I received an email from goibibo team that my flight from delhi to kolkata (Flight number - 9w195) for 30th october 2018 became non-operational.

But when i visited their website from my login, the status is still showing that booking is confirmed. There is no options provided...

I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Pune through Goibibo using No Cost Emi for 3 months with HDFC credit card. 2 days later I got a message informing that my payment has been converted to 6 months emi with 13% interest rate.
I raised concern for this to which Goibibo support centre firstly tried to blame Hdfc bank for this issue. I got to know that this problem is from Goibibo’s end, so I again raised a complaint to them....
