I am from delhi and was checking hotels to stay in mumbai.I had trust in goibibo thatswhy I did booking for two rooms .But when I arrived I found the area very religiously voilent, hotel condition were very poor, the area is dongri now I think you have understood by name of the area.

Worst thing is I was with my whole family to stay there. There was no description about the rooms, images of the rooms shown on the app were totally opposite to what actually it was, It was life threatening experience for me and my family.I didn't check in into the hotel please refund my money.

      Respected sir
      I have booked a hotel in delhi on 14/09/2016 with bookind id htlwutu3zm and the same is cancelled by me but i have not received the refund in my account after 7 days. When i contacted the ibibo care all the time they reply that money has been sent from their end u contact to ur bank when i contacted the bank they replied they have not received the refund and also in my ibibo account refund queued is showing.
      Please help me to get my refund back and take strict action against them.

        Before the above mentioned booking id i was a regular and loyal customer of goibibo... But the way you have taken your services at such a lower level... I have now decided not only to stop using your site but also decided to make others aware of the issue i faced and will educate and promote around 1000+ people in my group (Friends/office mates & whats app group) not to use your services...

        I have booked a hotel in manali via your site on march 8, 2016 in the name of aditya agrawal who traveled with me on this trip along with 2 more people.

        The total booking amount was rs.26838.00 which i was not able to pay in lum sum, so i chose emi option (3 months) available on your website using my sbi credit card.

        You were suppose to send in the emi instructions to my bank (Sbi) in the month of april 2016, which you did not do, so i decided to take the flexi pay emi option available at bank's site for 6 months for the same amount.

        Here you have made your 1st mistake by not sending the emi instructions to my bank, which i ignored.

        In the month of july 2016 (After 4 months of transaction date), when you woke up from a deep sleep, you back end team has finally sent a emi instructions to my bank for emi conversation of the same amount which i had already converted.

        Now the bank has acted on this very naturally and added 2 emi's of the same amount in my statement, which means i have to pay 2 emi's for the same amount, courtesy your stupidity...

        As mentioned earlier since i was not able to make the entire payment in lum sum, i had gone for the emi option available from my bank but due to double emi now i am not able to pay even the minimum due of my statement.

        I have fought really hard with my bank to solve the issue but, since the fault is at your end, i had contacted your customer care who is good for nothing and sent me a very bad response to my issue.

        Because of all this, my total amount due and minimum amount due has increased to the extant that i am not able to pay a single ruppee.. Also due to this i have been charged around 7000 of interest till date from bank which is higher then what discount you have given to me.. On regular basis i am getting around 5-6 threatening/abusive calls on daily basis to pay the dues.

        More over i have not received a single email/call from goibibo for apology or at least some serious attention to the point you have made a mistake and it should be compensated... Really a great example o[censored]nprofessionalism... At the end thank you very much for what you did to me and spoiling my life...

          I booked a hotel via goibibo named sai priya beach resorts. The moment i check in the staff says that there is no room available and u have to upgrade the room by paying more amount. After requesting he gave me room no. 201 where the construction work is going on upper floor and there is lots and lots of disturbance and there is a wiring problem in room when u put the charger in plug there is sparking sound. When i complain for same there technician come and failed to solved the problem.
          When i asked to change the room the staff makes me waiting for two hours at reception. They all are spoiled my day. Finally they provide me room no. 405 in the last corner of there resort. And the same problem of wiring are there in the room.
          Finally i checkout after one hour and booked another hotel.
          According to my experience the hotel is worst in the globe.
          I spoiled my day and waste my money too.
          I request goibibo to refund my money back.

            Very disgusting experience with GoIbibo. I booked flight tickets Shanghai to Delhi from Goibibo for 28sep, 16 to 9oct, 16.
            First you confirmed my tickets with the following itinerary:
            Shanghai - Bangkok (9:40PM - china easter)
            Bangkok- Delhi (8:40AM - Jet airways)
            And same flights for Return.

