I am contacting goibibbo every week to get to know my refund status of the tickets cancelled on 04th may 2014 from gulf air. So far i spoke o jagmeet, bilal, priyanka & vishwajeet, but still i am getting the same response that my request is under progress, escalated but i got refund of rs.7900 for the airticket amount i paid rs.144000.

At the time of booking, i was not told by your executive (Jay from booking dept) that the tickets booked are non-refundable, but after cancellation i was told that this ticket is non-refundable which is totally not acceptable.

I cancelled the ticket because of my mother sudden demise and not able to travel as planned.

Request to help in processing the refund at the earliest.

    I had booked one sedan cab from goibibo from pune to thane mumbai for 5/6/17. I had already discussed about my luggage quantity with customer care of goibibo over phone and they assured me to carry this with there cab. At last my booking details has been changed by site and they have send Sachin Shinde driver who denied to carry my luggage and thrown all the things from carriage and went away. Now company neither make any alternative arrangements for my travel nor give my 100% booking amount to my account. I want to file a suit against these people.

      Dear sir / madam,
      I bought an air ticket (Del - hk - del ; srilankan airline ; date of journey 12 june - 23 june 2017) on 21st may 2017 form goibibo online. On 3rd june i got the split of my payment and i came to know that they have charged full fare for a child under 11years. I think no air line charges full fare for a child under 11. I already complaint to goibibo for this but they said that due dynamic airfare sometimes a child is charged as an adult fare. But i have never heard that in any condition a child is charged full fare. Kindly see into the matter to get half airfare for the child and do the justification for charging full fare for a child. I will be grateful to you.

        The guests have come and gone but I'm yet to receive payment for my resort. It's been two weeks. I call them everyday but I receive the same reply...the payment has been initiated..
        But to this day no payment has been received.
        They are saing that refund is not getting processed due to some banking error, and same they are saying since a month.
        everytime they say that allow us next 24 hours but those 24 hours never come.

            The company provides a promotional offer like cash back where they give discount in terms of gocash which you can use in furture bookings, you can also earn same through referrals... Ideally they should project as normal cash for there product. However need to get to notice of as many people as possible the charting goibibo does on the name of gocash. Today morning i was booking a hotel which came at rs 11115. It states i can pay up to 20% by gocash. I arranged gocash through referral and tried booking it again. Even after using 2600 gocash amout was coming same 11115. Apparently they deducted gocash from normal goibibo discount.. They are cheating on customers through trade technique. I asked my friend to book she had 500 gocash again same price. The point is they are doing misleading cashback promotion. No matter i[censored] have go cash or u don't have or how much you have. Price would remain same... I am attaching two screen shot of same booking same time
            There policy states that you can opt to get refund in terms of go cash which you can immediately use for new booking so if i booked a hotel and paid in my money 2500 rs and than get that back in go cash. I check on a hotel without signing in its discounted cost is 11000 rs and i ask my fried to try booking at same time she has 500 rs and again she gets it in 11000 rs and again i have signed in with 2500 rs still hotel is costing me 11000 rs so gibibo by there false promotion are stealing 2500 rs. This is what is your policy

            I have written multiple mails to them they keep saying read our policy, discount changes, I understand discount change but this misleading and stealing ...don't offer if you cant afford why steal .. not expected from big group who vows on being constructive participant in India growth want steel and stoop at this level... don't offer cash back if you cant afford it

            It is not about particular booking obviously after seeing ur cheating we didn't complete this booking but point is ... 1.gocash is cashback offered .2. It should be as good as cash in my bank only diffrence I can use it in goibibo only 3.i understand the cap that we can use only 20 percent of total booking amount . However other discount offers should be independent of it as you also offer to give refunds as gocash.4. It doesn't happen like that as if hotel hotel price on your site is actual price - goibibo discount it should be actual price - goibibo discount - gocash ... however both equation remain same as u adjust gocash from goibibo discount.

                I booked the pnr was h1p2j and the ticket number was 098 [protected]. For 6:45 am flight on 6th may 17 via goibibo. Just because the ibibo didn't pass on details i missed my flight even though i was sitting at the airport.

                Apart from this i already had big issue changing my flight which was booked with ibibo. Where the ibibo guy connected me with airline instead of solving my query and just hung up the call. I kept arguing and discussing with airline for almost 30 min but there was no support from ibibo. Yes but they definitely want to take service charge for not serving there customers
                Please clarify this asap before i write it to mr kashyap. Regards,

                The Booking was done on premium mile website. I believe the premium mile is linked with goibibo for airline ticket. The Airindia had clearly mentioned in there explaination that ibibo.com had not provided any contact details.

