Subject: Request to return my 5 cheque vide Sl.No. 595979 to 83

Sir,
I took a personal loan in the month of November 2006 for Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (One Lakh only) and my loan account no. is LPDEL[protected]. At the time of filling my loan application, I gave five cheques to your bank executive vide cheque Sl. No. 595979 to 83. The cheque details are under:
1. Cheque no. 595979 to 81 for Rs. 10548/- (each)
2. Cheque no. 595982 is without amount
3. Cheque no. 595983 is cancelled/blank cheque.
All the above five cheques are without date.

Afterthat, I again took a personal loan in the month of August 2008 for Rs. 2, 01, 000/-. While taking my second loan, I adjusted my previous loan balance amount. At the time of filling my second loan application, your bank executive promised me that my above 5 cheque would be returned to me after the completion of six months of my second loan. But, no cheque has been returned till date by your executive/bank. Therefore, it is requested that my above five cheque be returned at the earliest.

    I am worked with Iprocess As a Team Leader in icici bank vellore branch From june2005 To dec2008, i have attend a seveare road accident unable to continue the job, I will give resignation on feb-2009, I got my reliving Letter in Apl2009, but i did get my PF amont cliam.. I approched in chennai office so many Times but they not proper reply please do needful help for my PF amount Emp no; C09164.

      The above is the copy of the mail i got from ur customer care, when i wrote about my query thru ur account manager in website,

      My name is faisal khan, i am senior manager with Reliance ada group currently working in lucknow U P .i am using your icici bank preferred credit card (number i cannot disclose on this portal )from the last 1 year .my credit card has a total limit of rs 44000. that is already exhausted from 3 to 4 months, and i am paying interest of rs 2340 every time on 30 th of every month. but this time i paid rs 2950 on 27 th july even before the due date (30 th of every month ), it was more than the regular one, since i had paid 1760 rs in the previous month.10 days before i was pay my last months due, i got a call from ur CSO some where in delhi( N C R ), Noida ( U P )region, that the bank has offered me a emi facility of rs 2205 for 24 months on my outstanding amount, equal amount of limit would be opened in my credit card and reward points would be redeemed on swapping.this time i should pay the minimum amount due .and from the next time, a welcome call would come to me from the bank in the first week of august, and the emi facility will start for next 2 years. i was very much relieved by this offer.but when i called on ur customer care( just to confirm about this offer will be activated on the date)day before yesterday, some one told me (in ur customer care), that the emi facility has been waived off on my credit card on the 30 th last month.it is very strange.my question to u is that, when the bank was waiving off the facility, i should have been intimated at least that the offer is being cancelled, secondly was ur customer executive was giving a false commitment to me ?, he/she was doing fraud with me.?this is breach of trust?.please try to get my emi facility on my credit card revoked as soon as possilble .i want a clarification from ur side ?.i have got ample amount of evidence against ur firm, other wise i will have to look into the legalities of the matter, consumer forum etc.please take a serious note of this matter, and try to solve this matter as soon as possible .waiting for ur positive reply.thank you.

      i mint points got waived off without utilising. I dont have the detail of points earned cummulative since last 2 years.

        Dear sir,

        This is with reference to above mentioned subject, when i was called to ICICI b2 bank customer care bangalore, regarding re issue of my transaction password, when i am requested for transaction password he told we was delivered, your password to your communication address, and provided airway bill number is [protected]. i was tried with airway bill number for tracking, it is showing, wrong airway bill number, once again i called to customer care, some other person picked the phone and he told we are not dispatched any transaction password to you. i will give one more request behalf of you.

        ICICI b2 banking is playing with customers, and not at all providing better service to customers.

