    Dear sir,

    It is to inform you that you have shown in your report to State bank of India, secunderbad wide control numbers 40,66,18,182 a sum of Rs 5000 balance showing against me. However this is not true.

    A vehicle loan agreement for financing Hero Honda Unicorn number- AP10 AG 3867 under reference number - LTHYD[protected], CP/LF/18137 dated september 25 2006 has been terminated and a No Objection Certificate has been issued in this regard by the ICICI bank authorized signatory Mr. Jatin.

    You are therefore requested to clarify this matter with the ICICI bank officials and the information contained in your report maybe corrected forthwith. The lapse/laxity/mistake or error on part of ICICI bank is highly objectionable and condemnable as the information submitted by you to SBI has tarnished my image and looking forward for immediate correction of the lapse.

      Sir,
      Bank charges for booking railway tickets using their credit card. As per IRCTC they charge extra Rs.30/- per ticket if tickets are booked using credit cards.

      As per rules, no other than authorised agents of Railway are authorised to charge any extra amount for offering service for booking tickets. Further, Banks do not book tickets, but cardholder himself books the tickets at the ticket counters.

      Secondly, as per credit card rules, if amount is not paid within duedates interest is charged for outstanding amount, but this is not observed in railway booking. If same card is utilised for other purchases extra amount is not charged.

      It is cleared from above that railway is not authourised to charge any extra amount than what is printed plus Rs.30/- i.e. charges of IRCTC per ticket. Therefore it is requested to the authorities to instruct bank not to loot public by charging extra on usage of credit cards for any transactions

      ICICI Bank — Extra chanrges on credit Card

      Dear Sir,

      I m ausing this card since last year. Credit limit is only 13000/- . I have givin too many request to in crease the crdit limit with my salary slip as an proff but not increased yet. My use is near abt 15000/- per month. After taking the proof they didnt increase limit but never told me that why not increasing the limit. I was thinking that after taking the proof limit has increased. Thats why in next swap they put some over limit charges. After that i had discussion then Cust Care Exec told me to pay 900/- in cash and 9900/- by cheque so that all dispute can be resolved.

      I did the same even though i paid 100/- more. But when i was in abrod in next month then again some intrest charges, service tax charges, over limit changes etc were there. I called from there but Caust Care Exe told me that you have to pay. I denied to pay so i want to know why this hassasment of customer is going on. that amount in conineously incresing and today i have cancelled the card as well. But i dont want to pay those extra charges.

      I have already paid the amount by which i have done the shopping.
      So please tell me how i can complaint againt bank and also can fire a case or complaint in RBI.

      So that necessary action can be taken on this.

      ICICI Bank customer care facility of credit card is a very very bad facility in india

      customer care sales exicutive is mentaly harushment to customer.

      Credit Card (ICICI Bank) — Extra charge on purchase of railway ticket

      My self has purchase Railways ticket through ICICI Bank Credit Card. Today i came to know that they are going to charge me 1.8% as a surchrage. I have already paid the ticket amount to them but still they are asking me for this surcharge. It is not the late payment surcharge.

      Is every bank has the same policy or only ICICI bank?
      Is their any guide lines from RBI.

      I have experienced the same thing. Recently I booked ticket in IRCTC using ICICI Credit Card asuming a good facility. But later I saw ICICI bank is charging 1.8% extra on top of IRCTC online charges. It comes aroud Rs.200 extra while only ticket cost is Rs. 7000/-.

      Specially, this clause is no where mentioned in Credit card brochures. Neither ICICI people never updates that to customer. This is a clear cheating.

      it would be great if any authority/consumer court would look into the matter.

        BRIEF ABOUT UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE BY ICICI BANK

        I am having salary/saving Bank Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank, W-57 Greater Kailash I, New Delhi branch and was having ICICI Bank Credit Card No.[protected]. Since, I was facing problems with their Credit Card division, after making last purchase through Credit Card of Rs.110 I surrendered the card after making entire payment. Even after this ICICI Credit Card division start pressurizing to make payment of Rs.384.00. To get rid of the problems, I made this payment too in February, 2004. Surprisingly, after almost 3 years on May 22, 2007 ICICI Bank mark my account as NO LIEN. Inspite of various phone calls/reminders through mail and phone still my saving account is under NO LIEN. I approached Secy. Banking Finance , but no corrective action has been taken so far.

