket 400.00
    4. Food Bill – Hotel 21.2.2019 – Kochi 700.00
    5. Food Bill – Sharjah Airport 500.00
    6. Taxi – Manama Airport to House (Since Friday – Office Car – Not Available for Pick up) 1000.00
    7. Two Days Salary Loss ( Thursday & Friday) 13000.00`
    TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE BY GOIBIBO GROUP 21600.00

    I would like you to settle this amount asap to avoid any further complication in the matter or allowing me to take other necessary steps as required and mentioned above to provide a feedback to general public
    on goibibo stature.

      Dear sir i booked a ticket for delhi-bhubaneswar
      On 03/12/2018 in indian airlines through goibibo for 1 passenger (Booking id no. Tuanc6wmg / pnr no. Yzfm8) for a journey on 11/06/2019. I cancelled one passenger's ticket on 03/12/2018 (8:40pm). Before cancellation of ticket i checked new rules of cancellation charge that before 24 hour of booking no cancellation charge will applicable and after the cancellation i got only rs.44/- against my cancellation. I requesting you review my details and help me in this matter to get my refund.

                  Hello,

                  My complaint is against goibibo andi have got all the proof for the same. I'm raising complain for poor service and fraudulent done to me by goibibo. 2 years back 08/07/2016 i'd book international flight for dubai from mumbai via goibibo and i called them asking for date change and that time they cancelled my tickets without giving any intimation to me for the cancellation and without my confirmation for the same, that period of time i use to call them for refund and ask to correct their mistake.
                  But they did not refunded any of my money but they promised me that i can change the date any time as per my conveyance, so after certain month i called them and ask for date change 1 of girl csa she said there is nothing mentioned like that, but i had proof and i send i to them, but later did not heard from them.
                  Then again on 22nd nov, 2018 i contacted goibibo for date change and they assure me for ridressal on the matter and asked me to provide proof for the same, as soon as provide them final proof confirming of free date change or refund they promised to reply but they never reverted me till now and so i want to take this case forward and want my full refund with compensation for their cheating services, looting and wasting of time. I have got all recordings, written emails.

                  I would request you to kindly take this matter on urgent basis against goibibo should pay penalty for the same.

                    Hi team, i booked car for airport drop my pnr
                    Is carpafa0afrsk7p. The driver did a fraud and charged saying 20 kms extra availed instead of 2 kms. Since we paid online 122rs. And to the driver in cash amount charged was 1050. Later once we checked the amount was 728rs. This is highly disgracefull. We have availed the same earlier and have never faced the issue.

                      My name is ashish sharma and i recently booked a oyo property id 26606, mohali booking id ldsp9745. This is to inform you that i am not satsfied with the hotel services and the rooms offered are incompetitive as per oyo guarantee. Furthermore, the below points are the main reasons for which i request you to kindly immediately expediate a refund and a relocarion adjustment at the earliest.

                      1. None of the charging points of the rooms are functioning & the rooms have an awful smell.
                      2. The main door locks are not functioning.
                      3. The bathroom doors are not operating properly due to which my co-occupant was locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes inside.

                            I have booked flight chandigarh to mumbai, in feburary. At that time the flights was cheap, now today afternoon i checked my flight was cancelled but goibibo website was still showing that your flight is still confirmed, now as the rates for the flight are higher and as a service fee paid to goibibo, they are not providing any assistance to sort this out.                               I am travelling from delhi to jammu (Booking id:gobusios0dd934c8ac). I booked a single sleeper of holiday appeal bus. Firstly, the bus was changed and i was allotted a double sleeper of a laxmi travels bus. However, as i booked a single sleeper, i was sitting alone in that sleeper. Secondly, the bus malfunctioned in between the journey and the conductor told me that i have to switch to another bus. The next bus’s (Raju travels) conductor talked to me inappropriately and verbally abused me because i was demanding a single sleeper for which i paid the money. I don’t have a small body and i cannot share the sleeper with someone. Now, i am sitting in a small space which is most probably the seat for the conductor of the bus. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable and i want full refund. It is not my fault that their bus malfunctioned. I paid for the single sleeper and now i’m going to jammu in this trash. This will be my last travel with goibibo and i would like you to take strict actions against the bus’s conductor who is totally mannerless.

