Hi,
The icici bank people opened my demat account without taking my consent, and they have charged me in the name of demat account fee (700). I contacted their customer care and now they are telling that i have to go to a icici demat branch to close the demat account, i haven't went to any icici demat branch to open that demat account, so how come they have opened my demat account. They are doing fraud and charging customers illegally. I have raised a request with complaint number sr[protected]. Now all i want is to provide complete refund and close that demat account. The bank can't not charge me because they are at fault.

Updated by @ashish@ I am Ashish Bhatt. 88.35 Rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-18) DP charges on 26/10/2018.Luckily only 88.35 rupees was there in my account, and their customer care is telling that charges are 700 so as soon as I will deposit the money they will deduct the rest of the amount. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected].
