Dear sir,
I want to search that how can I find my name in Credit Card Defaulter List ? I had a CC of ICICI Bank in the year 2006. I had paid them all dues in timely. And in the year 2007, I had closed that Card.

At present when I fillup a new form for CC of PNB / SBI, the Bank SBI & PNB has rejected my name and told that your name is in Credit Card Defaulter List.

So, I request to you please give the website name where I search my name.

Please help immediately.

    There is no service, so what will be head service quality doing there.

    I need to talk and settle this case in this month only.

    If there is no action from your end at the case, where money is being deducted from my Credit Card without my consent against LOMBARD, & big sum reflects towards outstanding balance this month.

    I will not be responsible for any further conversation etc. and will be solving the case with only by legal means.

    At same time the below conversation mentions cancellation of the all other policies which are deducting money from my credit card with out my knowledge and same was cancelled. The proof is in attachment as well.



    I want to know why my credit card balance was 2529.89 while the transactions made by me were only 400 & 800 rupees, in that I accept there was late payment charges as well as I was not in town.



    I have already dropped the cheque of 1180 in DROP box of ICICI bank near BANGALORE CENTRAL.

    I want the information at the earliest failure to which will force me to cancel the Credit Card service of yours form today only.



    I want to be clear with:



    Why my credit card bill is is 2000+ as it should be in the range of Rs.1800?
    Why the email address is not changed and when it will be updated. SMS sent always mentions KAMAL.[protected]@INFOEDGE.COM, 7th JUNE I HAVE GOT THE SMS.
    Do you want me to continue with the card or not. No one will like to pay the charges for the services which he/she has not used.


    RECTIFY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WANT CREDIT CARD STATEMENT ON THIS ID BY EVENING.

      I am unable to understand the process and the poor feedback com service from the branded bang/ organization like yours.



      You are asking me to pay for the mistakes which your bank process has done.

      You need to note the following points clear me with satisfactory reply apart from words



      “We request you to make the payment of the outstanding amount at the earliest to avoid further financial charges.

      We request you to treat this as our final response pertaining to your concerns about your ICICI Bank Credit Card.”



      DEC POLICY IS TAKEN REQUESTED TO CANCEL IN JAN, FROM MY END.
      YOU PEOPLE CANCELLED THE SAME AFTER 2 MONTHS WITH OUT ANY COMMUNICATION.

      WHERE AM I AT MISKTAKE THERE?



      SENT MAIL RECORD IS AS A PROOF WITH ME AND SERVICE NO. WHICH YOU NEEDED TO SENT THAT TIME IS BEING ASKED FROM ME?





      If the policy as per your statement and the letter received from Sunita Gupta mentions that policy was cancelled on March and “refund of Rs. 3703.00 was processed on March 26, 2009 as per the clause mentioned under the terms and conditions of cancellation and termination.”


      Ø Why is out standing balance to my CC reflecting as 5000+?



      Ø I need complete understanding on this, break up of out standing balance?

      Ø I also want to know if I am interacting for the clarifications on this from last 4-5 months why is late fees also added to the same.

      Ø YOU CAN’T JUST SAY PAY THE AMOUNT WE REGRET TO REFUND FULL AMOUNT?



      Ms. Rao kindly act responsible rather than casual.



      I once again am interested to solve the issue in professional manner and mistakes can be rectified.



      Ø Fix the amount for cancellation process which I am due to pay but out standing of 5000+ rupees is not at all accepted.



      Ø If you want to solve the issue in simple way I will cooperate to best possible way else kindly start with the legal process.

      Ø I am ready with all the proofs and this is just simply a CASE of mental harassment of an consumer, time wastage, act of breach to individual’s self honor.



      Ø I WILL NOT ACCEPT NO RESP. FROM YOUR END.

      sir,
      I, mr.T.S.N.Sudhakara Reddy had your credit card since 07/2008. Payment of my card dues are very prompt and regular. But last month payment I had dropped cheque bearing chno.147942 dt.24/09/2010, rs.3745/-drawn on indus ind bank, seethammadara, visakhapatnam at every time. But this time the cheque was misplaced and the payment was not yet done upto 30/09/2010. So, on 1st October, 2010 I did payment of rs.3750/- through NEFT payable by ING Vysya bank, venkojipalem br. UTR No.VYSAH[protected] TO ICICI0000103 on your icici credit card div., mumbai a/c.This payment also not yet received at your end. Today ie., 07/10/2010 a telephone call from your credit card department which the payment was not yet received. Immediately I had given a full details of NEFT transaction, they had received my payment after my confirmation. So, this is happened at this time. So, I request you to kindly ignore the late payment service charges. Once again I, request you to kindly wave the charges.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        I have a ICICI credit card with me. Card No. [protected]. I had given my company adress and E-mail ID for the corruspondence. I left that company in December 2008 and requested ICICI for change of adress and E-mail ID. But they did not take my request as my cheque book request was also there same time.

