MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS FOR THE MISUSE OF THE CHEQUE FRAUDANTLY FOR ISSUING POLICY WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE AND CONCENT. I REQUESTING/COMPLAINING THIS MATTER SINCE 26TH NOV 2008 SOME OF THE DETAILS OF MAILS ARE AS FOLLOW:

This is related to my HOME Loan A/c No.LBNOD[protected], cheque no.124566 is debited as “I Lombard” for Rs.3256/- on 26/11/2008 from my S/B A/C No.[protected], pls clrfy for which policy ? as I hv signd lomabrd policy app. Form for the purpose to cover my H/L loan amount and the same is debited from my HOME LOAN disbbursment., this cheque is issued for disbursment of my home loan account no.LBNOD[protected] at NOIDA Home Finance to Mr. HARIOM MISHRA (RO).The Serial Nos of Chqs given to Mr. Hariom are[protected] as demanded at the time of disbursement for the purpose of security PDC’s

IN BETWEEN I HV MAILED SEVERAL TIME AND EVEN ASKED FOR CONSUMER COURT THROUGH MY LEGAL LAYER BUT I THINK THEY DON'T HAVE ANY FEAR OF THE LAW.

PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME NOT FOR RS.4000/- BUT FOR THE CHEATING THEY HAVE MADE WITH ME AND MAY BE DONE BY ANYBODY IN FUTURE.

    Dear Sir,
    in year 2007 i fill the utility bill service form with my crdit card but the executive change the form & reenter other bills in this service & bank without my confirmation activate the same.due to this they transact one bill amountof rs 3400 from my credit card when made complaint to bank they not taken any action & each time they forward the mail to me in which they comment my phone no. not reachable.After a long follow up when i stop the payment of credit card bank taken no action & when amount become above 15 k they withdraw the amount from my salary account of same account.Tried many times for settle the matter but they not want to do so.
    Even they added my name in the defaulter list due to which my personnal & home loan requests are cancelled & i lost the oppertunity to avail the home.
    These type of banks only enjoying the indian system as there is no hard rule or awarwness & a simple service person helpless against the system they made.These are the banks which are failed in foriegn countries but in india they become no. one because they target the simple & helpless service man who always obey & fear with law.

      Dear sir/Madam,

      This is in regards to the ICICI Bank fraud. I have a S/f A/c with ICICI bank and unfortunately a Credit card too, When I checked my balance some months ago I found that ICICI Credit card department has debited my A/c by Rs. 11009, toward my credit card settlement which was supposed to be Rs.2500. Without my prior Permission. It seems to me that due to the recession ICICI is taking peoples hard earn money to show the profits. They are just disobeying RBI guidelines.

      The reason I have requested ICICI to close my Credit Card as I was not satisfied with the services of ICICI. As in the past I called to ICICI Cus Care and talked to Ms. Rashmi as per her request I had paid Rs 2500 (Rs 2000 Bill + 500/ Late payment fees) to make my balance nill. Instead of paying full amount and several complaint (eg: Complaint Number :[protected] every month ICICI is putting Rs 500/- for late payment. I don’t understand which kind of late payment was that. This is a kind of fraud now a days Credit card companies are doing to survive, is this is the right way ?

      I did complaint regarding this to customer care then it has been told to me to pay Rs 250/- to close the account, though Rs 250 /- should not be charged from me as there was no fault of mine then also I thought I will pay out this and will think that this was the fee I had paid to ICICI to give me settlement letter, but I was wrong ICICI intention was not this I I had paid the amount of Rs 250/- also with the application to Bank manager ICICI GK-1 Delhi. Then I asked cust care executive to let me know the status of Rs 250/- .

      Now they were saying to pay again a 2500 for full and Final settlement. I had no issues pay it again as I have initiated the settlement from my side. Next thing shocked me when I came to know that ICICI had debited my s/f a/c by Rs11009/- without my prior permission and intimation. I don’t know what kind of banking is this and what kind of executive they have. This was the mistake of the customer care executive as he misunderstood my intention over phone, towards the status of Rs.250/- but then also I didn’t understand why they have debited Rs11009/- toward which charges. After that I called to customer care and asked for the explanation they didn’t responded and rudely told me that they can’t do anything in this matter.

