I have requested for change of address for past one month but to till date my address has not been changed and I am not receiving my credit card ststement.Inspite of the concerned executive have confirmed that my request for change of address has been noted.

    Dear Sir,

    My company had issued a cheque for reimbursement for amount of 2160/- in the name of Jaya Koganti (my married name) The cheque issued by my firm was a HDFC cheque. I got a return draft from ICICI saying there is a name mismatch ( My account name is Jaya Awasthi) The confusion is that the money 2160 INR is already debited from my firm`s account and the ICICI bank has returned it`s own draft for me to process, so the transaction from my firm is over, but due to ICICI I`m stuck with a draft which is of no use and they are refusing to accept it and pay me the money.

    I`ve made several calls to customer service and made rounds of ICICI branches and no one is being able to tell me how to get my money.

    Pl help. The details of the returned draft are:

      Ref telecon with Sandeep (09/06/2009)

      Pls note i have issued a cheque in favor of ICICI credit card no.[protected] (cheque no.587631 - RS.500/-) for my Credit card settlement, unfortunatually the last month statement shows Rs.400/- as a late payment fee and the check i have deposited in your drop box on 30/05/2009 Willington Island Cochin.
      ICICI bank local officer Mr.Amal has promised me to wave the related cost and the waiver will be reflect in your next month bill (400+10.3%), today 09/06/2009 i have checked with your bank by phone and i do not find any waiver and Mr.Sandeeph straight away to reject my request.

      I am settling amount on a month wise since 2005 onwards and the same you can check through my credit card statement.

      Hence i request you to kindly wave the said amount at the earliest.

      I am expecting your good cooperation. Kindly do the needful and confirm asap.

        I am holding ICICI bank credit card since 2007.Upto 2008 thereare not charging any amount on cash payment against the bill generated and in 2009 they started charging against cash deposit without any prior intimation.In December 2008 i have done a cash payment of 1800/-against purchase made by the same card.They had charged me cash payment charges.I had forwarded so many request to waive of the same till March 2009 but they had not settled the same and now they had charged me late payment charges over 1300/- against that cash payment charge.My card already blocked since Feb2009.

          i had taken credit card from icici bank ltd.its outstanding payment approx 30, 000/-. i am convert this overdue amount in EMI. bank is not convert in EMI. i can't pay this amount in once. i want that either this amount convert in EMI or settle this credit card.

            I am using ICICI credit card No.[protected] since November 2007,
            In July 08 statement date 18th July 2008 my credit card bill is 604.60 in which Rs.500 for Bharti Airtel and 93.09 & 11.51 (interest charges & Service tax) after that I spoke to ICICI executive (helplilne [protected]), they suggest me to pay Rs.500 before due date (i.e. 5th August) rest of amount they will reversed. As per instructed by ICICI Executive I deposited a cheque for the same.
            In next month when i received statement (dt. 18/08/08) in that previous charges were reversed by them but some other charges mentioned on my statement late payment charges Rs. 400, Interest charges 37.95, & Service Tax 4.69. I was shocked because my last payment (Rs. 500) was not reflected in statement than I spoke to ICICI customer care executive, after that executive trace my payment through cheque details and he found that my payment is credit to some another person’s account. I requested him to correct the same and he told me that all extra charges will be reversed in next month statement.
            Next month statement i.e. (18/09/08) I found that only late payment charges were reversed i.e. Rs.400 but other charges likes interest and service tax were still not credited to my card and they added some other interest charge and service tax on that 30.97 & 3.83. Now my total bill is for Rs.527.44 in which other charges is Rs.77.44 and my usages was only Rs.450 again I talked to ICICI help line for same again and they told me they will be reverse the charges so I made a payment for Rs.450/- as per my actual use.
            Next moth statement (18/10/08) I found no reversal from the bank and charges were still there Rs. 77.44. After a month I booked E-railway ticket for Rs.149.65 from ICICI card on dtd.17.12.08 which is reflected in stmt. dtd.18/12/2008, and made a shopping for Rs.1400 from Singhal Sons on dtd. 28.12.2008, so I made consolidate cheque for Rs. 1550 on 02nd of January 2009 (consolidated payment because I was shifted from my mailing address and I had no idea that payment is counted on which month.
            After few days I had received a call from ICICI recovery department that my due amount is Rs.1076.99 I was totally shocked because I am not using that card from last December 2008 so how could ICICI made dues against my card. For same complaint I had called to ICICI helpline ([protected]) on 18th of February09, I spoke to ICICI Executive she told me that bill is due from the month of july and she made request for statement from July 08 to January 09, so we can talk again and clarified the same.
            On next day (19th February) i called again to ICICI executive please forward the statement for the period of July 08 to January 09. Again I called on 20th February i talk to (Suresh) ICICI executive again he promises me that he will forward the statement to me, But i havn’t received any statement for their at last on 21st February 09 I sent a mail on customer.[protected]@icicibank.com for my statement request, After getting all statement I called on ICICI Helpline they suggest me to pay Rs.178 minimum amount. Which is not accepted by me so I wrote a mail on 24th Feb 09 to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com after a day I received reply form there in which they mention Rs.674 I have to pay. (that is my last effort by me).
            In Last month I received a call from recovery department non-payment of card when I refused for pay that amount they offer me to settle the account in minimum Rs.250/-. I want to settle my account permanently, but I cann’t trust on ICICI. Now my out standing (as per ICICI Bank) nearly 2000/-. I request you to kindly suggest me what shall I do ??

