I had raised the below request long back and they asked me to email them with the uid. Its been more than a week when i did so and as expected there was no response from icici - i'd rate you as 0 in terms of customer satisfaction. First the staff misbehaves and then, if escalated, the team doesn't respond. Is there a team in icici who actually looks into resolving customer issues?
"i called the support staff twice to request to waive off the late payment interest fee but they blatantly refused to do so.
I literally begged them to waive the fee off and consider that i am an old customer who is using their services from last 7 years. Due to some circumstances, i was delayed to make the payment by a couple of days but did the full payment as soon as i could. I spoke to naveen and then to raghuram (Their floor manager) requesting them to help, and despite begging them for several minutes i had to ultimately give up on the request.
Never expected this from such a good brand. I was really happy with icici services until now."
