I had a booking for 10/08/2016 hotel fab mint casa new friends colony delhi when i booked a hotel through goibibo website the room was too big decent and nice but as i check-inn in the hotel the room was totally different room was too small dirty and suffocated i have some breathing problem also so i did lot of request to change my room or shift to me in some other hotel but they ask me to pay more money for changing the hotel so i request them to cancel my booking or refund me my money but they refuse my request eventually by my own effort i have to check inn in another hotel by paying more money and till yet they have not refunded my money they are just giving nonsense excuse.

    on 1 of july i had made a booking through Goibibo .booking was not done but they debited the amount of 11540 from my account .on 1 july they said we refund your payment in 24 hour but nw its 1 month and 10 day they denied to refund my money they fraud with me i attach my bank account statement please help me to refund my money its a very big amount for me.

      It is really shell shocking to see such a poor response from their end. I was given a word by one of organization's executives last night that I would be getting a refund. He said he had spoken to the hotel management and got the confirmation on refund and I would be getting the reversal by today morning. It is so sad to note such a mail stating the negativity in the morning. Being a loyal customer to goibibo, I am deeply disappointed with this response. It is unacceptable as the executive had given me a word for refunding they can even check the call records. I requested to reconsider their decision in processing my refund but they failed me. It is indeed a breach of trust.

        Dear sir,

        I have booked hotel at shilong meghalaya from 15th to 16th july through goibibo portal on 11th july 2016. The booking was confirmed under id no htlx45lhgj on payment of rs.5569/- through net banking.

        On reaching hotel pinewood i have been told that there is no booking in my name from goibibo. I have repeatedly requested hotel authorities to get confirmation from goibibo. I have personally tried to contact goibibo but their helplinw was non operative.

        I was compelled to book another hotel at shilong.

        I have requested goibibo through helpline to refund my deposited amount. I was informed that the same will be refund within 7 days. After waiting for 7 days i again recalled but now they are denying to refund with statement that there was room available and i have intentionally not checked in and as such no refund can be made.

        Kindly help to get my money refunded.

Same day evening i have requested to cancel, but they say same day after 12 noon it is not possible to cancel. Then i have requested to cancel next days booking even that they have not done.             On cancelling a ticket, the refund amount was credited into gocash without any permission or intimation. As only 5% of the ticket amount can be used from gocash, the refunded amount stays unusable. This seems legally incorrect and i request to refund the amount into source bank account. So to make every customer aware of this, it is a no-refund in case of cancellation, if booked via goibibo.

              I booked ticket on 5th of July. The amount was debited from my card but the ticket was not booked. On contacting customer support, they said the amount will be refunded within 24-72 hours. From 7th of July onwards I am calling goibibo customer support frequently and asking about the refund status but they always says the same thing "Refund was processed on 7th of July. Since its not credited to your account, give us 24 hours time. We will contact our finance team and get back to you with the updated status". Today is 25th July and till now I am only calling them and getting the same response. Not a single call I got from goibibo team regarding my issues and no money credited to my account too.On Asking also about the transaction details, they say they cannot give that details. A very lame excuse to escape from any more questions.

                I nitin jain booked a ticket through goibibo with airline:g8/itvo7a and my date of travel was 18th july 2016 @6:20 pm by goair from delhi to pune. I reached the airport with my wife at 4:30 pm to ensure i complete the travel formalities. When i reached the goair travel desk to issue me a boarding pass, i was surprised to know that my ticket is auto cancelled. Never heard to something like auto cancelled, i enquired with their senior most official of goair and they fetched the system and told me that goibibo has not paid the airline that is why it is auto cancelled. I still did not believed and thought it is a system error, i called customer care of
                Goibibo and to my surprise i was told that indeed goibibo has not paid! Now i asked them to rebook the same flight, the customer care representative said that the seats in the flight are finished which later i came to know was a lie. I was put on hold for continuous 1.5 hours for this resolution but all my efforts were in vain. I continuously kept begging for the resolution and i finally was put in flight that was taking 4 hours instead of 2 hours as per their decision and whims and fancies. I continously kept calling the customer care and undergone so much harassment and tension during this process that i had to visit the doctor with low bp.

                My wife had to travel alone and she and myself personally had to face so much stress and harrassment from gobibo during our travel which is inexplicable.

                  I have booked one single room in Suncity hotel Dubai on 18/07/2016, In the booking voucher of Goibibo it's clearly mention free cancellation between 17/07/2016 2pm to 18/07/2016 2pm. I was continuously mailing them to cancel it on 17/07/2016 but i didn't get any reply from them.
                  I am attaching my voucher copy and my mails screenshots in which you can see time.
                  Still i didn't get any reply from them for cancellation or not. Please check my query. If you have any question for me please contact [protected].

