Hi,

I have booked a ticket for my husband syed irfan from doha to hyd on 14 dec and hyd to doha 13 jan pnr h5zuvc on 14 nov for 26003 inr, the day he had to fly he faced many problems at the airport as the payment from the goibibo was pending which wasn’t the passengers fault still he faced the problem and had to wait in the line for 3 hrs later we found that the return flight has been cancelled they dint even informed until we enquired about it
I have been making calls to goibibo customer care since last 8 days and havent got any help they always say that’s it’s not their problem it’s the airlines fault and em not ready to take a refund of 5500 which would not get me a return ticket and em not going to purchase another ticket with any extra money, as it’s goibibos fault get me a ticket between 10 of jan to 13 of jan or a complete refund that i have paid but they don’t even call back until now plz take some strict action on goibibo

    I booked a bus ticket via goibibo from bangalore to kottarakkara. The price was triple compared to the normal amount. The bus operator was kerala lines.

    15 minutes after boarding the bus loud vibratuons were coming out of the scania bus provided by the bus operator.

    Passengers were unable to sleep. Next day the bus was delayed because of this vibration issue. And the same was confirmed to the bus operator by the driver in the bus.

    Requested for partial refund and the goibibo support conveyed, nothing can be done.

    All our money/comfort/time were just gone.

      I booked bus "city land travels" pnr "d3vv9dtr" cost was for two tickets around 3000 for ac but when i reached there then i waited for 2 hours and after long i get bus that was non ac and there was no blanket and its winter time and cold air was coming from window and we were two person and got very cold.. Bus this bus was very cheap that price cant be more that 500 so why your app took 3000 and what should i do... Shoud i file a fir or you guys will return my rest money[protected] = 2000... I had i very bad experience... I am getting cold... And take amount that i travelled by cheap bus and refund my rest amout.. Otherwise i dont know what i am gonna do

        I try to contact customer care representative but no call response for any reson i want to book international flight ticket for student yyz to bdq date 22/01/2019 and retrun 07/03/2018 but i need help my flight is jet airways in goibibo website baggage show as per below main problem is brl to bdq show in baggage only 1bag = 15 kg and same problem with retrun flight i also confirm with jet airways he sayed pl contact to goibibo and say add student baggage quota bagg they definitely help you so pl help me

        On dec 14th 2018, my account have been debited Rs 2010/- for one transaction ( ref no:[protected]IGAEYTDEC2), Rs 1830/- for another transaction ( ref no:[protected]IGAEYTDVE5). Could you track this transaction and let me know the reason Why I have got detected. Thank you.

            I have booked bus tickets yesterday thru goibibo app from mumbai to vadodara but haven't got boarding option so after booking it was showing boarding point vashi and i am staying at dahisar so i cancelled the same but haven't got refund of the amount.

            In goibibo app there were no any option before confirmation which shows all the details including boarding points to destination point.
            So by mistakenly i booked. After booking i got message that booking done and pick up point and drop ooint. So than i realized pick up point was vashi so i cancelled the tickets but haven't got refund of 3000.

              Hi i have booked the ticket from hyd to doha pnr h5zuvc and em really upset with this, as em informed that due to some problem the flight has been canceled for 13 jan and there are no flights from 6th jan to 1 feb.. This is highly not possible to travel before 6th or after 1feb. The responses are # slow there is no follows ups done, the agents are always asking to take a full refund but on the name of fulll refund i get 5000 which is not acceptable. I have booked the ticket atleast 40 days agao and now they give me back 5000 with no other alternative is really upsetting
              Em surely going to complain or even file a case against u people for playing with me and took my money and now can’t even return back the complete amount

                  Hi there, i already have an account with goibibo with mobile no. [protected] and i'm a silver member. I logged out the day before and when i tried logging in the account shows that i'm a bronze member and my go cash was 210 and got reduced to 100. Tried calling on customer service no. It doesn't let speak to executive and tried connection chat it doesn't give option of my issue. This is absolutely irritating. I am passed with the way goibibo doesn't let customers talk about the account. It's only about flights, hotels, bus, etc etc. I am using goibibo in all of my needs. I am a regular customer. However with this issues i don't think i'll be continuing using the app. It's absolutely harassment that i'm going through now. Please revert back asap or else there are options in the market. You guys are not the only one.