            Then after two days you rescheduled my departure flight from Shanghai with Shanghai Airlines citing some airlines issue.
            Yesterday you told me that my flight has been cancelled again citing some airline notifications.

            What kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is this?

            Now your executive calls me and gives an option to take a flight 5 days before my scheduled departure. He talks in a tone like he is warning me you take it or we give to someone else.
            I ask him to call after couple of hours so that i can re plan accordingly and confirm.
            Now its been 8 hours since he called and waiting for update from him.

            This is so pathetic from a company like you.

              On 17th august 2016, i got a promotional email from goibibo which says i will get rs.1200 cashback when i book ticket through their mobile app and make payment with sbi credit card. The offer was available for only that day between 2pm to 10pm. I checked the offer detail page: https://www.goibibo.com/offers/gokarde-wed/ and found i satisfy all conditions and hence booked 2 domestic tickets from dibrugarh to new delhi. It was a multi flight trip with indigo and jet airways. The ad said that there was a promocode to avail this offer.

              But when i tried to book the tickets i didn't found a box to enter the promocode. I didn't want to miss the offer and i thought although i don't enter the code, because i was using a mobile app and my sbi credit card between 2-10pm, i will get the cashback somehow from goibibo. So i booked the tickets without entering the promocode. One cannot expect that everyone will understand that no promocode mean no cashback. Because rest all fulfills each and every criteria.

              After i made the payment, i though i should inform goibibo about this issue, which might be a technical bug in their app and obviously i want to informed about my booking to get the cashback.

              A customer care agent replied me in email that as i booked a multi itinerary trip, this offer is not valid. That mean the cashback is applicable only on single flight booking. But i read the term & conditions and asked the agent whether it is mentioned anywhere in the promo, app or website that this offer is not valid for multi itinerary. They said no. So in the next email i mentioned that as this promo is incomplete and it might misguide other customer (Like i was), i will raise it consumer forum, so that everyone knows about it and don't make a mistake like me.

              In the next day i got a call from one goibibo customer agent and he apologized for the confusion and he said he completely understands that it's an issue from their end, they will forward the issue to the technical team. And he wanted to offer me a gift voucher of rs.5000 for different companies. It is completely understandable why he offered me the same. But i denied that offer and said him that if they can give my cashback then that's fine, otherwise leave it.

              From the next day, i started to get calls in very polite voices and emails from different agents almost everyday. Even sometimes got calls at night. They apologized me for what happened and informed me that they are working on it. Their technical team was working on it and they need some more time to resolve my query.

              After that, i almost forgot about it because of the busy daily life. But few days ago i got a call from another agent with a tougher voice than earlier, that they can't resolve the issue and he directly blamed me this time that it was my mistake. When i didn't see the promocode box, i should stop there and it is self explanatory that even if you fulfill all conditions, but no promocode mean no offer. Is it really acceptable??? That is their website and they know how it works and what conditions does it have. But can you really expect a customer to imagine all this??? We had a long discussion and he was very rude. I didn't understand where are those polite customer agents this time who started the call with "we are sorry and we can understand your concern" type of sentence? I guess this time they try to solve the issue in "other way". I felt like that guy was in goibibo to solve such cases at the end.

              Today, i got an email from them that - "when ever company launches an offer, it is on company's prerogative to give that offer across products or to specify the part of product."

              I am surprised, how the tone and emails just turned suddenly. Once they were saying sorry with polite voices. But now it's a complete different scenario. Even they started to blaming me what just happened.

              In foreign countries there are some strict laws against it. But in india i am not sure how is it. So i don't know what action will be taken against them, but i think it's really an important issue.

              1. When you advertise you should advertise it completely so that general customers don't get confused. There are 1.25 billion citizens in india and you can't expect they all will understand your strategy even if you don't explain it properly.

