On 06/11/2018 i tried withdrawing 10000 rupees from icici atm located in mahavir enclave, New Delhi with my vijaya bank atm card. The atm gave 8500 rupees and deducted 10000 from my account.

kindly refund the 1500 rupees to my A/C at the earliest.

    I am a registered customer with icici bank vide account no.[protected]. My registered email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
    This is to bring to your kind attention pls, today evening approx 5:44 pm, i am trying to withdrawal cash using axis bank atm machine atm id - terminal id is - dpcn291302, classification as metro.in village sarhaul gurgaon pin 122001. I am doing transaction and try to get my money from atm machine. It shows an error as error "server fuilure" and at the same time amount of rs. 6000/- has deducted from my account through the sms but has not received the amount from atm machine in hard form.
    Request you to kindly check and revert my money in my account as same has not received from the atm machine at the same time due to server down problem. Why all the time we customer has to face such type of problems.

      Hello,

      I am nazim khan using icici bank credit card its not even a year and i have paid 21000 and they said it was a just emi which is covered, primary amount remains as it is.
      I am frustrated by threat of i am getting from recovery cell of icici also they are disturb me and my paralyzed mom every single day and also i am not understanding the calculations of their charges i feel like that want me to just pay for whole life for 35000 credit card.
      Icici bank not share the necessary information with me and they make me defaulter and late payment maker
      For which they charging me they did not even share the receipt for receipt they just send me a text.

      Please help i don't want to get affected my cibil score for their bluff.

        Hi, Its been long since I am facing this issue. Unfortunately I lost my register indian mobile number and my debit cared last year. Two months back I locked my account due to incorrect password. I talked with customer care executives to check any way forward, they assist me to send a form to update the overseas number in account in order to get the password from online portal.

        Although it was a physical mail that was required to update number. I send the required form to ICICI bank mumbai head office. in 7-8 day I received message stating that your number is updated.

        When I tried to regenerate password, after entering USER ID, it asks for registered number but it starts with 91(indian country code).

        I have updated Swedish contact number but It wont take as I can not change the country code in the field, so i am not able to unlock the account number.

        I tried to contact the customer care so many times but no one could help me in this case.

          Hello. I was having account in icici bank agra sikindra 6/9. Ashore at he time vodka. Ifsc code icic0001568. Today i have close my account coz of bad behaviour and service of mrs. Seema it was the same hapn befr also.. But this time i colse my accnt[protected]. I think she was in hurry to close my account. Damn she have so much attitute. Okz make her learn how to talk to costumer

            Dear sir: icici banks provides nre and nro account service with demat and pis accounts to non resident indian (Nri). Most nri's maintain 3 to 4 accounts for which they pay fee or transaction charges or maintain minimum balance. The bank provides online internet banking. Internet banking is part of service, necessary for operation. But the icici bank clients can not accomplish transactions without debit card, a card which is used for buying or making third party payments. Nri do not need debit card, as they do not live or do not make purchases but they still have to buy one card for each account to operate internet banking. Each simple net banking operation i. E transferring funds, requesting remittance, even change of address requires client to fill debit card number and bank makes sale of card and annual fee is charged. This does not happen in any international bank as internet banking is inbuilt for operation of the account for which a condition like buying debit card can not be forced. Icici bank is exploiting its clients on the name of internet security which is otherwise well protected by a password and otp.
            I raised this issue with bank executives - no one is interested to resolve this. Therefore i request your office ti intervene and prevent from this illegal sale and action of the bank.

              Dear sir / madam,
              I am writing this to you for a consideration in waiving or reducing the charges made on my icici credit card [protected] account, valid till 06/20, for always being late in paying the installment for the credit card. Now i want clear account dues on my card becausei am in critical condition (By health) so i want clear the my accounts dues but please waive of all my charges like high interest charges, late payment fee sur-chrages, igst chrarges

              I have never before delayed the payments, as you can check, and have been an upright account holder at your bank since a very long time. I do respect the legal rights of the bank to charge for a delay in payment but this has been a result of the adverse circumstances i am facing presently. I am currently going through a financial crisis due to illness and medical treatments of my mine. I am leaving for abroad next week, and i am closing all of my accounts, settling all my dues, therefore i need to settle down the credit card total liability too. And i can only do that if you'll waive the specific charges (Igst charges, late payment charges, and high interest charges) that you've put on my bill.

