I'm complaining about mobile banking

As when i booked train tickets from my mobile icici account from my debit card the amount was deducted twice from my account and i was very regret by this situation but the ticket appears only once why this happen i'm very unhappy with this issue. Please kindly solve my issue. And i want my money back to my account since i didn't get the ticket why this happen. So please kindly checkout this....

unauthorised deduction and no response for previous complaint

Icici bank people are highly unprofessional and now i setiously will take step by complaining with the resposible authorities as i even earlier filed a complaint and no step was taken. And on a highr note again the smab charges got deducted that to from a 0-balance salary/saving account. And tgen these people want customers to use appropriate lamguage for them and they just make customers keep waiting for the response from them....

I am surprised to know that in card statement dt: 20/08/2018 total charges of inr 1, 522.37 have been charged including late fee payment, finance charge and gst. I have made payment amounting to inr 3, 209.00 through cheque no. 033017. Cheque was dropped at cheque drop box of icici bank vile parle east branch.

I have got the personal loan from moneyview app. Loan amount is auto debited on 5th of the every month. Today 6th i checked my statement and i found out tat ecs charges of rs.413 from my account. icici one assist

The one assist has been activated on my credit card without any prior notice to me about its charges and my credit card statement involves the charge of 900 rs for the same. Iam not ready to pay this charge as i was not aware about its charges, which specifies the consumer being uninformed.
I reques you to deactivate the service or else ill have to move to further autorities for complaint....

not receiving sms, otp on phone

Icici bank sms, otps are not being received since 12.09.18. Customercare cannot help and putting the onus on service provider! Have been receiving messages from all and sundry except icici bank!
Among the bizarre solutions suggested by the relationship manager include taking the sim out and putting it in another handset. Tried everything, nothing works and icici does not want to explore the root cause for it.
