Yesterday i booked a complaint regarding my refund.
My booking id is trndf4hv24w67z
Today they called me in the number +[protected] and +[protected]
He asked me my mode of payment and asked my card number and cvv and also the otp. After that i received a msg that rs.3000 is debited from your account. You have to look upon this and pay my compensation or else i will move to the consumer court. C

I have booked ticket 1st of sep 2018 from goibibo app. My goibibo mob no. [protected], But it was initially shown processing payment i had waiting but payment was failure 2 time of 1st sep and money deducted 1st sept. Rs. 1676.96*2= 3353.92. Rs. 1676.96 refund on 3rd sep but 2nd deducted amt not refund.

    Hello.,

    On 08/september/2018 evening i had ordered pizza online from dominos.
    Website. I used netbanking option for doing payment & selected hdfc bank for the same. However there was some issue while connecting to their server. Hence i selected union bank of india for netbanking.

    This time my transaction was successful and the money got deducted from my bank account.

    But to my surprise payment of inr 1477 was made with reference of ibibo web pvt ltd and dominos did not receive the payment at all.

    Please find attached the photo with message i got for deduction of payment. Could you please look into this immediately and initiate refund of the money to my bank account at the earliest.

      I booked a train ticket from mumbai to tirunelveli on[protected]. But my payment got cancelled. The ticket price is rs.1879. The cash is debited stating that it will be refunded within 5-14 days. But when i checked the refund status it is mentioned as "refunded" but still the refund is yet to come. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        I want to cancel my ticket but it is not showing in the app now and i m unable to cancel it from irctc as it is booked via goibibo.

        I called there customer care numbers [protected] but unable to talk to customer care executive.

        My ticket is of 3110 rs of tomorrow morning 5 am if it will not be cancelled i'll be in loss of 3110.

          1. Booked a bus from ballari to bangalore using goibibo.
          2. On time the operator cancelled the bus without any prior information and said there will be a complete refund.
          3. I spoke to the goibibo customer care. They checked with the operator and confirmed the cancellation and said there will be complete refund.
          4. After few days i see the status on my booking as 'refunded'.
          5. I tried calling the support team following the ivr menu but the automated call ends up with "all our executives are busy at this moment. Please call later"
          6. After many many attempts to contact support from ivr i realized that it is somehow technically automated to not act upon booked bus related issues.
          7. I followed the ivr got into flights department so that they can transfer my call internally to the bus booking department. But she refused to do this and in turn connected me to the same ivr menu which never (Ever) connects to the bus department.
          8. I tried communicating through an email but ironically the automated email reply as me to contact the customer care or drop my concern online on their website which never worked for me.
          9. Also tried contacting the bus operator. He bluntly shuts my phone and asks me to contact goibibo.
          10. I have around 1739 rs stuck in this way which is still not returned till date as per the promised 14 days!! Utterly disappointed with goibibo. Will never use their service and also suggest my friends who are planning to do any bookings to not use goibibo.

            wrong date booking

            I booked 3 flight ticket from goibibo apps. When i booked a ticket for 26 nov from patna to bangalore. Autosuggestion came and site booked the ticket for 27 nov without asking me. When i called customer care they ask for cancellation charges or reschedule fees. This is not customer mistake. Why you have change the date in next page. Please help me. My pnr number is m6skrm. Go air is saying this is goibibo mistake. Please resolve this issue...