      I just wanted to know how can a bank debit their customers account and who gives then this kind of authority that they can simply trouble their customer, banks are here to provide the services not to trouble people,

      I have already confirmed that i want the settlement many times..i was only asking for the status of rs. 250 tht i have paid earlier with the application to Bank manager ICICI GK-1 Delhi.
      Settlement is what i intiated , i have already confirmed on phone...its the mistake of your collection department who misunderstood my statement,....
      Now you have deducted 11009 rs. w/o my prior permission from my BAnk Account...
      HOW CAN YOU DO THIS ???
      If i am already agree with 2500 settlemet how can u be so careless to confirm and ask before the direct deduction from my Bank acocunt...Kindly explain...??
      This is the case against bank maager of GK-1 delhi, that how can you people deduct any sort of amount without my permission....
      Then whats the use of security. Any one can come and deduct from my bank account.
      I am again requesting credited the amount of rs 11009 in my bank account again and as i have stated many times, m ready for settlement at any time..and deduct 2500 instead of 11009....
      Otherwise i have to complaint for this fraud ??

      Pls let know how can u deduct Rs. 11,009 dated on 02 28/03/2009 without my permission. I havnt received not a single prior intimation that 11009 will be deducted from my account for my credit card....
      Pls explain....how can you people touch or deduct any amount without prior my permission ?????

      Hi,

      I am working in Accenture.I got a call from ICICI bank regarding credit card.The customer rep told me that are are offerring platinum credit card to all Accenture employee who are in IT regardless of their profile.So I applied for that card.When I got aconfirmation call form ICICI bank I asked them which card you are offering?They also told me that they are offering me platinum card .Then I gave them all my personal information.Now they are giveing me Gold card instead of platinum card.Is there any laws for this type of Fraud.Please guide me on this issue.

      This is the e-mail i received from the icici credit card team.And the card is not yet delivered .They are saying they have delivered the card and now dragging me into this when I have not received the card.The executive is saying I will close the case and then you have to pay up the amount

      For this cancellation i have not received the money back yet. Its more than 6monthes now.

      ICICI Credit Card — Trouble With executives of ICICI

      Sir/Madam

      A year back, my mother got the credit card and she has used it without knowing the rules and regulation. The Credit Card limit is of 10, 000. She is afraid of me and she had kept quit by paying the late fee its came upto 23, 000and every but i came to know last month. I don't know what to do, i have been fought on phone with them but they talk very rashly and very bad language. Please given me the solution and i am not in a situation on paying the 23, 000.

      Deutsche Bank — Credit Card - Non- Disclosure

      I applied for Deusche bank platinum card and recieved the card last month. On enquiring on payment o[censored]tility bills (telephone), I learnt later that there is a limit on that amount. My monthly phone bill is around 10, 000 INR which i cannot pay with the card on-line.

      The sales person never metioned this when I signed-up. When I called to cancel my card, I had done 3 transactions already totaling to Rs. 4257.25. I promptly made that payment on 17th May on-line (Ref: HN65F8UD1E) and requested cancellation.

      First call to cancel the card was made on 1st May 09 and someone promised me that I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one reverted for 14 Days.

      On 14th May I called again and spoke to Afsana who again took request to cancel and assured call back with 48 hours.

      I finally got a call back on 18th May from Venessa. She said that inorder to cancel my card, I will still have to pay the joining fee and service tax on that amounting to INR 8278.50, so I should keep on using it.

      I am frustrated with dealing with Deusche Bank and have decided to go with other ban who do not harras the customer into using their cards even though the customer wants a calcellation. It would be prudent to remind the bank that none of the application form or terms mentioned the cap on paying utility bills.
      A Credit Card been issued by your Bank in my name (SURATA KUMAR DAS) and at the time of issue, yor
      bank rep. Mr. Abhilekh Singh
      force me to take the Card and inform me that it is free of Cost, there will be
      absolutely no charges. But, before using the card I am getting
      bill of Rs4463.07 . hence I request
      to cancel my Credit Card immediately.
      ICICI credit card dept is a fraud. I found that one of my credit card was issued to me on the basis of a voter id card...The fact is I do not posses any voter id card & I did not submit any voter id card to ICICI. There is a big fraud happening in ICICI. Only God can save people from this bank.!! and because it is the largest private bank...everybody is falling into ICICI's trap!!

