Hello,

I am saurabh kumar, i have an account with icici bank and they have recently charged me with 206 for dp chgs till sep-1
8

They have told me that there will be no charge for demat account monthly or yearly as it was given to me as an offer for opening the account.

Now they have charged me for this as i looked on the different complaints and people have reported about this. It's a small amount but it's my hard earned money, i need full refund for the same.

    I have left the company where i used to work.. So i dint maintened the minimum balance..
    And after some months of resignation i got my pf and it was deposited in my icici bank. And i tought of withdrawing that pf amount later. And within 10 days my bank account was charged smab of rs 600 on it
    This can not be tolerated beacuse my account is not an savings account to maintain balance in it.
    Its a salary account..

      Dear icici bank, i am shubham jain, today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 826/- has been deducted from my account towards (Dmc/.../dp chgs till sep-18)

      I have never activated and used my demat account till now.
      There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. This is just unfair and unlawful practice by your bank.

      Request you to kindly return my money back. I have also mailed on your official email id with my account number.

        Bad ivr. My sister is in some emergency i sent money through paytm and they r nt credited yet... To call them or chat with them i need to have a ac number... What the hell.. And the chat person just dropped the chat wen i said im talking behalf of my sister she is in some emergency so i sent money. I dont have ac number... But the transaction id.. Very bad system!! Really inconvenient for other people to connect!! Should have some loophole to assist or help others in some emergency cases!!

          I am the A/c holder of ICICI Bank from last 3 YEARS,

          Now they have started charging Rs.177.24 under this category (DCARDFEE6161SEP18-AUG19+GST).
          I am not aware what type of charges are these.
          They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter.
          Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us.

          I have my PI approved . I received it in my office mail. Its been long pending that the requested money has not been disbursed. I am old and existing customer. I am really dissatisfied. I keep calling them they said today it would be done. But not happening.

          I hold icici account and have not taken any loan from the bank. When I tried to close the FD due to personal emergency it states that a lien is associated and the FD cannot be closed. I am highly disappointed. This cannot happen in a bank of this magnitude.

          I am a regular payer of credit card since last one year. I paid all dues always before the due date. I never late the payment but last month my brother got an accident, so I was not able to pay the balance at time.

          Please remove the penalty and Charges.

            I have been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 10th october 2018 with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected]new policy from my icici bank account

            I have not authorised, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

            Utter crap of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.
            Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

              Today i checked my acc statement and i found out 619.50 rs was deducted for a demat account but i don't have any no and the reference number is this (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till sep-18) and this is without any notice.

              My account number is[protected]

              Refund my money back else ill sue you for sure. Your services are really pathetic ill spread this new across my company where more than 3000 people are associated with you folks.

                I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till sep-18' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                I receive mails regarding the outstanding payment on a credit card which was never registered by me. I even registered a complaint in there consumer forum but has not yet received any clarification regarding the same.

                    Dear sir/madam

                    I am esteemed customer of icici bank and having a credit cards, loans and saving account in bank.

                    Due to a esteemed customer i got a reward from bank as a unauthorized charges from jun 2017 to nov 2017.

                    I got a refund from yatra rs.34000 plus and got deducted by icicic bank rs.16000 plus since then i am not using the card past 14 months.

                    Till now so many mail and conversation with bank no solution.

                    Money is not a concern value of the customer is more concern.

                    I had a problem in the year 2013 also wrong transaction done by some one on facebook charge of rs.7000 plus, with in a 2 min. I called customer care and blocked my card even i paid more then the double the price of the wrong transaction not done by me.

                    I think this the easy way to making money process in the bank policy apart from rbi guidelines.

                    My humble request to look deep into the matter and close the disputed issue since last year.

                    I got a call from bank credit card dept.but solution.
                    First They said u signed on the agreement but they fail to furnished.
                    Second they said its RBI rule and i said send me the GO copy again they said its a RBI guidelines and bank rule/policy.
                    How much these bank making money from cutomer like this, i would say its a scam.
                    I need the reversal ASAP

                      I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 1.43 làc.

                      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                      I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business months. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                      I don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

                        Today on 28/09/2018 3:40pm i got mail and sms from icici bank that 'a purchase of inr 993.79 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx1575 on 29-oct-18. Info: vsi*amazon prim.' and the fact is online transaction on my debit card is blocked then how did it happen i didn't give my debit card number on amazon i didn't even have done any transaction online since last year then how it happened now i want my refund of 993rs. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call. I send them a mail but no response

                        My account got deducted as DMC Charges, I don't know why ICICI bank deducted Rs 275.00 as DMC CHGS I have not opened any DMAT account with ICICI neither I have activated this services. So I want my refund at any cost that they have charged. ICICI just fooling their customer.

                        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 14 September 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this.                           I have received an "email notice" from the bank that my balances of nri account with them will be transferred to deaf due to non operation. When i am trying to access my account online, i get the message that my phone no. Is not registered with the account, so i can not generate new password. The phone no. Is clearly mentioned by the bank itself on the welcome kit issued!! The debit card ever issued by the bank has expired since 2016 and bank has also not issued a new one. On 12.10.2018, i sent the scans of all required documents through my registered email address with the bank but issue is still unresolved.