              I believe my bank must support me at a difficult time as this and grant a waiver on the charges whichever every month charged from credit card allotted/given to me. This is a onetime request which i believe can be granted to me for the benefactor role i play as an account holder to this bank.

              I shall be ever grateful if i get an affirmative response for the waiving of charges on my credit card account.

                Rs 413 has been deducted as ecsrtnchg charges. Kindly let me know what this deduction is for? This is not authorized by me. Kindly look into the matter. Also, as per the site this is maintenance charges, let me know what maintenance charges and why wasn't this said before. No approval was taken for deduction. This is highly unprofessional. Let me know the refund procedure.

                  I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 03/11/2018. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                    I was charged for rupes of 29.50 two times on 1 oct 2018 saying pos decline charges. There was an issue with the pos machine and the transaction got declined was it my fault that i have been charged for it. The representative says it is got deducted according to rbi guidelines i don't think rbi has issued any such guidelines. This is pure cheating done by icici bank.

                      Rs. 550.67 has been deducted from my account on[protected]. I have never used dmat account for any of the transaction and never given the details for dmat account, how can bank deduct charges of demat. Please take action as soon as possible and refund the deducted money.

                      This is not done. Icici has deducted a DP Charge from My bank account but I was told there will Not be any such service charges. That to I don't use demat. It's they themselves who gave me the access. Expected more from you icici. Please refund the deduction.

                          I have recently relocated to sydney. My registered mobile number is the indian number which i dont have access to and when i add the payee, i get the otp on the indian number which is temporarily suspended. I need to add the payee urgently. Please help me with the alternate to get the otp. Customer care is just not able to provide relevant support.

                            Actually i have made a recharge from myjio app to my jio number but transaction got failed and amount is deducted from my account. I complained about that to [protected]@billdesk.com and they called me at night and taken another 1047 rupees from my account still the money is not refunded. He said that total money will be refunded along with 1047+399 but nothing happened. What should i do now

                            ICICI customer support told me that he can see my demat account in his system.

                            3. Did not get any service from ICICI bank on demat account.

                            Definitely your oversmart executives has opened it without my consent for his own benefit. Got to know from customer care that ICICI bank is deducting amount from my account since last year. But it came to my notice recently only. Very much disappointing. A fraud bank with bunch of crooks.
                            Want refund of the full amount now.

                                Hello sir,
                                In the month of september 2018 i got a message from icici bank that a fraud transaction has been done against my icici coral credit card at haldwani nainital (At the time of transaction i was in delhi at my residence and the card was with me at that time). I lodged a complaint against this at the west patel nagar police station on the same date. I also got the complaint registered with icici bank and after that i sent an email to the icici bank with all the scanned documents asked by them. The documents were:-1) police complaint copy 2) consumer dispute form 3) my id proof 4) scanned copy of my credit card.
                                I was given a 22 days time by the icici bank. During that time i called them numerous times and the reply i got was that investigation is in process. After 22 days i was told that the complaint is being closed as i have not submitted the documents. I have a proof of the emails which i sent them. I have registered this complaint with the police station two times. Please help me in this regard. I tried using rbi banking ombudsman complaint site numerous times but it is not opening. Please help me in this regard.

                                  Yesterday amount has been debited from my account that time i was on call with someone said they are calling from sbi reward points branch. They kept talking to me by the time i received a notification where i have been debited an amount from my account. I’m so fed up i don’t know what to do. I went to near by branch and filed a complaint. One lady staff said they will check and respond. Kindly help me on this i’m so worried may be it can be my fault but i din share any details with any one but how come this has happened

                                    I have been receiving messages on my phone that i have been issued credit card which i've not applied. Now another message that same be delivered today itself. I don't know who is doing this fraud and who will receive n use this card. Stop consignment and don't activate. Icici bank will be solely responsible for any loss to me due to this.

                                    Second message

                                      Why did you debit 1, 899 rs money without asking me?                                         Amount of 550.67 has been deducted from my account. With entry of "dmc/inxxxxxxxxxxx dp chgs till sep-18". I tried to contact customer care of icici bank and they told me to contact demat account customer care. I tried but not able to connect. I was told that it's a free account and i haven't used demat account even for once. Also, i haven't received any update regarding deduction.

                                        I want a proper explanation for this.