      ICICI Credit Card — Reporting fraud on my ICICI credit card

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I want to file a complaint on the fraud that has been done on my credit card No. [protected]. These online transaction happened on 27th January 2010 and immediately after the first transaction I received an SMS on my mobile no. [protected] from your messaging system. Since this transction was not done by me so I instantly reported this to customer care (refer service request no. SR[protected]. I also requested them to close this card from immediate effect. While talking to the customer care I received 2 more SMS messages on my mobile for 2 more transaction done online, which also I reported at the same time.

      Also I had never requested for online banking password from the bank and I don't have any knowledge how this has been used in the transactions. I would like to also confirm that I have no relation with the vendors to whom these transactions have been done. I had mentioned this in the past correspondence with customer care but it seems it is not considered at all. I have also made a report to local Police station for this fraud.

      I would like to request you to look into this matter as this is pending from a long time and I am now getting disturbing calls from recovery department for payments for recovery.

      Just to highlight that I am using ICICI credit card for more than 4 years now and I had never defaulted on any payments. I had been upgraded from your silver card to Platimum card over this period.

      I have made an e-payment of Rs. 50, 000/- to All India Technical Education, New Delhi through my above card. Against such payment I already deposited a cheque No. 231173 dated 29.3.2010 for Rs. 50, 000/- to my account drawn on Corporation Bank, NUJS Branch, Kolkata .

      No bills against my above card is due for payment. Therefore I request you to kindly release the payment of Rs. 50, 000/- to AICTE immediately, otherwise our months long efforts for submitting mandatory discloosure, etc. will be rejected for non payment.

      I assure you that the cheque under any circumstances will not be bounced back.

      This is Surinder pal Sharma.
      I just want to register a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Collection Dept. (Delhi Branch ) who are such a robbers that when already settlement amount was defined by their own end on last Month i.eJuly'2010,they were not follow their wordins and Debited my Saving A/c with full Payment .
      It was settled By Mr Rohit(Brach Manager Collection Dept. ICICI bank) on 28th July '2010 That i will pay an amount of Rs. 2400 as Setllement amount after 10th of August'2010. But on 11thAugust collection Dept. Debited My A/c with full amount of Rs. 7584/- That shows how true they are on their words.
      Its Shame full activities they are doing over their and just destroying Bank Name.
      i Request you please get my money back from ICICI collection dept. and stricket action must be taken against such robbers .

      I have one credit card issued by ICICI bank in 2006. Without informing me it's credit limit got zero which mean every time I use it there will be some extra amount need to be paid. I am also having one insurance premium paid through this card every month. Since last two years I am paying more than the insurance amount and got no solution after visiting their head office in Kolkata even.
      This is the last I can do because the suffering is now over my tolerance. I need to take a step against ICICI bank and lodge a complaint.

      Hi Friends,

      Would like to report that I have been using my ICICI Credit Card for the last 6 years, There have been two fraudulent transactions of 2,090.30(Rubal) and 14,340.30 (Rubal) taken place at my ICICI Credit Card on December 15, 2012. While checking with the bank, I have been told that these transactions have taken place in Moscow (Russia) online at www.rzd.ru. After calling ICICI Bank call centre, their response was that the transaction cannot be reversed, since it has been done using 3-D secure process. Although I have got my card blocked instantly and also lodged a compliant with Delhi Police Cyber Crime Cell.

      Please suggest what else should we guys do.

      I also recently had a problem with ICICI Credit Card. I have been using the card for last seven years without problem. Recently I received a replacement card on 04 Jan 13. On 07 Jan 13, two fraudulent transactions have been made online and I have not yet started using the Card. I have also registered an FIR here at Visakhapatnam. Will try to get in touch with you on any progress on this issue..

