Hello team,

I had a booking of hotel sun park resort of manali from 11th march to 14 march'19 with the booking id: htl3sdyfbv. I have to cancel the same due to medical emergency at home and i have informed to the goibibo team about it and they told me they will check with delight team and get back to me. This query is pending more then 15days and every day i talk with customer care and sending email as well. I am using the goibibo since long time and never faced issue like this before. We have paid of rs. 7878 for this booking and not refunding this amount is trouble for the middle class family. Kindly do the needful to refund the amount, or let me know any other option if i can use this amount in future booking from goibibo.

Hello Team,

Please be kind to share the feedback as we are not asking for refund of amount, we just want to make the adjustment of the amount in future trip. We have paid for the service which we never used, so as a gesture its responsibility of Goibibo to how they can serve it to customer. We cancelled the trip and that is due to some medical emergency at premises and we also submitted the required proof for the same .

We are receiving this type of response from big company like goibibo, where they are not able to negotiate with the hotel management for the refund. They took the money for the unused trip and keep that in their pocket. We also give an option to adjust the same in any future trip, but still they are not able to do that. We dont beleive that this is correct step for any customer satisfaction. Kindly do the needful to resolve the same asap.

    I had booked a flight tickets from mumbai to colombo and back for 2 ppl. The actual sum total on invoice is 19.9k inr and i was charged 29k inr. I had also opted in for travel insurance but although i was charged, they are saying i didn't pay. Called them 10 times since feb, spoke to different person each time and no one has offered an explanation for overcharge. Very poor customer service, no one willing to take ownership. I'm traveling on 15 mar, hence there isn't much time left now.

      I had booked a hotel through goibibo booking number :-htlvn8ms8h
      Of 10.03.19 instead of 11.03.19
      So, i cancelled the booking, but, even though the day wrongly booked had passed before i had booked out of the total amount of 924 i just got a refund of 18/- even though the cancellation was done in 5 min.
      This is blatant disregard to professionalism. Even the airlines don't exibit such dictatorship.
      I demand atleast 50% refund.

        I have already replied many times on ticket #26955593 but no reply.
        As I said the bank is stating that money is deposited to the merchant account.
        Also, I have already shared a bank statement with you guys. But no reply since last few days.
        I am really not happy with the resolution you provided and closed ticket.

        This is the worst experience I had with GOIBIBO, I really think about future bookings with you guys.

          This is regards to an cancelled trips against pnr mjt7nn
          The trips been cancelled via indigo airlines directly, and have been notified that the refundable amount is proceeded to goibibo team. After contacting to goibibo team, i have been confirmed that the refundable amount is initiated and will be credited to my account within 5-14 working days. Which i have not yet received. I called several time to goibibo customers, and they said no need to worry, you will get the amount refunded. After having conversation with ms. Roopa she had asked me to submit the statement to available the details. Which will take up yo 24-48 hours. She supposed to send me a sms link that i can submit the statement throughout. Which is also not sent to me. I need my money refunded whether its small amount or big. This can raised me in higher legality. Please look into this issue and get it done asap.

            go cash expired at 3am on the expiry date.

            Please be informed that my go-cash (Cashback/incentive) amount got expired at 3am of expiry date. It means it is expired before the sunrise of expiry date so how can goibibo give such false closing date to customers.

            It is an act of cheating that go cash gets expired before the morning of expiry date.

            Their customer care guys said on a recorded call that it was expired at 3am apprx of 28th feb.

                On 21st january i requested for a date change for a flight from singapore to delhi.
                I paid using my debit card with the customer care executive on line.
                He said the payment didn't get through and he sent me another link through which i paid once again and it got through and my date change request was completed.
                But on my account it shows that the amount has been debited and accepted by the merchant.
                I have contacted the goibibo team regarding this and they asked me to contact the bank regarding this.
                I did contact the bank and they gave showed me the transaction history which clearly shows that the transaction was completed.
                The bank said that they need a statement from the merchant for reversal of the amount.
                Please check into it and please resolve soon.

                  I got booking at indigo airline flight with the help of goibibo having these pnr - keyzxp &
                  Xkmg6k, a complete roundtrip. I booked that confirmed ticket on 09/01/19. After few days i got i a msg from indigo airline & ie;
                  "dear 6e customer, ref. Pnr-keyzxp, your currently booked indigo itinerary is effected due to operational reasons. We have re-booked you on 6e 3645/ 505, gau-del/del-goi 12 mar[protected] /[protected]. To stop receiving repeated notification, we request you to accept, choose alternate flt or cancel at no charge"

                  "dear 6e customer, ref. Pnr-xkmg6k, your currently booked indigo itinerary is effected due to operational reasons. We have re-booked you on 6e 5532/ 251, goi-del/del-gau 17 mar[protected] /[protected]. To stop receiving repeated notification, we request you to accept, choose alternate flt or cancel at no charge"

                  Then, because of some personal reasons, i cancelled my flight directly with the airline on 24/02/19, cancellation was successful done that day. I also verified with the airline that i will get 100% refund.

