I had a booking in mahadev travels from kanpur on 7/8/17 at 11.00 pm
1 the bus gets cancelled without prior notification
2 after providing providing compensation bus service, the location of collection was fast from what was mentioned by you guys
3 booked sears were allocated to other passengers in that bus on cash basis and i along with few other passengers were given the seats in the last row.
I request you to please verify the authenticity of the services before taking their services on your website.. Such local buses do not follow internet protocol.
Please do not let it happen again with any other person

    My name is bhishm khatri my number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com... I booked a cab from delhi to jaipur with all amount i have in my bank account that is rs1016 and the driver cancelled it at the last moment then i called customer care number but the supervisor cut the call... Now i do not have any money to survive in delhi and the refund will come in 5-7days because of goibibo mistake... So what should i do now? I told the supervisor that i will go in consumer court but he didn't take it serusly... So i hope you will help me as soon as possible because i cnt do anything in delhi where i dnt know anyone and cnt survive because i dnt have any money now... I will wait for goibibo to help me as soon as possible

      I had booked tickets force persons on 25th july to travel
      Bangalore-goa on 9th aug
      Of air asia
      My pnr no is zingxs
      I have not recd ticket in my mail id
      I only recd sms in my cell no of pnr nos
      I find it to take print out of my ticket
      This has happened with him second time
      I am very much dissapointed with ur service
      And won't recommend anybody to book tickets thru goibibio

        I am writing this mail to inform you about the trouble i had to face because of my flight back to india from germany.

        My brother had booked a flight from dusseldorf to trivandrum for 30/07/2017, via dubai on goibibo.com. The airline from dusseldorf to dubai was pegasus airlines (Turkish) and from dubai to trivandrum was indigo airlines (Ticket attached).
        On the date of journey, the airline didn't permit me to travel from dusseldorf stating that i don't have a visa for uae. For a transit time of less than 8 hours, a visa is not required in dubai and it is mentioned on their official website and i had traveled already via dubai without a visa. I need a visa only if the layover is more than 8 hours. Please see the link:

        I missed and important appointment, and had to face serious difficulties and emotional stress due to this last minute decision of the airline. They had never asked for a visa to dubai (If required) any time before and all they asked was my passport details. Goibibo or the airline didn't inform about the requirement of a visa and now they are denying to reimburse the ticket price. Kindly do the needful.

            I have booked a accommodation in hotel empires, bhubaneswar on 16.07.17 for two days wef.17 & 18.07.17 with my booking id - htl7yg2vpu. As per the advice by ibibo group i have deposited rs.2520.00 as gst directly in the hotel. Bbut i am not given the money receipt rather they advise me to collect the same from goibibo. Hence i request to to kindly provide me the said money receipt for rs. 2520. Oo so that i can reimburse the same from my organisation.

              I booked the train tkt via goibibo but some i request to canceled my tkt via goibibo customer care and i also get reference no in my mail id but i couldn't got my money return back and i confirm with irctc the tkt is not canceled. Detail is below and i many time call and mail to goibibo but not got proper reply from out site

              Request to cancle date is 29th july 2017 on 1.40 pm and ref no is 13339029
              And i called to goibibo cutomer care they have to told me you will get only 1200 rs
              They explai me as per irctc rules you cancle the tkt you will refund only 25% amout of tkt if you cancle 48 hrs to 12 but as per irctc rules 25% deduct from total amout fare. When is cancel 48 hrs to 12 hrs before departed the train.
              I share proof of click booking and request to cancle the tkt date and time.

                This is ramanan s from chennai. Comming 1st aug 17 im going to sharjah. Im book the ticket by goibibo. By my mistake im not clearly cheking in procedure.
                After the ticket booking i know check in baggage 30kg is not added.
                After that i raised the compliant and pay the additional rs.200 rupee.
                Then he (Customer person) say within 24hrs your compliant to be solved.

                Im requsting to you kindly solve the issue very soon pls.

                  Today i book bus ticket from narsingpur to indore.
                  Only one boarding point was shown in the option.
                  I book ticket and receive a msg with dept time.

                  When i enquired about the boarding point it was 45-50 km away from where i entered in boarding option.
                  If i'm putting one city name (Narsinghpur) in the dept. Place option then how u provide me such wrong information..? (Far away boarding point)

                  Furthermore i contacted with driver, he was also not provided me right information to pick up the bus.

                  I want complete cash back as a miss my bus and facing huge inconvenience due to providing such felt boarding point option

                    I have booked a hotel ticket at munnar, kerala for 19, 20, 21 oct 2017. I got confirmation mail from goibibo after payment of booking amount. After booking i called the customer executive of goibibo for payment confirmation. They said that all payment done from my side was done. When i tried to contact with hotel executive they denied for any booking done for that time period. When i getting know that there is some issue with the booking and contact to goibibo they informed me that there is some issue is there and booking has been cancelled and i have to book again if i want to book on that same time period.                       I have booked a hotel room through www.goibibo.com online on 19th july 2017 at 1.43am and made payment for the particular transaction through my card, immediately i received a booking confirmation through mail, for checking purpose yesterday evening i made a call to Hotel aryaas regarding my room confirmation, but they have informed me your room is not confirmed, you pls check with goibibo only not to us like that informed and i called yesterday night to goibibo customer care number and they informed regarding my complaint has been already forwarded to concern department and you will be receive a call with in 15 minitues and we will make arrangement for alternate property, but no one called me, from yesterday to till now i made en number of calls to that customer care, still they are saying same reason, sir please wait our concern team will working on it and we will make arrangement.

                      I don't know how long they will work for to sort out my issues and i will not believe them further and i given much time to them to sort out my issues.

                      so kindly help me in this regard and also enclosed copy of my room confirmation given by goibibo through mail for your reference.