          i am a regular visitor of icici bank atm located at panchpakhadi Thane west. In month of Feb i visited atm but brinks security had come to refill money at that moment so i have wait outside atleast for 40 min.
          Once they have completeted with this task of refilling money i was the first one to access atm. I requested for Rs.8000. wherein that machine gave me all thousand notes.Now it should be eight notes of thousand but one note i found out to be a hundred note.So here almost i got rs.900 less from atm.
          It was almost 8.15pm so could not go to branch as it must be almost closed. security gave me the number of customer care to complaint but phone at atm was not working so i have call up on charged no.from my own cell...Once i dialled IVR just gave me the options of there products but not atall connecting me to customer executive i have try so hard to reach customer care executive. atlast i cud not reach executive so next day i went to the branch located at ram maruti rd, Thane west.I waited so long hrs there so that my complaint cud be heard.Finally executive noted my complaint and gave me a so called complaint no and asked me to wait 17 days.still i cud not get my money back. still waiting.and as per icici they cannot find out tat i got rs.900 less from atm as they do not have record.In there so called bloody systems they say tat i had completed with the transaction of Rs.8000 and its done.They cannot find valid record of rs 900 and they cannot do anything more than this.and they gave me such a bull answer almost after 1 month.SHAME ON ICICI FOR DUPING THE OLD CUSTOMER IN SUCH A BAD MANNER.NOW WHERE IS MY RS 900 IN THE POCKET OF BRINK SECURITY???

          I do support the bull- system of ICICI customer care executives, who are not ready to listen to the customers' pain. I have the same experiencing of receiving the less fund from the ATM and have been sending so many mails and making many complaints, but the executives are treating as if i was making the fake complaints.           We immediately registered a complaint with customer care number
          SR[protected], but to our disappointment your system is responding as if
          we are making fake claim. I am highly disappointed with Mr. SYED ALI
          ASGHAR, Customer Service Officer's email, The name in his signature in
          "Bold Letters" shows the negative attitude in his communication and I
          believe a customer Service Officer should not Yell by keeping his
          names in the Bold Letters or probably Mr. Asghar doesn't know the
          email etiquette - Another feedback to you.

          Mr. Kamani, we want your intervene in this matter and a proper
          solution asap. A response from your end will prove a feedback for me
          to not to voice my concern through other mediums/channels.

          On april 18 2011 I did withdraw 10000/- from central Bank of India ATM using ICICI bank ATM card. But i got only 4400/-. Actually i should get 19 notes of 500/- and 5 notes of 100/- but i got opposite. I got 19 notes of 100/- and 5 notes of 500/-. After that imidiatly i called to ICICI bank and told about this issue. I asked to the customer care that do i need to provide any type of proff as i was in ATM that time. Custoer care toled me that no need to provide any kind of proff. After that i called to ICICI bank so many times but i did not get my money bank please tell me what should i do.? My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

            First of all I had informed the bank way back in 2006 that I had changed my status from Non Resident to resident. They did not inform me at that time that I also needed to close the FD as per the directives of RBI( RBI/2004/130 DBOD.IBS.BC/ 72 /23.13.004/2003-04). I went on paying Tax on these FD on the interest earned till this year.

            Now in the month of July( close to 2-5 mts before maturity) the Bank informs me that as per the RBI Rule(copy Attached) they say I have to close the FD.

            To add to this they are also giving me a much lower rate of interest as agreed at the time of making the deposit although they agreed not to penalize me for the same.

            I feel that the bank is taking advantage of the fact of lack of lawful implementation and gray area in this matter and is short changing me of my hard earned money.

            Pls help me to understand & resolve this.

              I used HDFC bank ATM to withdraw amount of Rs.600 from my icici a/c on 1st aug, . But the ATM is not working properly I have not received the amount. but after i go to icici ATM and i have
              take a print out Rs.600 hasbeen debited on my a/c. so pls reimburse the amount as soon as possible to my a/c.

                i have a two wheeler loan on 2005 and my loan code no is LTNKD[protected],
                my fault is that i have paid Rs.9220/- in cash mode aginst of F/C on 2006 but this is not enogh after few months one of bank recovery agent has comes to my office and say that we ( icici bank ltd) have a mistake in his F/C so plz co-op with us and pay one more emi of Rs. 999/- for ur noc. after his request i have paid him Rs999/- and that is the last time when icici bank employ listen to me. after that lot of time i went to your jalandhar branch but allways negitive result only. one o[censored]r staff miss madhu in whole branch who can understand my problem but she cannot do anything.
                plz tell me how to get NOC ????