      I am bearing icici credit card bearing number-[protected]. I want my credit card whole statement by mail (after repeated followups with ICICI customer care still not getting my statements)


      Please suggest what to do.

      Please refer the service request no SR 28984075 recently lodged regarding the fraud transaction made from my ICICI credit card no [protected] for amount USD 159 in favour of BUYSUPP.COM. I got a email from some Anjali Deshpandey (business.[protected]@biorhythmfree.com) regarding some business proposal asking my personal details, when i was filling up the same i was asked to enter my credit card no also for the purpose of verification only. As soon as I entered my card details, immediately i received a sms from bank that a transaction USD 159 has been made from my credit card. I was not even asked for the amount, cvv no and the 3d secure pin for this transaction. I was not at all prepared for such transaction. Immediately I got a call from ICICI Chennai ([protected]) Regarding this fraudulent transaction and an advice to take up the matter with customer care immediately. I therefore made a complain to customer care regarding this fraud vide above said service request no. and arranged to block the credit card. I being one of the oldest user of icici bank credit card would like to request your kind favour to stop this payment and take appropriate preventive measures to avoid such frauds in future also.

      I hope you will help me and take the necessary steps to prevent such frauds.

          I have taken ICICI Titanium Credit Card in the Month of March'09. After activation of my card, i had received a call from credit card team for ICICI bank lombard Health Insurance. I straight way rejected their proposal & clearly informed that i do not want to take any health insurance policy. Again they called up & asked for taking health insurance & also informed that if you do not want to take insurance then its ok but first you have to agree to take insurance of ICICI Lombard then you have to cancel it. They were not going to charge anything for cancelling the policy but you have to through this procedure to convert primary card holder to permant card holder and explain some funda.
          Once i agreed, i had received a call from ICICI Lombard to take health insurance. I agreed to take the same. And then immediate, i had received the call from Credit card custormer care & as discussed with them, i have asked to cancel my health insurance. The whole process has done over phone within 15 minutes of span. After that Credit card custormer care informed that the EMI of helath insurance would be appear on your statement for 3 months & you do not have to pay any EMI. After 3 months this EMI would not shown & your account would be cleared....
          But as on date after 7 months, still EMI is appearing on my out standing statement & since i am not clearing the payment as asked by custormer care so its interest, late payment charges etc.. been added to my out standing due...Today the outstanding total amount is Rs 4827 which is incresing day by day..
          I have registered the complaint on ICICI web site but i am not getting any proper answer..
          Pl take up the matter with ICICI Credit Card division.

          My name is Sanjay Pandit and have a credit card no.[protected]. Without my prior permission Rs. 15, 000/- has been debited in this card(Date : 29/05/10, Ref. No. 74678720151034531091606-ICVBP IPRUODAY). My humble request to discard this 15, 000/- from my statement for the period 29/05/10 to 27/06/10)
          Statement date 28/06/2010. due date 16/07/2010. ICICI bank credit card department informed us that it has been charged by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, but when I visit to our Camac Street Branch, Kolkata, they informed that it not related with above policy. I have decided not to pay this amount.

            On dt. 22.06.2009 I gone to MGB, Coimbatore for Shopping. and Gave Advance for a Sum of Rs. 500/- through my Debit Card issued by Union Bank of India, after that due to some misunderstanding i asked MGB peoples to refund the amont back and the MGB peoples done reverse transaction for my Card. as Void Sale. then the deducted amount should credit to my Account. but till today it has not credited to My Account. For this regards i Contacted The Branch Manager of My Bank and he told that the amount deducted from your Account has not back to us, You please contact with ICICI Bank. After That i Contacted ICICI bank and The reply has came from their Corporate Office at Hyderabad as we are unable to find the transaction details about the Amount and we cant assist you more as you are not our Customer. and tried to push me to side by telling Contact to your Bank.

            For Your Kind Information The MID No. is 50140005 and i have attached the Scan Copy of Card Slips here with.

