Sir,
Im working in l&t finance, kalady. My branch have icici account at aluva branch. Since our office shifted to kalady, we used to deposit money at kalady branch of icici bank. Now for some reason they are not accepting any of our l&t finance money. They were making us wait a long time saying that the server is down, so one day we stayed for a long time to see if they are accepting any other customers money, and we found out that they are accepting evryones money except ours, they are refusing to accept our deposits. Because of that we are having to travel a long distant to deposit our money in another branch of icici. We know that icici is a great reputed bank, but if you having irresponsible employees like in kalady branch, it will affect the credibility of your company.

But, ICICI took Rs.746.54. from my account as a DP Charges.
I did not get any alert from the bank, regarding this!