                  Refer to S01071397 dt 11July 09, the courier not yet received. You are requested to forward the details to my E-mail id or mobile no: [protected].
                  I also have similar complaint . I have applied for debit card on 31/08/2009 via request no.SR[protected]. I specially mentioned that my card and PIN should be sent by they registered post only as courier is not reachable here. They sent my card registered post which I got on 09/09/2009 but again they sent my PIN by courier, which is not reched upto me. Courier service has returned it back by mentioning that person is not available at the given address which is totally wrong I am serving here since last 10 years. I have write to costmer sevrvice of icici bank regarding this. But instead of taking action against courier service they told me to apply again for PIN. I am fed up from icici bank services. I had also faced similar problems earlier also. Why they don't send documents by registered post when courier services are not reachable at remote places.

                  Docket no [protected] to be delivered on 17th March,2010......but the delivery boy just called on landline ... since the landline is not working he simply return back the parcel stating that the customer not found....

                  As the proper address is mentioned on the docket he should have very well located my residence & would have deliver the same.... but it is due to wrong person deputed by your company in the goa resgion such careless & laziness attitude are croping at goa service station.....

I have applied for debit card.I am recived Dabit Card but Dabit Card Pin Number courier is not reachable here.PIN by courier, which is not reched upto me. Courier service has returned it back by mentioning that person is not available at the given address which is totally wrong I am serving here since last 10 years.                   Now days both Husband and Wife are working and no body is there at home to receive the courier.
                  It is better to send the ATM-Debit Card to the concerned branch.
                  The customer can go collect the Card / Cheque Book personally from the Brach.

                    I was maintaining a joint account in one of ICICI Chandigarh branch. After a year as i shifted to Faridabad I was in no need of that account and want to get it converted into a single holding account. I visited one of the branch in Faridabad and requested to convert that account. There were some representatives sitting behind the desks of ICICI who were responsible for getting the paper work done for new account opening.

                    They made me open the new account in their Faridabad branch and told that they will do the needful for the closure of that account in Chandigarh which is as good as converting that existing account.

                    Lately i found that the new account was opened but the Chandigarh account was not closed and as i was not maintaing QAB in that account i was charged on that.

                    The wrong commitment of ICICI representative brought me in such situation.

                    Now the new request of account closure will only be processed once i will pay those charges as my account is showing negative balance now.

                      Hello,

                      I made a Debit Card purchase of INR 2, 447, on 1st of August In Serengeti restaurant, Bangalore. Twice my card was swiped by the person at the counter post because of some problem with the machine. On 2nd of August 11.30 am I got 2 sms from ICICI bank saying twice INR 2, 447 has been debited from my account, in total Rs 4, 894/- had been debited from my account and when I brought it to the notice of ICICI costumer Care people they told me to fax the details of the transaction to the department called 'Debit Recon Team' . Post which I registered a complaint with ICICI bank, complaint Number[protected], to which I was told it will take 35 days to resolve this.

                      But 35 days is a long time to resolve a complaint when the fault is either of the bank or the store.
                      According to the regular process if the card has been swiped twice for the same transaction the money has to be auto credited WHICH IS NOT DONE IN MY CASE.
                      Also for every transaction bank should send instant messages but during this transaction the SMS was sent 20hr latter . i.e.on 2nd of August 11.30 am.
                      I WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED?????
                      WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE?
                      THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR TO THE CUSTOMER TO WAIT FOR 35 DAYS.


                      There should be a penalty on whichever party is guilty. If we submit a cheque in the bank and it bounces, we do pay a penalty similarly in this case the bank should number one not take so long to resolve this since I am in need of my money and second should pay a penalty. I need the interest amount for the number of days it got delayed. Hope you understand my problem.
                      I need this to be resolved AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                      ICICI Bank and Max store — False Debit

                      Hi

                      Subject- Complaint againse false debit,

                      I made a purchase of Rs 1003/- at Max Store, Great India Place, Noida. twice my card was swiped by the person at the counter post which he said that there is some problem with the machine, hence I made a cash payment. In about 5 minutes I got 2 sms from ICICI bank sayinf twice Rs 1003 has been debitted from my account, in total Rs 2006/- had been debited from my account and when I brought it to the notice of max store they mentioned it is not reflecting in their account and that this is bank's fault, and they cant reimburse the money. Post which I registered a complaint with ICICI bank, complaint Number[protected], to which I was told it will take 35 days to resolve this.

