I want to know why this deduction has been made on my Debit card.
ECSRTNCHG-12-OCT-18+GST amount of 472 by ICICI bank.

Before I stepped into ICICI banking i was clearly told that there are no charges for any transactions / yearly fees etc ..
but i dont know why they have charged me huge amount .

    HI All,

    I am an account holder of ICICI bank for about 4 y. When I went to take money from the ATM, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why I was having such deduction and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification. But I didn’t. Then I went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason

    still as of now it is deducted almost 3000kpluse it reduce from A/C.

    SMAB Chgs SEP18 what is this stupid charges It has debit from my a/c, I have not received any msg/ call before deduction of this money since it is happen 2 to 3 times

    I have tried to connect phone banker still it is not connected also

    How many time this charges are charged from customer

    I hope you people will help me, Else I am going to close my account. this my salary account I have planed again to continue the same as a salary account now I can I believe this type of transaction

      Money was debited from my sbi account, however was not credited to delhi university account, and is stuck in the payment gateway.

      It is requested you to kindly refund my amount to my bank account, as soon as possible

      There was no reply from the side of bank even after repeated number of emails.

Maine amit singh jo ki apke raipur head hai unko bahut baar telephonic baat kare ki mujhe wo ladki blackmail kar rahi hai magar unhone usko bacha liya ye kehkar ki head office se team ayegi or decision lege but aj tak ki tatik me koi decision nhi hua aj me or meri wife jab apke branch gaye to apke staff chakurvedi jo abm hai unhone meri wife se bahut batamiji ki or dhamki di ki agar apne mere staff ke bare me or koi plan nahi lete hai to apko account operate karne me bahut takhlife ayege unki is damki ko maine police me fir kar diya hai or apke bank ke name per bhi kar de hai or aapna account band karne ki request bhi de di hai apke ke bank me aise corruption ho rahe jisko ap log janbujhkar ignore karte hai apke staff ki ladki customer se kam nikale ke liye unki family me dispute karti hai or blackmail karti hai. Apke bank me ladkiya paise magti hai or mana karne par dhamki dete hai family barbad karne ki. Or uper complain karne ki baat per bolti hai uper se order hai kisi bhi tarah customer se paise lao uper koi nahi usenega koi kuch nahi karega or ye sach hua last 3 month se kisi ne kuch nahi kiya sab gumrah kar rahe the.           I reside in New Delhi and have never been to Bangalore. I received a transaction alert on 5th November that my account has been debited with INR 1, 99, 800 and immediately called the ICICI customer care. They blocked my debit card and deactivated netbanking on my account and connected me with the fraud team.
          I was informed that the transaction has happened at Sangeetha Mobiles in Bangalore.
          The complaint was lodged and I was given a shadow credit the next day. On 16th November, ICICI debited my account and next day sent me SMS stating that my request has been declined as this was a second factor authentication transaction. I was already in shock and this was all the more traumatizing as ICICI took 12 days just to investigate this was a 3d secure transaction.
          As I had spoken with ICICI on 5th November when this scam happened, I had asked them to stop the payment from being credited to the beneficiary account as it takes time for the credit, else stop the dispatch of the goods purchased, the ICICI team has not shared any details how the transaction has happened. I have been given three different versions, it was a fund transfer, debit card payment and third that it was an online payment through netbanking.
          I had never received any OTP but I did receive the transaction alert. ICICI has not shared any details whether they managed to stop the amount from being credited or stop the goods from being dispatched. They have also not shared any details about what steps they have taken for the investigation.
          I also asked the ICICI team to check my transaction history that I had not been using this account since a long time, check the IP address from where I have logged into the account in the past and had sent the mails to ICICI on the date of this incident and also check the IP address from which this transaction was done.
          I had lodged a complaint with the Rajouri Garden Police Station on the 6th of November, they refused to file an FIR stating that an IO will be appointed who will do the initial investigation and will then lodge an FIR and forward the matter to the Cyber Cell. The IO had not forwarded the matter to the Cyber Cell as on the 17th of November.
          I am now running around to get my money which I thought was in the safe custody.

                We have used the icici bank travel card during our visit to usa.

                After a month when we checked the card summary to our shock found 11 fraudulent transactions.
                We filed police complaint, complaint to bank (After series of difficulties) but have not got any satisfying response.