              Dear Sir,

              I have a Saving account with ICICI Bank Account No:[protected]Hyderabad), I had made a purchase of Rs.3800/-, at the time of payment i used my icici debit card and it didn't processed so the merchant swipe the card for the second time and the transaction was processed, Soon after i checked my account and found it was debited twice, i went to the shop and asked them to check, they settled all transactions for the day in EDC machine but there was only one transaction settled for Rs.3800/-, So if the card has debited twice then the merchant should receive two transaction whereas they received only one transaction for Rs.3800/-

              When i lodge the complain to icici bank Customer Care they asked me to wait for 10 days, after that they asked me to send a letter to ICICI Bank Debit Card team Mumbai, i have send a letter and enclosed the settlement slip which i have taken from the merchant and courier it to Mumbai debit card team but there is no response from them, when trying to reach them they are not responding.

              So please sir, look it in to the matter and solve my problem.

              ICICIBank / ATM Debit Card — False Transactions/Statements

              Hi,

              I am working in a software company and having ICICIBank salary account, this month from 01/10/2008 to 03/10/2008 my account has been debited with around Rs 75, 000.00 these transactions are not done by me.On the same day i.e 03/10/2008 i went to ICICIBank branch in mumbai and produced my ATM card to branch operation manager with written authorization letter.Through customer care i blocked the card also.On the same day i lodged a police complaint .I requested for the transaction details about where the transactions happened and how.Shockingly they said after 10 days of complaint i.e 14/10/2008 that the transactions happened in Ukraine country with ATM card cash withdrawl.
              On 04/10/2008 i have raised fraud request with ICICIBank, they said for detail investigation it will take 6 weeks of time i.e by 15/11/2008 they will give the complete fraud details, based on that they are going to refund the amount.But they are not giving gurantee of amount refund.from the last 3 months i am in india only.

              Please help me in getting my money Rs 75000.00 from ICICIBank, If they dont refund my money iam ready to with media and consumer court.

              then i go to the icici atm & check the mini statement & i am shocked because in the mini statement i got the money but actualy i dont get the money
              When i lodge the complain to icici bank Customer Care they asked me to wait for 12 days, after that they money is in your account So please sir, look it in to the matter and solve my problem.as soon as possible because diwali is coming & i need money

                  I am holder of ICICI acc no[protected], A personal loan is going on in my account Loan acc no LPCHD11340878.ECS date is 6th of every month. in the month of june ECS was rejected and the bouncing charge of 276 is charged on 8th june and 55rs on 6-june as per the bank these are bouncing charges.on 9th june bank again deducted 276 rs for the same ECS. on the helpine i was told that ECS when rejected is never sent agin and the amount is to be submitted in the branch through Cash only, on 11th the installment of 2808 is deducted from my account.
                  My ECS was rejected earlier also and i have deposited the amount in the branch and they never charged bouncing charges saying that these are waived off but i was told that an amount of 1100 rs is standing in my loan account and i will not be given NOC until i pay these charges.

