Dear sir / madam,
I am writing this to you for a consideration in waiving or reducing the charges made on my icici credit card [protected] account, valid till 06/20, for always being late in paying the installment for the credit card. Now i want clear account dues on my card becausei am in critical condition (By health) so i want clear the my accounts dues but please waive of all my charges like high interest charges, late payment fee sur-chrages, igst chrarges
I have never before delayed the payments, as you can check, and have been an upright account holder at your bank since a very long time. I do respect the legal rights of the bank to charge for a delay in payment but this has been a result of the adverse circumstances i am facing presently. I am currently going through a financial crisis due to illness and medical treatments of my mine. I am leaving for abroad next week, and i am closing all of my accounts, settling all my dues, therefore i need to settle down the credit card total liability too. And i can only do that if you'll waive the specific charges (Igst charges, late payment charges, and high interest charges) that you've put on my bill.
I believe my bank must support me at a difficult time as this and grant a waiver on the charges whichever every month charged from credit card allotted/given to me. This is a onetime request which i believe can be granted to me for the benefactor role i play as an account holder to this bank.
I shall be ever grateful if i get an affirmative response for the waiving of charges on my credit card account.
