Hotel manager refused to our booking and said there is no booking in the name of mohan chawla as on 26.12.2018 whereas we got booking confirmation by goibibo after successful payment. I used to book another hotel and suffered a lot. I totally disappointed by the behavior of hotel staffs (Hotel palm palace) as they said there is no booking for you and we are not going to provide you any room.

I booked tickets for 23 December 2018 through goibibo Application but when I confirmed tickets with Goibibo Application I got email that the ticket is booked on 20 December then in just 2 minutes I canceled the tickets but Goibibo deducted my total money of 3700 rupees this Goibibo is a loot company, , I did not get a rupee of my refund when I call the Goibibo helpline they are saying they don’t refund any amount as it was there app mistake...