                  This is total fraud activity of the bank, miscommunication from the banks side. i want these charges to be waive 276+1100 and explanation from the bank why ECS is again presented when they have policy of not to do so, why should i file a compliant in Consumer forum

                  bank guarantee from ICICI Bank Ltd — wrong charges deducted after 5 month

                  As on dated 13th June2008 I allready given the Rs.1517 from my same account, and now after 5 month directly without informing to me ICICI bank deducted Rs.16685. I think they are not having any rights to deduct any amount from my account.

                  Overall I feel this all things are becouse of ICICI bank employee mistake then why should I suffer. Otherwise definetly that time I was having many other option cheaper then ICICI. And I am affraid in future you can deduct more amount against same BG name. Its very difficult to trust on ICICI bank.

                  And ICICI bank sent me the calculation of the charges and still they had deducted wrong amount. becouse they reverse one transaction of dated 03rd nov08 of service tax but actual amount is stilll with them.

                  I am fed up with the bank managers. even they are not providing me the final reply.

                    card no [protected] bank levied wrongful charges which was their own creation .till date not reversed the bogus charges . i do not have any interest to use such ill reputed cards.i am not getting reward points catalogue from the b ank despite reminders. when the order is placed for redemption bank says they are not available

                    ICICI Bank Credit Card — Excess charges for credit card.

                    Inspite of my payment on due date of my credit, The icici bank has sent me to pay auto debit return fee of Rs.280.25, Which is not correct as per their statement in which it is stated that they got my payment on 28.01.2009 through my SBI cheque No.985618 for Rs.4, 193, When contacted I am told to make complaint, Hence I made this complaint.Is it right, inform me.

                    ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Excess charge

                    The credit of Rs.11, 056 availed by me has been paid before the due date of 28.04.09 vide the SBI cheque No.572763 and it has reflected in the credit card statement dated May 11, 2009 sent by the ICICI Bank, But iam charged Rs.250 as auto debit return fee, Why, It is happening for me every month and after my complaint to you it is beeing withdrawn.Please look into and do the needfull.Thanking you.

                    i am facing lot of dificulties for purchasing air tickets etc customer help line has been approached many times but of no avail even in person approach to icici bank has not helped. change of address has been intimated as per my availebility at given address
                    Even PIN for my ATM DEBIT CARD not yet received though SMS saying sr[protected] pin despatched through FIRST FLIGHT on 18 may not received/delivered

                    ICICI Bank — extra interest without reason for 2nd time

                    i am making a complain about charging of interest under the installment appropriated on 1st March 09. The installment amount is fixed at Rs. 48403/-, out of which an amount of Rs. 1521/- was charged towards interest for feb 09. This is despite the fact that a flexi account no[protected] associated with it is fully funded to the extent of loan outstanding except from 21st Feb 09 to 23rd Feb 09 (3 days) duirng which it was overdrawn to the extent of Rs. 64581.26. If you calculate interest on the said overdrawn amount @12.75% for 3 days, it comes to Rs. 67.67 only (64581.26*3/365*12.75%). Please reverse an amount of Rs. 1453/- immediatly.
                    Sub: Reverased the Late Payment Fees

                    Dear Sir,

                    As Reference to my credit card statement the amount of Rs.400/- on the date of 08/10/2009 has been entered as late payment fees. I am paying the amount regularly every month wise . So explain reason for deducting the late payment fees and reversed the amount or if not I will cancelled my credit card.

                    My Name is Deepak SInha and card no is [protected] and address is 5/11 spring field colony sector -31 faridabad chech how many times u had charged late fees & other charges and not even a singel time u had inform me and made the late fees dues to rs 7621 WHY?

                    Being the old customer of bank from last 6 years, using all the products like S/B, CAR LOAN, BIKE LOAN, CREDIT CARD just check my credit history it is fantastic & superb, then the bank had done this to me SECOND TIME

                    This is second time ICICI bank had done fraud to me against my credit card and charges the maount which i had never used. below is the trial mail just for ur reference.