                  Complaint about fraudulent charges during flight booking at goibibo. On the last page of payment the website displays the amount as Rs.98, 130 (screenshot attached). After putting in the card details/netbanking details and clicking on "Pay Securely", the consumer is taken to the bank gateway, where they are displaying a different amount Rs.1, 00, 130 (screenshot attached). A difference of Rs.2000!
                  When confonted over email with GoIbibo, they are trying to defend this by saying we cannot appy GoCash and PromoCode in a single booking. Fine! But does that entitle them to change the price AFTER consumer exists their website and reaches the payment gateway? If this is their plea, they should reflect the correct amount BEFORE clicking on "Pay Securely" button.

                    Its been more than 20 days i keep calling for the refund of my bookings, PNR : 5QKNJ9 and OZ9LD5, Goibibo executives are not able to resolve my refund issue. Every time i have to call and explain same issue.And every time i call, i get a different refund amount and that to it gets reduced.

                    I have booed a flight from mumbai - delhi and delhi - mumbai, then i reschedule my mumbai - delhi flight and finally after 2 days then i called up the Goibiob to confirm all the cancellation amount and total refund amount after cancellation . And they conveyed that i will get total Rs. 4300 will be refunded in my account. Till now only Rs.940 is refunded in my account, Still they don have any clarification for remaining refund amount.

                    I paid more than Rs 10, 000 in total for mum - delhi and delhi - mumbai flight and once confirmed begore cancelling this flight your executives said i will get Rs.4300 after all the deductions, And now after cancellations they have processed only 940+440 =Rs 1380 .What kind of calculation is this, this is how you make money, I thought you take commissions ?

                      How goibibo can tie up with such non standard hotels & keep customers in life risk.

                          Go cash can be used for any booking upto 8% or 750 whichever is lower. But when I tried to book, they said Go cash cannot be used for my booking as it is a internal condition that it cannot be used for few airlines. It is no where mentioned in the terms and conditions. Request you not to get fooled by the misleading advertisements and fraudulent offers.

                            Hi,

                            I booked a hotel for 1-night duration in Delhi - Hauz Khas named Marigold BNB for May 13'2017. The booking was done 2 days prior to my travel plan on May 11'2017.
                            When I reached to the specified hotel for check-in purposes, found out to my utter surprise that hotel had already been closed 1 month back. There was no trace of that hotel. Tried reaching hotel management staff and didn't received any response.

                            After that I tried contacting goibibo customer support, but didn't receive any favorable response on time. It was after that I managed to book my stay elsewhere(Hotel Oscar, Hauz Khas, Delhi), I received message from goibibo that they are willing to shift me to another hotel.

                            After that they informed me that they are willing to refund my booking amount(2454 INR), but it was after when I booked another hotel at an expanded cost.

                            I was on an official visit, and due to all this mess I was not able to attend an important meeting with my clients.

                            I would like to register a complaint about this issue, because goibibo committed a fraud - booked a hotel that was already closed.

                            As per my recent discussion with goibibo, they have processed my refund, but I would require extra compensation(3600 INR) from them regarding the another hotel booking (Hotel Oscar), which I had to do as I didn't had any choice. This is due to goibibo mismanagement and mistake that I had to face this harassment.

                            I have attached the booking details for the hotel that goibibo booked for me (Hotel Marigold BNB, Booking ID-HTLHDWLMYL) and the hotel that I booked on my own (Hotel Oscar).

                            Please let me know in case any additional info is required.

                                This is regarding a severe complaint that I have to file for a case which happened to me recently while coming back from kuala Lumpur. I had booked a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Hyd (09/05/2017) via Singapore with the same PNR number. It was a transit flight through Singapore through Tiger Airways. But while returning when I reached airport, the airways people didn't allow me to board the flight as they were saying that there is no layover in Singapore and they are separate flights for which I was asked for singapore visa which obviously not carrying as in transit, no visa is required for few hours. Before leaving India I had confirmed about my ticket several times with Goibibo as well as about visa requirement. As it was Transit, Goibibo people said it was a transit so it will not be required. I had wait in KL for 2 more days and had to book another flight for 13000 INR for which I had no fault. In their system it was showing two different PNRs and complaining about the same they blamed us for booking from Goibibo and asked to book from their website ie Tiger airways only and not from Goibibo.

                                I have booked almost thousands of flights and hotels of my friends and family from your portal which you can check in years but this is the most disappointing experience. This wasted my appointments in India for two days as well as I had to pay 13k extra. I need a solution for this immediately and want a refund for all. Otherwise I will have to take further steps forward at different levels. The reputation of Goibibo is almost going into ashes. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                                  These two mentioned bookings were canceled from the indigo website and they also mentioned that refund was processed by them. After 5 days also, we did not receive the refund to our credit card account. Then, we called ibibo group yesterday and the adviser mentioned that they donot even know that the booking has been canceled almost 10 days prior and said that we will process the refund now. Then, we receive a message from the ibibo group saying that they have processed a refund of rs.4450 to the account. This is for the same booking for which we received email from indigo stating that approx rs.8900 was processed for refund.

