I had filed a complaint from the consumer against goibibo with regarding to the loss of money for a plane ticket was spent, but they responded to my complaint that the ticket were no-show, in fact, the plane ticket loss due to poor service in goibibo, have warned goibibo to cancel the plane ticket at 10 am, they just gave automated personal suport assistant
If it agree that the tickets were in case of no-show, am i worthy of the amount of tax on tickets only
