I have been using icici account for more than 8 years and have not faced any issue till now.
I have received the below message:
Dp chgs till sep-18 in my mini statement and amount 826.00 has been detected from my account.
I have not used by demant account for more than 4 years and there was no message or alert messege for the same in my registered mobile number.

Could you please have a look at this incident and kindly revert my money back!!

Losing a faith of old customer is highly not recommended.

    I have try to withdrawn the amount oif inr 5000 from hari nagar nanakpura, delhi-110064 on 2 november 2018 in the night. However, the amount got deducted from my dbs bank account and not withdrawn.

    M trying but not able to contact icici customer care since i am not the customer of icici bank

    Please expedite this matter at the earliest.

      I am icici customer and account number xxxxxx. On september 11th, 2018, i did normal mode money transfer $5000 from my us bank to my sbi account using icici money2india service.

      I got the conversion money to my sbi beneficiary account on same day in an express transfer mode. But i opted for normal mode transfer.

      Unfortunately, during this transaction, my us account debit card was stolen and reported to us bank. They closed my us bank account for security purpose. So money conversion transaction was rejected due to account not available. I had a discussion with icici customer service and told the reason for rejection. They said that icici bank did not validated my us account from their side before transferring the money to beneficiary account which is their mistake. I agreed the issue and accepted to transfer the money back to them once i get a proper email with valid reason for not validating my source usa account and reason for express mode transfer instead of normal mode transfer.

      But i have not received response for my email and asked me to pay additional rs 10, 000 extra. And also they marked lien on all my icici checking & saving account without informing to me which is unfair and not legally permitted to touch my accounts without my authorization.

      I raised a complaint against this issue and number is sr[protected]. I need a justification from icici bank for touching my checking & saving account without my approval. And also, i need justification why they have initiated express mode transfer while customer is not opted for the service

        I was purchase one mobile from paytm of cost 21987 with payment option 18 months no cost emi using my icici credit card.

        I have paid manually minimum amount upto rs 15000 after that i recognised my total due amount increasing.. I meet up with icici credit card department they told me paytm doesnt informed us to transfer your request into no cost emi

        Icici bank advice me sent mail to paytm with cc icici bank for this instance but no one reply me on mail.

        After paying monthly minimum due amount before due date bank charged me auto debit charges which facility not initiated by me.

        Icici credit card i am not going to pay your unagreed charges

          prepaid debit card

          My prepaid debit card is lost so i got a replacement card. I tried to withdraw money from atm but it is not working i think it may be not activated. I also sale tried to validate my card in iciici bank website it says un valid card and sale transcation not done for this card is showing plz help or give options to transfer my balance amount as soon as possible thank you...

          I can see that my account ending xxx 5492 has been deducted 29.5 rupees 8 times in last month. This is just ridiculous. Why are they deducting someone else money like this. This is pure fraud by icici bank.

          These seems to be looting the customers with hidden charges.

              My name is prashant shrivastava today on 12/11/2018 my savings account is been deducted twice for inr 29.50 which says (Posdec cgh 29.50). On online investigation i found out its due to using debit card multiple times with insufficient balance.
              But in my case i haven't used my debit card at all..

              Please do look into the matter...

              I got the below message

              My account got deducted but Beneficiaries account still got credited or nor the amount got refunded

                Dear sir/madam,

                As my emi date was 15nth of september, i transferred the same amount in my icici account on 15nth only. But still my emi bounced as per received message from dhfl and icici bank.

                Then after i contacted khopoli branch to ask the details, they told me to wait for 4 to 5 days may be ecs will be regenerated. But on 20th of september i received a call from dhfl customer care to pay the same through paynimo link which they sent me on my mobile. I explained them that local branch told me to wait for some days, but customer care executive said that ecs is not going to generate again. They told me to pay by net banking. I paid on same day; screenshot of sms is attached herewith. Again after icici bank messaged to maintain balance on 24th september so the amount of 15118 can be debited as ecs regenerated.

                Now icici bank messaged me that your ecs has been returned due to insufficient balance. Already i paid ecs return charges to icici bank as well as to dhfl. Due to your miscommunication or whatever it is, am suffering a lot. Kindly waive off all the charges i have paid, as the amount of 14528 was in my account on 15th september 2018 on evening. Also i paid 14528+590= 15118/- through net banking. Then why ecs regenerated?

                All the bank statements, sms screenshots, voice recordings with dhfl khopoli branch executive and customer care also i have saved.

