I have requested the icici bank officials multiple times with corresponding proofs with court notary affidavit, still they are not making the necessary changes. Other bank like axis bank we can change the name by mobile app.

An amount of rs.1899 has been deducted from my icici saving bank account on 14/09/2018 regarding one assist plan. I do not want to take a plan here. I got frequent calls from this one assist, one day i discussed with their executive. They just briefly explains about the plan details. After this incident i called to icici customer service on 16th sept to confirm either any plan activated on my card, and he said none of the plan activated. And today 19th sept i got the message that 999/- transaction done through credit card regarding one assist plan activation. How these people will perform...

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

I have worked for icici bank as a phone banking officer, have lost or misplaced my relieving letter and hence reached out to [protected]@ team for a copy of relieving letter. The alumni team asked me to share pan card which i shared via email thrice but there is no response from them.

The icici fast tag is not working for the last three months. I have given multiple requests on this at the call center. No one seems to be bothered about the complaint.

Every time i call them i receive an answer that the tag would reach me in the next 7 working days.

What should be the next steps for getting the tag? Or can someone help me get the fast tag.
