Unreasonable Charges and non settlement

Hi,
I am Anand, I had a credit card of ICICI Bank from which I had made a last purchase in 2003, the approx outstanding due on my card at that time was approx 20000/. Since then I have been paying an min amt of approx Rs 2000/- per month which was an auto debit to my savings account. Since 6 years I have paid approx 100000/- and the outstanding still remains. I had asked for settlements in 2007 and 2008 and nobody from the bank bothered...

Bank charged ATM decline charges without any withdraw entry

I was issued a cheque of Rs 56600/- to someone on 04.05.09 and guess that the same will take the time of 2-3 days to clear the cheque and account balance bcoz after that that entry balance will be nil. But the cheque was cleared on same date and the balance get nil. Credit card payment charges

I hold an ICICI credit card. I used it make a transaction of Rs 4838 in January 2009. A few days before the due date of payment, someone from the bank has called me up, as a reminder for the payment, and I was told that, I can opt for a collection agent to pay the amount. Confusion within the bank

My company had issued a cheque for reimbursement for amount of 2160/- in the name of Jaya Koganti (my married name) The cheque issued by my firm was a HDFC cheque.
