Dear sir,
My vehicle was registered with the icici fastag system at the time of purchase and i was told it is mandatory.
My consumer id for icicifastag is 10532497.
My complaints are:
1. ₹40 wrongly deducted on 9th sept 2018 at anand toll plaza have so far not been refunded back to me despite several requests.
2. Vehicle registration number not updated despite providing all details.
3. Vehicle black listed on fasttag.

    On 9th november 2018 (At 07:54 pm) evening while recharging my idea sim of rs 398 through paytm bhim wallet linked with united bank of india.
    As 398 rs was get deducted without any recharge.

    So, please help in refund my amount of
    Rupees 398.

    So please solve my issue as soon as possible.

        Hi this is balaji on 6.11.18 i made a payment to bajaj finserv and the amount was 3350 through upi. The cash has been detected from my account and transfered to [protected]@icici but not sent to bajaj finserv. I have attached the transaction screenshot for reference. I can’t even able to contact them all. Now i made my payment through some other processes so please refund my cash to my account thanking you
        I have done a recharge of 349.00 and the money has been deducted from my bank but the recharge has not done and I did not get my money back.

          I am harmeet singh. I have used icici credit card last 1 yr approx, but last few months i suffering from financial crisis even 100 rs not in my pocket because of no job and no income source. Icici agent calling me on 1 nov 2018 and say you don't pay full amount so you have done settlement for rs 16200 and my total outstanding is 23 k approximately as on 1 nov 2018. Agent name is subhash and mobile no is ([protected]) ([protected]). Subhash force me to pay today 3220 immediately to settled account. He forced me and i agree for long commitment for subhash. Subhash say i give to settlement letter thru mail and handover to 3rd nov 2018. I am not call to subhash bcz of diwali holidays but i called on 10 nov 18 he is not picking my phone. Atlast he picked my call and say your settlement not approved. Why he committed to me to send settlement letter and final amount. He said to me your amount is freezed in icici system. I have borrow 3200 rs to my friend and my account is not settled. # system of icici agents and group. Fraud icici only for subhash. Subhash sitting in jhandewalan icici office. I registered fir for this issue. I have all recordings of subhash icici agent.

            Am an icici bank customer. 06/11/2018 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               I feel very disappointed by the experience i have had while dealing with the icici bank for forex transactions, the bank staff is not at all sensitive while dealing and seems to have no interest in customer’s interest.
              I have sent my documents for outward remittance on 1st of november and my bank account has got debited on 5th of november (A delay of 5 days) and till today (Delay of 12 days for monday) i don’t have the documents in my hand to be able to send it to port for clearance of goods for what i have already incurred heavy charges for demurrage and detentions and also our goodwill is been hurt in the international market for our un-ability to clear the goods on time.
              None of the bank staff is ready to accept our phone call and inform us about the status. Once picked up our phone and informed us that he will get back to us in 5 mins about the status and now not picking up our phone.
              The bank shall be solely liable for the delay and penal charges for the same. And the mental harassment which the bank has done to us and damage made to our goodwill shall also be noticed and dealt with.

                Icici bank bank blocked my cc without any intimation. Calling customer care several times and also writing letters to several senior officials including their md and ceo did not help. I was frustrated and cancelled the card. I cancelled the card on 8th august 2019. I received no response ever for my complaints. Now i checked my payback account to redeem my points today 9th nov 2018 and i noticed that more than 70, 000 points have been reversed. Today i called customer care and they are mentioning that it is the policy. First of all they made me cancel my card with their irresponsible approach. Now they have taken away all my points which i earned by spending my money and also paying the bill in full on time. This is utter injustice caused to me. Icici bank has caused tremendous mental trauma to me by their repeated ill treatment. I need justice please.

                  Few days ago, i got shocked by looking into my mail that my credit card info application is approved but i didn't apply any credit card from icici. I got call regrading it then i denied about any application. But just after 2-3 days i got mail that my credit card will be sent in 7 days. I registered complaint on mail but they replied my query will be addressed in 2 days but after 2 days, instead of stopping credit card, they sent me message that shipment is dispatched. No one looking into complaint. If credit card will be sent to any unauthorised person on old address, it can be misused. Icici is big fraud bank. No one look into complaint. (Screenshots attached). Customer care executive told it will affect my cibil score if i cancel credit card sending.

                  I received call from ICICI yesterday that unapplied credit card sending will be stopped without impact on cibil score but today again getting message of dispatching and pin change of credit card. No one looking into complaint. No action taken.