                    My booking id is hy616q and from last 4 hours i have been cordinating with goibibo team for cancellation and refund, as i asked for the refund in other bank account or in gocash mode. Poonam executive in goibibo team committed me that if i provide noc from bank then refund is possible in other bank account but bank said there is no issue to them but they can not give noc in written as it is not required... Now goibibo team is saying refund is possible in same bank account only from which payment was made and not even in gocash also... You people are harassing me since morning and poonam is not even taking the calls. It is complete negligence from your side. Kindly refund the money in gocash or other bank account or i will take legal action in 24 hours from now.

                      Cancellation charges = loosing complete flight ticket cost, irrespective of how many days before the scheduled flight, you call up.

                      If you cancel flight tickets, complete payment made is lost, even without using the service. neither the terms and conditions states this nor the website gives you a clear idea of why there is this complete amount deduction.

                      Perhaps, the website states below

                      "ticket cancellation:
                      Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the company account (online) or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). to cancel the tickets online, users shall have to complete the following procedure :
                      Log onto www.goibibo.com.
                      Click on 24*7 customer support link and select 'buses'
                      Click"cancel your booking"and enter you gobus id available in you m-ticket and e-ticket
                      Click on cancel after checking your itinerary.
                      You need to enter verification code sent on your mobile to cancel you booking.
                      To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers [protected] /[protected].
                      Please note: cancellation charges levied by bus operator will be applicable at the time of cancellation. goibibo does not levy any cancellation charges on its own.
                      Cancellation charges are available on your ticket sent on your email id.
                      Partial cancellation of bus ticket is not available.
                      Reschedule of bus ticket is not available.
                      Refunds on ticket cancelled will be directly transferred to the respective account from which payment was made at the time of booking."

                      Note the last line - refunds are transferred back.

                      If the linked airways states this, its equally important that the information is passed to the customer.

                      Requested resolution - either call it out on websites that cancellation means amount lost, rather than having the customer care tell you. better off - have the refund made. every bus, rail service has a clean criteria listed for cancellation and they follow the refund process. making refund zero is no way acceptable

                        I booked room from goibibo but when i reached hotel they said no room available than i called to goibibo for the concern then he canceled the booking and refund initiated but till now no refund credited then i called back then they say your booking was confirmed but you did no go there .

                          I (animesh) have book the ticket for tirupati from bangalore through goibibo.com in manish traveler. as ticket timing was 11 pm (11th july 2016) once i reach the anand rao circle from where the bus will depart but it came i surprise as manish travel person told me that the bus is already departed at 10 pm, when i ask them that the timing is 11 pm they told me to go and talk to ibibo person, you have not book from manish travellers agent.

                          I was standing helpless on bus stand at 11 pm with no one (goibibo and manish travellers) to support.

                            I have booked tickets for pune-dubai-pune
                            25th july to 5th aug 2016

                            I have paid rs. 12, 825/- via net banking

                            Unfortunately i need to cancel my tickets

                            Goibibo sent me mail about refund of rs. 3, 570/-

                            I don't understand why those people deducted rs. 9, 255 from booking amount

                            I have called to there helpline as well, but the executive not able to answer my queries

                              I had missed my flight (jet airways) on saturday due to heavy rains and had re-scheduled the same on sun 26-jun, on 25-jun immediately i had booked my ticket in airport at jet airways.
                              I had requested for refund, however i got a reply from go ibibo as below, i got an bifurcation given for refund was more than the amount of ticket that was booked, ticket booked amount was 11300/- and below bifurcation i recd

                                I had booked a domestic ticket i. e from kolkata to delhi and delhi to kolkata and when i booked this ticket it was shown as refunded ticket.
                                Somehow my plan got cancelled and i couln't travel and i cancelled the ticket before hand only.
                                The amount they have refunded me is just rs. 496 out of payment of 7007 and now they are saying that we have deducted this charge and thta charge and all.
                                My question is then y the hell are they showing refundable when the ticket is booked.
                                Another issue is that : - when i had booked this ticket then there was an offer that if i pay through my sbi credit card then i will be getting a cash back of rs. 1200 after few days.
                                When i had cancelled the ticket i has asked the customer executive that whether i will be getting the refund of not and every one said that yes you will be getting the cash back and after 10 days they said yes u will get the refund and now after few days i called then they are saying u wont get refund cz u have cancelled the ticket.