            Therefore i am requesting you that Please help me to get my Amount Rs. 500/- Back with a penalty of worst Service.

            I paid Rs 9250/- using my ICICI debit card at Mobile store @ Marathahalli, Bangalore on 12 Nov 2012 which was subsequently cancelled due to inadvertent wrong entry of amount and immediately void receipt was generated. Same time next transaction was done for Rs 9246/- which was the correct amount. Mobile store misinformed that within 3 days void transaction amount will be credited whereas ICICI bank informed that it will take 10 days processing time. I was also asked to forward transaction slip to [protected]@icicibank.com which was done. In spite of repeated follow up calls and mail reminders, I have not yet received the amount back in my account after expiry of 10 days time. Instead of paying 9246/- for the purchased item, I had to shell out Rs 18496/- for none of my fault.
            As a customer to Mobile store and ICIC bank, I feel both have failed to protect customer interest and this highlight lapses in the process. All should be aware of such traps when going for electronic transaction as both bank and merchant can exploit the customers.

              Dear Sir,

              I had transferred 5650 rupees from my citibank account [protected] to another person's ICICI bank account number[protected]. The UTR number is CITIN[protected] on 24 Aug 2009. However, it has not been updated in ICICI bank account till 30 Sep 2009.

              Similarly, another transaction of the amount 5650 on 24 Sep 2009 has also not been updated in ICICI bank with UTR number CITIN[protected].

              Can you please help me out to resolve this issue?

                Hi



                I have been an icici customer for over 3 years, I have 2 savings accounts,1 salary account ,2 loans and one credit card with a cash in select advance on it.

                I was unable to pay 3 consecutive emi’s of my cash in select account no.[protected] due to some financial problems however I still continued to pay my credit cards and my other loans on time without any default , I understand that I was supposed to pay my cash in select emi’s also because of which the bank leaned the following of my accounts

                1.salary account no.[protected]

                2.savings account no.[protected]

                First of all the bank leaned my account without any prior info I did not receive any letter nor any phone calls so I called the call center no. and they said that if I pay my due emi’s along with the late payment and finance charges the lean from my account will be removed so as per their commitment I paid rs.4000 cash and I gave a debit note of rs.11474 to clear of the pending emi’s and get my account back in order ,I was promised by the call center staff that after I pay all the pending dues and get my account back in order my accounts will be released in 3 working days but its been a month now and I am unable to use my accounts and now the bank is forcing me to preclose the cash in select loan which I m financially incapable of right now however I have paid all the pending emi’s and I m looking to pay all the remaining emi’s on time but no one is helping me.



                If you check your database I have two loan accounts with icici bank which are as follows

                1.LPDEL[protected] – 48 EMIS out of which 44 are timely paid 4 remaining

                2.LPDEL[protected] – 36 EMIS out of which 26 are timely paid 10 remaining



                Even with customer’s who pay their due’s in time the bank is behaving in this way does not seem like no.1 bank which you guys claim to be



                Kindly get back to me as soon as possible so I can discuss my grievance and agree on a solution with mutual understanding

                    Pre Closure Charges

                    I have taken a home loan of Rs 8.5 lakhs from ICICI bank in Aug08 and want to get it pre closed due to very high intrest as compared to other Nationalised banks. ICICI is charging 11.25% whereas SBI is charging 8% only.
                    When I approached the bank for a preclosure they have asked me for a preclosure charges of 2.25% on the preclosure amount. As per the guidelines of the RBI which was clearly mentioning that the banks cannot charge...

                    I am Somasundaram using ICICI Credit card for more than 3 years.I have been offered EMI for the transactions i made.I have converted a transaction done on july also. Keeping that in mind I swiped for amount of 24, 000, But when i asked for conversion, they are saying EMI option is not available.They also said that this was due to a corporate change. For junk things the icici will send mails, i want to know why they didnt send mail to me regarding this change. We cannot call the customer care now and then to get updates. I have to look out for money now.

