I have made more than 20 calls and more than 300 mins on a simple query that your team is unable to resolve. In the Morning[protected] i had conversation with Ajay(Flight) and Vaishali/Shiriya(Bus) department and nobody is putting any efforts to resolve it.
Flight department transfers call to Bus and vice versa, and i as a customer being stuck in between.And previously one of the executives told me that i would get the full refund for the bus booking(reason: Break Down) and now they are not doing it and just making excuses.
I booked a bus from GoiBibo which broke down mid way on 10-Aug, passengers were stranded at an unknown location and due to this the, couldn't fetch train and was unable to reach delhi
And For return i booked a flight from Delhi to Pune, which i obviously can not take. All of my trips and plans got spoiled just because of a bus delay.Neither the goIbibo was able to help on the same night and just the night became worse.
So for now i want the flight cancellation with full refund which is scheduled on 18 Aug.
So i request anybody to help me with the same and process the refund or i will have to go through the laws and to get it i will definetely het into it.
Kindly call and resolve, i would request.

    I made bookings in Puri from 13th to 16th August 2016, in Surya Beach Inn. bookings ids: HTLDU3PSPS, HTLZKHVABF, HTLHSAUVCM, HTLCKLYV8T, HTLAVS6UEX in mid July 2016. The communication from Goibibo said the booking is confirmed and I need not check with the hotel.
    I was to arrive at the hotel at 9 pm but my booking was from 8 am as per the hotel policy.
    At 7 pm, when I was about 2 hours away from Puri I called up the hotel and to my horror found out the hotel is closed. There was no sms/ call from Goibibo regarding this.
    Meanwhile Goibibo had sent me a 'Hotline' number. I tried calling up the number, the average wait time was min. Finally the call got connected, the person at the other end was equally clueless. Then finally they told me they are making alternate arrangement in a hotel called 'Sri Aurobindo Niwas' and told me they had mailed me regarding this.
    I checked, there was a mail from some Naina which said they have upgraded me to ' Sri Aurobindo Niwas'. The mail mentioned Naina had tried to call me but there was no missed call! A convenient lie. I checked on this hotel, it is a dirty, dingy place in the middle of slums. The hotel I booked had rental of Rs. 2650. This hotel rent was Rs. 800. What an upgrade!!!
    I tried to call up their helpline number again saying I do not want to stay there. Again call gets connected after 10 min in their 'hotline' number. I explain the situation to them, they agent at the other end puts me on hold, I wait on hold for 20-25 min, no one answers back. This happened for 4-5 times. At times they promise a call back which never comes.

    Meanwhile I reached Puri at 10 pm and since there was no other option I check into Aurobindo Niwas,

    I call up their call centre and ask them to cancel all the remaining bookings.

    Finally a call comes at 1 am on 14th August. The person at the other end was not willing to listen to me but rather more inclined to cancel the remaining bookings.
    There is no concern where the customer would go and stay.

    All the while they were saying they had no rooms available in any hotel. But I could myself see rooms available in Puri in Rs. 3000 range.

    Finally I used my contacts to find a place in an Ahram.


    While this was happening, goibibo kept sending me messages on how I was enjoying hotel Surya BEach Inn, 1 message each day from 13th to 16th August, making fun of the situation.

    Goibibo you suck!!!

      It's mistakenly booked the wrong sector two way return flight on 18th july under the indigo PNR MYVD7G which is under the name of my sister, instantly i reliased that i have booked the wrong sector i cancelled the ticket over the phone, staff promised me for full refundable as with in 7 to 10 working days !! I understood and agreed the suituation, i recieved the one way payment in 7 days when i called the GoIBibo team to check that half payment is still due they promised me that there are some discrepancies and will get the other pending amt in 2 days !! now its been a month i am still waiting for refundable but nevr got a right information always tried to make false promises !! i have done a big mistake using this travel agency i will never recommend nor of my frnds to book through GoIbibo ...

        Hi team,


        I am writing to dispute the theft of mobile device stolen in hotel booking by your travel website.

        The items i dispute are also mentioned in the complaint lodged with the local police.

        I am a victim of mobile phone theft, and has requested several times for cooperation on the same but neither did the members of ibibo cooperate nor did the hotel owner.

        The number active on the device for working for 3-4 hours after the theft but due to negligence from hotel side we were not able to locate the device.

        I am requesting you to intervene and take a strict appropriate action against the people involved in the theft.

        In addition, i'd like to request a fraud alert placed on my file as i didn’t expect such a fraud hotel to be enlisted on your prestigious website. We expected atleast ibibo to enrol only genuine hotels on their website.


