I made payment for 28th october instead of 27th october by mistake so i had to cancel my booking. As there showed no charges for refund also i got message your refund is initiated you get refund credited in 7-15 days. Now its over 17 days no refund is issued. There site shows you are not eligible for refund. This is cheating. There no representative from goibibo which i can contact.

I booked BHIMAS deluxe hotel at TIRUPATI as in goibibo app it was showing 0km from TIRUMALA TIRUPATI devastanam. But actual distance is more than 10kms .So I requested for full refund but not received.
Note-hotel location wrongly mentioned in the app so why should I loose my money

    For finding location of hotel, customer care executive said this hotel doesn't exist and parallel send us email saying that hotel does not exist and called us saying they are providing other property this call was around 12.15pm on 10th nov n later at 3pm mr. Pravin calls and says they have found the hotel n we can check in and earlier all executive lept on saying they are looking for other property. Almost in a day i had made 30 calls n everyone gave fake commitment n non of them is concerned about the mental n physical harrassment by goibibo people.
    I had booked for my family and later we have left goa.
    I will be taking legal case and have all audio recording of all executives how they cheat n fraud and also had lost my booking amount

    Hotel BHIMAS DELUXE TIRUPATI showing as 0 km from tirumala TIRUPATI devastanam but actual distance is more than 5km.As the distance is more I wanted to cancel but showing non refundable...I paid 3569/- just an hour before.

      I had booked a ticket (Pnr - j1hj2l) and had paid for excess baggage worth 50kg. When checked with airlines, they said they had not received any money for excess baggage, hence i had logged a support ticket with goibibo - ticket number 25379879 on 1st nov'18. I was told that it will get resolved within 2 hours but it's been 11 days and i have not received any confirmation yet. Infact, when i call goibibo, every time i have to repeat the entire story to the goibibo support folks (Seems they don't log the details of an issue in the ticket) and i get a standard reply saying they will need 2 days to get back. Please help. This has caused a lot of harassment for me!

        I have booked 2 hotel room in jaisalmer for 2 days (Check in 9nov to check out 11 nov) total 5 adult. When i reach hotel, person refused to give me room, we don't have any room available, then we talk to customer care of goibibo. After long discussion of around 2 hours they r not able to provide us rooms in any other hotel. We have to stay in oridnary non ac room all o[censored]s 5 adult in very small room...
        This is not good, i am complaining this because of my father, mother, wife & my child all of them have to suffer in this festival season

          Hey team,

          Need urgent help regarding the booking id: htlaxufl8q. I had paid 13k in advance made the bookings. But when in reached the hotel, the hotel says it doesn’t know anything about the booking and i had to pay all the thai currency i had in my hand for the first day stay, i will be forced to checkout by 12pm today, post which i won’t have any room/ money. I have very limited international currency and had to shell that out for the first night stay last night.

          Goibibo says the booking is cancelled, never got any prior intimation regarding it. This is really urgent. Need to team to talk to the hotel and deal this. Why can’t goibibo pay the hotel the money i paid them in advance and solve this issue. We are 2 girls currently stranded in the island looking for your support.

          Please suppport as soon as possible. I spoke to the customer care around 20 times since last night. I am absolutely clueless worth regards to what to do.

                1) we checked in after 2 hours ofcheckin time still room was not ready. This is what you can a gostay

                2) intercom not working

                3) i have been seeing aggresive replies to negative reviews by the hotel proving customers wrong all the time, which is sad. Or all customers who did not like the hotel are wrong. I do not think

                4) so day 1 linen dirty karan informed

                5) policies are very rigid in the hotel, prices very inflated look for option cheaper and better option available

                Are you a pro hotel website? Just there to fool the customers - why do you promise gostay?

                Not at all happy with resolution i do not know why you are so much in favour of the hotel, also not posting my review also why are you trying to save the hotel so much? What is the agenda?

                Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that you extended your stay at are Hotel by paying cash at Reception. If you had so much problem then why did you extended your stay. Such a cheap Guest we have never seen. What basic amenities were you expecting. What facilities we have that is already mentioned on website. Please think before you book the room.

                Pathetic most Hotel coupled with ill behaviour

                We stayed in this hotel from 27-29th Dec, 2015, and booked well before a month in advance. While booking, I asked them the type of room available for 4 adults and the kind of bed, because I'm usually particular about the bed quality. The lady at reception told me over phone that bed would be wooden, but when I reached, I saw that bed was not only of iron, but very cheap quality and had started to rot in places. That was the first breach of trust by the hotel management. Second, the room had no cupboard which is the basic need of any room specially if you're considering 4 adults in one room. I mean, how can any hotel miss it??!! It was a cramped room for which they had charged 3500/- a day, with hardly any plug points, so half the time all 4 o[censored]s had to struggle to keep our phones charged. To top it all, the entrance of this pathetic hotel is even more pathetic which they'll never tell you, i.e. through a Kashmir handloom shop, and every time you enter the hotel, you have to go through the shop, which gives you a very bad feeling, with zero scenic view of the beautiful Mahabaleshwar. Breakfast is complimentary, yes you read it right, but they"ll never advertise the menu, because that's not worth mentioning. A masala dosa where masala has to be found using a google search, butter which is in liquid state, everything seems to have gone wrong with the menu. And lastly, check out time is a weird 9 a.m., and before I checked out at 9:30 a.m., because we were 4 people to be ready so early, i got numerous disturbing calls from the reception only because i was just half an hour late, with people blatantly lying by saying other customers are waiting from 5 a.m. for my room only.

                When I posted my review on goibibo after my stay, I got a mail from an equally foul-mouthed Mr. Rohan Komti, asking me not to post false information about the hotel, also adding that I was lucky to have availed that pathetic room at 3500/- which was at a 65â„… discounted rate. Which means, Mr. Komti, that pathetic room is usually charged Rs. 10, 000, right? Ha!

                I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, and request the management to be a little ethical and show a little respect to customer reviews, rather than posting a foul-mouthed reply, because remember Mr. Rohan Komti, one negative review can overpower 100 positive reviews, and that's not very good for any business, and especially for a pathetic one like yours.

                  I had to book a sleeper bus ticket from goa to mysore. As i had done hotel booking for trip from go ibibo daily notifications were appearing to book travel tickets from them. I logged in for booking bus ticket & chose date as 2.1.19. It got stuck at first time & later it took default date as next day & amount was deducted from the account. Due to being in meeting & travelling thereafter i could not notice date & as it was very next day i tried to contact everybody from go ibibo customer care (Customer care executive & manager - shiva) & srs travels
                  Although, there were more than enough time go ibibo staff just kept saying we can’t help. Even though they had record that i was trying to book only 2nd jan tickets. Also, they were very rude & kept saying, who has booked, why didn’t you see the message & it will not happen on its own and kept wasting time putting me on hold for 20 minutes every call, srs travels confirmed that if website customer care speak they may reschedule but manger never called not even tried to have a concall. Even in the hotel booking they have charged more than other websites & provided only accomadation (Even though hotel provides free breakfast) that too non refundable, their customer care is not at all customer centric.
                  Worst experience with any online travel site & customer care who has no intention of helping any customer & is totally vendor centric. Goibibo customer care just keep retreating we are third party. Service we can’t do anything. If they cant do anything why are they in business & keep sending notifications if more than 15 days bus booking they do not allow then what is the need of sending notification 2 months before? That too every hour.. Moreover their app is horrible which keeps getting hanged & take unreasonable defaults settings.

                  In any of problem scenarios makemytrip, oyo, even ola would help but goibibo is simply disappointing.

