My name is manpreet singh and i recharged 399 rs on 9 oct 2018 transaction successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

    Dear sir,
    I have been holding icici money multiplier bonds dated 28 april 1999. Please let me know the status of the bond, i had submitted the original bond in the icici bank in kalyan branch (Murbad road) my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com
    I had submitted the original bond to icici kalyna branch on 24 aug 18 alongwith the cancelled cheque of thebank acoount in which i want this amount to be credited and the concerned officer stated that ishould get the money in my acount within 15 days but as of today it was more than 45 days but i did not recived the money. Please help me.

      I have opened icici individual current account in panjim branch on 2015. After a year i had not used that card in 2016 and 2017. As i was not in india
      When i transferred to banaglore, i got call from icici bank panjim branch and they delivered the debit cards with atm in banaglore address. I asked them will they debut any money. They said no, hereafter try to maintain the balance

      I started using that account.

      1st they ducted around 1000 inr and it mentioned as non maianutaince for 2017 (Some month)

      2nd they detected around 6000inr. And i was angry with 4 to 5 month they mentioned in 2017 non maintenance. I was super pissed of and excused them. Not even i complaint, i left it. Again started using that account.
      3 day a earlier sudddely 10000 had been wiped from my account in the name of non maintenance for 2016 and 2017

      Here i am really pissed off and took this issue in twitter and they promised me they will give a call back. Nothing came so far. So i decide to file the complaint against them

      1st i asked clealry if i started using this account will any balance will be deduced. They said no

      After i started using that account they stole literally.

      Such a shame on this icici bank. Where my salary account is in icici and credit card too. And my another company current account is there.

      Beware with this icici guys. There is no option for me apart from filing the case against them

        Am an icici bank customer. Yesterday 11-10-18 ecsrtnchg charged 410 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.           I did imps of rs.23500/- from my account in icici bank no. Xxxxx706 to sbi a/c no cxxxxx356 on 12/10/2018 vide transation id[protected]. Money is debited from my acct and sms also received to this effect. Transaction failed at the teceiving end.               Dear sir/madam,
              My name is manish kumar singh resident mathura and working in noida. I withdraw rs.20000 from icici bank atm from "near sbi circle, bhuteshwar rd, mathura, up" on 6-oct-2018. When i receive amount from machine i was receive a fully torn rs.2000 note further jointed by cello tape. There is no security guard for atm for complained.
              When i visited working day my nearest icici bank sector-62 noida branch, manager said we are not responsible for that and they refused to change the note and suggested me to complain at customer care. When i called customer care they did not register my complain and even not solved my query.
              I am trouble to get my money. Please help as soon as possible.

                  I have been using your credit card for over a year and in between some cashbacks have come.
                  Now there is a huge difference in the bill generated and the payment i have made.

                  I need clarifications on it.
                  There have been a payments overpaid of around 15-20k
                  Also my billing cycle is 2-20.
                  I need to pay this due before 20 oct, so need a clarification before this.
                  Req you to look into the matter and make me understand the bills or i need to personally take an action for the same.

                  I have sent an email for the same but still no clarification is given to me for the same.

                  I am trying to reach the customer care and also the bank branches.
                  Nobody is there to help.

                    I am having icici bank platinium credit card ([protected]). I had purchased samsung s9 mobile and paid through this card. There was an offer that if i buy this mobile through icici credit card, i will get a cashback of rs. 9000 after 3 months of purchase.
                    The purchase was done around 15th june 2018.
                    3 months have passed, but i have not received the cashback.

                        3 weeks back i got a call from a number saying he is nagendra babu advocate and regarding icici credit card payment which is closed 10 years back. I usedthe card when i was working in bangalore that too before i got married. I asked him to send his identity, he refused to send and saying my husband's office details and threating me.

                        I really don't understand who he is and why he is calling from different numbers. Today when i was answering my call, my husband took the phone number trying to know who he is. He really used bad language threatened my husband n called my father also. I'm very comfortable now, lost all my respect in front of my husband and father. He made my life miserable. A phone call changed my life. I'm going into depression. Sharing this here hoping it may save ones sister, wife or mother life...

                            We use icici merchant services but after their poor services we call to consumer care and send request for close your services. consumer care accept our request and say within 6 working days company take our POS machine.
                            but 2 week go and nothing happened. and ICICI deducted 2nd time amount.total amount deducted from ICICI merchant services is INR 18054/-
                            And so many time calling to consumer care we recive not satisfy answer from icici merchant services and they do fraud with me.

                              I opened my account with icici last year and every month rs.100 was deducted from my account towards some insurance policy for which i never opted voluntarily and after several calls to customer services i never received any proper response and finally my request was filed on 28/09/18 to furnish details of the policy yet, i never received any email fron icici. Again i called the customer services and spoke to 3-4 people but to no avail and another complaint was lodged and today i received an email from icici prudential which told me that i m covered under group term plan and the document is attached, which looked like a fraud on part of bank because the document had no nameof the insured person, no policy number nothing. I have attached the photo. So, i need complete refund of my amount from the bank plus compensation for precious time lost for speaking to customer services to no avail. Thankyou

                                      Dear team,

                                      I would like to give a brief on my complaint, i have made a transaction of rs1275 on the month of aug'18 (It was a emi transaction, 1st month). But i got a credit reversal from merchant for the same transaction on 2nd sep'18. My due date is on 20th of every month. Credit card statement was showing an outstanding of 709rs, so i paid the same 709rs due after confirming from the same icici customer care. But now they are saying the merchant fee has hit after one month so you are charged with 586rs as penalty. Just for rs566 due they have charged a amount of 586 as penalty which is not my fault.

                                      I've herein attached all the supporting document of my statement & the conversation b/w me & bank.

                                      Kindly look into the issue and help me out.

                                        Hi sir/madam

                                        Am a icici bank customer. So many times deducted my amount ecsrtnchg charged +tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you