        Enclosed are copies of missing report and the fir registered that are supporting my position.

        Please investigate this matter and help find the disputed items as soon as possible.

          So, i had made a booking at express inn nashik for 15/08/2016, the check in time mentioned on goibibo voucher as well as website was 12:00 pm, whereas the check in time as per the hotel staff was 02:00 pm, i reached the hotel at 12:10 pm assuming the check in time was 12pm, and to my horror i was made to wait till 1:45 pm with my family in tow, and my 1 1/2 year old niece constantly crying, later on i was allotted only 2 rooms out of the 3 that i had booked, and the third room got allotted at 2:25 pm, as the hotel staff said its their policy and they cant allot the rooms before the stipulated time. Even after making repeated calls to goibibo customer care, and posting tweets to mr ashish kashyap who is the founder of goibibo, the best compensation they could come up with was 2000 goibibo cash, i have all the screenshots of the voucher showing the glitch on goibibo's side, also the conversation which i will be very soon copy pasting on each of the social networking website, they are literally not bothered that the customer had to wait for so long because of their mistake. This was really disheartening to see that goibibo being such a big brand does not care of the customers hardships. Disappointed with your sucky services.

            Go ibibo is fraud website made by a bunch of fraudulent having no sense of ethical business neither shame nor any standards.

            They claim to book hotels for you but in actual those are cheap and low graded hotels that go ibibo sells to people at more than double rental while making a fraudulent claim that go ibibo provides discounts.

            In actual they choose only the worst possible hotels, flights and products.

            They make fake advertisements at their website showing something else while the actual pictures show the dirty and fake face of cheapness of go ibibo. Here in the attachments are the photos of a 4 star equivalent property according to go ibibo.

            Next step go ibibo acts cheap in providing resolution to complaints and doing such  activities ‎, then as normal clients, have no any option left rather than taking this  complaint at consumers courts.

            I strongly recommend every person cheated by go ibibo to launch their complaints at nearby consumer courts against this fraudulent company.

            Go ibibo neither have any ethics nor any shame after wasting people's time, money  and this company and its fraud employees feel great being over smart doing these fraudulent activities.

            Government must black list this company.

              I had booked a flight ticket in last week of april most probably on 26th april on my daughter's name for 5th june from bangalore to ahmedabad via bombay. That i had cancelled because of some reasons. Unfortunately i don't have the pnr no any booking details because of that i haven't given any complend. But as per my information this refund should come automatically without any complend or information like other cancellations of irctc or any other companies cancellations.                   I had a booking for 10/08/2016 hotel fab mint casa new friends colony delhi when i booked a hotel through goibibo website the room was too big decent and nice but as i check-inn in the hotel the room was totally different room was too small dirty and suffocated i have some breathing problem also so i did lot of request to change my room or shift to me in some other hotel but they ask me to pay more money for changing the hotel so i request them to cancel my booking or refund me my money but they refuse my request eventually by my own effort i have to check inn in another hotel by paying more money and till yet they have not refunded my money they are just giving nonsense excuse.

                      It is really shell shocking to see such a poor response from their end. I was given a word by one of organization's executives last night that I would be getting a refund. He said he had spoken to the hotel management and got the confirmation on refund and I would be getting the reversal by today morning. It is so sad to note such a mail stating the negativity in the morning. Being a loyal customer to goibibo, I am deeply disappointed with this response. It is unacceptable as the executive had given me a word for refunding they can even check the call records. I requested to reconsider their decision in processing my refund but they failed me. It is indeed a breach of trust.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have booked hotel at shilong meghalaya from 15th to 16th july through goibibo portal on 11th july 2016. The booking was confirmed under id no htlx45lhgj on payment of rs.5569/- through net banking.

                        On reaching hotel pinewood i have been told that there is no booking in my name from goibibo. I have repeatedly requested hotel authorities to get confirmation from goibibo. I have personally tried to contact goibibo but their helplinw was non operative.

                        I was compelled to book another hotel at shilong.

                        I have requested goibibo through helpline to refund my deposited amount. I was informed that the same will be refund within 7 days. After waiting for 7 days i again recalled but now they are denying to refund with statement that there was room available and i have intentionally not checked in and as such no refund can be made.

                        Kindly help to get my money refunded.

                            On cancelling a ticket, the refund amount was credited into gocash without any permission or intimation. As only 5% of the ticket amount can be used from gocash, the refunded amount stays unusable. This seems legally incorrect and i request to refund the amount into source bank account. So to make every customer aware of this, it is a no-refund in case of cancellation, if booked via goibibo.