                    I booked tickets for 23 December 2018 through goibibo Application but when I confirmed tickets with Goibibo Application I got email that the ticket is booked on 20 December then in just 2 minutes I canceled the tickets but Goibibo deducted my total money of 3700 rupees this Goibibo is a loot company, , I did not get a rupee of my refund when I call the Goibibo helpline they are saying they don’t refund any amount as it was there app mistake in just 2 minutes they deducted whole amount of 3700 from my account SBl .. Rude helpline, , , , please look after this I want my money back please please Thank you

                        Horrible experience. Definitely suing the company. Flight to milan from mumbai booked on 20th december morning 4:50 am. Reached airport at 1 am and we get to know there was no flights only on the said date. So we call customer care and after four hours or so of terrible harrasmentthey reschedule us to the flight next day that is 21st december. But what about our existing bookings, excursions and hotel stays etc? We were told the company is not liable to any refunds or any reimbursements. Our stay on the 20th in milan, we demand a refund for! Its 6500 inr which was non refundable so close to time and the excursion on 21st december which was non refundable as well and the cost for that was 52 usd! What about the mental and physical harrasement we had to go through all night long and morning?! What are you guys going to do about that? Worst experience of my life! Will take you guys to court for this!

                          We had booked the air ticket online on GoIbibo with booking reference no. NAKPJS2YR for a flight from Ranch to Delhi on 18th December and from Delhi to Ranchi return on 20th December 2018 with two persons intended to travel Sujit kumar and Prashant Kumar. Since Prashant wished not to travel later on.We cancelled his name(Prashant) carefully online through IBIBO. But to my grave surprise as per airline system my ticket (Sujit kumar) cancelled by GoIbibo agent instead of Prashant Kumar. Unfortunately I was not able to board the flight as scheduled. Airline instructed to talk to GoIbibo the agent responsible for it, since they have communicated to cancel my ticket through telephone.I tried speaking to customer care of IBIBO but unfortunately I couldn't connect to them after so many trials.

                            Hotel booked on goibibo against goibibo booking id htl9ahan7a, hotel booking id [protected], hotel bill was prepaid.. Went to check in at 21.00 hrs but hotelier said we have no booking and all contacts with oyo and goibibo were already cancelled. We tried all contacts mentioned on the bill (Customer contacts [protected] for goibibo and [protected], [protected] for oyo) but no resolution was provided till 2400 hrs. The goibibo and oyo had a policy of non-refundable of prepaid amount and the same was communicated to us. Neither they provided the solution not refunded the amount of ₹ 1153.00. Kindly register or complaint against goibibo and oyo for harassing the customer for no mistakes on their part at of hours of the day and non refunding the amount

                              I got confirmed hotel room voucher from goibib. For 25th dec18 to 2jan 19 of hotel city stay pearl hotel. I had called hotel person on 15th december'18 to check hotel. Hotel mgr shahid told that he doesn't have my room booking with them. Also they don't have tie with goibibo. I had raised concerned to goibibo on 15th december18 of my room confirmation since then i was doing my follow with goibibo but executives were just replying that they are working in my query and they will call back. But they didn't call.

                                I booked a flight tickets from vga to blr on 10th dec 2018 from the phonepe (Goibibo app present in phonepe), initially they said i took 30 mins to process, later i get to know that the goibibo didn't process the ticket but as per phonepe they are saying payment is done from their end and they provided the transaction id : gofldand[protected], i called couple of times to goibibo customer care and they are asking the phone number which was used at the time of booking, once i provided the phone number it is saying no bookings done with that phone number.

                                Please solve asap or revert the transaction.

                                  During booking of ticket it was mentioned on site the tickets were refundable after some small cancelation fee yet while trying to cancel the tickets the site said it needs to be done offline and when I called after getting stalled for whole day I was said cancelation charges will be 30 percent of the ticket whereas on website it was merely 1990. My pleads have been stalled and ignored and in next 24 hour I’ll have to lodge complain in consumer forum as I’ve shared the screen shot while I booked the tickets and all phone conversations.

                                      I had booked multiple tickets from goibibo and also paid extra charges in comparison to other websites (As i found it to be genuine). I had booked hotel in krabi (Ibis styles - booking id htlzftg3ej) as it showed early checkin at 12.00 noon (I paid extra money than other hotels here), but when i arrived i was made to wait for 5 hours and then was given checkin. My entire krabi trip went wasted. I will never book from goibibo again and also will inform my friends and colleagues not to do so in future.

                                        I came to india yesterday and i booked hotel from 18 to 22 december in goa through goibibo. When i checked in yesterday evening, all the rooms are too worse to stay. Bed linens full of blood stains, decoloration of walls, hard beds, walls are dirty. I called oyo and they told me to get in touch with goibibo as this booking is done through goibibo. When i called goibibo, they registred my complaint and told me to wait for 15 min only. Then it all started where they ask to share the photos and assured me that i will get another hotel. Since morning, i sent 8 emails and 12 calls are made. But, they don't even bother to provide an update. Everytime, a new customer representative on call and they tell me to wait for a call back. The cost of room was 15, 000 and with all the discounts and goibibo plus money, i paid 8000 inr. But, its all waste. My wife has fallen sick, but goibibo doesn't care. I will make sure that all my overseas friends and i. T friends get rid of goibibo. Below is the complaint number registered, but these useless fellows will understand the pain when their family will fall ill in the booking, they made through goibibo