              It is very strange to write down here that the goibibo has appointed team o[censored]nprofessional people on their helpline desks i. E. Might be 10th class pass who do not know how to respond to the queries of complaints of customers who by mistake have booked tickets from their sites. It is totally unprofessionalism and forgery committed by these types of sites who are pocketing money of innocent persons for years and getting interest on the same. My case is also one of the same. Now i have left no other option but to lodge a complaint against goibibo and its employee deepanshu and harjot singh in consumer forum for torturing, harassing and humiliating a customer, causing mental agony for rs. 1, 50, 000/- plus refund of ticket with interest from 26th april. The detail of case is as under:
              I booked one ticket from shirdi to chandigarh on 26.4.2018 for 18.8.2018 through this site and the money was deducted on the same date, but no pnr no. Was shown either in my goibibo account, email account and irctc account. I talked to their helpline and they promised that very soon i will get the pnr no. Thereafter i was busy in my daily shedule and on 14th august, when i tried to take print out of ticket from shirdi to chandigarh, then it came to light that no pnr has been issued by the goibibo till date. I enquired from the goibibo helpline and they shown their helplessness in providing me my pnr no. For my onward journey. I told them that i am going to book another ticket as i am not having any ticket with me and i taken consent from them and proof regarding the same is with me. I send them screen shot of goibibo account as well as irctc acct, but they remained silent. They told me to contact shirdi station staff on 18.8.2018 regarding my five tickets. I contacted them on 18.8.18, but they refused to provide me any detail. Then i contacted tc of the train i. E. 22455 and got the screen shot of ticket chart and in the same in coach b1 my five tickets were appearing. This all has been done due to the negligence of goibibo people. Yesterday one deepanshu after talking to me for half an hour rejected my plea by stating that they will not refund my amount, as i was having confirmed tickets and no prior information was given to them and talked to me in a rude way. So, i left with no other option but to file a complaint against goibibo and irctc and lodge a complaint before hon'ble railway minister and also lodge a case before hon'ble high court for cheating innocent persons:
              The detail is as under of the ticket on which i remain unable to make my journey due to negligent act of goibibo:
              Date of journey: 18.8.2018
              Place: shirdi to chandigarh
              Train: 22455 sainagar shirdi to chandigarh 3 tier act 5 tickets
              Now i got pnr no. From tc which is pnr no. [protected], which i only got from tc during my journey and the goibibo is not having details of that pnr no., they are just having mine amount with them. This is totally rediculous.

              The Goibibo is not going to understand that due to negligence on their part, i remain unable to get PNR no. of train 22455 of 18.8.2018 from Shirdi to Chandigarh despite giving prior information. Now due to rude attitude of Goibibo, I am fighting this case for the innocent persons who are being looted by these sites who are menting money by keeping the same for year and getting interest on the same. I also gone through much complaints of aggrieved persons and Ialso taken copy of the same, which will help me in pursuing my case before the appropriate courts

                    I booked a cab from go ibibo, this is the worst experience i ever had with you guys, first i book the cab and paid the amount i am traveling from delhi to kanpur, the first cab driver information i got he let me wait for an hour then the driver called me and said i will not go after that i called customer care team they let me wait after talking to a manger name mohan or rohan i am not sure he arranged another cab, i boarded that cab but just after 50-60 km car got some issues and stopped at hiway and not able to start, i tried many times to contact but was not able to contact to customer care after many attempt i was connected to of executive and he said he can not do any thing and said he will reimburse, i told him many times i am stuck in a jungle and its night time there is no other mode of transport please do something but he said there is nothing can be done except reimburse if any thing happen wrong with me in this night goibibo will be responsible for this. There is no security no support from goibibo and there is no back up i am stuck and helpless, i hate goibibo. You guys are worst. There is no humanity

                      Today, the 4th september, 2018, at about 9 pm, i opened an account in goibibo.com with my mobile phone number [protected] and found that someone has already opened an account with my phone number in the same website goibibo.com with different email address '[protected]@dummymobemail.com' which is not mine. As the site do not provide facilities of changing email address i cannot change the email address into the account i use and i fear that by opening the account i'm now in risk of losing my confidentials by the user of that fraudulent email account holder.

                        I have booked a bus ticket with goibibo on july 5th to bengaluru by paying rs.2370. The amount got debited from my account and the transaction got failed. When i called next day, the goibibo executive told that the amount will be autocredited in a week. I waited for a week and nothing happened. When i checked with my bankers they said, it is with merchant only. But goibibo continuously denying the same. I am in great confusion now. Please help.

