all i would like to share my experience with goibibo,
i have booked a airline ticket with go ibibo, for first time, and while booking in website, No where in any part of website they have mentioned that u need to carry a printout of your e -ticket, as a first time flyer I was not aware of the same becz I have got a sms from go ibibo says that your ticket has been booked and here is your PNR number
so I went to the air port while entering to the airport the security, said the sms which u have received Is incomplete and no traveller name has mentioned in the sms, so he dined me to enter in the airport and asked me to get a print out I went to spice-jet office and they took 30minute to give me a printout and charged me Rs 100 for a printout
after all these I rushed to the air line counter at 3: 55 pm as my flight was at ;435 so now the airline people is not ready to accept my boarding, becz of iam late
I have called Go Ibibo and asked that why you People has not informed me that import Information that u need to carry a print out of your- ticket while travel
I got a reply from them that its in the E-tciket which we have attached in your email
So my Question Is As first time traveller
1. Is the concern team of air line booking website or portal like IBIBO thinks that its mandatory information and need to inform every traveller in each the important massage in the email which they have send me

Important Information
Checkin Information. Check-in desks open two hours ahead of the flight's scheduled departure, and close promptly 45 minutes before the flight is scheduled to leave. If you're late, you will forfeit your seat and no refund will be offered.
Passports and ID. Approved photographic ID is required on all flights, including domestic services. Pack safely. Take care when you pack your bags! You cannot take any dangerous goods in your luggage, and some other items (e.g. cigarette lighters and matches)
Seating. This Airline does not allocate seats, and you can choose where to sit when you board the aircraft. The aircraft is boarded in priority order, however, so the earlier you check in, the more choice you will have!
Specific needs and access requirements. Please inform us of any specific needs or access requirements by adding a request to your booking online or by calling the contact centre.
Need to change your booking?
You can change or alter itinerary details online, 24 hours a day! Rs.250 per passenger on the administrative fee charged over the phone and also if you cancel the booking online
Finally they came up with clarification that we have mentioned in the e-ticket which we have attached in your email-
iF I get the notification in email that u need to take a print out of the e- ticket then only I must read the information which they have written IN e- Ticket
Any way I Have lost the flight and goibibo is helpless in this matter

Ibibo Group / Goibibo Customer Care's response Please note that the confirmation E-ticket mentions this information to carry a printout of the E-ticket and present it to airline at time of check - in. The confirmation message does not mention traveller details as it only a notification to let you know that booking has been confirmed.
The E-ticket mentions this basic information very well. As per the general understanding printout of the E-ticket should be carried or the the E-ticket can also be shown in email itself. We have attached the screenshot of the E-ticket sent to all users with the information.
We trust this clarifies.