              2. You must respect other time and money.

              3. You can't blame others just to hide your fault.

              I am not taking any grudge or something against goibibo. Even after this incident i booked flight with them. But i just want to mention that i really didn't liked what just happened. I want customers to know about this.

              Plus i would like to forward this message to higher managerial level and want to inform them, how people in customer level are actually dealing them.

              Hope to hear a positive reply.

                Sir,
                I was trying to book a flight ticket on 26th of august but the money was debited and the ticket was not confirmed. So i called them, they said that the money had been sent back from their side and would be refunded in 48 to 72 hours by the bank but it still hasn't. Now my call doesn't connect to Goibibo helpline no. as they ask for the mobile no. that was used for booking and they that " there is no booking from this mobile no. so they cant forward my call to customer care. I tried complaining in bank "SBI" but they said that "they contacted the merchant and the merchant said that that payment was successful and so they cant help and i will have to contact the merchant ." Sir i don't what to do.
                The merchant says contact the bank and the bank says contact the merchant and no one is taking any initiative to refund my money.
                Even i have to contact the merchant under the title " i want to change my email" as for contacting them there are some specific heading with some titles and unless i have a ticket i cannot directly mail them with my problem.

                  I booked a room in Coorg for 2 night stay from 3rd to 5th sep 2016 through Goibibo. The website has confirmed the booking and received payment. A day before the journry, the customer care of Goibibo has contacted and asked to confirm another hotel as the former one has some issues. Even after confirming the same, they haven't made the booking. As we reached the hotel, we found out the same. Goibibo asked us to wait 10 mins and that went about 30-45 mins. Finally, we took a room in the hotel they suggested. We had to shift rooms 3 times and still had problems.
                  Room 1: Bedbugs
                  Room 2: No light in the bathroom, wash basin leakage, buckets broken and TV not working.
                  Room 3: Commode flush leakage and TV not working.

                  We made our bookings from our side as suggested by Goibibo and had to face these many problems.

                    As per my conversation with mr tushar chawla (Goibibo representative), i was assured of extra baggage allowance on student visa, after he confirmed that with etihad airlines. I asked him to send a mail confirming the extra baggage allowance but he told me that there's no need for a mail because the conversation is recorded and i can ask goibibo to check the recordings if there's any issue in the future.
                    Later, i called up etihad on the same day to confirm the same and i was again assured that i'm allowed to carry extra baggage on student visa. 2-3 days later, etihad denied me of any extra baggage allowance on student visa.
                    I don't know where is the miscommunication and i frankly don't care.
                    I just want the extra piece of baggage as promised by goibibo on 30th august.
                    I've made dozens of hotel and flight bookings through goibibo and such a reckless behavior with a regular customer can simply not be tolerated.
                    Flight is on 16th august and i will need this issue resolved at the earliest within a day.

                      This is regarding cashback which was supposed to reflect into my sbi card within 60 days of my booking. And i made this booking on 21 st june. I am calling goibibo team again and again and they are repeating the same thing that they are not getting any response from their finance team. I, therefore, request you to look into this issue and escalate this as soon as possible.

                        Dear Goibibo,
                        I did a booking from Goibibo yesterday for 4 passengers “PNR No: JGXIMO” from Mangalore to Mumbai Flight dated 3rd October, it was a mistake in date since i particularly remember i had selected 24th October, and your app does not give an option to review booking before confirming payment, which is a feedback and can be incorporated in your app.

                        Now I have an option to either reschedule it or cancel it. Since rescheduling option is way too expensive with the modification charges (~3000) & fare difference for 24th Oct (~4000), so I will have to shell out 7000 per ticket over and above 17, 496 for 4 tickets, which lands me up at Rs. 45, 000 for 4 tickets.