                    iam ravi chander iam using icici visa credit card from since 3years... i purchased amount of rs 16735/- when i purchased that customer care persons told that u can change this amt into EMI basis for that i have to pay 2371.79 as smart payment. i received the sms and letter as follows.. and i paid 2400 rupees... its all over... now iam receiving the call from customer care people that i have to pay 2579... Now they are telling that this transaction will not be calculate as EMI.. i have to pay full amount at a time... this is how icici people are cheating the credit card holders... please rectify the problem as early as possible...
                    I am also the ICICI bank credit card user. I feel ICICI is the one of the stupid and bank. They will
                    send SMS updates and mails for the nonsense things especially bill payment due date and due amount. The things like EMI option now being scrapped without any reasom. They do as of they think. What to do now? we cannot do anything in return Better close credit card with ICICI and try to get other card like SBI and HDFC. They are offering EMI option now i applied for SBI card. Better move off from ICICI is the hell like thing. coward and low moral bank, blood sucker...

                      I am Principal of a Pharmacy college.All of a sudden one day one representative of ICICI credit bank met me in the college and forced me to have the credit card in the year 2006. He collected all the documents and one day I received the credit card for a meager credit amount of Rs 13000 . After few days I was contacted by phone by someone for ICICI lombard insurance. I was told that around 6000 will be detected for this from the credit card. I agreed for this. But till today I have never received the insurance card. But regularly I am getting call from ICICI credit card call center to pay 14000 as on today. Regarding this I made a complaint to customer care last year( With great difficulty I could reach a person for complaint, since no one used to respond properly) I was given a complaint number and told they will get back to me within a week.But it never happened. Till today i am continuously troubled by those people now and then. They all speak without any decency and it gives me lot of mental torture as Iam a professor having tight schedules. Look in to the matter at the earliest.

                        I Rajani Vemula, Having Credit Card in ICICI Bank and the # is [protected].
                        In July 09 I made a transaction of 56,450/- using this Credit Card and I paid the amount through Cheque on 18th August 09 and I received an email on 19th August 09 at 7:36AM saying that ICICI Bank received the funds. I checked the amount in my savings account it was debited and checked in the ICICI Credit card account and it was credit successfully. I checked all these account at 10 Am. And I got a call from customer care and asked that the payment and I said that I paid the amount and she confirmed that she received the payment and said sorry for calling.
                        And in the September month bill the amount around 49000/- around I received and I called to the customer care on 08th September 09 regarding this and the person call Rajesh said that there is a problem in cheque so the cheque was returned and the interest for that also calculated.
                        I don’t know that the cheque was returned and I didn’t get any type of alert that the cheque was returned, then Rajesh said that madam you please pay the used amount and intimate us then we will waived off the interest charges.
                        And I paid the amount on 16th September 09 and 22nd September 09)I called to the customer care again and the person called Prasad was handled the call and he was asking me that I am the responsible for this and He was asking me that why you didn’t keep on checking the savings account? My doubt is how many times we have to check the account per day? We don’t have any other work?
                        And the proofs saying that the amount was credit to the credit card account and debited to the savings account? And he was saying that it’s not possible to waive off the interest charges.
                        What I have to do now?
                        And today again they sent one more bill added the interest of 1100/-.
                        Please look at this issue and help me in this regard.
                        I tried to so amny times to sent a email compliant but the email complaint is not accepting. Every time it is saying that "please try after some time"

                        and I am attaching the screen shots of credit card statement , My HSBC Savings account, the mail which I received from ICICI and my mail box showing that I didn’t receive any mail after that from the ICICI customer care.

                          I have got some problem from icici credit card in 2007, i didn't know that they have given me an insurance on my card, that time i have changed my residence so i was not getting any bills, as i was not using the cards i didnt feel like changing my address for credit card, but in 2008 i applied for a personal loan which got rejected, the reason they says that my credit information is not correct, then i requested them to please provide the complete information, they says me that i have some problem from icici bank credit card. then i contacted icici bank credit card, even i have not done any insurance purchase i paid them the complete amount whatever they said me and got the reciept and full and final settlement letter, but after that also i am getting rejections from any loan. recently i requested from CIBIL about my CIR, they sent it and i have seen that for icici bank credit card it says the status as written off, it clearly says that i don't have any amount due, but status is written off. is this the reason i am not getting any loans?? please suggest me some solution to get the loans and how to get the status as normal, i am not finding any way. please help me out.