                      Per me 35 days is a long time to resolve a complaint when the fault is either of the bank or the store. There should be a penalty on whichever party is guilty.                       Sorry to say but you are an stupid women, sorry to say but this is not the way to treat ICCI, see your language, how you are behaving, this is just a machine fault it can happen anywhere.And there is proceedure in every company and bank to return the money.Looks like you are a mean lady who just knows how to take advantage of others, Surely one day you will suffer for you doings.Hope you will understand the feelings of human being one day, rather than just blaming.

                        Refund of excess amount paid while closing Home Loan

                        I closed this loan on February 6th 2009 by paying entire outstanding loan amount, and while paying i gave the cheque with some excess amount (Rs. 1312.74) and and got the confirmation from bank employee this amount will be credited back to my savings account with in 2 weeks, but till...

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that my salary account no.[protected] is ceased as informed by ICICI Bank, Malviya Nagar Branch, Jaipur against my credit card no. [protected]. This has been done by the bank at his on without prior intimation to me. This leaves me in great trouble and does not intent that the bank keeps good relation with the customers. The dispute is very old one and I am regularly writing to the bank to settle it once for all but the bank is not responding positively. I request to you to release my salary immediately and advise your official to see me to settle the issue or I will leave with no other alternate but to go to the legal notice and consumer court.

                          I would like to bring to your notice that Icici bank people evert time deduct money from my saving A/c without intimation. I am in the phase of settement of my Icici card [protected] .the bank people have accepted to settele the amount in 45000( to be settel in 3 installment but once i had made the first installment they said that your settelment amount has been rejected.

                          last time when they deducted amount from my a/c I was in appolo hospital chennai for my dad surgery and they Debited amount from my a/c in which i faced lot of problem as i was short for amount to deposit at the hospita.

                          please find the below mail where you will find how these people are trained for cheating.

I had mailed earler also intimating Nisar that nobody had yet turned for collection.

                          this is third time happen that i had gone for settelement and some unauthentic activity has happend from your end. please do the requirement on urgent basis, I had word with the call center team according to him the same has been done from nagpur collection team.

                            My husband is holding a ICICI credit card no. [protected]. We have been cheated trice. 1st in the month of October 2008, the case was under lawyer. we contacted him, he asked us to pay immediately 15000/- and said that the procejer will take 2-3 months for settlement letter. Instead of settlement letter we started receiving Bills added interest to interest. We wrote letters to banks and emailed them several times. In the month of April we received a call saying they will settle the amount at 15000/- and paid initially 4500/-[17.04.2009]and gave 1 seniors mobile no.[protected] Ravi], In starting he use to say excuses like - signing not done, person not available, he is out of station etc.. later on he stopped attending our phone calls. Then we received a call from RMS - Mr.Ajay [protected]/ 32907509/ 65282593/ 64562866 contacting his senior Mr.Abilash he promised me a settlement amount of 15000/- in which I have to pay 4500/- [03.07.2009in your record it will 06.07.2009]]and rest in 3 PDC cheques. Now till date we have not received the settlement letter we have contacted him several times, but even the person is available they are saying no. to us. Now we started receiving some others calls saying they will issue us a settlement letter for 45000/- and we have to pay minimum amount due. Please help us in this matter. We are not affordable to pay this much amount. Our financial condition is such that we are not even able to cop up with the household expenses. My husband have lost his job since 6 months he is sitting idle at home. I have 2 children’s who are studying, I don’t even have money for their school fees. The Trustee people are helping us . they are paying the school fees.
                            please help us.
                            So I would like to request you once again to look into the matter personally and issue me a settlement letter with the minimum amount [ 9 to 10 thousand as a full and final settlement amount, not more then that]. This is an humble request from me

                            SO PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME & MY FAMILY TO SURVIVE AS WELL AS TO CLEAR YOUR DUES WITH MINIMUM AMOUNT.

