I booked bus tickets from pondicherry to bangalore for 2nd october. While selecting the bus type i selected non ac sleeper instead of ac sleeper. Within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake, i have been trying to amend the bookings but the service provider is charging cancellation charges. Go ibibo customer care is asking to check with bus service provider while bus service provider is asking to check with the go ibibo customer care. I dont see why i should pay cancellation charge if i do not get any option for modification of my tickets that is booked just 5 minutes ago. I would prefer going for other applications for booking if this is the case.

    I have paid the food licence renewal fees of rs. 7504.72 through fssai portal on 25 july 2018 with the help of my union bank of india net banking but neither had i received "form b"nor the amount has been reverted back to my account. I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. Would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved.

      I purchased a ba ticket boston-london-bombay at 1, 29, 299/- as it was listed as a premium economy ticket on kayak being sold through goibibo. I was surprised to find out its an economy ticket. Both kayak and goibibo have washed their hands off the episode despite several communications with them on twitter and e mail. I have preserved the screen shots which clearly indicate the ticket being offered is premium economy and not economy class.

        I booked a connected flight just because of my baggage's which is 2*23, and i booked delhi to chelyabinsk.
        1st flight pnr status is not matching with 2nd one
        So the flight is saying you have to pay 100 euro for extra baggage
        So please refund my amount because if i have to pay for baggage so why i need to 2nd flight connected. Please do something i have flight on 9th october. I am a student and i have limited amount and they did this to me. Please help me

          Wrong issuance of e-ticket confirmations.

          My daughter Ms. Ranjana Sharma booked air tickets for 3 Adults + 1 child online of your airline
          from goibibo.com as under:-

          Going from to Date Time Ticket No Flight No
          New Delhi Goa 01/02/2019 12.30 15798
          Return Goa New Delhi 05/02/2019 08.20 15778

          2 But our ticket confirmations have been issued wrongly reverting our round trip as from Goa to New Delhi on 01/02/2019
          and Return New Delhi to Goa on 05/02/2019. This has put us in trouble and monetary loss of Rupees 75000/-I want to add
          further that half of my family members have already booked the air tickets from your airline by the same flights, 3 days
          back, booking references are ( 1, 15/LKKBRY and 2; 15/GRILWT ), given for your ready reference. This is a trip of
          8 family members from Delhi to Goa and return journey from Goa to New Delhi, which has been totally disturbed .

          3. I request you to please provide us ticket confirmations as we have planned our trip and paid for, without any lose
          of money, time and inconvenience of any kind. I hope that I will receive an amicable and favorable reply from you within
          24 hours. I am regularly following the company from 13/09/2018 for remedial solution but all in vain. Please help.

            Hello,

            I have done two bookings in the name of mr vidyadharan on goibibo on 12 september for the the sun siyam iru fushi resort, maldives from sep 24 to sep 28 for rs. 78227 (Booking no: htlcqxtv7y & htlydq5txs). I got the booking confirmation as well from goibibo. The e tickets are attached. The confirmations say - "your hotel booking is confirmed. No need to call us to reconfirm this booking. Your eticket is attached with the email sent to your email-id". Accordingly, i made my air ticket bookings for rs 44276. Attached my ticket invoice.

            I received a mail from hotel saying the booking is cancelled. When i rechecked with the hotel, i was informed - "further to our tele-conversation, we regret to inform that the booking has been cancelled as the condition was not met by goibibo.com for this particular booking. We also have informed the goibibo.com of the cancellation."

            I have called several times to report the same to goibibo customer support and have not got a proper response. They promised to get back but do not do so. I, inturn, call them back and they put me on hold. A lady has now called me threatened not to call back again.

            They are dodging me and robbing me of my hard earned money. I am scared and the mental agony it has caused me is hurting me.

            Request you to look into the issue and help me get me my hard money rs. 177553 (Rs. 122553 - towards my expenses (78227 + 44276) + rs 50000 - towards the pain and agony caused to me.)

            The complaint is NOT resolved. I had made the Booking for the all meal plan. Now I am told by the hotel that by booking is without meals. You have already charged me for the meals plan. Now I see that you post this message as resolved, despite me and the hotel communicating this issue to your management team. I would appreciate if this is dealt with integrity and honesty and NOT a fraud basis.
            My debited transaction no [protected]on pan india page but no any confirmation received of amount paid.

            This complaint is NoT resolved. The booking I made was for all meal plan. The current booking made is just a pseudo booking without the meals . You have charged me for the meals and now not faking a booking but not providing it.

              I have cancelled my flight to rome due to a medical emergency. I have been following up for more than a month with the ibibo team (Ref no. Mentioned above) regarding my refund. Either i receive a reply to wait else no response at all, as its happening since last 10 days.

              All the requisite documents have been submitted without any delay yet such unprofessional behavior is least expected from a service provider.

              The only purpose to write here is to bring it in your notice that in spite of an aggressive follow up with the team, all we are left with is hopelessness.

