I have booked my ticket from mumbai to baroda on 6th nov, 2018.
The amount on your portal was shown different (Inr 2412/-) on payment mode.
Why my goibibo credit was use.
Why m i charged inr 3137/-
I called up on your customer no. Ms. Kopal answerd my call. And she was very rude, incorporate. She should know how to handle the query and how to handle the customer.

When i asked her why i was been charged this amount, she was like its not my problem. Its the airline who as charged you.
I have asked her to cancel my booking. She was like you will be charged more.

    I have booked a ticket from blr to vns with pnr dgs1xd, flight no. 6e178 which was scheduled to be on 2nd dec 18.
    There was resechuding of this flight on 18th oct 18. After seeking an option for cancellation, i canceled this flight. Against this, the refund has been sent to your goibigo on the same date but i have not got a refund.

    Kindly look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible

        I had filed a complaint from the consumer against goibibo with regarding to the loss of money for a plane ticket was spent, but they responded to my complaint that the ticket were no-show, in fact, the plane ticket loss due to poor service in goibibo, have warned goibibo to cancel the plane ticket at 10 am, they just gave automated personal suport assistant
        If it agree that the tickets were in case of no-show, am i worthy of the amount of tax on tickets only

        Dear Sir,
        I booked ticket on 1/10/2018 from Jaipur to Delhi having booking ID- TRNAF5BDVHZF2X but I didn't receive ticket even though money was debited from my credit card but till I have to receive back my Rs210 but there is no response from my side.
        So, pls return my money on urgent basis else I would have to put my complain else where

When i logged in today to my account a an other email id was there and that email is [protected]@dummymobemail.com its not mine email. Goibibo is not helping me to update my own email id.           You charged a sum of around rupees 2352 towards the booking. My bank account was debited for that amount. But you have refunded only Rs 1561. May I know why. If you are going to loot your customers like this it's very bad.

          Please refund additional 800 rupees around immediately.

            On[protected] i had tried to remit the school fee of my ward (Rajagiri christhujayanthi public school kakkanad) through this web portal and 1st time i got a failure massage so immediately tried for the 2nd time and it was success. But my bank account statement (The federal bank) shows that both the time mount had transfers with following particulars,

              I was looking to book a hotel near imagica and i found two options and i choose centurioun hotel and today when i was almost reaching imagica, i found out that the hotel i booked is in pune and not at imagica. I called the customer support number and i was on hold a couple of times before i was told that i would receive a call from some special department in 30 mins and i didn’t received any call in 1.5 hours. I was standing out on the road with my family includingn 3 kids one being only 7 months. It started raining and we almost got wet and our luggage got completely wet and finally i bought mysef a hotel room in nearby hotel. Finally i received a call from ibibo and the person was behaving like a complete ametur and after explaining my situation 3 times, he told me he would call me back to confirm whether i will het my redund or not. Due to the technical glitch of ibibo app, my leisure family trip has become a nightmare. The least i can expect from ibibo now is atleast refund my money.

              It wasn;t a last minute cancellation and I am asking for 1000rs and 2000rs goibibo credit which was promised to me and one day refund which i could have got had ibibo did the needfull with hotel. Don't turn your back on customers at least where it is clearly your mistake, I am not asking for all 3 days refund and have some humanity and read what i wrote slowly.

                I’m aleena maria moncy from kerala studying ba. Llb at national law university visakhapatnam. I booked a flight ticket through goibibo ([protected]@gmail.com) on sep 6th 2018 from visakhapatnam to calicut on the date of 16th oct 2018.

                I reached visakhapatnam airport for check-in at 14:00. After check-in i approached the counter of indigo at 14:20. But i was not able to get the boarding pass as the counter was closed. Around 15:00 i approached the indigo office to find an alternative but i was informed that there was no way to get through it. I asked for any other flights to calicut or cochin but they said that no seats were available and they didn’t show any interest in sorting it out. Then i checked through the goibibo online site and i could find a ticket to cochin from visakhapatnam at 19:00 on the same day (16th october 2018 tuesday).

So i humbly request to compensate for the damages caused during the travel which could not have happened if the needful was done at the perfect time. Hope that i would get the required help which i deserve from your company at the earliest possible.

                  I have booked my ticket through goibibo site from ahmedabad to diu by baba sitaram bus service. On 17/10/2018 the said bus didnot pickup and drop at the specified place. The bus pickup at the distance 9 km far from the pickup point and drop at the distance of 15 km before my destination. The staff also misbehaved with me. For this i have to pay extra money. Kinldy take action against baba sitaram bus service and also try to refund the amount what i have paid

                    Dear sir,

                    I had done a booking through goibibo for airline tickets on 09/10/18 for indigo flight doh to bom on 10/10/18 (Pnr :mhzkut) for passengers louis mendonca and judith mendonca.