        I didn't received the statement so I had made the cheque payment for the due amout. I am not aware of if that cheque was honoured or dishonoured as the all my statements are going to my old compant adress.

        I again contacted ICICI for checking the status and change of adress, they told they have not received the payment and I told them to send the statements again and change my adress and e-mail ID. I had given the cheque no by which I had made the payment to the ICICI customer care executive as well as the person who was came to my house for the new adress varification. A nd he told me that he will check and confirm that cheque status.

        But they once after the adress confirmation they directly taken out money due money with interest and financial charges from my ICICI savings account. They never informed me for the non receipt of payment. Even I myself asked about the statement as I was not receiveing any statements from ICICI. Height to it is even after they taken out their due money with late payment fees and financial charges they are still charging me late payment fees and financial charges. The late payment fees and financial charges they put me are huge and it is again increasing with compound interest.

        All the correspondence mails are attached herewith for your info.

        I sincierely request you to help me out and give me justice.

        Without my intervention/Request ICICI bank is saying they have issued a credit card
        3 yrs back to somebody else and asking me to pay the outstanding amount now which is around 27000.

        Till now I have never applied and never seen my ICICI credit card .

        I got the above details from the ICICI bank legal advicer(who called me today) who is going to file a case on me.

        I dont know how to respond for this.

          On 26th June, 2009 I opened two FDR's agst which bank has issued me One Insta Credit agst FDR.from ICICI Bank Malad(W) Mumbai

          Credit Number is [protected] bank assured me that it will be activated within two working days.

          Till date it has not been activated.

          I have been in contact with Customer Service and Visited Bank Branch personally but no response till day.

              We have a joint saving cum DEMAT account with ICICI bank habsiguda hyderabad . I purchased four tax saving Mutual funds. now we want to close the both account hence we want to dematerialased mutual funds as we can not sell it because they are in lock in period and so we applied for the same on the formate of ICICI BANK but our plea for materialization was turn down on the plea that mutual funds purchased from a on line jiot accont can not be dematerialesed and we can sell the MF as they are in lock in period.

                I was using an credit card of the bank
                issued to me around 3 years back. Bank has sent me an EMI card without
                explaining me the terms or condition of card without any application . I was
                of the impression that this card has the same features i m using earlier may
                contain emi features additionally. i have used that card first on 29 th dec.
                08. when i have seen the online statement after two days this transaction
                has been converted to emi without my knowledge. i have made the payment for
                the purchase price on the same day and mail to bank that they should reverse
                the charges as i dont require emi facility.

                But bank hs not reversed the charges and i m getting calls from the bank now
                for payment which they have debited on quarterly basis for delay in payment
                while i hv made the payment within two days of the tranaction as and when i
                come to know that every transaction will converty automatically.
                i hv never applied for this card and not accepted any terms and condition of
                the card.

                  Today I received another call from ICICI Bank stating that they are still working on my complain lodged with Bank personally on 4th August 2009 and that they will now revert back to me on the 18th of August. Earlier I was assured that within 7 working days my complain would be addressed and the error rectified.

                  With todays call I feel more and more insecure as the person who gave me the call had no answer or confirmation to give by which date my money would be returned back into my account. I am already feeling very helpless. And I dont know how long will this take to have the error rectified and my money returned back to my account. What bothers me is that the person could not even give me a date by which my money would be returned to my account. I fail to understand why I was given as assurance of 7 working days when the Bank was/is well aware that they could not get the same reversed within the stated days. I dont know where to take this compain no SR[protected]. Which person/office can help me get back my money.

                  Please advice. I am a law abiding citizen and expect that my complain be addressed immediately. I dont intend to malign anyone/anybody but atleast expect somebody from the Bank to take up for my concern and resolve the same. I am part of professional societys/communities in my profession and certainly would not like to be forced to take up this matter at such level to be resolved. My sincere request to ICICI Bank whose loyal customer I have been for the last 7 or more years to resolve the same immediately.