                        Now coming to cancellation, the charges for cancelling if done through an agent is Rs. 3600 + Service Tax per ticket, which is almost equivalent to the ticket price. Now if i am getting so heavily penalised for booking through your app, then i don't find any good reason to book through your app next time.
                        Now the policies devised by the airline are to help the customers or to penalize them so heavily, just because they have done it through Goibibo or any other agency. I did all the procedure just after booking the ticket which is almost a month in advance than what I have booked. I have been advised by your personnel to keep the booking as it is & wait for either the flight to get cancelled or resheduled by 1 hour so that we can proceed for full refund from the airline operator.

                        Please help me, i expect a full refund on the wrong date tickets that were given to me after the payment.

                          Please do not book anything with this site. They are running a full fledge scan as they show a lower price stating inclusive all taxes and then when you want to confirm the booking the price just shoots up to over 2000 inr and when we spoke to their csm team they want us to send a email with screen shorts which we did and no response as promised by their floor manager. Contact them after 4 hours and one csm called pankaj gaur is stating the same that we need to send the screen shot again. I am booking a 5 star hotel from last 5 hours and i have flight to catch in the morning. These people are useless. And with such a reputations, this is so bad customer services.                             I booked a ticket from Tirupati to Delhi via Ibibo. Since there is no direct flight between said destination so they gave me connecting flight from tirupati to hyderabad and hyderabad to Delhi.


                            I booked these tickets a fortnight back but suddenly yesterday I got a call from trujet stating their flight has been cancelled. Trujet gave me an alternative option but they wasn't working for me. So I opted refund. I called up Ibibo for Complete refund other journey but Ibibo wanted me to reach hyderabad somehow and board the other flight. Since that flight is confirmed so they cannot refund my money for the same. So I am left with 600kms to manage somehow but arrive on time to board the connecting flight.

                            Ibibo is full of money making bugs. I am left with no other option but leaving my 2nd flight as well. But I will keep spreading it every where. So that people start taking initiatives and booking there tickets directly from airline's website.if this kind of situation arrives with them in future atleast they don't have a 3Rd party involved unnecessarily to make their situation complex. Goaibibo is full of non sense puppets they don't take sense but keep talking. When everything suppose to be done from airlines than why are the sitting in between.

                            Why do we encourage their presence. I take a break now and say no to Ibibo forever.

                              I have opened account with goibibo and duly loging into the same booked flight ticket from del to vtz and back by air india on[protected] and[protected]. As per the message from goibibo the pnr numbers are zbgb3 and hlpdr respectively. But unfortumately i chave wrongly mentuioned the return journey date as 07-11 instead of 07-10. However there is no confirmation from the air india. If the tickets are not confirmed, the money debited from my account will be with the goibibo only. If such is the case i will book the tickets afresh on hearing from you duly log into the goibibo. I have already placed my request to know the factual position and advise. I would like to know from you at the earliest. If the tickets are booked i request you to change the return journey date fron 10th nov to 10th oct for the same flight. But as far as my knowledge is concerned, the tickets were not confirmed by air india. Please findout and let me know at the earliest.

                                I had booked 2 tickets from goibibo, and had to cancel the tickets. Before cancelling i was told that it would take 5 to 7 working days and i asked them to cancel it, after 5 days i get an email stating the refund would take 45 to 90 working days.

                                Is this fair? More over the agreement is between the airlines and goibibo, not with us as a client.

                                My pnr is pnr - x3kla7. The best part is the tickets are booked on 3 different airlines, 1 lufthansa, 1 swiss and only the domestic flight from zurich to washington 1 way has been booked by united airlines. So why is it taking so much time.

                                  I tried to book one ticket from muscut to calicut on 6th of july, but my account has been debited the amount and ticket was not booked. Booking id:-goflia2bec[protected]. I contacted constomer care team as they are telling they have already initiated the refund and i will get it in 5 to 7 working days, now its been more than 50 days no refund has been processed and now i have been asked to contact my bank for refund, can you please assist me getting my money back with interest and i have spent daily 1 hr for this issue.

