I booked a train ticket on 22nd september 2018 to travel on 29th september 2018. Ref. No. Trndf513lx9vlj, since 23rd september 2018 i have been trying to cancel my ticket, when ever i click cancel ikon your cancel page goes blank, tried trough customer care number, no use, twice sent concern through your chat, went totally waste no response from your team. Since it is booked through your site irctc is also not allowing to cancel the ticket in their site.

Very disappointing experience where i have left helpless and lost rs.950/- purely because of goibio.

      I had booked a hotel through goibibo app at bhadravathi on dated 20/09/2018 and i had paid amount 2 times and received confirmation receipt on email as well as whatsapp from goibibio, but @ hotel manager denied my bookinh by stating there was intimation from goibibio to him and i had to wait on road for 3 hours with family and kid at late night to book another hotel, which irritated me and wasted all my efforts and my time.

      I am not getting any resolution from goibibo on this.

        I had cancelled a refundable flight which i booked from goibibo almost 3 weeks back and while cancelling the ticket online i was shown a refund amount of 58653 inr however after following up for almost 2 weeks i was refunded only 36768 inr was refunded. I have called go ibibo support multiple times and created multiple tickets online asking why the full amount shown in the cancellation receipt is not refunded. I am not getting any response from go ibibo and even the customer support is not reachable.

            No trip shows in your app’s my trip section.
            I was trying so many times in app’s help section but the result is null.
            Then i take other company’s cab and come to kanpur.
            Now tell you where is my money and my trip.

                        I recently booked hotel for my colleague who was visiting chennai for official purpose.
                        I booked oyo 7224 krishna prasad in chennai (Booking id: htlpyy8v63) for september 20th 2018.
                        She reached late night and was searching for the hotel, shockingly there was no such hotel in that given premises. She searched for nearly 1 and half hour and later had to opt for other available hotel in the area.
                        I have already paid via online payment. I really want to take this situation very strictly and will officially register complaint in consumer court so we can highlight this big issue.
                        Money wasted, colleague went from lot of trauma.

                          I reserved train ticket from Bangalore to Ujjain through Goibibo app on 23rd September-2018, at 19.50 hours.
                          Goibibo reference number is TRNIF52NFF9GII and I received train ticket for this reference number and an amount of rupees 3780.64 was deducted at Citrusp* Goibibo.
                          But above mentioned amount of rupees 3780.64 was deducted twice and reference numbers provided are as under but no ticket is booked through these numbers

                          Since only one ticket is booked from bangalore to Ujjain and amount was deducted twice, you are requested to refund the excess deducted amount.

                            Yesterday i booked a bus with goibibo. From belgaum to mumbai. My boarding point was couvery travels, pb road, opposite to market police station, belgaum. Yesterday there was some issue in belgaum so i called to the number provided.
                            The number provided was belonging to couvery travels and he said we dont have any realtions to meenakshi travels. I had the ticket for meenakshi travels. They said weekly 2-3 passangers come here and got frustrated due to this. We haven't got any response from other two numbers. We searched google and found a number for meenakshi travels. They said wait at highway and driver will call you at departure, he asked for seat number that was u10. We haven't received any calls from them and no clue that where the bus is. It is showing that i have already traveled by this bus. I haven't received any regarding cancellation of bus or boarding. I want my money to get refunded. Please take some action over this issue.

                              Dear sir, our tour on 18 tsept from mumbai international airport to kathmandu 4 passenger by nepal airlines.in ur doc u advised us to carry photo id / paasport. We had carried all photo id except voters card & pasport. & airport authority disallowed the admissiontoflight. & this has caused cancellation of hotel at ktm. Total pecuniary loss involved is around 42000/-.

                                I am sanjay singh chauhan using goibibo for hotel and flight booking since 2years. They blocked my gocash wallet without any information regarding the same. I have earned a good amount of gocash from my reviews and previous booking. The reason they are giving is not at all genuine that there is risk from your account. I need to make new bookings and want to avail my gocash+ please help me out with this. I want my wallet to be unlocked as soon as possible.

                                  Booked krabi to bangalore for 10feb 2019 ticket twice.
                                  Payment got deducted and booking was showing pending for more than 4 hours
                                  After contacting customer care booking was cancelled and status was made to refund.
                                  I am in a situation where my creditcard is been blocked for 54k which is not small amount and no update on when it will be refunded.
                                  There is some serious problem in application where in airline price are been verified after the payment is been done wherein it should be checked before the payment option.

                                  This repeated incident has broke my trust and reailblity from goibibo, will advice other also goibibo not a good option for international booking.

                                    I booked bus tickets from pondicherry to bangalore for 2nd october. While selecting the bus type i selected non ac sleeper instead of ac sleeper. Within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake, i have been trying to amend the bookings but the service provider is charging cancellation charges. Go ibibo customer care is asking to check with bus service provider while bus service provider is asking to check with the go ibibo customer care. I dont see why i should pay cancellation charge if i do not get any option for modification of my tickets that is booked just 5 minutes ago. I would prefer going for other applications for booking if this is the case.

                                      I have paid the food licence renewal fees of rs. 7504.72 through fssai portal on 25 july 2018 with the help of my union bank of india net banking but neither had i received "form b"nor the amount has been reverted back to my account.                                         I purchased a ba ticket boston-london-bombay at 1, 29, 299/- as it was listed as a premium economy ticket on kayak being sold through goibibo. I was surprised to find out its an economy ticket. Both kayak and goibibo have washed their hands off the episode despite several communications with them on twitter and e mail. I have preserved the screen shots which clearly indicate the ticket being offered is premium economy and not economy class.