        I sincerely would like to know the following:

        1. Whether ICICI Bank has right to seize/No Lien of any customer’s saving account. Are they not covered under Reserve Bank of India’s guidelines and having right to does this kind o[censored]nfair trade practice.
        2. Can I get justice by getting my hard earned money back which is captured by ICICI Bank.

        3. How I can get my saving bank account activated.

        I having saving bank (Salary account) account with ICICI bank. I am having credit card of the ICICI bank. The outstanding amount of the credit card as on 30.09.2009 is Rs. 8856.40. However, ICICI bank has withhold the said amount from my saving account without my concent and any prior intimation.
        I sincerely would like to know the following:
        Whether bank having any such authority/RBI instructions for withheld my salary account for the amount dues of credit card?
        Without any prior intimation Bank can hold my saving account?

          ICICIBANK — never received pan card

          i was asked an employee of icici bank vidyanagar hyderabad and he did it on june 18th 2009. and asked me to check on web when i asked him for 2 months. also informed me it was dispatched on july 30th 09 but never got it so i again called the person he said to contact only pan dept. when tried to check on web it was asking for coupan number which i am not aware. my application number was given as[protected] and email address as [protected]@utitsl.co.in and its not showing any for me so please help me with information asap.

            I HAVE TRANSFERED RS. 15000/- FROM MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT CHEQUE NO 329350 (FILE ATTACHED FOR YOUR KIND PERUSAL) TO MY ANOTHER LOAN ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF BARODA, SISAMAU , KANPUR DATED 10/09/09 BUT THE CHEQUE WAS RETURNED WITHOUT CLEARING AND THE REASON QUOTED "DATE NOT CLEAR" AND MY ACCOUNT WAS BEEN POSTED A DEBIT ENTRY OF RS 55/- WHICH I FIND IT REAL INJUSTISE OF CHARGING WITHOUT ANY REASON.

              Till date i do not have any out standing due in my credit card, than also you have took one hold cheque of mine agaist which i had already made the cash payment in the month of 9/7/09. In the month of july i had bymistakely issue the postdated cheque and because of that your executive has called me for the paymnet and aske me the cash deposit in BANK. when i had asked my cheque back than they have told me that we will courier that cheque to me. when suddenly i have check my accout today the cheque of rs. 7340/- has cleared which i had issued to icici bank on july month and for that they alreday collected the cash of rs. 7340 from me.
              now i want my amount to be back through cheque/DD/Pay oreder on immdiately base.

              if i will not get that amount credited in my axis bank account immidiately than i will complain against icici bank for colleting my paymnet by fraud/missguide me.

                    Hi,
                    I am Neha Goyal having account in ICICI bank. On 12/09/2009 I made a transaction from HDFC ATM of Rs. 2500/-. But the ATM screen showed "Transaction Timed Out". But the amount was deducted from my account. Till date I have not got my money back. Even after going to the ICICI bank, they are asking to bring the slip of that transaction timed out. But I did not recieve any receipt for the same.
                    Is this the way I have to deal.
                    The transaction slip is for customer's use and not for bank. They already have the details.
                    Don't know when I am going to get the money back. What needs to be done, please suggest.

                    ICICI — Refund of the money deducted from Credit card

                    I Anoop Kumar Singh have a pention plan for which i have to pay a premium of Rs 25000/ annum. I paid that premium from a cheque but they have already deducted it from my credit card. Now when i ask for a refund on my credit card icici policy people say that credit card are not accepting the payment while credit card people say that they haven't got any refund. The credit card is also from ICICI. First they have deducted the money from my credit card without my permission, second they are not refunding it. What should i do??

                          All those who have a bank account with ICICI Bank are advised to withdraw their money and close their bank accounts as early as possible. If anybody believes I am speaking thin air, may have to regret.

                          If anybody still trusts ICICI Bank, or believes it is honest & transparent, think over it once again.