                                  Ibibo group sent emails that refund of rs.4450 and rs.6319 was processed for two bookings respectively and they only processed rs.4450 and conveniently forgot about the other refund. After calling the ibibo group helpline team, they were a great help and some agent named "vekatesan" made me to be on hold for 12 minutes approx and then said that he doesnot know about the issue and will escalated to the relevant team. If the ibibo support team doesnot know about the issue, how can we expect them to help us???

                                  Talk about the new cheaters of india. First of all, i will post this in every social media that i know of, then i will pass on the message to print media also about the fraud that the ibibo group is doing!!! They have raised the standard of fraud that goes on in this country. No wonder that we are not progressing and the middle class people are suffering where companies these ibibo group, makemytrip and redbus cheat the middle people of their hard earned money and use the same to make fake ads with ranveer singh, alia bhatt and deepika padukone!!!

                                  I have attached the emails from goibibo where they mentioned that refund was processed and i will update the message as well, please process my refund of rs.6319. Dont force hard working middle class people to show their ugly face by cheating them!!!

                                    I had purchase Air Ticket under PNR no.H29DY from Goibibo for the journey Dubai to Mumbai. While taking the online ticket, it was written refundable. But after taking the ticket & its print out, in the 2nd page, it is written cancellation charges as Giibibo fee - Rs.649 and Airline fee - Rs.3830/-.
                                    Due to my other work urgency at Dubai, I had to cancel the ticket and while cancellation, the Goibibo representative initially told me over phone cancellation charges will be Rs. 5000/- plus. While protesting, he told the above charges which are written in 2nd page of the ticket.
                                    But for refundable ticket, cancellation charges Rs.(649 + 3830)/- i.e. Rs.4479/- is very high wherein it was showing refundable ticket.
                                    My protest is to refund me by deducting Goibibo fee plus Max another Rs.1000/- as penalty. So maximum cancellation charges should be Rs.1649/-.
                                    I have received the mail only for refunding Rs. 5796/- against the payment of Rs. 10275/- When it is refundable ticket, I should get back amount after deduction of maximum Rs.1000/- - Rs.1500/-. whereas Rs.4479 has been deducted which is very illegal. No paymeny of INR 939 is received by me.

                                    Requested to take suitable action immediately, otherwise action would be taken as deemed fit.

                                    I am taking Air tickets regularly from Goibibo site and being a regular customer huge cancellation charges should not be there.

                                      Hi, myself rakhee jash is a travel agent from global travel services. I booked hotel mahamaya palace for my brother mr. Kaustabh kundu. Booking id: htlwsuaunw and htl4hzbtw2. I already spoke to customer care and they told they will give another hotel sara for us.
                                      I booked that hotel for my brother personally. Not from any travel agency. Last hotel mahamaya palace was under renovation and they cant accomodate my relatives. So this is the mistake from goibibo.
                                      As i told i have booked this as a personal and not from my agency, from goibibo they are asking i cant book because i am attached with a travel agent. Ok. Then i wanted to cancel my booking and wanted my amount refunded in my account. I dont wanted as a go cash. Because as a travel agent i cant book in future also through goibibo.
                                      But they deducted 2% amount from my booking amount.
                                      I understand as a travel agent they had to cancel my bookings because it was written in there terms and conditions. But there is nowhere written they can deduct 2% for this. They cheated me and i want this solution.
                                      I cant book a hotel personally through go ibibo?
                                      Now if you cancel hotel and dont provide another hotel then my relatives will be in a problem.
                                      We dont expect this inconvenience from goibibo.

                                        I had purchase Air Ticket under PNR no.H29DY from Goibibo for the journey Dubai to Mumbai. While taking the online ticket, it was written refundable. But after taking the ticket & its print out, in the 2nd page, it is written cancellation charges as Giibibo fee - Rs.649 and Airline fee - Rs.3830/-.
                                        Due to my other work urgency at Dubai, I had to cancel the ticket and while cancellation, the Goibibo representative initially told me over phone cancellation charges will be Rs. 5000/- plus. While protesting, he told the above charges which are written in 2nd page of the ticket.
                                        But for refundable ticket, cancellation charges Rs.(649 + 3830)/- i.e. Rs.4479/- is very high wherein it was showing refundable ticket.
                                        My protest is to refund me by deducting Goibibo fee plus Max another Rs.1000/- as penalty. So maximum cancellation charges should be Rs.1649/-.
                                        I am taking Air tickets regularly from Goibibo site and being a regular customer huge cancellation charges should not be there.

                                        Now Goibibio has registered my service request under international Flights for cancellation and refund fee/charges under their service request no. 10052038 dtd 28/04/2017.
                                        But my request to give me the justice and refund me the amount with minimum cancellation fees as the ticket was purchased under refundab;e category.