They didn't call me while sending credit card without applying to old address registered with them but now they say they need so many calls with me to stop sending. I don't want card but they are indirectly pressurising me by creating situations which can impact me and my cibil score. FRAUD ICICI

                      Hi,

                      I'm having the icici account for almost 4 years without any issues other than this (One assist) wallet assist plan which got subscribed to my credit card with out my knowledge and i got few mails regarding this which i had mentioned below,
                      1. We wish to inform you that the e-mail statement for your icici bank credit card account xxxx6007 has been sent to your registered e-mail id on september 26, 2018.

                      Total amount due is inr 3269.52, minimum amount due is inr 170.00 and the due date is october 14, 2018.

                      2. We have received payment of rs. 170 on your icici bank credit card no 0000 xxxx xxxx 6826 by auto debit to your bank account xx8302 on 15-oct-18.

                      So as per above mail statements, two year charges were on due, since i didn't subscribed or used your so called privilege service (One-assist) till now. But bank was debiting the minimal amount (As per point 2) rs.170 monthly from my account which was totally unfair.

                      So kindly deactivate this one - assist service and refund my total amount
                      (Rs.170*12*4)=8160 which was almost three times the total due rs.3269, and cancel my total due, which is totally unfair as with out my knowledge you had subscribed to this plan.

                      So if the above mentioned request is not considered, finally i was pushed to the position, were to close this account and open the account in some other bank, still i'm good to continue to have account with icici, if the total amount is refund to my account asap.

                                I am an account holder of icici bank for about 8 months only. When i went to take money from the atm, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then i saw a charge of 500 rupees in the name of smab chgs +stax 55.00 every month. My account no[protected] is contact no - [protected] email id - modi. [protected]@gmail.com

                                Hi, i'm holding an icici savings a/c sg road, ahmadabad branch. Icici bank has deducted smab charges without notifying the policy changes. I get other promotional emails, but i have never got any information about the policy changes. Icici bank is strictly not following the guidelines mentioned by rbi. Rbi stated that banks will have to notify consumers clearly through sms, email or letter about the fall in smab.

                                  Iam Remeshkumar, iam a customer of ICICI bank last 10 years till now iam using all transaction through your bank yesterday morning 11 am My debit card was blocked so I call to call Centre it is busy so many time I visite to your Nedumangadu - 695541 Branch, There are some executive iam inform to my card blocked Problem, she is unable to track the details and he say contact call Centre after I met your Nedumangadu branch Manager and I asking why My card is blocked. he says your account is not in my branch so you contact customer care. I says it's not proper answer, you did not resolve the issue I have two account I will close the account, Suddenly he say no issue pls give the letter to Nearest Branch.
                                  I don't know This is the Manners of branch manager. I am Not see this type of responsible Manager (Its A Malayalam word KUDHARA) Iam also Not Interested to My Two account and I have 40 to 50 account in my family member, 120 to 150 in my friends, 200 to 250 account in my company, I have informed My experience to all. My family Members 50 Account will close this week balance all account also will close this month, I Have Share the Experience to Social Media

                                    I possess a icici only vimal vaatsalya bond with the face value rs.1000. Bond issue date is 01.07.1999 and redemption date is 01.01.2018. I want redemption of the same, please guide me with the further procedure to follow. I have attached a copy of the bond with this mail please find the same, and respond me as soon as possible.

                                    I have already mail the issue to [protected]@icicibank.com one week before but haven't yet received any reply, I have visited the bank also they suggested me to mail but I am not getting any reply, what do I have to do now please help me. Thanks

                                    I have done ECS of 1000rs in ICICI Bank. My salary doesn't credited in this month. Due to insufficient balance Bank heavily charged rs 413 against ECS of 1000 Rs.

                                      I had deposited 6000 in my savings account on 5/11/18 at 13:23
                                      But after cash deposit machine went into error..
                                      Bank manager mr chintan told me next day u will get the credit and the same day evening u will get a call from branch..
                                      Neither of the things happened...
                                      I was asking the contact details and stamp on the error sheet but manager refused to give.. Screenshot is attached.
                                      Please check and resolve.

                                        I have booked ticket on redbus from nellore to hyderabad on 29thoctober to travel on that night.. But i cancelled the ticket on that day only. When i contacted redbus they sair that they initiated refund amount from their end but i didn't get till now.. Can u check it once. I thought it might took 4 to 5 working days.. But it already passed so many days but i didnot get refunded...