                            Hi,
                            The icici bank people opened my demat account without taking my consent, and they have charged me in the name of demat account fee (700). I contacted their customer care and now they are telling that i have to go to a icici demat branch to close the demat account, i haven't went to any icici demat branch to open that demat account, so how come they have opened my demat account. They are doing fraud and charging customers illegally. I have raised a request with complaint number sr[protected]. Now all i want is to provide complete refund and close that demat account. The bank can't not charge me because they are at fault.

                            I am Ashish Bhatt. 88.35 Rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-18) DP charges on 26/10/2018.Luckily only 88.35 rupees was there in my account, and their customer care is telling that charges are 700 so as soon as I will deposit the money they will deduct the rest of the amount. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected].

                                Dear sir,
                                I have got the personal loan indusind bank. I am paying the loan due on 5th of every month. My ecs usually debits on 5th of every month post 12pm. But on 5th sept 2018, at 9 am i have sufficient balance for ecs. But 413/- were deducted against bounce charges (Ecsrtnchgs040918_sr[protected]. When i contacted customer care, they confirmed that the ecs was raised at 4 am. Is this possible? Can u please clarify this. If you have any idea about this please mail me.                                   I was renewing my policy through adityabirlainsurancebrokers using upi. The amount got deducted, phone pe shows transaction successful but money never reached aditya birla insurance brokers. Policy didn’t renew. I called insurance company and they said that they didn’t receive the amount. Please find the attached screen shot from phone pe and refund the amount.

                                      I took a car loan from icici from a dsa who promised no foreclosure or preclosure fees after 18 months.Now due to kerala floods when my car loan is being closed a huge amount of rs 38000 is being asked. Please note there was offer even while i took loan for no preclosure and no foreclosure charges by icici the dsa cheated me and logged my loan in normal format without offer. I wrote to senior management desk a mad lady called kajal took over my case and she harshly said cant waive off full amount but can try to process preclosure fees with minimum charges only when she is confirmed of the car loan insurance amount i am going to get. She accepted the car loan was missold to me whoever she going by signatures of mine in so called few papers deems me to pay this charges. Icici gave me 7-8 calls for loan verification but not even a miscall from icici as to why i opted for normal loan when offers were there already benefiting me.Note even gift vochures were handed over to me for this car laon post esclating things to senior management team even while i was taking loan. I feel cheated and never ever take car loans from icici. They wont ever do anything benefiting customer and if you esclate un educated half minded people from icici bank would make your life even miserable. End of the day I am suffering due to sheer arrogance of icici bank. Icici people are rutheless and arrogant people even due to damages from kerala floods they are showing this type of attitude as if customers are beggers.Note all emi was paid on time . Mentioned icici ticket number in subject line.

                                        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY AND DON'T OPEN FD with ICICI here is my experience. I opened few FD online it was quick and easy but the real harassment started when you try to close your FD prematurely (earlier than time frame) they will ask you form to be filled signed and uploaded and yes they now need your passport details to be uploaded and again that needs to be attested even though the passport has a signature they still want you to print the passport and sign it and once you submit they will take 2-3 business days god knows for what? There is upload size limit and I don't know about other even though I am an IT Professional it took me 30 minutes to create one SR and even when SBI is offering online FD closure I don't why ICICI is still following manual paper process? This is just total harassment as even after submitting SR more than 4 days have passed and writing 10 email followups and 15 escalation calls the FD is not yet closed! They all talk about conservation and inviting people to invest in India and if this is the service they are offering then I am sorry no one has this much time and patience. I am going to close my account soon and moving to other bank as this is not acceptable to me. I just thought to share my experience here so others can learn and make informed decision. BTW I have not been paid by competitors as I had been banking with ICICI for over a decade now! But just the FD Customer Service and Investment Customer Service is pathetic to stay away from this bank!

                                        Even after 4 days of sleepless night and escalation emails, phone calls finally the FD Closure team closed few of FD but still they have not completed all of it. Secondly, there are errors in the interest rate calculation.

                                        Anyway, I am very unhappy with your FD customer support and department forget about call back but they have failed on all instances and I am very sorry to say but I had high reputation of ICICI bank from Mr K V Kamath time but that reputation is going down south!

                                        I would not recommend my investors, friends or family to ICICI as this kind of service is pathetic and un-acceptable.

                                        Anyway, I don’t have choice as I am on another end of the globe otherwise I would have personally submitted my complaints, grievances and met some of my friends in board of directors.

                                        Very unsatisfied with your bank!

                                        This is what you call service?

                                        You are from head of quality of service have you done anytime errors and checks?

                                        Do you have a process to verify and escalation process?

                                        What did you do from October 29th till November 1st 2018. Please answer my question and you calling me today to let me know that you are looking into my SR is this fair?

                                        How much time you need to calculate an interest on a FD which even a 5th grader can solve in 5 minutes you took 3 days and still need more time?

                                        SHAME ON YOU GUYS!

                                        You are not meant to be an ISO bank but nobody would give you any ratings!