                          These people have been bribing Banking Ombudsman (Reserve Bank of India)

                          I also swear by Mother India to shut down The Banking Ombudsman...
                          for they are hand in gloves with the private banks and settle the consumers' complaints only in the favor of such banks. Because their officers are fed on the pieces thrown by such private banks

                          In addition, The Banking Ombudsman is only an alternate forum. It does not have the status and authority of The Consumer Courts. All of you must be aware of it

                          So, in case you have any complaint against any bank, do approach The Banking Ombudsman. Do not lodge your complaint with them. The Banking Ombudsman is only here to make folly of the consumers

                          All such alternate forums must be shut down. If they have the right to form alternate forums, why should not we people of India...

                          Setup & establish genuine courts which actually deliver justice and in time too!

                          STUPID ICICI CARE HAS BEEN POSTING THE SAME PRE-MADE REPLY ON ALL MY POSTS ON VARIOUS BLOGS...

                          HUH... MY FOOT!
                          Its been 2 years since I lodged my complaint with The Banking Ombudsman which is ultimately closed without resolution, on the grounds that I did not submit relevant documents.

                          The complaint is:

                          ICICI Bank has been regularly practicing delayed credit i.e. The cheque deposited by the account holder is not credited in time. It happened to me not once or twice but 5 times on different occasions, different cheques on different dates. You will be surprised to know that, the cheques which I had issued to my vendors were dishonoured with the clause "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS" WHILE amount against my cheques was credited to my account on the same date. The account statements clearly reflect the balance on those dates

                          I had argued that the RBI should cross check the clearing time from the CLEARING HOUSE with the time when funds were credited to my account.

                          One can easily understand that in this matter, account holder can not produce evidences other than pay-in slips. While Pay-in-slips can't be a good evidence against delayed credit.

                          Banking Ombudsman is only an alternate forum. It is not a consumer court. To appeal against the Banking Ombudsman, I shall have to approach High Courts as if I had no other business to look after.

                          Now I have decided to fight against the crippled system. And stupid ICICI Care has been posting a pre-made reply to my posts on all blogs... MY FOOT...

                          I have sent the copies of my posts to The President of India, Supreme Court of India, Delhi Police Commissioner and many other authorities. They are free to level CONTEMPT CHARGES against me...

                          BUT I WOULD CALL A SPADE, A SPADE
                          I AM NOT SCARED EVEN OF DEATH SENTENCE
                          RATHER I WOULD LIKE TO BE HANGED EARLIER THAN PARLIAMENT ATTACKERS

                          I agree with what Mr. Ashok has written, ICICI Bank is totally mismanaged bank with temperory staff who are not providing dedicated service as they are always under fear of being removed after six months of service. The staff is totally unaware of banking regulations and are not provided with adequate training before being asked to handle customers. By the time they understand ABC of banking they are asked to leave by the bank. The bank must employ permanent staff who are given adequate training before being asked to face the customers. Hope the bank thinks over it.
                          i have not yet received original documents for my icici home loan a/c LBNMU[protected]

                          Non-release of security documents by ICICI bank despite I have cleared the loan account, Therefore, the my complain can be considered as a consumer of the bank under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the non-release of the security documents by the bank will amount to deficiency of service.
                          Despite the repayment of loan, bank unable to release documents . i trust that bank's conduct is arbitrary and illegal and it is liable to be directed to release documents to us.
                          please understand that ICICI bank is in fault and deficient in service but i should not be made sufferer and any loss. Hence i am entitled to be compensated even though i did not suffer any loss, for deficiency in service of bank in non-release of title documents despite repayment of whole loan amount.
                          The non-return of title deeds pledged with the bank by me would amount to deficiency of service on the part of the icici bank and ICICI bank has to pay compensation of Rs.2, 00, 000/- for the loss caused to us due to loss of propety documents

