Dear sir/madam,
My name is manish kumar singh resident mathura and working in noida. I withdraw rs.20000 from icici bank atm from "near sbi circle, bhuteshwar rd, mathura, up" on 6-oct-2018. When i receive amount from machine i was receive a fully torn rs.2000 note further jointed by cello tape. There is no security guard for atm for complained.
When i visited working day my nearest icici bank sector-62 noida branch, manager said we are not responsible for that and they refused to change the note and suggested me to complain at customer care. When i called customer care they did not register my complain and even not solved my query.
I am trouble to get my money. Please help as soon as possible.