                              I booked ticket on 5th of July. The amount was debited from my card but the ticket was not booked. On contacting customer support, they said the amount will be refunded within 24-72 hours. From 7th of July onwards I am calling goibibo customer support frequently and asking about the refund status but they always says the same thing "Refund was processed on 7th of July. Since its not credited to your account, give us 24 hours time. We will contact our finance team and get back to you with the updated status". Today is 25th July and till now I am only calling them and getting the same response. Not a single call I got from goibibo team regarding my issues and no money credited to my account too.On Asking also about the transaction details, they say they cannot give that details. A very lame excuse to escape from any more questions.

                                I nitin jain booked a ticket through goibibo with airline:g8/itvo7a and my date of travel was 18th july 2016 @6:20 pm by goair from delhi to pune. I reached the airport with my wife at 4:30 pm to ensure i complete the travel formalities. When i reached the goair travel desk to issue me a boarding pass, i was surprised to know that my ticket is auto cancelled. Never heard to something like auto cancelled, i enquired with their senior most official of goair and they fetched the system and told me that goibibo has not paid the airline that is why it is auto cancelled. I still did not believed and thought it is a system error, i called customer care of
                                Goibibo and to my surprise i was told that indeed goibibo has not paid! Now i asked them to rebook the same flight, the customer care representative said that the seats in the flight are finished which later i came to know was a lie. I was put on hold for continuous 1.5 hours for this resolution but all my efforts were in vain. I continuously kept begging for the resolution and i finally was put in flight that was taking 4 hours instead of 2 hours as per their decision and whims and fancies. I continously kept calling the customer care and undergone so much harassment and tension during this process that i had to visit the doctor with low bp.

                                My wife had to travel alone and she and myself personally had to face so much stress and harrassment from gobibo during our travel which is inexplicable.

                                  I have booked one single room in Suncity hotel Dubai on 18/07/2016, In the booking voucher of Goibibo it's clearly mention free cancellation between 17/07/2016 2pm to 18/07/2016 2pm. I was continuously mailing them to cancel it on 17/07/2016 but i didn't get any reply from them.
                                  I am attaching my voucher copy and my mails screenshots in which you can see time.
                                  Still i didn't get any reply from them for cancellation or not. Please check my query. If you have any question for me please contact [protected].

                                    My booking id is hy616q and from last 4 hours i have been cordinating with goibibo team for cancellation and refund, as i asked for the refund in other bank account or in gocash mode. Poonam executive in goibibo team committed me that if i provide noc from bank then refund is possible in other bank account but bank said there is no issue to them but they can not give noc in written as it is not required... Now goibibo team is saying refund is possible in same bank account only from which payment was made and not even in gocash also... You people are harassing me since morning and poonam is not even taking the calls. It is complete negligence from your side. Kindly refund the money in gocash or other bank account or i will take legal action in 24 hours from now.

                                      Cancellation charges = loosing complete flight ticket cost, irrespective of how many days before the scheduled flight, you call up.

                                      If you cancel flight tickets, complete payment made is lost, even without using the service. neither the terms and conditions states this nor the website gives you a clear idea of why there is this complete amount deduction.

                                      Perhaps, the website states below

                                      "ticket cancellation:
                                      Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the company account (online) or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). to cancel the tickets online, users shall have to complete the following procedure :
                                      Log onto www.goibibo.com.
                                      Click on 24*7 customer support link and select 'buses'
                                      Click"cancel your booking"and enter you gobus id available in you m-ticket and e-ticket
                                      Click on cancel after checking your itinerary.
                                      You need to enter verification code sent on your mobile to cancel you booking.
                                      To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers [protected] /[protected].
                                      Please note: cancellation charges levied by bus operator will be applicable at the time of cancellation. goibibo does not levy any cancellation charges on its own.
                                      Cancellation charges are available on your ticket sent on your email id.
                                      Partial cancellation of bus ticket is not available.
                                      Reschedule of bus ticket is not available.
                                      Refunds on ticket cancelled will be directly transferred to the respective account from which payment was made at the time of booking."

                                      Note the last line - refunds are transferred back.

                                      If the linked airways states this, its equally important that the information is passed to the customer.

                                      Requested resolution - either call it out on websites that cancellation means amount lost, rather than having the customer care tell you. better off - have the refund made. every bus, rail service has a clean criteria listed for cancellation and they follow the refund process. making refund zero is no way acceptable

                                      I sent an email to Ibibo customer care about cancelling my flight ticket from BBI to DEL for 16th July on medical advice .. No reply received from your side
