Dear Sir,
I'm Vikram holding ICICI savings account for past 3 years. A/C#[protected] in kumhrara Patna Bihar.
Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

On 1st July 2018, I swiped my ICICI bank credit card for a transaction of Rs. 480 at Shivam Collection Pune to purchase some clothes. But the mPOS machine showed the transaction as declined. I tried one more time but again it showed declined. So I Used my RBL card for payment which was successful. Then on 4th July, I logged a complaint about it. I used eazypay payment gateway for transaction on the website dled. Nios.ac.in on 23 july 2018.

I received mail from icici bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Icici customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

Hi there!

When ever i try to open the imobile application, an alert pops up saying open app again and when i click it, a new pop up comes asking me to close the app.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, clearing the app data, force stopping the app, restarting my device. But none worked for me.

I had a atal pension yojana account with pran =[protected] that was linked to my icici bank account. I had submitted a application on 19/june/2018 to close the my apy account and refund money back to icici bank. I have the acknowledgement with me. They told me it will take upto 45 days to close the apy a/c and credit my money. I had submitted the application form to icici bank at old airport road, hal, bangalore branch.