                  Then i confirm with the airline yesterday that they refund all the money to goibibo...
                  If so, then i tried to cancel again in the goibibo app, but they are showing me that i will get only 1000 refund approx, see the attachment...
                  I request goibibo kindly help me to get my hard-earned money...

                      It was worse experience dealing with customer care service goibibo. I asked for my flight rescheduling or refund since last one week but no feedback on mail as well as on phone.

                      I am calling customer care frequently and same response getting that u will get call back on high priority. Repeat telecast by different customer care officer.

                      What to do in such cases?

                        Hi,
                        May i know the procedure to get full refund for cancellation directly with airlines done one week back? I was expecting the amount rs 9461 to be added to my goibibo account the cancelled flight from hyderabad to chandigarh on 02.04.19
                        I have received an email from the indigo airlines for full refund. When i tried to cancel tickets from goibibo website i don't have the option for full refund, so i did not confirm for the cancellation.

                          Hi,
                          I had locked the flight fair for 24hrs, as they have the locking fair policy.
                          I had made the payment before 24hrs.
                          Technically and as per policy i should get my booked tickets.

                          But goibibo is rejecting me in issuing my tickets even after successful payment
                          This is causing me a mental harrasment and if this is cancelled, my whole trip will get cancelled in which i have invested lot of money.

                          I want to sue goibibo for 10 lakhs and make sure this cheap company do not betray other customers like this

                            I have booked a room for double occupancy at hotel shilpa residencyl, mulund, lbs marg, from 25.2.19 to 17.3.19, vide booking ud htlbxrck8y.

                            2. Due to some personal problems, i want to check out one day earlier ie on 16.3.19 instead of on 17.3.19.

                            3. I made a request at reception counter yesterday. They told me to contact goibibo.

                            4. I called goibibo today ie 8.3.19 at 11.10 am and talked with miss neha.

                            5. She told me that she will contact hotel and revert back to me within 20 minutes. She has not called me till 5.30 pm

                            6. Sir, this is not cancellation of the whole trip, but reducing my stay at hotel by one day only, that is also due to some personal problems. Kindly consider the same and advise hotel accordingly.

                              I have booked two tickets from dubai to hyderabad for[protected]. Requested and clearly mentioned for one ticket cancellation and second one should not be cancelled. But goibibo team cancelled both of my tickets. I got to know the same in airport. Immediately i have called goibibo team they said that they have cancelled two tickets mistakenly, asked us to book one more ticket and they will work on the complaint. Every time i have called them for followup, their customer care making me to wait 20+ minutes and not responding. Called so many times but no response.

                                On 1st march, 2019 i tried to booked a train ticket from ndls to mmct train no. 12952. I submit my all necessary details for ticket booking and made payment through my google pay account, after payment goibibo doesn't redirect me to irctc website but it shows some error and take me back to payment page. But my google pay account shows payment received by party but you guys said "payment didn't received by us", current status showing failed and said if any money deducted will refund in your bank in 5 - 14 working days. But i m not able to contact your management whenever i called on your customer support number that send me a link of chat. What is this # i didn't expected this, you deduct my money within seconds but why take so much time in refund, also this will force me to not use your app again and even i can not talk with management regarding my status. Also there was written if didn't get refund call your bank but there is no fault from my bank end as your app shows some error, it does not redirect me to irctc website for completing my booking. Please take this seriously and start working on my complaint regarding refund.

                                  I phone him at 10.30PM to cancel my next two days booking and wanted to book another hotel in Guwahati, he ensures me for 02 days refund and asked me to return the amount after 12.00pm same day and also asked me transaction bank details, I share with him bank details and again he confidently ensure me that we will transfer your cancellation amount .
                                  I booked another hotel in Guwahti details are given below.

                                  1) 06/03/19 to 09/03/19-booking id-HTLFV56A2M

                                  Dated 06/03/19 again he contacted me by mobile no.[protected] from Goibibo and I asked his name he told that Rakesh Gupta, and again he ensures me that I will immediately transfer your cancellation amount and you can book another hotel.

                                  Unfortunately, I believe that Goibibo will transfer my 02 days hotel cancellation amount and he again asked me please share your bank card no if you share then we will transfer your amount and asked me to load app - ANYdesk and he transfer 53000/- from my bank account.

                                  All fraud was done with me informed to the bank, I would like you to please check this no [protected].

                                    With great pain and displeasure, I would like to highlight the recent FRAUD / CHEATING by GOIBIBO group during my recent visit to India to see my old aged mother in Hyderabad and seriously ill bed ridden Father in law
                                    in Kerala Dist . Alleppy. My tour was planned almost 1 month plus earlier to avoid any last minute hiccups or inconvenience and was done by booking
                                    tickets paying full amount in cash to Goibibo. I am usually a regular customer of CLEAR TRIP, but looking at the ads in media I thought of giving
                                    goibibo a chance which turned out to be a horrible nightmare for me, financially and emotionally.
                                    Being Finance Head of a leading FMCG group in Bahrain, I was not allowed much leave and was asked to plan it very systematically so that work is not
                                    effected. I therefore choose to fly on Thursday i.e 14th evening and was supposed to return back on coming Thursday morning i.e.21st of 2019
                                    so that I can attend my office as I was originally planned to reach Bahrain by 8.30 on 21st morning. Also just for information, it was my wedding anniversary too. Before I pen down anything further I am furnishing my
                                    Schedule Original Itinerary herewith for your ready reference and checking at your end, attached for reference also.