                    I have been trying to get my tickets rescheduled since a week now. I haven't received any call from your cc executive (which you claim I should have received within 6 hours of raising the request), and no one picks up the customer care number!
                    I have been assigned 3 service request ids in a week (through the complaints I logged on your website), which ideally should have been resolved within 2 hours( your claim), but they are as useless as your '24x7 goCare Support'.
                    I am sure, simply providing an inadequate chat bot and automated messages on your cc number can not be termed as 24/7 customer support.
                    Now, if the prices surge high or I don'e get a seat, then who is to be blamed here?

                      Refund amount of rs 5500 is still not received for the above transaction. The booking did not go through on 25 october 2018 and i received a message stating the amount will be credited to the original payment mode, but still not received.
                      The ticket was booked for two passengers - ms b sugunavathi and mr k v s charadeep for 16 nov 2018 from visakhapatnam to pune junction via the ltt express - 18519. But the booking did not go through. Please refund the amount asap.

                        This ticket was for yesterday (3rd nov). I went to the venue with my family to get the bus. After waiting for around 1 hour for the bus i made a call to goibibo customer care to know the status of bus location. And customer care executive notified me that your bus is cancelled for today and we cannot provide any alternative bus also for today. Regarding cancellation, i didn't receive any messages from goibibo or from bus operator regarding. That service was very disappointed and i had a business meeting in indore for that i had to bear loss of more that 10k. Also i had many lined up deliveries which i couldn't attend. If needed you can go through and check in your system regarding the issue. And it was a big mistake from your side and i would take this to the court if wouldn't resolved. I request goibibo to gave me the waiver of my loss (Min 10k) and also refund my money.

                          I am with my family trip in north east, i made the online payment of full amount for hotel siroy lily, guwahati through goibibo on 22-nd oct 2018, during check out at hotel, they ask me pay the same amount which i paid online earlier and they hold my luggage and started rude behavior with my family at reception, at that time i tried to call goibibo customer care several times for solution, they put my call in hold, rather then give me solution.

                          I and my family being mentally harassed and put us in occurred position as the hotelier stops us for going outside as we are running out of time for our flight.

                          I need pay once again at hotel for the same amount which i paid earlier at goibibo.

                          Request to refund back my amount immediately.

                            For my booking id: GOFLDMUANDc442c[protected].
                            The booking was not confirmed as the price of the first flight got revised.
                            I received a mail stating that the full refund for my booking has been processed.
                            But I can still see the second flight as confirmed.
                            Upon calling the executives, they mention that we wont be able to fully refund the charges for the second flight as it is confirmed. Why will I accept a partial booking and pay for it? The other flight is of no use to me and as I did a complete booking which got cancelled. I need a full refund for my booking as commited by them over the attached screenshot of the mail.
                            Upon calling, they raised a ticket for this and commited over call that they will revert back within 24 hrs but i didn't receive any call.

                              My parents booked a hotel in gopalpur through goibibo. They paid 17k in advanced, which was the full booking fees, almost a month in advance. Now when they went to check-in at the hotel, they were denied of any bookings and any payments from goibibo.
                              My parents, who are both retired central government employees, were harassed at the hotel and no solutions were provided by goibibo. I will go ahead and will press criminal charges on goibibo along with charges for harassing senior citizens.

                                  I attempted to purchase a bus ticket from delhi to haridwar, india. I attempted multiple times but the website said that my payment could not be processed. I tried with two different credit cards and i received the same error with each. I then asked staff at my hotel to help me. They booked the bus ticket for me and i paid them in cash. I see now that both of my credit cards were charged, so i essentially paid 3 times for the same bus. I would like my credit cards refunded.

                                    I have made a train ticket bookin on nov7th. The booking was failed the amount of rs 2000 was not getting refunded.                                         I run a homestay and ibibo has been providing me with the guests. They transfer the amount the guest needs to pay after the guest check in. But they have not been paying properly and in-spite of contacting several times over mail and telephone calls they just give reasons which are not relevant. They collect the gst which the customer was supposed to pay them and simply deduct the money which was supposed to pay us. They are simply doing money in the name of gst (Which was not supposed to deduct.). Please look into the matter and help me out to get the outstading balance amount which they deducted in the name of gst adjustments.