                              my card no [protected] i have recived a bill statement date 28/07/09 of amt 56031.59/- in this bill u have charged interest of rs 2674.15/- which is wrong as i didn`t get my last bill afterthat i paid rs 30000/- on 11/07/09
                              sir/madam as u see iam receiving bill after 2 months but i dont understand without receiving bill &paying rs 30000/-on my own why are u charging interest
                              sir please look in to this matter &my payments from last 3-4 years less this interest of rs2674-15/- from my act

                                I Ms. Sanjala Suryawanshi presently residing with my mother and daughter at Yashashree Bldg. A-11, Flat No. 202 Behind Gokuldham Temple Dindoshi Goregaon (East) Mumbai – 4000063, I am working as a Head of Operations with Shakuntalam Telefilms Pvt Ltd from 2007.
                                Sir I have been constantly getting threats and abuses from the recovery agent Mr. Aditya who is working for Siddhi Business solutions, Shivshakti Industrial Estate Andheri Kurla Rd. Unit No. 8 Andheri East Ground Floor

                                I was holding an ICICI account from 1998 I have been always using Debit card but in 2005 when I was shopping in Hub Mall Goregaon east I was forced to take a Women’s Special Credit Card. Card No. is [protected] issued on 20th June 2005. Closing was A lady who was giving me this card told me that as this is a special card there won’t be interest charged on the same & ask me to keep an auto debit facility of Rs. 2000 every month which will be debited from account. I believed her & took the card after that they kept auto debiting Rs. 2000 every month from my account in spite of that they kept sending me statements with Interests. And in 2007 they auto debited Rs. 9000 from my account without any intimation. I was very upset and tried to talk to them I had gone to their office at J. B. Nagar but they did not respond properly I was asked to wait for hours. Since I am working it was not possible for me to do a daily follow up by going there so I decided to close my account with ICICI and opened a new account with HDFC.
                                This all started in first week of July 2009 when Mr. Surendra Shukla another sub agent was sent by Mr. Aditya to my residence. My mother was alone with my daughter. My mother is 74yr. old & suffering from Low blood pressure and also has other health problems due to her age so she is unwell so she requested mr. shukla to come back once my daughter Ms. Sanjala is home in the evening hearing that Mr. Shukla called MR. Aditya and made him speak to my Mom. Mr. Aditya was very rude to my mom and started abusing my mother by pretending that your daughter is fraud & we will take very strict action & put her behind the bars so my Mother was panic. She tried calling me but due to network problem she was not able to get through. So called my family friend Mr. Nitin Bandekar a Cinematographer & requested him to call me. He called me & told me about what was happening at home. I called my mother immediately and told her to cool down I spoke to Mr. Surendra. & requested him to come back once I am home.
                                The very next day I received a call from Mr. Aditya who began the conversation very rudely with me where I was trying to be polite but his language was very humiliating & abusive he was demanding either I should pay the entire amount or come down for the settlement for which I told him that I will come after a week & he agreed but I was not comfortable to go & meet him because of his abusive behavior so he started calling me again which went on for a week.He went on calling me franticly from different different land line and cell numbers those numbers are[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]. I told my family friend Mr. Shailesh to look in to it & through Shailesh’s source I got to speak to Mr. Satish Iyyer, Manager from ICICI whom I narrated the entire incident and then he promised me that he will stop this activity, but I should come down to their office with my convenient time and settle this issueI agreed for the same. These days I have been really tied up with my work so was not able to go but told him to wait for 2 more days & once I get free I will surely come to discuss. Mr. Satish agreed but again since yesterday Morning i.e.29th July 2009 Mr. Aditya started calling and threatening me. Mr. Shukla was again sent to my place.

                                They have made my life full of stress i am suffering from low blood pressure.My health has affected badly i am not able to digest food, have complaints related to head ache & stomach ache. Since i am the only earning member of my family & have a responsibility of my 2yr. old daughter & 75yr old mother My mother is going through health problems because of this tension. Who will be responsible if any thing happens to me or my mother and my daughter? My life is at stake and i have lodge a complaint against ICICI in Dindoshi Police Station.
                                My prayer to you is that I have full faith in Consumer Court that I will not be disappointed. kindly request you to take strict action against this activity & I need your help.

                                I am also facing the same issue...a lady is calling me from the same no.i.e. [protected] telling me she is from ICICI bank and some one has given my reference for credit card...and asking that they will follow up at my residential add...however i dont know the person who has given my reference..after reading your complaint i believe its a fraud case...just let me know how can I handle this...Any suggestions please...