                              My particulars are: Current Account no. [protected] incidently, I have been given a special status PLEDGE CLIENT ID =13232995 .Pledge name= ICICI Bank. DP ID IN300183. PLEDGEE DP Name ICICI BANK LTD.
                              I had pledged units of MORGAN STANLEY GROWTH FUND ALONG WITH COMPANY SHARES. This Mutual Fund scheme became open ended. Since last four months or so ,I have been trying to get the units released/ de-pledged but all in vain.Firstly, your bank did not co-operate with my service provider viz Stock holding . your bank said that they have got nothing to do with this.whatever is to be done has to be done by Stock holding.Though against the procedure, Stock holding yielded and UNILATERALLY took some action so that the units could be released.They further showed me the statemen confirming that my balance is NIL. When I went to KARVY COMPUTER SHARE, I was told that the units are held up with the bank..At Ludhiana, I mainly dealt with Sh NILESH KUMAR. He was not sure of the procedures. For everything he was consulting Chandigarh office. It seems they were also not sure.
                              WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ? WHY CANT YOU STREMLINE YOUR PROCEDURES?

                                Hi am ramesh from chennai.I am to state that my relative shri P. Sadasivam the ICICI account holder (A/C No :[protected] of Tiruppur branch) has received a credit of Rs. 43,348 ( Fourty three thousand three hunderd and fourty eight only) in lieu of the wrongly deposited sum of Rs. 49000 (Fourty nine thousand only) retrieved from the wrong beneficiary.

                                Whereas the amount keyed in by me in to the account of the wrong beneficiary Shri S. Arumugam ICICI Account holder A/c No[protected] Rs 49000 (Fourty nine thousand only)

                                As such an amount of Rs 5,652 ( Five thousand six hundred and fifty two only ) is yet to be credited to the Bonafide beneficiary.

                                The matter is prolonged since the date of deposit i.e, 26.12.2008. Already a lot of month have passed,But the matter is yet to be settled fully.

                                I am pained and am not able to understand why such matter take a long time.

                                  In the process of opening a new account, they asked me to submit a latter from company to verify my address and signature & xerox copy of passport. And they asked me to deposit Rs. 10200/ , in case.
                                  They issued me the check book & ATM cum Debit card also. But now after all this they are not activating my account , and also asking to submit more document regarding the address proof.
                                  My objection is that, if they need more documents then why they had received the case amount and issue the check book ant ATM cum Debit card??
                                  I will asked to consumer forum to take an action against them for delaying & cheating in opening of savings account.

                                    I have applied for nhpc IPO 350 Nos. (2 lots) online through icicidirect.com vide demat a/c no.[protected]. I have not allotted any shares of NHPC and the stock has been listed since 1st SEP'09 but till date i have not received or credited the amount which has been debited from my account for this purpose. I have contacted ICICIdirect customer care several times and they told me to contact Karvy computer shares in this regard.

                                    I too have the same problem. I am miffed about why an online investment portal doesnt get refunds through NEFT / RTGS.
                                    Only ICICIdirect can manage this feat. All charges debited to my account are however transacted online with the highest efficiency. I have never been asked to pay by cash or checque.
                                    ICICI's usual response is " contact the Registrars." The Registrars on their part say ICICI has rejected the online transfer.

                                      Phone Banking Doesn't Work - I tried for almost half of the day and the IVR has issues.
                                      Whenever I connect to the CustomerCare-Executive they connect me back to the IVR, instead of taking my authentication orally.

                                        Dear Sir

                                        My Name is amir rahman. Two cheques (Nos 784503 & 326892) have been deposited to my account no[protected] Bank ICICI Bank by Provident Fund Organization on 22nd of April 09. Sign on the cheques were not maching so these cheques sent to my old address (while my corresponding address was already updated to them). As i got shifted to Delhi so these cheques were come back to ICICI Bank. when i given a call to them and try to know the status of these cheques they told me that they sent back to Provident Fund Organization address. After so many phone calls and so many mails they atleast told me that these cheques are there in my basic Kanpur ICIC Bank Branch. i again mail/requested them to sent these cheques to my new address. First of all they sent me two new cheque books and when i again talkes to them they said sorry and assured me for sending me those cheques.

                                        They also given me then a courier company name (Solution courier) and docket number but no courier company phone number saying that i will get those cheques with in 08 days. but more than 09 days have passed i still didn't recieved any cheques. when i given a call to that courier company he is not properly responding.

                                        there is a marriage of my sister on 05th of October 09. i am very upset by the behaviour of ICIC Bank.