                  Yesterday evening to my utmost shock, I discovered that while I was using my personal ICICI ATM Card to withdraw money from an HDFC ATM outlet located below my office building at Trade Star on Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), The ATM Machine continously dispalyed a message "unable to process yuor transaction temporarily". On my fourth attempy I decline to withdraw. Through out my above attempts I was trying to withdraw Rs 5000/-

                  Having failed to withdraw the amount, I decided that I will use the Corporation Bank ATM close to mys house in I.C. Colony, Borivili (West). To my utmost shock and horror, my personal account showed me that there was a short account of Rs 20, 000/- in my account. On complaining to ICICI Bank they have given me a personal complain No SR[protected] and have committed to me to resolve the reverse deposit into my account within next 7 working days.

                  Sir, for a working class person like me, this kind of an error on the part of ICICI to allow HDFC ATM to debit my account wiht Rs 20, 000/- equally calculated based on my 4 attempts to withdrwar the money has left me in total shock. I dont know how I will be able to meet my expenses of the month. This is the second time my account has been shown a wrong balance. Earlier last month also there was a wrong balance shown and on my persistent attempts and frantic call wiht the bank they rectified the error.

                  Please help me recover my money from the bank into my personal account, My sincere request to help me out. I can also be contacted on my phone number in mumbai [protected].

                    This is to bring to your kind notice i am having a saving a/c no[protected] at ICICI bank, Saharanpur . I used the debit card of ICICI Bank in the ATM of IDBI Bank to withdraw money of Rs 1000/- on dated 06.07.2009 but could not withdraw due to some error code no 072 and my transaction declined, unable to process. but next day(Dated 07.07.2009) i found from my mini statement Rs 1000/ has been debited to my a/c no[protected]. As i have given a complaint on dated 07.07.2009 to ICICI Customer care (Complaint No.[protected], but no action has been taken by IDBI (As per Customer Care ICICI) till 24.07.2009 and again given the complaint No. SR[protected]. On dated 24.07.2009 they have credited Rs. 1000/- against my complaint and againg on dated 27.07.2009 debited Rs. 1000/- from my account and giving the reason benhind "transaction id was wrong in previous Service Request No.". Again dated 30.07.2009 they has given me SR no and communicated to wait for 8 days. Till the date amount is not credited in my account.Pls look into this matter seriously and reply me.

                      I have deposited Rs. 2000 at ICICI bank's ATM at BOC-ATM on date 22/07/2009. But on date 23/07/2009 Rs. 1500 has been credited to my A/c no.[protected] at New Alipore Branch, Kolkata. On calling to Phone banking on 23/07/2009, they said that Rs. 500 was found short by them, and directed me to contact the Branch for clarification and to see the video as the cash is counted under camera.

                      On 27/07/2009, I visited New Alipore branch, and then I came to know, that the cash deposited at ATM's are counted by third party, and not by the bank, and they do not have such video available at the branch.

                      i have submitted a written complaint, to the bank for verification on 27/07/2009. I, may be wrong and have wrongfully deposited short cash, but I want to ensure and to see the video and the envelope in which the cash was deposited.

                      ICICI Bank — ATM Short payment

                      I made a transaction at ICICI ATM on Oct 10th. I withdrew Rs. 15000. On Receipt I noticed that one of the note that had been passed on as a Rs. 500 was actually a Rs. 100 note. This was around 10 PM. I tried calling up ICICI customer care but got a message that my call cannot be entertained due to high volume of calls. I resorted to writing my account manager (Online). I was given a request number and was assured that something would be done in 7 working days. Next morning I called up the customer care again and this time a lady explained me the process. They take stock of the ATM at the end of the day. If there is any mismatch in the amount disbursed as against the amount disbursed on paper then the look at the complaints received for that particular ATM and take action accordingly. I had lost hope after hearing this because in my case I did not get 28 Rs 500 notes and then 6 Rs. 100 notes. What I got was a Rs. 100 note buried in the stack of Rs. 500 notes and then 5 Rs. 100 notes. This may mean that someone made a mistake at the bank or someone who load the ATM played foul and replaced one Rs. 500 note with a Rs. 100 note. I waited for 7 days and after a reminder got a one liner that the transaction cannot be reversed as I have been paid the full amount as per their records.
                      Reason for writing here is
                      1 I wanted to keep a record of this so that I have a history just in case this happens again.
                      2 I wanted to see if this is happening frequently with other people as well.
                      3 I cannot afford to let this happen again and again.