                                    I have made more than 20 calls and more than 300 mins on a simple query that your team is unable to resolve. In the Morning[protected] i had conversation with Ajay(Flight) and Vaishali/Shiriya(Bus) department and nobody is putting any efforts to resolve it.
                                    Flight department transfers call to Bus and vice versa, and i as a customer being stuck in between.And previously one of the executives told me that i would get the full refund for the bus booking(reason: Break Down) and now they are not doing it and just making excuses.
                                    I booked a bus from GoiBibo which broke down mid way on 10-Aug, passengers were stranded at an unknown location and due to this the, couldn't fetch train and was unable to reach delhi
                                    And For return i booked a flight from Delhi to Pune, which i obviously can not take. All of my trips and plans got spoiled just because of a bus delay.Neither the goIbibo was able to help on the same night and just the night became worse.
                                    So for now i want the flight cancellation with full refund which is scheduled on 18 Aug.
                                    So i request anybody to help me with the same and process the refund or i will have to go through the laws and to get it i will definetely het into it.
                                    Kindly call and resolve, i would request.

                                      I made bookings in Puri from 13th to 16th August 2016, in Surya Beach Inn. bookings ids: HTLDU3PSPS, HTLZKHVABF, HTLHSAUVCM, HTLCKLYV8T, HTLAVS6UEX in mid July 2016. The communication from Goibibo said the booking is confirmed and I need not check with the hotel.
                                      I was to arrive at the hotel at 9 pm but my booking was from 8 am as per the hotel policy.
                                      At 7 pm, when I was about 2 hours away from Puri I called up the hotel and to my horror found out the hotel is closed. There was no sms/ call from Goibibo regarding this.
                                      Meanwhile Goibibo had sent me a 'Hotline' number. I tried calling up the number, the average wait time was min. Finally the call got connected, the person at the other end was equally clueless. Then finally they told me they are making alternate arrangement in a hotel called 'Sri Aurobindo Niwas' and told me they had mailed me regarding this.
                                      I checked, there was a mail from some Naina which said they have upgraded me to ' Sri Aurobindo Niwas'. The mail mentioned Naina had tried to call me but there was no missed call! A convenient lie. I checked on this hotel, it is a dirty, dingy place in the middle of slums. The hotel I booked had rental of Rs. 2650. This hotel rent was Rs. 800. What an upgrade!!!
                                      I tried to call up their helpline number again saying I do not want to stay there. Again call gets connected after 10 min in their 'hotline' number. I explain the situation to them, they agent at the other end puts me on hold, I wait on hold for 20-25 min, no one answers back. This happened for 4-5 times. At times they promise a call back which never comes.

                                      Meanwhile I reached Puri at 10 pm and since there was no other option I check into Aurobindo Niwas,

                                      I call up their call centre and ask them to cancel all the remaining bookings.

                                      Finally a call comes at 1 am on 14th August. The person at the other end was not willing to listen to me but rather more inclined to cancel the remaining bookings.
                                      There is no concern where the customer would go and stay.

                                      All the while they were saying they had no rooms available in any hotel. But I could myself see rooms available in Puri in Rs. 3000 range.

                                      Finally I used my contacts to find a place in an Ahram.


                                      While this was happening, goibibo kept sending me messages on how I was enjoying hotel Surya BEach Inn, 1 message each day from 13th to 16th August, making fun of the situation.

                                      Goibibo you suck!!!

                                        It's mistakenly booked the wrong sector two way return flight on 18th july under the indigo PNR MYVD7G which is under the name of my sister, instantly i reliased that i have booked the wrong sector i cancelled the ticket over the phone, staff promised me for full refundable as with in 7 to 10 working days !! I understood and agreed the suituation, i recieved the one way payment in 7 days when i called the GoIBibo team to check that half payment is still due they promised me that there are some discrepancies and will get the other pending amt in 2 days !! now its been a month i am still waiting for refundable but nevr got a right information always tried to make false promises !! i have done a big mistake using this travel agency i will never recommend nor of my frnds to book through GoIbibo ...