                            I am sorry to say that the ICICI bank has transferred all the points I had earned to i-mint which is unaffordable site which asks for registration thru SMS to ilink which when sent, a long number is received, with the help of which when feeded for registration, the expiry date of imint card, and CVV no. is asked, what is this nonsense that CVV no. which we are not aware is being asked, all bull and looks like a business in dark. Help me out if possible.

                            ICICI Credit is the worst credit card
                            so far i have earned more reward points for access the credit card
                            but all the points tranferred to i-mint account but i received the i-mint cards after 4 months complaint to i-mint and icici credit card. Now this reward points are unable to use because there is no CVV no
                            Dont they know that they have to send or give the cvv no to customers for this we have to mail and continuously call them. But there will be a same voice mail that " our customer supporting officer are busy plz wait" Therre is no toll free phone no for this usless icici and i-mint. We have loose money for waiting long time and answering unwanted question from thier customer supt officer.
                            I am very sorry, where has gone my redeem point, where you transfered, I cound't get any feed back from customer care, let us know what my balance points, and eligible for gift, do the needful at the earliest

                              I came to know this thru SMS (Dt 27/09/2009) from ICICI bank that the transaction hv been taken place for Rs. 7828/- , RS 5838/ Rs 11138 Dtd 27/09/2009
                              on my credit card for Egee go travel without my authorisation. I have never been to this site before and never made any online transactions or swiped my credit card at any of your offices if you have any. The matter is with my credit card company .My cell no is [protected] , [protected].

                              On June 18th i got a call saying they are speaking from ICICI credit card division they want to issue a new card they asked my details and my old ICICI Credit card number the mistake i did was i gave them 3d pin which they used and told about a holiday package i said no, they deducted my Rs 7998 which i got a message later, i called icici they said a fraud had occurred i got my card blocked and called the same number again they said money shall be returned after 45 days and they still claimed hey are speaking from ICICI Credit division .The name is Deepika her phone no is[protected] i have called 3 times each time they say money shall be returned after 45 days ICICI says lodge a FIR with the police is that the solution ICICI should call someone is spoiling their name .I have complained to ICICI 2 times but to no avail.

                              ON 15 TH OF THIS MONTH MY CREDIT CARD WAS USED BY SOME PERSON AND WHEN I GOT SMS I CONTACTED BANK FOR CANCELLING TRANSACTION BLOCKING THE CARD AND I SENT MAIL TO CUSTOMR CARE BUT AS PER REF NO;0037aAAQJBGRE9Y THEY SENT A MAIL THAT THIS CANT BE REVERSED MY CARD NO[protected] SO KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO REVERT MY AMOUNT

                                Good Afternoon sir,

                                This is Prashant Agarwal from Pune, Maharashtra. I want to register a complain regarding the behaviour of your recovery officer Mr, Mahesh and Miss. Anannya from bhandarkar road, pune branch.
                                sir, i promished him to pay my credit card money on 25th of sep but due to some reason i didnt pay the money on 25 th of sep.Even for that i made a call to mr.Mahesh and told him that i want two more days to pay your money as i was not able to pay on 25th of sep.
                                But he didnt listen anything from my side. He came to my place and abused me alot and even he picked me up forcibly from my flat to afraid me.
                                His behaviour was not proper while dealing with me.Sir i am also a human being but he treated me in a different manner.He threatened me alot and said to me that it will become a personal matter. His conduct was like a hooligan and ruffian person.
                                Sir, i want you to take strict action against Mr. Mahesh and Miss Ananya as it could result in hampered your organisation's image.

I have already known abount my PF claim status that all documents are submitted in Mumbai PF office in the month of Jan'09. I was an employee of I-Process Services India Pvt Ltd which is a subsidiary concern of ICICI Bank Ltd.

                                  I request to you that you take immediate steps to release my claim as earliest as possible as per rules & regulation.