                      ICICI Bank — Short receipt of amount from ATM

                      We received less amount from IDBI ATM center, when withdrawn Rs. 1800. Received only Rs. 1300. i.e. less Rs. 500.
                      Whereas received call from bank that they are not responsible from less receipt of the amount and less receipt amount will not be refund.

                        I took a personal loan in the month of November 2006 for Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (One Lakh only) and my loan account no. is LPDEL[protected]. At the time of filling my loan application, I gave five cheques to your bank executive vide cheque Sl. No. 595979 to 83. The cheque details are under:
                        1. Cheque no. 595979 to 81 for Rs. 10548/- (each)
                        2. Cheque no. 595982 is without amount
                        3. Cheque no. 595983 is cancelled/blank cheque.
                        All the above five cheques are without date.

                        Afterthat, I again took a personal loan in the month of August 2008 for Rs. 2, 01, 000/-. While taking my second loan, I adjusted my previous loan balance amount. At the time of filling my second loan application, your bank executive promised me that my above 5 cheque would be returned to me after the completion of six months of my second loan. But, no cheque has been returned till date by your executive/bank. Therefore, it is requested that my above five cheque be returned at the earliest.

                            My name is faisal khan, i am senior manager with Reliance ada group currently working in lucknow U P .i am using your icici bank preferred credit card (number i cannot disclose on this portal )from the last 1 year .my credit card has a total limit of rs 44000. that is already exhausted from 3 to 4 months, and i am paying interest of rs 2340 every time on 30 th of every month. but this time i paid rs 2950 on 27 th july even before the due date (30 th of every month ), it was more than the regular one, since i had paid 1760 rs in the previous month.10 days before i was pay my last months due, i got a call from ur CSO some where in delhi( N C R ), Noida ( U P )region, that the bank has offered me a emi facility of rs 2205 for 24 months on my outstanding amount, equal amount of limit would be opened in my credit card and reward points would be redeemed on swapping.this time i should pay the minimum amount due .and from the next time, a welcome call would come to me from the bank in the first week of august, and the emi facility will start for next 2 years. i was very much relieved by this offer.but when i called on ur customer care( just to confirm about this offer will be activated on the date)day before yesterday, some one told me (in ur customer care), that the emi facility has been waived off on my credit card on the 30 th last month.it is very strange.my question to u is that, when the bank was waiving off the facility, i should have been intimated at least that the offer is being cancelled, secondly was ur customer executive was giving a false commitment to me ?, he/she was doing fraud with me.?this is breach of trust?.please try to get my emi facility on my credit card revoked as soon as possilble .i want a clarification from ur side ?.i have got ample amount of evidence against ur firm, other wise i will have to look into the legalities of the matter, consumer forum etc.please take a serious note of this matter, and try to solve this matter as soon as possible .waiting for ur positive reply.thank you.

                              This is with reference to above mentioned subject, when i was called to ICICI b2 bank customer care bangalore, regarding re issue of my transaction password, when i am requested for transaction password he told we was delivered, your password to your communication address, and provided airway bill number is [protected]. i was tried with airway bill number for tracking, it is showing, wrong airway bill number, once again i called to customer care, some other person picked the phone and he told we are not dispatched any transaction password to you. i will give one more request behalf of you.

                              ICICI b2 banking is playing with customers, and not at all providing better service to customers.

                                i am a regular visitor of icici bank atm located at panchpakhadi Thane west. In month of Feb i visited atm but brinks security had come to refill money at that moment so i have wait outside atleast for 40 min.
                                Once they have completeted with this task of refilling money i was the first one to access atm. I requested for Rs.8000. wherein that machine gave me all thousand notes.Now it should be eight notes of thousand but one note i found out to be a hundred note.So here almost i got rs.900 less from atm.
                                It was almost 8.15pm so could not go to branch as it must be almost closed. security gave me the number of customer care to complaint but phone at atm was not working so i have call up on charged no.from my own cell...Once i dialled IVR just gave me the options of there products but not atall connecting me to customer executive i have try so hard to reach customer care executive. atlast i cud not reach executive so next day i went to the branch located at ram maruti rd, Thane west.I waited so long hrs there so that my complaint cud be heard.Finally executive noted my complaint and gave me a so called complaint no and asked me to wait 17 days.still i cud not get my money back. still waiting.and as per icici they cannot find out tat i got rs.900 less from atm as they do not have record.In there so called bloody systems they say tat i had completed with the transaction of Rs.8000 and its done.They cannot find valid record of rs 900 and they cannot do anything more than this.and they gave me such a bull answer almost after 1 month.SHAME ON ICICI FOR DUPING THE OLD CUSTOMER IN SUCH A BAD MANNER.NOW WHERE IS MY RS 900 IN THE POCKET OF BRINK SECURITY???