                                Good evening sir/madam,
                                I am hariram p iyer. I had booked a hotel through goibibo (Htlhyxltqr) on 21/12/2018. The booking is done to stay at oyo 7665 home stay fable stay at ootty from 22/12/2018 to 25/12/2018 for rs 10485. The hotel booking i’d is [protected]. We were asked to give review of the hotel experience after our journey date. I am working as a banker in a nationalised bank and i was busy all these days. Here i am giving the review of the hotel experience.
                                The review for the hotel is -1. (Pathetic and bad). Issues are mentioned below.
                                1. A really small room with lot of suffocation. The room which is shown in goibibo website and actual reality is indifferent. The goibibo customer service team should randomly visit and experience the same. A really high price quoted room where the goibibo mentioned value for money rooms. Please visit that home stay and comment on your experience.
                                2. The basic amenities like tooth paste and other toiletries were not made available and were produced after a lot of continuous calls to the owner mr. Thomas ([protected], [protected]). The shower facility was not working. The owner had only a casual approach to our issues.
                                3. A really dirty smelly room and uncleaned bed cover (Blood spots) and sheets. They told us that this room is only available with them. Me and wife had planned already for 3 days of journey and sight seeing and we were not able to rethink of another hotel that time. The room was never cleaned during our stay.
                                4. The rooms are unsafe as the locks of the room were partly working only. Every time the owner mr. Thomas or his assistant came to lock the room.
                                5. While booking the hotel goibibo mentioned breakfast included. But we were denied the same and was made available only after 1 hour as they confirmed with someone. My wife is having diet issues and we always expect good foid intake on time. We were clearly denied the same and was provided later.
                                6. We informed the hotel owner mr. Thomas that we had misplaced our 2 earphones and he agreed to courier the same. Till date we have not received it. We know that our things are on our risk. But if he confirms that the same is received and has not send to us is really an act of immaturity and shows how irresponsible the management of the home stay are.
                                7. The television in the room never worked. When we informed the owner mr. Thomas he stated that it will not work. We booked the home stay seeing the inclusions and entertainments available. We were moved away negatively with wall these issues.
                                8. The hot water for drinking was not provided and was provided after many calls to the owner. The hot water facility was not actually working and the rest room had bad lighting facilities. My wife suffered health issues after our journey.
                                We booked through goibibo thinking that we will have a good travel experience. But what we experienced was really pathetic ie we had a worst experience. The advantage of digital marketing is that the quick selling is possible. But the old days word of mouth marketing is were the actual quality and experience is identified. I need a valid explanation and feedback in a positive way for my issues mentioned above and below. If i didnot receive a reply before 7 days of posting the complaint, i will be forced to convey my reviews to all service providers and will look for any legal proceedings and possibilities. Always being a frequent traveller and being a sociable person i will opt out of any future travel plans through goibibo. Please send your customer support executive to visit the home stay and confirm our issues and give explanations and feedback.
                                1. We were re-routed showing hd quality images about a place of stay and what we saw their is the opposite of same. We expect a reply how goibibo posted or marketing these type of home stays without valid authentication.
                                2. We need a financial refund or free booking for another place of stay were goibibo has verified the correctness of data posted in their website.
                                3. The items misplaced in the home stay should be courier to us immediately.
                                4. A decent clarification and feedback for giving us a bad staying experience.

                                We had a very short time table for our journey. We didn't had a second thought to complain and to proceed for another hotel. You can have a surprise visit to the room number 301 first floor and experience the same.

                                This is not what we expected from GOIBIBO?. The Goibibo will loose the Trust and credibility. What we expect is a same 3 day package in a tourist place in South India or Goa. We are frequent travellers and we have a social network of travellers all over India connected. We expect a positive feedback to our request.

                                  We booked a room in the taj mahal hotel in hyderabad. The 1st room we were shown was not clean, it was in the new part of the hotel, the second room was entered via an unfinshed pathway and dirty walls in the passage. The room was little better. The third room we were shown was much bigger though it smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and the shower leaked and could not be stopped, there were cracked tiles on the wall, the inside of the door was mouldy, as was the area round the ventilator, a hole in the wall was filled with cement not smoothed or painted, the silver of the mirror was destroyed, the surround of the mirror is dirty the light tube was resting on the mirror frame and suspended by the cables.
                                  We had to ask for toilet paper, there was 1 coat hanger, when asked 4 more were provided. The cupboard could not hold a shirt without the arms hitting the shelf, the safe did not work and when we asked for this to be opened nothing happened. We had to ask for the wifi code. There was no sign of the iron or ironing board that should have been in the room. I do not believe that this hotel can have been inspected from the inside. The entrance was grand but on close inspection even that was dirty.

                                    I have made a booking for a fligjt ticket which has a wrong spelling. Booking id mysmf[protected].
                                    Instead of correct name prerana, it is wrongly booked as prerena.

                                    I have spoken to the airline and they say name change is possible with the travel agent only. When i call goibibo they say it cant be changed where as the airline says it can completely be changed as this is a minor spelling error. Passport number was also given during ticket booking. There is no error in that.

                                      I have booked bus ticket through ibibo bus service website from delhi to varanasi. Bus boarding time was 10:30 pm and bus reached to boarding point at 12:05 am. They have not responded phone call and even swiched off their phone during boarding. Bus driver stopped bus in midway near allahabad (Prayagraj) and tell that bus will not go further to varanasi. Vacant the bus and take another bus from there. Very frustrating and disappointing journey. I have shared the journey details in attachments.

                                        I tried to book train ticket through goibibo and i paid the amount through google pay at that time payment was deducted from my account but booking was not confirmed from their end. I got the confirmation sms also regarding the payment but still no confirmation from app. So may i know what about my refund, there is no proper way to raise a complaint through app portal. Kindly go through the issue and do refund asap.