                                  CARE INDIA — PF LOAN NOT DISBURSED

                                  Dear sir:

                                  I am working for CARE INDIA in Tamil Nadu. My office headquarter is in New Delhi and my PF account is at Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, 60 Skylack Building, 5-7th Floor, Nehru Place, New Delhi. My PF A/c No.DL/33925/44.

                                  For the last 3 years I am not getting PF statement in spite of my officials visiting the PF office regularly. Every time they give some sort of excuses and I am not aware of my hard earned PF money.

                                  Now I have applied housing loan to repay home loan to LIC housing finance Ltd. on 24th July, 2008. Again I am not getting any reply from the PF department about what happened to my loan in spite of my official visiting the offices and same lay excuses.

                                  Pleae help me to getting the PF statement and housing loan from the concern authority.

                                  Actually MY husband name was Late AMIT MAHENDRA PANCHAL, who had HOME LOAN in ICICI BANK LTD. My husband paid regular payment at your bank, but unfortunately my husband Mr. Amit panchal have expired on 26th DEC 2007. Though there were no trouble till dec of 2007, but that it made me very tough to pay the emi of same. I had paid some amt for some time, but there no payment to pay so, i could not pay the emi. But then also I always requested to ICICI bank collection department to get me setrtlement for the same. But no one reply me for the same. I does not DENIED to payment the amount for settlement, I will arrange till 3 lac.any how at any cost to relieve my home loan but one should have any suport from your side.There is no dependent persons for me. My child is of 12yrs and my self is of 34 year, No supporter is there for me, and I m working in small institute where my salary is of 7000/- So do help me in my favour for the same.

                                    I HV TAKEN A LOAN AMOUNT OF RS. 1,20,900 AROUND ONE YEAR BACK, AND AM REGULARLY PAYING MY EMI'S. BUT IN SEP. MONTH THIS YEAR I HV MAKE A PAYMENT OF RS. 12,00 BY CHECK AND REMAINING 65OO BY CASH IN THIER BHIWANI (HARYANA) BRANCH.

                                    BUT ICICI BANK SAYING.. THEY HVNT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT, EVEN AM HAVING BANK CASH RECEIPTS WHICH I ALREDY FAX IT TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE, BOMBAY..

                                    BUT ICICI- BANK IS DISTURBING ME MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.. FROM LAST COUPLE OF DAYS, PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION SO THAT THEY SHOULD NOT DISTURB ME ANY MORE.                                       I purchased merchandise worth Rs.95800 in the month of October 2008 using ICICI bank credit card. I didn't receved any statement from bank for the same. I thought that my purchses would amount to around Rs.94500 and paid Rs.95000. Every month I used to pay 10days before due date. Same way that month also inspite of due date being 30th Nov I paid the amount (Rs.95000) on 21st Nov. After expiry of due date I received marketing call from credit card department and then i requested them to send me statement. Then they sent me statement on 10th December. In the next months statement I have been charged interest of Rs.3600 for not paying Rs.800. That too because of non receipt of statement.

                                      Then I called up and explained the regarding the same but they never tried to reverse the interest. After that I had to go to bangalore on official tour for 3 months and couldn't contact anybody regarding this.

                                      Again on 31st April 2009 I received a letter from banker stating that "If I am not going to pay credit card dues within 7days from the date of receipt of that letter my savings account would be leined for this payment". On 5th May 2009 I made a deposit of Rs.24000 for my personal loans EMI to savings bank account. But banker has deducted that amount for credit card and I was made defaulter for personal loan EMI also. Apart from that bank has sent collection agents to my home and threatened my family members. Even after me paying my personal loan EMI also they came regarding that to my home. Then I called concerned manager and informed about the incident. He was simply saying that they might not aware of payment.
                                      I paid Rs.1500 more than my credit card amount that I have bought while paying personal loan amount. But now they are saying that I still need to pay Rs.6500 for credit card and harassing me over phone for the payment of Rs.6500.
                                      More over my name has been updated in CIBIL and when I applied for credit card of Kotak, they've rejected my application because of this.
                                      I urge you to consider this case and do me justice.
