non refund of payment

I booked a hotel through goibibo on 2nd aug the payment was deducted from my acc but due to signal problem somehow site closed and room was not booked. Then again i booked the same and made the payment.
After so many working days even goibibo did not refunded the money.
Even though the customer service said that they have received the payment with same transaction id. And now they are not responding my emails and phone no....

hotel booking refund

I booked a room in hotel mansarovar paradise, moradabad on 18th aug. I did not avail the room on the said date still they are not refunding the amount.. Hotel says only ibibo can return amount.. Ibibio says only hotel can do that.. My 2520 rs are still not refunded. They both are harassing the customer and found a way to loot customer.. I was eagerly waiting for the refund.....

I unable to find it, now i m hear ibibo mail has been closed. This email id was connected with my facebook account and instagram. Now my fb and instagram account not opening and security mail sent to my [protected]@ibibo.com mail.
Kindly check and let me know what you want to be able to get back my id and open for fb and instagram security settings.br...

worst response from goibibo

It is really pathetic situation in my recent booking i. D - htl8p88hw3- rooms are really worst and not even cleaned properly. They charged about 4k per night. Trusted goibibo reviews and photos but not inline. After complaint 2 hours we waited in chilled climate from 5 to 7pm, no proper response from the coustomer care except saying we will revert back shortly. We are completely disappointed faced very tough time because of goibibo and hotel...

cheating by hotel recommended by goibibo

I booked a room at hotel jinendra palace jaipur for one day 12/08/2018 through gobigo, but because the room was booked through gobigo
1. Allotted the room in basement which one not like to take. It was not a free offer from hotel.
2. No welcome tea/ snack.
3. No bathroom accessories (I. E shoap, pest, oil provided.
4. Rs. 300/- was charged for a guest who has a visit to me. No notice was there in hotel mentioning...

payment not refunded by goibibo

My relative mr. Amit vikram sigh was booking a hotel feom goibibo on 17/05/2018. At payment gateway while making payment, amount of rs. 12370/- got deducted but hotel not got booked and status was showing payment pending.
Now he contacted his bank and after 60 days they said that payment had been received by merchant (Goibibo).
Now when he called them (Goibibo) for refund, they simply closed the case by saying that he need to...

wrong booking confirmation

I had made a resrvation for travel from udairpur to patna on their website for 31.08.2018. Before completeing the booking i took a snapshot of the date and travel time and flight detail. On completeing the reservation the ticket received was with udaipur to delhin on 31.08.2018 and delhin patna on 01.09.2018.