                                We need to put together a suicide campaign against this bank. If enuff people gather outside their branch and commit mass suicide it would put this issue on focus. also we cud burn their branches down on the way. ICICI sucks! I would like to see them fall.
                                I completely agree with Sanjala Suryawanshi. I have a personal loan with HDFC bank and I always use to pay that by giving money when one of their agent comes to collect it. But I stopped making payment by cash later when I came to know that I have been cheated by them as the person who collected money did not deposit money in HDFC account. And from that day I give them only cheque. This month in July 13th i.e. Friday, I have given them one cheque as I had an EMI pending and unfortunately the cheque bounced. Later I got a call from some Pratap Shetty who is working with Siddhi Business Solutions, Shivshakti Industrial Estate Andheri Kurla Rd. Unit No. 8 Andheri East Ground Floor, the same place from where Sanjala Suryawanshi also got a call. I explained him that its difficult to give cash as I have been cheated in the past so can give you only cheque, but he didn’t agree. Later I agreed to give cash, take a risk one more time and told him that you can collect cash on Saturday as now I am in office and don’t have cash in hand and hence on you can collect it on Saturday. But instead of saying yes he is now giving threats and abusing me, my mother and family. I think some employees are mannerless in this company and Mr Pratap Shetty is one of them who don’t have manner and don’t know how to speak to anyone. Please help me find some solution to teach a lesson to this Pratap Shetty. Kindly take some strict action towards him.

                                  I am a customer of ICICI Bank since October’2006, since my Salary account was created in the same month at Gurgaon. Based on the relationship, I was issued above subjected Credit Card in the month of July’2007.

                                  I was using the services offered by the SB account and the Credit card since then without any difficulty and complaint. There was not a single instance of late payment against the expenditures made on the Credit card. At that time I was working with Hughes Communication, Gurgaon and the contact details maintained was a) My residential address (rented) in Gurgaon, b) My official Email ID, c) My official cell phone no.

                                  In February 2008, I got a new job and shifted to Guwahati, Assam. Since I was quite comfortable and confident o[censored]sing the ICICI credit card, I preferred using the same credit card In Guwahati also. Before coming to Guwahati, I called up the ICICI Customer care on 07th Feb’2008, and put forward a request for change of my contact detail (New address in Guwahati, and my personal Email ID as I cannot access the official ID of Hughes any more). At that time I could not provide new phone no. I opened a new Salary account in Guwahati as the ICICI Bank representative confirmed me that the account in Gurgaon cannot be transferred, and account no would change in any case. I had to maintain the bank account in Gurgaon as that account was linked to some of the investments I made.

                                  Even though Customer care representative confirmed that contact details change would take place shortly, practically it never happened. Even after that, I managed to make payments on time by calling up customer care every month. Plz note I didn’t receive any statement as my contact details were not updated. I had to spend several thousands of rupees in last one and half year by making STD calls to the customer care no, every time I used to request for change of contact details without any result.

                                  Plz note there was not a single instance of late payment from my side till May or June of 2008, I used to manage that by calling up the customer care to know the amount due.

                                  However in the month of May or June’08, when I called up the customer care no to check the amount due, I was intimated that the credit period has been reduced by few days and hence my pyment is already due and is under late payment condition, I have to bear the late payment charges and interest. I was surprised to see how such a change can be implemented without communicating to the customer, finally the customer have to bear the consequences, as is the case with me. That is the hype o[censored]nprofessional service, failure in quality commitment made by ICICI Bank. At that time my expenditure on the card was approximately 5, 000/-.

                                  Even then I was confident of resolving the issue and continuing my relationship with ICICI Bank. I insisted on an immediate implementation of my change in address, and early settlement of the issue. I requested for waiver of the additional charges and confirm me the exact amount spent on the card, so that I can make the payment. I repeatedly requested for escalation of the matter to concerned official and asked for phone no with whom I can discuss the matter further. However, every time I was conveyed that concerned dept would contact me shortly, but it never happened. Even my contact details were also not corrected.

