I bring to your knowledge that I have made bookings for stay at hotel summit namnang at gangtok for the following period. Check in 10/04/2015 to check out 12/03/2015, 2nd check in for 22/03/2015 to check out 24/03/2015, and third check in 24/93/2015 to check out 27/03/2015. While making the booking on the reservation page the cancellation policy stated was 24 hrs prior to check in before 900 hrs CANCELLATION charges will be zero, but to my utter shock when I tried to cancell the stay for check in 10/03/2015 and check out 12/03/2015 I was given a call from goibibi side saying that cancellation refund will be zero as its under a special scheme of the hotel and it's mentioned in the confirmation booking voucher, its ridiculous that all the terms and conditions should be mentioned before booking and not provided after booking, so I request you to do the needful and arrange for full refund as the booking was made as per CANCELLATION policy displayed at time of booking, .

We appreciate your feedback however please note that the t&c on our site very clearly states that in case of cancellation, the refund amount to be paid to the customer would be the amount after deducting the GoCash value. For example, if booking is done for a amount of Rs.1000 with 20% cashback. In case there is a cancellation with full refund, only Rs.800 will be returned to the bank while the Rs.200 will remain in GoCash.This Rs.200 cannot be refunded to the bank.