                Total charge paid till now with date as follows-

                1) rs. 413/- deducted by icici bank on 18/09/18. (Ecs return charges of 15th sept.18)
                2) rs. 15118/- (14528 + 590 ecs return charges) paid to dhfl on 20/09/18.
                3) rs. 7.24/- deducted by icici bank on 25/09/18. (Ecs return charges).
                4) rs. 13.99/- deducted by icici bank on 08/10/18. (Ecs return charges of 24th sept.18).
                5) rs. 0.01/- deducted by icici bank on 11/10/18. (Ecs return charges of 24th sept.18)
                6) rs. 457.98/- deducted by icici bank on 12/11/18. (Ecs return charges of 24th sept.18)

                Total rs. 884.98/- deducted by icici bank & rs. 590/- deducted by dhfl.

                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible to avoid any legal action against you.

                None of them contacted or done anything to resolve my complaint. It is already 5 days gone, i request you to take some action against such banks so that it should not repeat in future.
                I Am recharge 399 plan but recharge is not done amount is deducted from my bank account pls return my money.iam recharged through upi bhim, jio quickpay.please do resolve my problem.

                  Its been more than a month since i raised this request. They do not respond at all. You can expect an answer only when you 'create' request in this postal the first time.

                  I tried following up via email, tried this forum, their call center etc. They force you to give up on the complaint by not responding. Good technique, i must say! Is this really icici?

                  Have attached the picture of my complain a month ago. I also have several follow up emails but zero response received.

                  Thank you for your service icici!!

                  I have a question for consumer complaints team - do you not followup with the service providers if a request is not addressed for a long time? Just a concern from a troubled customer! :-)

                    This is surendra kumawat, i had purchased my two wheeler motorcycle bajaj pulsar 150 (Rj14-as-5457) in 2007. I had taken vehicle loan from icici bank subash marg, c-scheme, jaipur, rajasthan, i do not have my loan a/c number but i had cleared all the emis in time. I have visited icici bank number of times but still i have not received my bike loan clearance & noc letter from icici bank. It is the duty of the icici bank to send my rc within 30 days from the last emi clearance date but they have not done it yet.

                        My complaints are:

                          On 9th november 2018 (At 07:54 pm) evening while recharging my idea sim of rs 398 through paytm bhim wallet linked with united bank of india.
                          As 398 rs was get deducted without any recharge.

                            I am an account holder of icici bank. Rs 2000 was deducted from my account on 9/11/2018 without any notice. I would like to know for what purpose is the amount deducted from the account. Please help me with dr transfers of the bank. My user id is[protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.                               Hi this is balaji on 6.11.18 i made a payment to bajaj finserv and the amount was 3350 through upi. The cash has been detected from my account and transfered to [protected]@icici but not sent to bajaj finserv. I have attached the transaction screenshot for reference. I can’t even able to contact them all. Now i made my payment through some other processes so please refund my cash to my account thanking you

                              I have done a recharge of 349.00 and the money has been deducted from my bank but the recharge has not done and I did not get my money back.

                                I am harmeet singh. I have used icici credit card last 1 yr approx, but last few months i suffering from financial crisis even 100 rs not in my pocket because of no job and no income source. Icici agent calling me on 1 nov 2018 and say you don't pay full amount so you have done settlement for rs 16200 and my total outstanding is 23 k approximately as on 1 nov 2018. Agent name is subhash and mobile no is ([protected]) ([protected]). Subhash force me to pay today 3220 immediately to settled account. He forced me and i agree for long commitment for subhash. Subhash say i give to settlement letter thru mail and handover to 3rd nov 2018. I am not call to subhash bcz of diwali holidays but i called on 10 nov 18 he is not picking my phone. Atlast he picked my call and say your settlement not approved. Why he committed to me to send settlement letter and final amount. He said to me your amount is freezed in icici system. I have borrow 3200 rs to my friend and my account is not settled. # system of icici agents and group. Fraud icici only for subhash. Subhash sitting in jhandewalan icici office. I registered fir for this issue. I have all recordings of subhash icici agent.

                                  Am an icici bank customer. 06/11/2018 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                     forex transaction

                                    I feel very disappointed by the experience i have had while dealing with the icici bank for forex transactions, the bank staff is not at all sensitive while dealing and seems to have no interest in customer’s interest.
                                    I have sent my documents for outward remittance on 1st of november and my bank account has got debited on 5th of november (A delay of 5 days) and till today (Delay of 12 days for monday) i don’t have the documents...

                                    Icici bank bank blocked my cc without any intimation. Calling customer care several times and also writing letters to several senior officials including their md and ceo did not help. I was frustrated and cancelled the card. I cancelled the card on 8th august 2019. I received no response ever for my complaints. Now i checked my payback account to redeem my points today 9th nov 2018 and i noticed that more than 70, 000 points have been reversed. Today i called customer care and they are mentioning that it is the policy. First of all they made me cancel my card with their irresponsible approach. Now they have taken away all my points which i earned by spending my money and also paying the bill in full on time. This is utter injustice caused to me. Icici bank has caused tremendous mental trauma to me by their repeated ill treatment. I need justice please.