                                  I booked a jet airways flight srinagar to delhi and delhi to lko through goibibo. Pnr SDSCDU . Flight no. 9W 604 scheduled on 1st july.when i reached the airport i was told that my flight ticket had been cancelled without any prior notice. And i was forced to buy a new ticket in the same flight at a higher price.both goibibo and jetairways are responsible for my loss and nothing is being done by them

                                    This is the worst experience i have ever experienced during online booking of airlines. I booked first time on indigo via goibibo with pnr - fdmv4k on 19th june 2016 for round trip with registered contact no. [protected] (Piyush malhotra) but on 27/06/16 i got a mail at piyush. [protected]@gmail.com regarding add meals before and i was just checking that site and after that what i noticed that my flight is cancelled and out of 7500/-, 4500rs. Is deducted as a cancellation charges by indigo and near about 800rs. Is deducted by goibibo. I talked with goibibo and indigo customer cares just after a minute of getting a message of cancellation of my flight in a conference and i said them please dont cancel my flight, i want to go, please its a cheating with me they didnt ask anything to me either "are you sure you want to cancel or anything else" just only i got a message that your ticket is cancelled but they continously said that they cant do anything and i suffered a loss of 5500rs. So please dont travel through indigo and doot book via goibibo because they dont do anything for their customers. It is the worst online method and if i will not get my complete refund or else book a ticket for me for goa otherwise i definitely lodge a complaint of cheating with me and take this case to the court and i already gave this news to toi.

                                      Hi,
                                      I was supposed to take the flight yesterday from amsterdam to london (Ba-423) and then london-new delhi (Ai-162). However, when i reached the airport yesterday early morning at 5am to check in for my first flight, i was told by the airline that they can not let me fly since i don't have the requisite transit visa to change flights in london.
                                      I was forced to make another booking on the spot (Since my schengen visa was expiring the same day and i had to travel on 25th itself) with jet airways flight 9w-233 which cost me rs.32, 434.

                                      I would like to be reimbursed for the amount i had to spend on the new booking since i was never informed that i would require a transit visa for changing flights in london by the airline or goibibo.In addition, i would like to be compensated for the mental harassment and inconvenience i had to got through for booking a new flight.

                                        We were travelling by spicejet to New Delhi from Bangkok on 20th June night. Our flight was at 5.10 Am. After submitting the luggage and collecting the boarding passes, we asked the lady at the checkin counter who has given us the boarding passes about other formalities. She replied that every thing is done now, you dont have to do any thing and you have to report at bording gate maximum by 4.55 AM.

                                        We were waiting at the airport premises as we were so early. Later we came to know that we have to go through immigration counter and need to fill some form and submit it.

                                        We were stuck in the immigration queue as it was over crowded and the immigration staff was so lazy. However we managed to reach boarding gate by 4.50 AM (Gate no D8, Swarnbhumi Airport). We wanted help from the spicejet staff but there was no spicejet staff available near immigration section. Later when I saw a few staff of spicejet, there was a guy, who were responsible for getting people on board said to us that they have closed the gates. We said to him that the deadline was 4.55 Am and we are still 5 minutes early. This guy there was not good in english and there was a language barrier.

                                        To top it up there was no airline reporting manager available at that time to guide us. We were waiting Like a fool at the airport restless and all that the staff was doing was getting my luggage back to me. If they could remove our luggage before the flight boarded they could have at least come once near the immigration to check what is going on with the passenger. Immigration is something which is not in our hands. But despite of reaching before time and missing the flight even after getting the boarding pass and clearing the immigration is shocking...

                                        They told us tomorrow you have to report at 1AM and he will get us a alternate flight. He also confirmed with him that we dont to pay anything. He said that you dont have to pay but we should report at checking counter at sharp 1 AM (21 June).

                                        We specialyy booked a hotel in bangkok for 1 day as spicejet guy promised us a alternate flight next day. Next day at 1 Am we were at te spicejet checking counter and the same guy who promised us a alternate flight he asked us to pay for tickets. We were in shock that yesterday he promised us that we dont have to pay now he is asking us to pay the amount for 4 tickets. He was not listening to us and was not cooperative.

                                        If this was the case why we were informed that you can take other flight by paying again. We specially booked a taxi to bangkok, boked 2 rooms and came back next day. we spent 3200 baht. Now its a total loss to us.

                                        We want an action to be taken and want our money refunded and stickt action specially against the staff reporting on 20 June at Swarbhumi Airport.
