Error in bookings

While booking two tickets both the desktop site and mobile application showed booking failure. Thus I booked other tickets, after an hour I get mail confirming the tickets that had booking failure have now been confirmed. not returning the refund amount

I had cancelled my round trip with Indigo airlines directly and they refunded the amount of Rs.8341 to GOIBIBO. They had sent me the mail also for that. Now GOIBIBO has only refunded me Rs.3341. I am mailing them continuously but they are not returning my refund. I had rescheduled my flight directly with indigo also so they refunded that amount also because i paid them extra for that. Not refunding my money..

Goibibo is not refunding the amount of cancelled ticket since August 2014... I confirmed from Airline that they refunded the amount to goibibo.. I called them several times.. Nothing happened.. Refund Not Processed Even After Flight Cancellation