                    As per ur mail, i seen the sept08 statement, which is showing 1188 amt due, but how that amount came, my last outstading amount was rs 4277.80 and i did the payment on 19thsept 08 through Axis chq for rs 4280 means 2 rs extra from the actual due, then how the amt is due, the bank had charged late fees & other charges of rs 1188, what for late fees charge, when i had done the payment before the due date and the bank had keeping charging late fees from sept 08 to july 09 and made the amounts of rs 7621 when i had done all the payment on 19th sept 08,

                    1.Why the bank had not inform me about the payment in last 10 months??????

                    2.Why the bank had charged the late fees & other charges ?????

                    3.Why without my information bank had put lein mark and taken the money rs 7621.

                    4.Is the method to torture ur customer who is dealing with ur bank from the last 6year.

                    5.Why the bank had waited 10months to block the credit card and withdraw the money from my account without my notice, ?????

                    6.Are the bank is waiting to see that when this 1188rs will become 7621rs ???

                    7. In the last 1 year the bank had approched me with any mode of communication ??.

                    8.This is the second time the bank had done fraud to me, last time also i had done the filling of petrol at allahabad for rs 1588 (approx), and the bank had charged late fees and other charges and make the amount from rs 1588 to rs 4277.On that time the bank said that we are send u the statement on time but i don't know whether they are sending ??

                    9. Solve the problem asap and transfer my money to my a/c otherwise i will send the mail to Madam Chanda Kocher and i will take legal action, this time i will not going to tolerate this nonsense from the bank side.

                    10.Due to lein mark & withdrawl of my money from my A/C my car loan which is also from icici bank was bounced and even My CIBIL is showing DPD in icici credit card and in car loan, WHO IS RESPOSIBLE FOR THIS, the bank had destroyed my credit history.

                    ICICI Credit Card — Excess Charges

                    I am owing a Credit Card from ICICI Bank, Credit Card No:[protected]
                    As my memory goes, i have not been using the above card for quiet long time.
                    Whereas my Outstanding as per your statement remains the same.
                    Despite the payments being collected by your people, whatever the amount being paid to you are adjusted towards different kind of components,except credit to my account like late payment fees, over credit limit, collection charges and e.t.c.
                    You might be aware that we are all salaried people whereas our Hard earned money is taken this way.
                    Apart from this, i am getting n numerous calls from your call centers.

                    As a banker i here by request you to kindly rework the amount payable to you after waiving all the late payment fees and ocl fees and inform me the exact amount payable to you to enable me to pay the same in 24 EMI's.

                    Even my attempt to send an email was declined.

                      I feel there is lot of sales pressure on ICICI Bank staff we are scared to enter into the branch rite from the helpedesk cash counter Manager everyone seems to be pressurized by the sales they wd be just back o[censored]s for go for ... products mistakenly if we go with our parents they say go for some Sr Citizen FD's or their related products if we go with kid again some insurance products. I und sales is imp for u guys bu let there be only one channel who handles this why is it everyone involved in it...pleas be cautious instead of going back for new customers or achieving targets don't loose your existing one's. Request you pls look into the issue facing lot of problem with your sales.

                      i worked in ICICI bank For the period of 1year as customer service office..i was lik hell, i became ful of sales job.have to go n meet customers, have to torture d customer to open FD, Insurance, A/c everytin...pakka fraud...senior officers r hearless people they cheat even very poor people also...FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD...every one in the bank have to meet their targets.5 accounts per month, insurance etc

                        Hello All,

                        My name is Sameer Naik. I stay in Pune but due to some work I was in Hyderabad in year[protected]. In Hyderabad I made a Fixed Deposit in ICICI Bank F.D Account No:[protected]. Fixed Deposit was of amount 50, 000 and for duration of 6 months. I was told by ICICI bank that the amount after maturity will come directly into my saving account but it never happen. Nither I got the recept of the fixed deposit I made. I approched ICICI bank mainy times and thay say you need to go back to Hyderabad Branch to get the duplicate receipt. It's not possiable for me to go so long in Hyderabad from Pune. I am really frustrated with this incidence. Why do thay call ICICI as anywhere banking i[censored]ser need to travel from one city to another for banking work.

                          Pls note that I have tried to withdraw money from SBI, Amalner Bracnch on 1st April 09. I tried it for 8 times but money does not dispenced from ATM. 7 out of 8 transactions got reversed but the last one of Rs. 5000( NFS/CASH WDL/01-04-09/15:25:13/0 ) did not get reversed.

