    I have transferred an amount of 100000 to my HDFC bank account for urgent base. The transaction got failed but the amount was debited from my account.
    i called 4 times customer care they are said HDFC Bank side is problem and It was very urgent to transfer the amount, but when I checked with customer care they are saying that it would take two days to refund.

    1.) one customer said we will take this as Emergency and solve it but done.
    2.) They are not taking any complaint before 2 working days.

    IMPS transfer meaning is immediate if it is not done then the transaction should revert back immediately are else at least inform through the mail delay in transaction, without succeed of transaction why icici bank is debiting the amount,

        I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

          The transaction got failed but the amount was debited from my account.

          It was very urgent to transfer the amount, but when I checked with customer care they are saying that it would take two days to refund.

            Sir,
            Im working in l&t finance, kalady. My branch have icici account at aluva branch. Since our office shifted to kalady, we used to deposit money at kalady branch of icici bank. Now for some reason they are not accepting any of our l&t finance money. They were making us wait a long time saying that the server is down, so one day we stayed for a long time to see if they are accepting any other customers money, and we found out that they are accepting evryones money except ours, they are refusing to accept our deposits. Because of that we are having to travel a long distant to deposit our money in another branch of icici. We know that icici is a great reputed bank, but if you having irresponsible employees like in kalady branch, it will affect the credibility of your company.

              Dear team,

              On October 3 2018 night i was credited with the amount of rupees 16000
              to my savings account of ICICI. The very next day that is 4th October 2018
              i received a call from the person who said there was a wrong credit of 16000 transferred wrongly to my acc and he ask me to transfer back. But when i checked my account it was there, then i asked i didn't receive call any of this regarding from the bank and he said that he is the one sent that wrongly.

              Then after checking all the transaction details i transferred the amount of 16k to his account. But the guy whom i transferred forgot to tell me there has been complaint raised and that has to be released. Then on october 8 2018 i was debited with 9500 which i kept for my home loan. Then i thought it was credited for home loan and on october 10 2018, while i transferred some money to icici account to pay my credit card bill they debited 5900. After that while asking customare care, They are saying we have blocked 16000 against the lene marked for the wrong fund transfer. I told it was transferred to the same person and they are saying that i have to send via there channels.

              I asked why i was not intimated by call, message or through mail from the bank side about this complaint before they block this much huge from their customer and they are simply saying if they intimating some one the person will loot the money from the atm and ran away. I don't know how they are answering so stupid. In that case who ever living in this country and maintaining account is a fraud???????????

              I do understand that i have to pay the customer via bank channel and i did a mistake. But how can a person knows all this thinks when it happens for ya first time and didn't get any intimation from the bank. I was really pathetic and i was so disappointed for being as a customer with icici for more than 5 years and trusting them and they are so loyal for the person who raised the complaint and not for the real loyal customer.

              Still my 16000 rupees is still under lene/blocked by ICICI bank and i do understand i should be transferred after discussing with the ICICI customare care .But i need a proper answer why i was not informed about the lene from my account through any of the channel.

              So team kindly take necessary action and resolve my problem.

                Already I have applied personal loan 16, 000 with rate of interest 13.00%.
                After that three months before boost-up the my loan amount to 229000 but they increased the rate of interest to 16.75%.
                I have raised complaint to respective person (Pratik Boraiker) for this issue. Still my request was not resolved. Please do the needful.

                  I applied for an fastag on 03/10/2018 and was doing follow0up with customer care team about the status. On 12th october, they said it will get dispatched soon.

                  Now on 14th october 2018, i called them for status but they said document is mismatched and intimation was given to me earlier through sms

                  I didn't receive such sms and asked them what is next?

                  They said to re-upload the document and it will take another 8 working days.

                  Moreover, customer care guys are very unprofessional while they talk and felt very bad about my wrong decision to go with icici fastag

                    I have been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 5th october 2018 with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected]renewal. From my icici bank account

                    I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

                    It’s became regular practice of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.

                    Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

                          I have account in nemethanpatti branch and on 4th october amount rs 1799 was deducted without my knowledge or call. Banks are cheating us. This policy i have not applied. How come icici bank can deduct without informing me

                                Dear sir,
                                I have been holding icici money multiplier bonds dated 28 april 1999. Please let me know the status of the bond, i had submitted the original bond in the icici bank in kalyan branch (Murbad road) my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com
                                I had submitted the original bond to icici kalyna branch on 24 aug 18 alongwith the cancelled cheque of thebank acoount in which i want this amount to be credited and the concerned officer stated that ishould get the money in my acount within 15 days but as of today it was more than 45 days but i did not recived the money. Please help me.

                                  I have opened icici individual current account in panjim branch on 2015. After a year i had not used that card in 2016 and 2017. As i was not in india
                                  When i transferred to banaglore, i got call from icici bank panjim branch and they delivered the debit cards with atm in banaglore address. I asked them will they debut any money. They said no, hereafter try to maintain the balance

                                  I started using that account.

                                  1st they ducted around 1000 inr and it mentioned as non maianutaince for 2017 (Some month)

                                  2nd they detected around 6000inr. And i was angry with 4 to 5 month they mentioned in 2017 non maintenance. I was super pissed of and excused them. Not even i complaint, i left it. Again started using that account.
                                  3 day a earlier sudddely 10000 had been wiped from my account in the name of non maintenance for 2016 and 2017

                                  Here i am really pissed off and took this issue in twitter and they promised me they will give a call back. Nothing came so far. So i decide to file the complaint against them

                                  1st i asked clealry if i started using this account will any balance will be deduced. They said no

                                  After i started using that account they stole literally.

                                  Such a shame on this icici bank. Where my salary account is in icici and credit card too. And my another company current account is there.

                                  Beware with this icici guys. There is no option for me apart from filing the case against them

                                    Am an icici bank customer. Yesterday 11-10-18 ecsrtnchg charged 410 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is rajesh. [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I did imps of rs.23500/- from my account in icici bank no. Xxxxx706 to sbi a/c no cxxxxx356 on 12/10/2018 vide transation id[protected]. Money is debited from my acct and sms also received to this effect. Transaction failed at the teceiving end. I request icici bank to kindly refund the amount and deposit in my acct xxxxx706 as soon as possible. Thanks & regards to you. Kuldip singh saini