                          I would like to lodge a complaint against phishing call received from a cell number# [protected] named as mr. Amit mishra dated on 4- july - 2017.
                          The person (Mr. Amit mishra) who called me had told that he is speaking from irctc (He had all my personal details and information of my wife’s irctc account) and he knew that my family members are travelling under pnr# [protected] and both of these commuters had not received the meals which are generally given by the irctc and therefore mr. Amit mishra had convinced me that he wanted to return the irctc meal charges of my family members who have travelled from new delhi to dehradun on 4- july’ 2017. Furthermore, mr. Amit mishra had told that he will deposit the rs 180.00 into my icici savings account only post verification of my icici savings account number and debit card number. During this verification process; mr. Amit mishra had asked my icici debit card number, expiry date of debit card along with the cvv number and otp. I have the audio recordings in my mobile phone which can be treated as an evidence for my complaint.
                          After producing all the above details to mr. Amit mishra; my icici savings account number had been debited twice with two below debit transactions.

                            I tried to book a flight on the 07/07/2017, when i was booking it at the end of checkout they said the card issuer was not valid. So, i just did not book after this. After 10 days on the 16/07/2017, the amount 17244 rs gets deducted from the bank account. I have not received any email of flight booked on the 07/07/2017 neither till date. No booking emails at all was sent on my email address. Now i am asking for refund but every person in this company is so rude they just hang the phone on you. They have deducted the amount for no reason. I need some help to get my refund back.

                              I wanted to cancel my booked flight from mumbai to dubai but the bookung executive wrongly cancelled my return flight from dubai to mumbai because of which i was not allowed to board the flight and had to wait at the airport from evenibg till next morning after traveling past 30 hours with various halts from stockholm.

                              Goibibo abroad number wasn't working and hence one of my friend contacted from india and the spokesperson said that you to wait for 48 hours for a solution!

                              Even after realising the mistake and promising me a solution in 24 hours i have to explain the issue to 7 different over a week's time. I was asked to take less refund then the amount of new ticket. Finally on warning them with comolaining in consumer court i am promised a refund.

                              I am highly disappointed with the services.

I flew on 13th july from vietnam to malaysia my connecting flight was from malaysia to mumbai. I was told i have to re check the bag which was not the case. I was told it will be jet airways travel from malaysia to mumbai but it was malaysia airlines. I could not pre book my meal and was not given vegetarian meal and was very irratated as i. Was starving.. Also i was told i will need transist visa at malaysia which again was not the case.. Really sad jouney.. Would never recommend any one.. I want my money back for this trip.                                   We had a pathetic service and felt like throwing our money during our stay at Ginger Hotel Chennai on 8th July. Please see the details below:

                                  Room Type: Standard Room (Double Room) with Breakfas
                                  Check In: July 8, 2017
                                  Hotal Amount: Rs. 5718
                                  Vendor Booking: Id[protected]
                                  Booking was done for three person including breakfast.

                                  Issues:
                                  1. When we reached hotel, we were given very small room in which only two people can stay, they said we cannot add a mattress for third person as there is no space.
                                  2. They said that this is the only smoking room they have in which window can be open.
                                  3. After multiple round of discussion they shifted us to a new ( a bit bigger) room, which they said that it is smoking room.
                                  4. Some how after taking out table from the room, they adjusted additional mattress. But in this window was not opening and it was blocked and there was no exhaust.
                                  5. When we asked that how we will smoke, they said that close the door and smoke we don't have any room in which exhaust works or window can be opened. They even did not had exhaust in Restroom.
                                  6. In the morning when we went for breakfast, they said that we have to pay for that.
                                  7. Again after having discussion multiple times they said that breakfast for 2 person is included and for third we have to pay,
                                  8. Again after having discussion and hot arguments they agreed and gave breakfast for all three.
                                  9. For each thing we had to beg - on day 1 they said they don't have additional glasses, we had to ask multiple times for towels, tv was very small.

                                  At the best was when we asked at the time of check-in that 'if that is the case then why did they accept booking for 3 people'. They said if you don't want to stay talk to goibibo customer care and go at other place, this is what we have. When I called customer care, after putting on hold for 20 minute, they said to be on line they will talk to hotel management and get it resolved. But after 5 minute putting on hold customer care guy said hello hello for 3-4 times and disconnected the phone. After that we tried multiple times but call was not transferred to customer care.

                                  At 10 PM we did not had any option apart from staying in this hotel.

                                  Please look into this and since I feel it is wastage of amount, see what can be done.. ideally for this kind of booking hotel should refund the money and pay some additional money to customers for the torture.

No escalation mechanism is defined in the website as well. I am fully assured that after posting it here also I am not getting any solution. But Still I am posting so that the people can know how this company is making other people fool.

I had booked a domestic flight from chennai to bangalore on 14th june. On the first try, there was transaction failure and my money got debited from the card. I called up goibibo and they assured me it will be refunded in 24 hours. So i went ahead with that confidence and tried booking a second time on your site which was a success (Pnr-ybsg4z). The customer executive on that day said that he started the refund initiation on that day itself. Till now there has been no refund to my account. I called up many times and they say different answers saying it has been initiated and another customer support manager asking to see my bank statement ever since the date of booking to prove that i have not received my refund. Do you not have a system in place which confirms if i have received my refund or not??? Why do i have to share my personal bank account statement with you people for you to confirm the same? Contradicting answers and buying more time is what has happened till date. It is a huge sum of 8338 rs. If you search the no. Of booking against my phone number, you will realize that i am a frequent customer and i am honestly never going to use your site after this harassment and experience at the hands of your customer support. I need my money refunded and i expect a reply from you on this asap before i take it to the social networking site and consumer court detailing my tedious experience with you. 8338 rupees is a big amount and i cannot leave it like this.
