I have ticket booked from red bus. During the bus booking departure time showed in red bus website 20:30 bombey to ahmedabad (Egale falcon travels) and 16 seat available as same showed in dual bus available in red bus when i have selected first bus and booked ticket on time 17:53
After booking i have received ticket for time 17:55 and i have call received form travels operater time on 19:05 and i have gone boarding...

I wanted to make payment through Payu Money on ShoppinOutlet.in however when the payment was successful vide transaction ID S41621207 through Union Bank of India on 29/11/16, my statement showed the name of IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd and the person who was originally supposed to receive the payment did not receive it. I have booked bus on 21st Oct 2016 through Goibibo.com, booking no.is GOBUS[protected], but on 23rd Oct that day I have received message that bus was cancelled and my amount will be refund.

But its approx 1month have passed but they haven't initiate refund amount till now.

I have contact to customer care(Ms. Ashwini) many times but each time they give assurety that amount will be refund...