                                I am Pushpendra Kumar, writing this mail on behalf of my elder Brother
                                Mr. Naveen Kumar Gupta, having his Salary Acc (No[protected] with

                                It was on 20th Oct 2009, when Mr. Naveen committed a withdrawn of 20k
                                from One of the ICICI ATM near "Near Apolo Hospital, New Delhi". It
                                was surprise to see that there were (10* 100) Notes in between of (30*
                                500) Notes which comes to the total of 16k instead of 20k which was an
                                intended amount.

                                Please note: It never happens that currency of various denominations
                                come out in Jumbled form, but this is what exactly happened in our
                                case. If it were all 500 denomination currency then it would have been
                                (40 * 500) = 20K, however 10 Notes of 500 Rs. were replaced by 100 Rs
                                which caused to be a loss of 4K Rs to Mr. Naveen. I want to draw your
                                attention to that point as well. There might be a hole in your system,
                                which would have caused this problem.

                                We immediately registered a complaint with customer care number
                                SR[protected], but to our disappointment your system is responding as if
                                we are making fake claim. I am highly disappointed with Mr. SYED ALI
                                ASGHAR, Customer Service Officer's email, The name in his signature in
                                "Bold Letters" shows the negative attitude in his communication and I
                                believe a customer Service Officer should not Yell by keeping his
                                names in the Bold Letters or probably Mr. Asghar doesn't know the
                                email etiquette - Another feedback to you.

                                Mr. Kamani, we want your intervene in this matter and a proper
                                solution asap. A response from your end will prove a feedback for me
                                to not to voice my concern through other mediums/channels.

                                On april 18 2011 I did withdraw 10000/- from central Bank of India ATM using ICICI bank ATM card. But i got only 4400/-. Actually i should get 19 notes of 500/- and 5 notes of 100/- but i got opposite. I got 19 notes of 100/- and 5 notes of 500/-. After that imidiatly i called to ICICI bank and told about this issue. I asked to the customer care that do i need to provide any type of proff as i was in ATM that time. Custoer care toled me that no need to provide any kind of proff. After that i called to ICICI bank so many times but i did not get my money bank please tell me what should i do.? My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I have made the below listed deposits with ICICI OBU in USD($) deposit

                                  First of all I had informed the bank way back in 2006 that I had changed my status from Non Resident to resident. They did not inform me at that time that I also needed to close the FD as per the directives of RBI( RBI/2004/130 DBOD.IBS.BC/ 72 /23.13.004/2003-04). I went on paying Tax on these FD on the interest earned till this year.

                                  Now in the month of July( close to 2-5 mts before maturity) the Bank informs me that as per the RBI Rule(copy Attached) they say I have to close the FD.

                                  To add to this they are also giving me a much lower rate of interest as agreed at the time of making the deposit although they agreed not to penalize me for the same.

                                  I feel that the bank is taking advantage of the fact of lack of lawful implementation and gray area in this matter and is short changing me of my hard earned money.

                                  Pls help me to understand & resolve this.

                                    I used HDFC bank ATM to withdraw amount of Rs.600 from my icici a/c on 1st aug, . But the ATM is not working properly I have not received the amount. but after i go to icici ATM and i have
                                    take a print out Rs.600 hasbeen debited on my a/c. so pls reimburse the amount as soon as possible to my a/c.

                                      dear sir,
                                      i have a two wheeler loan on 2005 and my loan code no is LTNKD[protected],
                                      my fault is that i have paid Rs.9220/- in cash mode aginst of F/C on 2006 but this is not enogh after few months one of bank recovery agent has comes to my office and say that we ( icici bank ltd) have a mistake in his F/C so plz co-op with us and pay one more emi of Rs. 999/- for ur noc. after his request i have paid him Rs999/- and that is the last time when icici bank employ listen to me. after that lot of time i went to your jalandhar branch but allways negitive result only. one o[censored]r staff miss madhu in whole branch who can understand my problem but she cannot do anything.
                                      plz tell me how to get NOC ????