                    Payment of rs 18, 584/- was billed twice and double billing for above booking was made in my account. It could be because of server problem or server error.

                    I have contacted my bankers sbi and have got the reply that the above amount of rs 18, 584/- was paid twice to goibibo group pvt ltd and accordingly my account has been debited twice. They have requested me to contact goibibo to resolve the issue and refund the amount of rs 18, 584/- made twice for same booking.

                    Kindly refund to me rs 18, 584/- at the earliest.

                      Dear team,
                      I made a booking for my friend at sai ajinkya hotel in shirdi twenty days before our check-in date. Yesterday (16th oct) he went to the same hotel along with his family members and children. The hotelier said, "no rooms are available. We didn't receive money from goibibo. You go somewhere else for the rooms. I can't provide any rooms now at this moment".
                      Is this the way you treat your customers?
                      I always prefer to make bookings in your website. Even referred your website to my friend. I think i did wrong
                      Why can't you inform us prior in case you're not able to arrange the room earlier?
                      He went along with his family members (Including children, sr. Citizens & physically handicapped person). What would have happened if he doesn't get another hotel? Is it the way you give respect to your customers?
                      I immediately contacted your support team. You said that i'll get a call back from you. But you never called me till now. Just initiated the refund for my booking
                      Your role will be done if you just initiate the refund?
                      I didn't like the way you treat your customers. Feeling so sad for trusting your website all these years.

                          Hi team, i had recently booked train tickets from salem to mumbai in train # 11014 lokmanya tt exp for oct 11th under pnr [protected]. These tickets were cancelled on oct 6th but i am still awaiting for my refund of rupees 2515. I have tried calling the help desk and chatting via gohelp several times but haven’t got any update on my refund status. It’s more than a week now and i haven’t got any email also on my refund. Please look into this urgently and refund my money.

                              I had booked a cab from kochi airport, kerala to katapanna for which i was asked to make advance payment of 580 for which i tried to make payment but after entering the otp, it should problem in payment so i booked it through another account for which the same thing happened but after some time both my account has been debited and i have received no confirmation.                                 I was booking a flight ticket on goibibo.
                                Booking ref : gofldd210d[protected]
                                Date of booking :[protected]
                                My ticket was for 4599, then using the offer they provided, there was a discount of rs.1000. So the total amount shown was 3599. Then it went to the payment gateway, which deducted 4468.

                                How did you achieve the magic number? How can you change the amount once you go to the payment portal?

                                Now the customer care says that never happened. They have a festive offer going on (Image is attached).

                                So they change the amount once you reach the portal?
                                They could charged 15000 to make more money.

                                    8th oct i receive a call from goibibo cab driver some at around 8pm, confirming my travel i was rest assured about the cab arrival but then next morning 9th oct'18 he surprised me asking the 'otp' which i didn't receive, all attempts of reaching out to goibibo contact center was thwarted.br...

                                    I have been following up for one refund of hotel booking with ibibo team from last one month but to no avail. The team has informed me that refund was done on 7 sep but it has been more than one month and refund has not been credited.
                                    Also, the ibibo team demanded copy of my bank statement to verify the status of refund which was duly shared by me but still no response.
                                    How much time does it take to effect an online transfer!!!. Really unsatisfied with the dealings of ibibo.

                                      This is with reference to my domestic flight cancellation. The company told me that i will be getting only 50% of cashback in the form of non promotional go cash since it was a technical error from their end. I agreed to it and got the cash back. The cashback was taken back the very next. Since then i am following up for my refund. I am frustrated.

                                      The Screen Shot was shared since one of your customer care representative told me to do that. Anyways if that was a wrong screenshot then the team should immediately check and inform me. How can they process refund on the basis of a wrong proof then? The flight for which I had booked gives full refund before 24 hours of travel date which is mentioned in the airlines rules only. If the airlines provides refund then where does the money go? I need full refund of my cancellation. The service rendered from your end is worst and please don't put the burden of the faults made by your team on a customer.

                                      Had received reply on mail from the Gobibo Team post the recent communications with the company. The requested to give some time to solve the issue. The timeline mentioned for the same was till 14th October 2018. After which have sent 2 mails to them but still no reply. They have taken more than a month anyways before that and again customer only needs to wait. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM GOIBIBO. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Attaching the mail communication.