                I hv booked the hotel for 2 night but due urgent work 1 night stay booking out of 2 night and the same has informed at the time of check-in. At the time of check out of the hotel they have to take up matter with the goibibo company. But you company declined the cancellation of 1 night stay and not refunding the amount which you you are supposed to refund to me. So request you to look into the matter and refund the amount to me.

                  I have confirmed the booking of my stay at sonar gaon hotel, puri for 2 nights ie checkin on 18th oct'18 and check out on 20th oct'18. Again i cancelled the one day booking on 18th oct'18, and got confirmation from your end.
                  Booking id-htlsebm3rv and hotel booking id-[protected].
                  Now my checkin will be on 19th oct'18 and check out on 20th oct'18.
                  Till today cancellation charge of rs 5050.00 not yet credited to my account.

                    I had to travel for chandigarh on 8th of september 2018
                    But unfortunately i booked wrong date as 10th
                    And there were 2 passengers travelling later on i called the customer care and they told me that you have to reschedule it
                    I did that for my ticket and refund request was taken
                    But the other passenger travelling Miss Muneeb i was been told to book a replacement ticket for refund so i had to travel back on 10th and I did for miss muneeb. This conversation was been done with executive Mr Anil and when i called for refund and gave new PNR number they said u should have booked ticket with Indigo and not GO AIR. I was never been guided properly about it
                    When i called Customer care again they said we ll listen to the voice call and said now you can get this money in ur wallet and use it! But unfortunately i am so unhappy with the service and especially the executive who have no manners !
                    If i dont get any revert and money back I ll file an FIR against it

                      I had cancelled a domestic air ticket on 16th August 2018 Booking ID N6EIGGUUT ( Hydrabad - trivandrum ) and Coimbature Hydrabad Booking ID N6EIJSS4U connection flights. I diidnt recieved my refund amount to my bank .

                        I was booking a flight ticket on 20/08/2018 from goibibo.com ibibo for amount of 16, 168.00 but it got failed and money got deducted without generating the ticket. I raised a complain to goibibo but till today i havent received the refund back and everytime i mail them i get the same email from them saying that they are working on it. I have not received refund of my cancelled ticket (Service request id[protected] and its been 28 days since i cancelled the ticket.

                        I got same answer from your team your refund in under process but i not recived any refund till now please let me know when i got my refund.

                          While booking an airticket a duplicate booking took place due to technical error and my account was been debited twice on 26th may 2018. Later on the duplicate was been aborted with the help of goibibo team. I was also confirmed over phone followed by mail that the amount for the aborted ticket will be refunded within 5-7 days.                             I made my booking to hotel rinn residency jubliee hills few days ago, today was my check in day. When i entered the hotel the owner said me that he has not recieved his payment through goibibo, where as i got a confirmation of booking from goibibo along with goibibo booking id and hotel booking id. Worst service ever, this sort of things drops a normal human being to great harrasement. I want my problem to be fixed.

                              Mfkjc7 this is my pnr. For over 4 days i am trying to get in touch with customer care. All their numbers have automated answer sating that we are facing too many calls so use the app and thet send a link. Ysing that link is futile. Days are passing by and the fares must be increasing and will cost me more to reschedule. But i guess goibibobhas a delibrate way to not be avilable to its customers so that they dont have to refund any amount. The experience with goibibo is so bad that once this trip of mine gets over i shall never ever use tgeir services. Imagine after booking you cant change anything since thier customer care is just not reachable. Call in morning noon ecening late night at any of the numbers... But everywhere the same... We are facing a lot of calls sonuse the app... Worst service provider. If there is anyone responsible at goibibo then pkease call me at [protected]. I am begging you for my own money.

                                It had bought a plane ticket via goibibo, mumbai to jeddah saudi airlines, the ticket was refundable, the purchase date of the ticket was 11/09/2018 night 9:30 am, the date of the trip was 12/09/2018, the traveler was unable to go because of the urine stone and severe paine, it had informed the goibobo to cancel the ticket because of the reason mentioned, but goibibo did not care, and the traveler was losing all money, even the ticket tax, i humbly ask your kind attention about it, i want to know if i'm viable to get the refund of the ticket price unless otherwise the ticket tax

                                    I have been trying to get in touch with your team since past couple of days. Its not only been a very bad experience but extremely difficult. Your email for rescheduling says i need to contact customer care on +91 [protected] for abroad callers however the number is always out of reach or facing a heavy call flow and the line gets disconnected, not only wasting my money on the call but also not having solved my query.

                                      I booked a jet airways ticket pnr - xeapcp on 14/09/18 at 10:38 pm for 2 pax (Pawan singal and surinder singal) from delhi to jodhpur for the date 16/09/18. When i recieved the confirmation of booking, it was done from jodhpur to delhi. The minute i got to know that there has been an error made by the app, i started calling the customer care number. Inspite of several calls, my call was answered 1.5 hrs later. ₹ 7922 was the ticket charges and the refundable amount was told to be ₹ 554 only. I told them to reschedule the tickets but they said you would have to pay ₹4500 plus difference in ticket price more for eaxh pax for recheduling the flight for the same. This is very poor service from goibibo. Their app had an error for which i have to suffer. This is completely wrong on their side. Please look into this matter and refund me my money.
