I just noticed our money getting looted in the name of posdec and sms charges in my wife's account. I felt very disappointed and frustrated. Being a customer for many icici products like bank accounts, insurance, etc all my high regards for this institution was demolished, after all an financial institution what can do more to customer other than making money by all possible means. While we expect india to go digital, bank encourages to use debit card, how can some one to be expected to have balance always in mind. We are pulling this society from using the technology, at least digital payments. Icici time to review penalty system. My current thought in mind, i should move my account to different institution.
You treat every possible member equally. Most family has only one earning member and how they manage their family need is not even considered. I have my money in your account until i use it. If card displays the balance and if one can know the balance before they swipe, how come some one fool themselves by swiping the card with insufficient balance. Please think.