                          I had withdrawn Rs3500/- from Oriental bank of commerce ATM on 24th July. But the transaction failed. My ICICI debit card got stuck and no cash was generated. The amount got debited from my account though. Somehow, with the help of security I got my card out of the machine, but no money. I have my account with ICICI bank and was using an non ICICI ATM. Now ICICI is not returning the debited money claiming that the transaction was successful. I disagree and demand for ATM video clips which would prove my point, that the security helped me to get my ICICI debit card out and I did not get any cash. The bank is not helping me but giving false statements.
                          Dear Team,

                          I have not withdrew any amount from my ICICI bank account, but to my account it has been debited rs. 3300.00 which is my monthly salary and showing as INFO stating as NFS*CASH*WDL*03-07-11. For your information I have not shared my password or any of the details to anybody as being a fresh salary A/c. given by my company one month back. Kindly help me on this.                               A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to me in ghaziabad, u.p, with POD No [protected] on 5/22/2008. It is not yet delivered at my house. The courier should have a duplicate copy of property documents and duplicate copy of loan agreement done with icici bank, which I require on very urgent basis and i am now suffering for company's carelessness.

                              i have checked back with icici customer care today, they gacve the above details for the package and even gave me two contact no. one of which is not existing and on the otherone its just ringing and no body is coming on line to enquire.

                              I would like to bring the matter to your notice, so that you will enquire about it and see that it will not repeated again.

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                Regarding our last complaint against ICICI Bank on 12/06/2009 about our locker no.336, key no.363 related to our A/c no.”[protected]”.
                                The copy of letter which I sent to you yesterday is just all the verbally talk which the bank employees and the branch manager (NEERAJ and his boss) committed with us.
                                But when we wrote all these things those they committed on paper they refuse to sign on the document. They are trying to convince us just to break open the locker without signing any document.
                                In letter mailed on 12/06/2009 I wrote that the locker is not in its healthy condition. It’s riveting and the upper aluminum plate is also very loosely fitted and the key with us is not working and the branch manager admitted on phones that our locker no.”336” break open by mistaken. Also our locker has been surrendered in their records in 2007.
                                All these things are not in our favor. Please go for the genuine action on bank and its concerned employees so that we recover our belongings (materials) from the bank safely.

                                    I am a customer name: sarab.udaykumar a/c no:[protected]SRNAGAR BRANCH).

                                    I had dropped the cheque (no: 048784 hdfc bank .amount of 9717/-) at motinagar atm centre on 20-04-09.

                                    Till now I didn’t get amount in my account .when I asking to call centre they said that you have go to sr nagar branch for details & status of cheque.

                                    On 01-05-09 I have visit the SRNAGAR BRANCH, there one lady employee (customer service officer) gave the suggestion for give the request letter and you will be get result on before 7days.at the time I have submit the req.letter to same employee.

                                    And daily I am asking for my cheque details to call centre. I am not got the status of my cheque.

                                    Then I am visit the sr.nagar branch on 25-05-09 and asking about the same. There the same lady saying that ‘sir that req.letter is misplaced .pls submit the one more letter’. I am agreed with that. So she telling that ‘I am not received the any req.letter from you’. Do you have a acknowledgment for that.’ and she shouting to me .i am not satisfy with she’s behaving and way of talking. Then I meet the branch incharge. He promised with me for submit one more letter to branch .and he will be solved the problem within 3days.so, I had submit the one more letter to branch..

                                    Already its taken 48 days. More how many days I have to wait? Why should I wait this much of day for your employee’s mistake?

                                    Till now I am not received the amount in my account.

                                    So pls do the needful ASAP.

                                    I have deposited the cheque (Cheque No. 984586, Cheque Amount.11753 Rs.)) on 29.12.2013.Which was given by Compass group.

                                    (That cheque validation was almost to be expired)Currently i am leaving in bangalore.Due to valitdation expiry this cheque has gone to my base branch (AURANGABAD).

                                    I request to the Base branch manager to please Retrivew my check i Bellandur branch, bangalore.

                                    He said he should get the mail from the bangalore branch . Then i request to the bangalore branch to send the mail to Aurangabad branch Regarding the Cheque Retriew. The bangalore Branch two time have been sended the mail to Auranagabad branch. But thier is no Response from the Aurangabad branch.