                                  After almost one month I called up again to check updates on the issue, the customer care representative asked me to make immediate payment, and said collection people were trying to reach me, but could not, as my contact details maintained in their system were not correct. I made a request for change of contact details again to the representative, this time only the phone no was corrected. Probably the ICICI Bank representative was satisfied as the purpose of getting me over phone was resolved, however the importance of correction of address and Email ID, and my request to settle the due amount was not honored.

                                  Thereafter, I received numerous calls, almost every day from the collection deptt, I reiterated the issues faced by me, every time I was committed for a suitable resolution of the problem, but literally it didn’t happen. With time, the collection people became more aggressive and showed obnoxious behaviour in order to convince me to make payment. The late payment charges and interest made the amount much higher that what I spent. I insisted on getting the expenditure details, so that I can pay the amount that I spent and for the charges imposed, the collection people committed to take care of. Finaly my Email ID was corrected but the statement that I received didn’t reflect the details of expenditures. I repeatedly requested for the details, but I haven’t received the same till date. Plz note the address is still not updated in the system.

                                  In the mean time some of the self claimed ICICI bank employee made fool of me by committing that all the interest and additional charges are waived off and would be reflected in next statement, and requested me for a minimum amount payment so that no more late payment charges are levied. But once I made the payment, the person vanished and never picked my phone. Following are some of the nos that used to interact with me on this –

                                  Suddenly one fine day, I got a message that my SB account #[protected] was auto debited by approximately 4, 000/- and the account is blocked, upon inquiring about it, the customer care person reluctantly said auto debit has been initated by collection deptt. Plz note even after I made numerous requests for settlement of the dues, I was penalized for no fault of mine.

                                  Even after that, I persisted on resolving the issue, made several calls to the customer care and after much effort, and spending at least 4, 000~5, 000/- on my STD bills in lat 1.5 years, I got following phone nos, but couldn’t contact them -

                                  Mr Arijit Ghosh –[protected]When I called up this no, it was said it is not the right no and the dept
                                  has changed, plz note the correctness of record provided to your customer)
                                  Mr Samrat –[protected]The no keeps ringing, but nobody picks the phone, plz try yourself).

                                  Again last week, I received another message that my SB account #[protected] has been auto debited by almost 14, 000/- rupees. It is not at all acceptable; this SB account is in no way linked to the credit card. It is the complete failure of the Bank process that lead to all these, and finally I have been victimized with these auto debits without any intimation and authorisation. The safety of fund deposited in ICICI bank is a question now. Plz look into the figures below, what I’ve gained and what I spent and who is actually responsible for this.

                                  Amount spent – 5, 000/- (approx)
                                  Amount paid – 1, 500/- (approx), as per request from collection people with a commitment of settlement.
                                  Expense in phone calls made to ICICI Bank – 5, 000/- (approx)
                                  Amount debited from my account – 18, 000/-

                                  Spent 5, 000/-, paid 29, 500/-.


                                  I still believe the issue can be resolved with your due intervention, I hope you’ll understand my position and would take necessary action on this. I request an immediate reversal of the auto debits to my SB accounts and a suitable resolution on the probem.

                                    ICICI document — Non delivery of document

                                    I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am working for a Limited Concern. All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.
                                    They are not at all sincere. When I tried to contact there numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected] more than 50 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.
                                    Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers. But in almost all SMS from EXPRESSIT, they furnish to contact those 2 numbers.
                                    Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.

                                      my current a/c is with icici bank. a/c no[protected] on the name of my firm SHANTI TRADERS. while apening the account i was told that in this account balance is not to be maintained that it is zero balance maintainance account. but after a month the bank debited 3500rs+tax on the name of mainatinance charge and told that i can carry unlimited transactions for free and can draw unlimited cheques.

                                      but it was seen that on every transaction they are charging me 5rs per 1000rs on the name of transactions form the non-base branch.my account is in johri bazar branch and i live in mansarover so i do transaction from mansarover branch both branches are in jaipur.

                                      so sir i have written them more than ten emails to revert money back to my account but haven't received any response. besides i have not been provided proper facilities...like i have never received any physical statement since i hold this account evenafter asking for it through customer services and i have been to main branch twice and applied for net banking but for that also i have not received anything...once i have applied for net banking on internet also but that was also not done.

                                      so now i request you to see the matter and see if the amount charged can be reverted back to my account.