                                    On my Return Date which was originally planned on 21st Feb 2019 for a 4 am flight, I started from my place, 6 kms further away from Hari pad, Alleppy Dist at 6pm in the evening of 20th Feb 2019 as I did not want to miss the precheck in period of 3 hours for the flight, to mention, the distance from my place to the airport is around 3.5 hours in normal traffic by cab. I had availed a private taxi for the same just to ensure that even if I get delayed I would definitely reach much before the checkin time of 1 am.

                                    I reached airport at around 11 pm, Two Hours before schedule gate opening for the flight G9-420 Flying from Kochi to Sharjah. Anyway I waited
                                    patiently for 2 hours and was first person in line when the counters were opened by Air Arabia. On my presentation of Ticket and Passport to the
                                    Counter staff, I was informed that I don’t have a booking which was completely shocking for me. i showed them the ticket and told them that it was done almost 1 month before there is no question of any such thing
                                    to happen. I asked for Air Arabia manager immediately, on his arrival I was
                                    informed that what I had was not a confirmed ticket and they don’t have any idea about the same and advised me to check with the agency from where I booked. I felt very humiliated in front of other passengers who were
                                    getting their boarding passes with much ease. Like a culprit I was asked to stand aside. This was a total shock to me as I have been residing in GCC from the past 10 years and frequently travelling on international. But until date always an airline ticket once generated as a confirmed ticket and
                                    there was never ever a issue raise like this. On my request Air Arabia manager called GOIBIBO group representative and gave his mobile to me to speak to him . I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR FROM GOIBIBO CUSTOMER REPRESENTIVE ON LINE THAT MY TICKET WAS NOT CONFIRMED AS
                                    SOME OF YOUR BACK OFFICE STAFF FORGOT TO DO SO and he generated a PNR Number 97421606 which was for AirArabia flight on 21st Evening around 7 pm to Sharjah and From Sharjah to Manama Next Day morning at
                                    8 am. Practically speaking goibibo was asking me to wait at Kochi Airport from 1 am to Evening 7 pm ie 18 hrs and then from Night 8 pm in Sharjah to Next Morning 8 pm Schedule departure from Sharjah to Manama ie another 12hrs Approx. This came as a real shock to me since I have paid the entire amount of the tour 1 month prior to my travel and goibibo team was sleeping on it also there was no intimation on the subject from any member of your team . I was made to run pillar to post requesting Airline
                                    staff for providing me with solutions they said you have been cheated by agency, we cannot do anything in this regards

                                    Above all the idiotic part was that representative was calling and asking me to take a ticket at 3.15 pm when the doors were already closed for the
                                    proposed 4 am flight and also I informed him that the flight is full, there is no chance of getting any ticket in this flight for which he has only one
                                    answer SORRY SIR.
                                    Anyway I have suffered severe humiliation on account of Goibibo intentional mishap and would like to further brief that Goibibo team doesn’t have the basic courtesy to arrange a hotel for me at cochin airport to stay
                                    as I cannot sit 18 long hours in airport. I am taking this as a very serious
                                    issue and would like to highlight it to the general public via newspaper and media, also once I am in india will think of a legal case against Goibibo group for making me suffer physically, emotionally and financially. I have failed on my commitment to my Employer due to your mistake as I couldn’t reach office on Thursday (Originally schedule) and instead joined on Saturday and on personal front missed opportunity to spend time with my family on my wedding anniversary.
                                    Anyway as a gentleman, I am presently not considering the above options and resting the case if my financial loss is immediately met by GOibibo group which is as under :

                                    1. Taxi Fare – From Haripad to Kochi Airport 3500.00

                                    5. Food Bill – Sharjah Airport 500.00
                                    6. Taxi – Manama Airport to House (Since Friday – Office Car – Not Available for Pick up) 1000.00
                                    7. Two Days Salary Loss ( Thursday & Friday) 13000.00`

                                      Dear sir i booked a ticket for delhi-bhubaneswar
                                      On 03/12/2018 in indian airlines through goibibo for 1 passenger (Booking id no. Tuanc6wmg / pnr no. Yzfm8) for a journey on 11/06/2019. I cancelled one passenger's ticket on 03/12/2018 (8:40pm). Before cancellation of ticket i checked new rules of cancellation charge that before 24 hour of booking no cancellation charge will applicable and after the cancellation i got only rs.44/- against my cancellation. I requesting you review my details and help me in this matter to get my refund.
