I have paid for room yesterday at guruvayur. An amount of ₹ 633 was paid by me. Neither the room was booked by goibibo.com nor are they returning my amount now. Feeling cheated by goibibo. fake hotels on goibibo

I recently booked hotel for my colleague who was visiting chennai for official purpose.
I booked oyo 7224 krishna prasad in chennai (Booking id: htlpyy8v63) for september 20th 2018.
She reached late night and was searching for the hotel, shockingly there was no such hotel in that given premises. She searched for nearly 1 and half hour and later had to opt for other available hotel in the area.

Goibibo reference number is TRNIF52NFF9GII and I received train ticket for this reference number and an amount of rupees 3780.64 was deducted at Citrusp* Goibibo.

selling economy tickets as a premium economy ticket

I purchased a ba ticket boston-london-bombay at 1, 29, 299/- as it was listed as a premium economy ticket on kayak being sold through goibibo. I was surprised to find out its an economy ticket. Both kayak and goibibo have washed their hands off the episode despite several communications with them on twitter and e mail. I have preserved the screen shots which clearly indicate the ticket being offered is premium economy and not economy class....

regarding partial cancellation booking of 1 night

I hv booked the hotel for 2 night but due urgent work 1 night stay booking out of 2 night and the same has informed at the time of check-in. At the time of check out of the hotel they have to take up matter with the goibibo company. I have confirmed the booking of my stay at sonar gaon hotel, puri for 2 nights ie checkin on 18th oct'18 and check out on 20th oct'18. Again i cancelled the one day booking on 18th oct'18, and got confirmation from your end.
