I booked a train ticket on 22nd september 2018 to travel on 29th september 2018. Ref. No. Trndf513lx9vlj, since 23rd september 2018 i have been trying to cancel my ticket, when ever i click cancel ikon your cancel page goes blank, tried trough customer care number, no use, twice sent concern through your chat, went totally waste no response from your team. Since it is booked through your site irctc is also not allowing to cancel the ticket in their site.
Very disappointing experience where i have left helpless and lost rs.950/- purely because of goibio.

If airline take Penalty charges from costumer then they should mention on credit note also. Please look into this