                Here, on this platform we see that this is a common problem being faced - yet icici is failing to correct and make

                  Hi team,

                  It's regarding interest rate revision of home loan no lbcal[protected] of amount 18, 78, 000rs. 1st time i applied on 10/nov/2017 to revise the rate in the bund garden branch : a-wing shangrila gardens, bund garden rd, pune, maharashtra 411001 but the rate revision was not done. I have a receiving copy for the said application. The officer who handled my case was ravi (Ravi mamidi /rclg/ibank/pne)

                  Then 2nd time i applied on 10/oct/2018 until now the bank has not revised the rate. The officer who handle my case was kalpana rana (Kalpana. [protected]@icicibank.com - [protected])

                    I am the icici bank account holder from more than 8 years. But from month of june 2018 till now around 800 rs has been deducted as smab charges without providing me any notification on the same.

                    I was not initmated through any email or sms about this deduction and i haven't face any such issue with icici bank before

                      I got msg. On 17 th november, 2018 that inr 470 debited from my account (Dipak sarkar/[protected]. I have neither subscribed not purchased anything. Info vin* google*nsh.
                      I didn't receive any otp from bank either.
                      So i request you to look into the serious matter & refund my debited amount. See also this incident must not happen further in future.

                        Sub:- wrong imps transaction amount of rs.10000/-
                        Respected sir,
                        I priyanka panchal am holding an a/c:[protected] in your bank at vastrapur branch. Please note that there has been done a wrong imps by me of rs.10, 000/- dt. 15/11/2018 to the bank of baroda chattisgargh [protected] (Lalan chandan) instead of [protected] (Prakash panchal).
                        I request you to freeze/record the lien on the above mentioned amount of rs. 10000/-
                        I have already discussed this matter with bank of baroda at sg road branch. They advised that inform your icici bank to send an email to [protected]@bankof baroda.com to freeze/mark lien on this amount.
                        I have already called on icici customer care and explained the matter in detail. Customer executive hemraj has registered my complaint and has also given me assurance that i will be credited with ₹ 10.000 within 40 days. This was a telephonic conversation and i was being told by the executive that i will be provided with a complaint reference number via sms to my registered phone but haven’t recieved yet.
                        Please update my on my status or provide me the complaint number if my complaint has already been registered.

                          I Atul Dayalbhai Rathod hving account number[protected] with icici did not receive cash of 5, 000 today from icici atm due to power failure. My account got debited with 5, 000 rs at 8:19pm today. I request you to credit it as early as possible..

                          Even i had a talk with your customer care excutive today on toll free number [protected] which i received on sms on my phone number when the account got debited. His name was Arun kumar and he told that within 2 days i will get the amount credited in my account.

                          I am sending u the pic of sms which shows 5, 000 debited from my account. It also contains the toll free mumber.

                          Even i am sending you the pic of the call log my phone as a proof that i had a talk with your cuatomer care executive.

                            I recently applied for a credit card with icici bank, it was mentioned that there will not be any charges for the card. But after my first transaction they simply deducted 1399 for some one assist plan without my permission. I never wanted such kind of plan or something nor they asked my permission before activating it. Now they have added the amount in my outstanding balance. It's really depressing

                                  I have been following with DMRC and ICICI Bank since past 5 months to resolve my card issue which i am not able to use but the matter is being unheard and unattended since long. Please find attached image of card at DMRC station which clearly shows that card is blocked but as per bank and DMRC card is working fine. It seems that either they don't wish to resolve or they don't know the process to resolve such queries. Whatever is the situation i am the one who is suffering since long.

                                    I'm holding account with the icici bank from 2013: a/c:[protected] there's a spell mistake done in my surname by the bank authoring while opening the account. Since then i was submitting the requests to correct it - with one or the other reason they didn't do it. Recently i provided my passport, pan, driving license, aadhaar card and ssc certificate copy to correct the name along with a lawyer's affidavit - they are not ready to accept those; instead demanded for a declaration from gazetted officer who works in state secretariat. I said it's not a name change, it's a correction of spell mistake done by the bank people. I've even asked to show / tell me the proofs considered while name was typed - they don't have an answer. I don't understand for the mistake of bank people why should i suffer. Just for the reason that i don't want to loose the banking history of 6 years i'm sending the requests, but now i would like to close the account. Thanks, rahul

                                        It has been 10 days since i've applied for a personal loan and the current status is under process. However, i was conveyed that the amount has been approved and will be disbursed within 48 working hours.

                                        The assigned relationship manager - nagaraj (N. [protected]@icicibank.com) is the most unresponsive person i've ever come across. Doesn't pick up the calls, doesn't reply to emails but messages that he is on leave and so is the entire loan department.