                          This complaint is regarding your booking id : gomupkgintf390e04692 dated 17th august 2018.
                          On 17th august 2018 i attempted to book flight ticket for my daughters ms. Meenakshy suresh & sreelakshmi suresh, from trivandrum to kuwait through your website goibibo.com. I was able to book it and got the confirmation from you through your email at 2.23 pm after paying a total amount of rs. 59, 277/-. I am attaching herewith the copy of the email received from you (Page 1) stating that the booking is confirmed. You have sent the e-ticket also alongwith that mail.
                          Later in the evening somebody called my daughter and told her that they got confirmation for the ticket from trivandrum till chennai only. They were not able to book the ticket from chennai to kuwait. Then only we noticed that eventhough you had sent an e-ticket of both the sectors in the confirmation mail, there was no pnr mentioned in that for the chennai-kuwait sector. They asked us to cancel the ticket if we don’t want, with some charges. Hence we were compelled to cancel the ticket of the first sector. This is a case of pure cheating the customer.
                          I registered a complaint on the same day with the company authorities and after sometime they send me a mail stating that the complaint has been solved, without solving anything. I am attaching herewith both the mails (Page 2&3). Later on 20th august 2018, i got an email from you stating that “the booking has been aborted, since the booking was not confirmed because the flight and fare selected got expired by the time i reached the confirmation page and so the full amount is being processed for return” (Copy of email - page 4).
                          As on date you have only credited back rs. 2, 774/- to my credit card account. The balance whole amount is still pending with you.
                          This is pure violation of the consumer protection and hence if you don’t credit my account with the balance amount within next ten days i will be forced to take up the matter with the consumer protection council.

                            Please refer to various communications with railway department, IRCTC and with your goodself regarding the above. Please note that I had booked 5 tickets from Ambala to Kopargaon in the month of May 2018 through Jehlum Express 11078 and got PNR No. [protected]. Just like that I also booked return tickets for 18.8.2018 from Shirdi to Chandigarh through Sai Nagar Shirdi Express No. 22455 and the payment was deducted by the IRCTC from my account for five tickets and the tickets were confirmed. When on 14.8.2018, I tried to print out the PNR of return ticket from Shirdi to Chandigarh, the same was not appearing on both my Goibibo account as well as ITCTC account. When I contacted the helpline, they told that this might be due to server problem and you can contact Shirdi Station Superintendent to verify the same. As whole family was with me, so I booked another tickets through 2nd tier AC of same train, as the waiting list in three tier list was much more. When as per saying of helpline, we on 18.8.2018 at about 6 AM contacted the Railway staff at Shirdi, they shown their helplessness, but they informed me to contact TC in the train who can give clear picture. When I enquired from the TC of the said train, then he informed that I was having 5 tickets booked against PNR No. [protected] and the same were in B1 coach. Since the said PNR no. was neither appearing in my IRCTC account nor in my Goibibo account, therefore, due to non having of PNR no. due to fault of railway authorities, I have to further book tickets and caused a loss of Rs. 8675/-. Therefore, you are requested to kindly refund me an amount of Rs. 8675/- at an early date, as I never travelled on the said ticket due to non appearance in my account or I will have to initiate legal action against you. Please note that PNR no. is appearing in Ticket Collector chart but not appearing in my account as I am sending copy of both the same.
                            Please take now appropriate action and refund the amount.

                                Dear team,
                                I am thirumalai chandrasekhar, i booked online for jabbar travels for aug 31 2018 chennai egmore to bangalore. Booking id gobus83bbb1b6ea, with confirmed seat b5., on reaching the spot for boaring, the bus conductor refused boarding siting reason it is women seat? Which i didn't know, i requested him to take a concurance from the fellow women passenger, he refused, i requested alternative seat any where he also refused. At last i requested to seat in drivers cabin, he refused. I am not worried but he was very rude and has no respect for the client. I strongly lodge my protest and would request you to please refund my money.

                                In the event my refund does not come, i shall take a legal shelter and would demand a compensation and disrespectful behaviour of the conductor of jabbar travels, i would also go to press.

                                    Earlier l launched a complaint regarding hotel booking made through gobibo.com on 12 th may 2018.in that case transaction has been showed failed but amount of rs 9246/- was debited to my account. After that you looked into the matter and told me that there is no any such amount credited to your account. So i launched a complaint in my bank (Bank of india). After their survey they told me that the transaction was successfully done. They also mailed me the same.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have lodged a complaint with complaint id no-2055244.in spite of repeated requests regarding my itinerary. But no reply has received from goibibo or airways. It has disappointed me with the services not provided from any end.

                                      I have booked flights which was cancelled by airline and they allotted me another flight which will not able to catch me the next connected flight.

                                      There were many mails and request have been sent to airline as well as goibibo but no reply received on my request.

                                      I haven't received refund in my bank account but it shows refunded on the app. The customer service is really bad, call support says to enter mobile number associated with refund and then tells that there is no refund associated with this number, chat support doesn't reply. There is no way in which I can explain the actual problem to them.
